Fortnite SEASON 7 - Everything NEW EXPLAINED!

four night season seven has officially released and with it comes new weapons items map changes war new vehicles the list goes on it's ridiculous how much has changed we'll guide you through the alien invasion and give you tips on how to not absolutely suck with all the new items but if you haven't purchased the battle pass make sure to pop in code t5g it supports us and everything like that but we've had a huge amount of map changes with season seven and from the second you loaded to the game you could already tell exactly what's going down in the story trailer for season seven you could see a huge mother ship appear above the island bigger than almost anything we've seen on the map to date this mother ship literally tore the spire out of the ground and blew it to shreds so that brings us to the first map change the primal biome is now gone yeah everyone who disliked the primal area or was tired of facing razz don't worry it's gone and right now the mothership from the trailer is lurking high up in the sky and it's ginormous you can't go to it yet but i have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot more of this mothership as the season goes on and around the map ex-primal pois and classic areas have been taken over by aliens or are now being controlled by the imagined order colossal crops is now known as corny complex and looks a lot more like anarchy acres once again but there is a lot more to this place than meets the eye though underneath all this you can find a secret underground complex that belongs to dr sloan herself there's photos on the wall a huge meeting table and more but it's not the only popular poi to get completely transformed sweaty sands has been changed to believer beach there's new stuff all over the roofs like alien cutouts sprays and the crash pads have also been reskinned in the very center of the map where the spire once stood there is now a huge crater with water inside of it called the aftermath in here you can find all kinds of stuff but there is something way more intriguing on the map right now surface hubs have been added around the map and you can usually find them right next to a huge satellite dish there's a few on the island and they all seem to be pointing straight towards the mother ship so maybe as the season goes on they will lead us straight into a live event what's even cooler about these surface hubs are what you could find inside head into the building and you'll have to face io guards gotta admit it was nice having a season without these guys breathing down my neck so i'm glad that epic are only keeping them in just these new pois you can also find bunker chests full of loot in here and they're filled entirely with the new season seven weapons we'll get to those in a second but you can also find mounted turrets in these areas as well as permanent launch pads finally we've been waiting for this for so long as for the map change everyone overlooks the spawn island has now changed for the new season it's pretty cool there's like government buildings satellites all over but now you have to check out all of the new tech it's time to cover all the new weapons items and vehicles yes there's a brand new vehicle now in fortnite and as expected it's those pancake looking ufos not only are alien npcs driving around and abducting us with these ufos you could actually find your own it has its own shockwave blast you could fire at people as well as an abduction button and a boost you can pick up any player you want and if you see a squad of them just abduct their car now ufos don't run on fuel like other vehicles they have a battery life as well as three health bars so it's pretty cool and if you want to get one of these for yourself just look out for blue smoke when dropping into a poi and it'll spawn right there but that is just the tip of the iceberg epic has added a ton of new weapons into the game from both sides of the battle for the island there's all new alien technology like the chimera ray gun which could pretty much beam people from afar it's pretty crazy then you have the railgun which charges up and can snipe people from insane distances although they can see your beam charging up so you can't really get people by surprise with this thing and while that was the alien technology the imagine order have brought their own futuristic tech to the island as well around the island floor loot or in the io's bunker chest you can find two brand new weapons first is the pulse rifle which seems like a new version of the infantry rifle and it's pretty slick and if you want to make the pulse rifle even stronger you could pair with something else that's brand new the recon scanner this is kind of like a flare gun that was thrown through a pack punch machine it scans wherever you shoot for all kinds of things highlights ammo boxes crates animals and players so yeah you can see people through walls now apparently oh and did i forget to mention that this thing has pretty much infinite ammo yeah it recharges every 10 seconds you're never gonna get flanked again with this gun and for the very first time in the entirety of chapter 2 vending machines have returned after years of asking epic has officially brought back vending machines but with some new awesome changes they are now called mending machines and use gold instead of materials and you can find some of these machines with guns and items for you to buy and some of them can be used as healing stations i'm not even kidding they will sell you minis med kits and more for dirt cheap it only cost me 30 gold for a stack of minis i gotta admit it's gonna shake the game up so much and it's not the only fan favorite feature to come back if you look closely around the map you will actually find upgrade benches and some pois not itemized the classic benches that were added at the very beginning of chapter 2. they also now use gold instead of materials to upgrade and if you want a side grade there's a new way to do that as well crafting was introduced last season and has become way more useful in season seven around the map you can find toolboxes that will drop ammo as well as nuts and bulbs for you to craft with these nuts and bolts could be used to side grade your weapons for absolutely free you can do things like turn your ar into a burst or your attack into a lever action shotgun it's amazing to have cy grading available at any time but fortnite has done something nobody expected so llamas have been pretty much untouched for years and in that time no one has considered the fact that epic might change him up and well today was season seven that exact thing happened if you find a llama on the map you better get a gun out because they're alive that's right fred's brothers have followed in his footsteps and have come to life if you try to loot them they will begin hopping away and trying to get away from you before you can rip them open and take out all their loot kind of uh morbid but you know also fun and they are absolutely adorable even if it's gonna get annoying having to chase these guys down but it won't be as annoying as the brand new chest that epic is added for season seven there's a legendary chest that appears randomly around the island now and if you approach it alone it's impossible to open you get thrown back if you try to pickaxe the crystal that holds the chest inside but if you bring your teammates over you can work together to smash the crystal and grab yourself some nice loot even the og fortnite music plays when you do it there are also now pay phones around the island that you can answer and a mysterious person gives you quests for gold similar to the whole npc's thing but of course this isn't a new season launch without the battle pass if you've seen a single youtube thumbnail today you already know the huge crossovers that are in this season's battle pass the tier 100 skin is literally rick sanchez from rick and morty and he looks like he's ripped straight out of the show this is our first ever independent crossover skin to be tier 100 and no tony stark doesn't count okay and as for tier one this season has a customizable skin named chimera camera he's basically a build-a-bear button alien okay you can find alien artifacts all over the map and once you collect a few you can then spend those artifacts on upgrades and customizable options for chimera and i'm out of beginning there's over 2000 ways to customize this guy but speaking of spending stuff on skins battle stars have also returned but not in the way you think it sounds like hey extra battle past years but no it works very differently from before now every single time you level up you will be rewarded with 5 battle pass stars you can then spend these battle pass stars on whatever you want and once you hit a certain level you can lock more pages it's a really weird way to do things but it basically just means you can unlock battle pass cosmetics in whatever order you wish so let's say you're on the second page you want a specific thing you could get that without having to go through eight cosmetics first it's actually kind of neat and for the secret skin we unfortunately don't have an original skin once again in chapter 2. it's a crossover but at least this one makes sense i gotta admit i'm excited for it superman will be the secret skin this season and it makes sense considering he's a literal alien from another planet he'll come with a glider that makes him look like he's flying not to mention a shadow version that you can unlock further down the line also clark kent will be available in around 65 days so pretty much halfway through the season but in terms of everything else you need to know for starters here is the new victory umbrella for the season and i actually really like this other umbrellas have been pretty meh in the past so it's a nice change and for things in game themselves animals have received a new change instead of just dropping meat or bones wildlife will now drop consumables like mushrooms and more it definitely makes killing them a lot more worth it epic has also added a new button for when you shake down an enemy and it'll let you cancel the shakedown mid animation i mean everyone has been desperate for this change i think we're all tired of accidentally shaking someone down and getting killed because of it but for an even cooler feature epic has brought ps5's next-gen graphics to pc if you set your video settings to epic you could finally fit in with those rich console players there were also some unreleased items spotted in the battle pass trailer like a weird cube-shaped grenade also a gun that could literally pick up cars and throw them if you spotted these you win a sticker or something and if you're sitting here wondering well top 5 gaming there's all this new stuff but what's been unvaulted well that's where things get really fun launch pads and snipers have returned which is going to make mobility and long range fights much easier we also have the return of crash pads as you can see over at believer's beach there's also the return of the hand cannon and rapid fire smg but also the lever action shotgun and the aug those can be found by side grading but it's not all amazing stuff because epic has vaulted a lot of good items in return all of the primal and makeshift weapons have been removed as expected but they took some fun items down with them the vendetta flopper is now completely gone so no more grinding for a chance at that we also no longer have the harpoon gun or stink fish and as for guns the revolver dooleys and infantry rifle were also vaulted and then unfortunately the shockwave grenade was taken out so not only do we lose the shockwave bow but the grenades are gone too thankfully launch brads are back but i will really miss that bow and that is everything you need to know about season seven like i said guys please use code t5g when
