just want to tell you that it does get better so i feel a lot better compared to how i was at that point and i had i had bad thoughts guys i had bad thoughts uh very very bad thoughts and i'm just glad that i'm you know still doing what i'm doing you know thank you george uh i've always been a big you know a big supporter of you know supporting mental health because you know my mental health has gone up up and down a lot really um i i had to deal with i i had like health anxiety in in 2016 and i went to therapy for it and stuff and then it got better i don't worry about my health anymore it was because of when i was in hospital if you if any of you guys aren't long-term fans this was like in 2016. magical shark cat what a cool name thank you uh now there's no lonely freddie yet um i'll talk about it in a minute um see i was in hospital guys my my lungs collapsed back in 2016 and i was in hospital for like a month and it really shook it shook of me it shook of me uh and i was just scared for ages like i didn't want to leave the house and stuff because i was scared that was gonna like my lungs were gonna collapse again so yeah then this uh the start of at the end of last year i went to i was i i i i've had like therapy for like a year i i still talk to my therapist i'm having like a break at the moment for my therapist just to see how i get on but yeah i've been going to therapy for for a long time guys um and it has helped so mental health is very very important so hey ryan thank you did you see what i pulled well to be fair i didn't pull a lot but i did pull a you know anybody who's who's like upset or low the best thing that you can do is to support them through it okay the best thing you can do is to support them through it and there's so many websites behind these office phases and i always refer to these as nights because of kind of the lighting and then after that the salvage period i just think of more like midnight because it's like pitch black so anyway just i've got people's donations on my face guys this phase it's not clear as to whether the people are eating pizza while you're doing this during the day or the night whether the sounds are coming from the left or the right you can go to motion section really fast and then turn to the vent and flash okay just hold it there and if an animatronic is in the vent you'll hear vent noises i would shut off the fan if you can if you're doing a task you can't really cancel it uh so i would just shut off the fan and that's it i would leave your computer on though i haven't seen a really good use for turning your computer off but anyway uh with the temperature of the fan you see you see the the temperature of the facility uh in the lower right corner there you would think customers would be pretty aggravated but maybe the motion sensor on all the toy it seems to sixty reason about dji would be the same dynamic here so and that gets a little sticky because if that happens you're going to want to make sure as little as possible is on i would still keep your computer on but i mean if you want to shut it off in that case i understand but completely so okay it's like boom and if
