wondering the special but is happy with are they seem like really happy everytime Bishop is preaching that inspiration and everybody is sound and they're happy and the fact that when the album I I stopped gradually I started something happen I don't know what happened but gradually I started going again after this being serious and I saw myself doing plans for in church helping them invite people to church and I live very well then you you are all people and whether they like me to teach you you do and I thought i doing it and now by the grace of God I'm an elder of the church and I am very happy and I don't know why but I think that is because I have a family like I said it is when I don't have to I know that when I come out very happy people I have a family that loves me and I testimony this my name is Salam - on I'm my fan I reading nautical science last year's June I was giving a massage much later by the school to find a vessel she to do my intention and yelling the case Pamela's ashiness is about traveling $43 and I edited it the documents are too much I don't have money I can't do it without a short time so it took the grace of God and that when the day came he helped me to rehearse me and to avoid his vessel and when I posted the water which was noisy by like when I got I don't know what's happening cause I had no Passport I surprised across the border nobody deserves me when I go to the airport they helped me whenever I when I go to the post they haven't washed I was surprised that Oklahoma thought he helped me to to meet the Western Anchorage and it took the wrath of God and after the attachment I came back to school and I was normally working about and we went for swimming at the my sons with the Department Jesse and what we were then then I Congress for the one that is being hosted for the shepherd so I drove there myself and then after service we won our way back with shepherds and the car as usual one iron was in front the three of went to the hospital adeptly fish and they said I'm a suspect so I have to be detained and the law must grant me bill it was not easy it was not easy cuz a doctor man that was very angry with had nobody to tend to talk all the pastors extended ethics and Daddy responded right away but messy so where are you what was happening and I told him but then they were all a man wants help Lulu was calling me kept calling calling to ensure that I'll be okay I could reverse the variances made some calls I mean it took the fact that I have the mother that I have to console me because at that time groups of people he that has and he that has not and you are joining he that has one of the secrets of he that had is that he that has had learned to respect little things that make a big difference there are many things that make a big difference in your life and unfortunately he that has not usually is someone who focuses only on the big things which often are not the difference or do not make the difference so when you read the Bible you grow to respect little things one of the little things is a little faith if you have faith as a grain of a mustard seed you shall say to this mountain remove hence to yonder place and it shall remove and nothing shall be impossible unto you Bible says that faith very small faith can move a mountain so the space that you are using is faith which is a very very small thing but it makes a very big difference the big differences between those who are really doing well and those who don't do well I found not in big things but in little things for instance if you take an aeroplane like gamma Airways which does not exist anymore and an airline like KLM of British Airways you find out that at the time Ghana a witch was using vc10 British Airways was also using something like dc-10 when we started using dc-10 they were also using dc-10 when Kenya Airways is using a plane like Boeing 737 I know the different types of air car because anytime I go on a plane I want to know what type of flame I am on they are too tight the American one and the European one Airbus and Boeing so when we were using dc-10 which is a Boeing plane the British Airways will be using vc10 everybody is the same after the big one the big thing which cost maybe forty million dollars for one plane that one is the same we we use the same thing but there are some small things that are different within the plane the way it is run little little things that is what changes so after the big thing that is the same you get it but the small things the little thing that is where the difference comes in and it's always the difference is a small thing we tell somebody do this and the person does it three days later one person will do it one week later wanted to do it two years later one person we do one year later one person we do it six months later now it's all done so the big thing is that is done does the maintenance innit is it also the main thing that is done but the little thing about when it was done is what make the difference between you being liked or disliked but if this is planter one a cow bone all right all like I was giving somebody an example start to him by a certain animal buy 20 of them and bring it and one person does it next year one person the other big thing is that those animals must come off the corn must be planted the big does a big job is it not a big job but the difference that makes the big difference is that one person will do it will do it now and completely and the other one will not do it down we'll do it right if you look at people's attitude when you ask them to do something the attitude what people don't realize is that it's something that people used to choose people for things is not that big can do or they do things like you can have a lot of young men you ask them plant grass here or come to school here and they all come to school or the optimum plant grass one of them has a very good attitude and a good flow and the other one and he plans to grab the other one also plant the ground but the attitude of the one which is a small thing because the big thing was that the grass should be plant and it's being planted after the grass is being planted but the attitude of the person planting the ground is like it's not that it doesn't matter by its matches and those other things that people use to choose last week I was somewhere and I was clicking to a one of my supervisors and then she was finding out someone who was working and she said that this person has a very good attitude and that in a nice idea good attitude is a lot is very important and and we both concluded that webapp a person is in works well or doesn't work well that good attitude it is okay whatever the person is able to do is okay so most of us think that you know the big thing math about people who really become rich and go high it is small things that make them go high very small thing and so I don't know whether I strict intelligence they're going to anything that is small it's not respected very small it's like a small boy you are short you are this whatever is not a powerful thing but it takes wisdom to be able to recognize that this one is important lighted young people you know we are small boys all haha you don't have money your phone is the old type you don't have anything it takes a certain wisdom to be able to see that this small boys and small girls are very important that that is what will make a big difference with everything later on or even very soon that will be the big difference the father the church is only full of old men and old ladies how do you think the charismatic church came about many many of the older churches or other friends are just used for funerals never as you get older let's say like that as we get older there'll be more funeral and as time goes on a church can basically be used for funerals and you see that there's no young person in the church so the little person the young people who are know but don't have had they don't have money they don't have anything you always need something you see those little ones become the main thing which you overlooked resulting in the death of the whole church or the whole organization if you go to some churches today they are job used for funerals accepting pregnant on a Saturday and there is no living worship is not there and many many of the young people of different denominations will be joining other churches because the young ones who are nobody and not recognize God like it's a small thing within the church oh you say you are the pastor of the children it's like we couldn't find something for you to do among responsible people so we are delegated and relegated you to the nobody and the small ones but it is the small thing and the little thing that makes a big difference with time because as time goes by you'll be asking where do you get this person from so you have so how did this person come this person came of whom you don't have one Kim as a child and have been there growing up as a child and you don't have such people because you don't you don't recognize or respect little ones or little things all right so it's very important for you to recognize that as I've grown at it a leader if I look at my pastors you know such as a seasoned underpasses sometimes some of them don't do well the reason that they don't do well at a point is not a big thing there I can't even find a pastor who is not doing well because of a big thing you know sometimes you may think that all many pastors are having like maybe some deities or the Alliance or they are fornicators or their homosexual fastings that's not common it's not a common thing since I became a such a benefactor of the same church almost 40 years it's not common to find pastas whose lifestyle is fornication it's very rare for the almost 30 years that have been a perfect oh yes very rare it exists it exists but it's rare a pattern we see teeth it's exist right read we have had factors one see that it's red or a pastor is a criminal it exists by its ray those things are rare but later think like pastors who don't communicate with it looks like a small thing but when you don't communicate you become like an eight because it can speak is one of their division it's a severe handicap yes to not speak and not be able to communicate it's what we call a pidgin and it's a severe deficiency by looks like a small thing well you tell people you need to communicate or to relate you know it doesn't look like a big thing but people are chosen because they relate people are related with because they relate and when you don't relate you don't know how to relate how to speak what to say when to speak when not to speak it looked like a small thing but that is what makes the difference between of Eva Mia if I if I if I look around I look up let's say like people who have ever chosen for anything usually the ability to relate with me don't if you don't relate with me no matter how good you are good at computers or you are good at I don't know what you are good at bye nice job whatever human business failure but most of the failings are caused by small things and those little things are making all the difference so you must grow to respect us what happens until somebody gives you an some advice and you you sort of lower it's important because it most advice is it's like about something small advice mostly is about something almost doesn't look important but that's the main thing looking at it is there but why not something small yeah something small you'll be surprised something small that some people don't have and when you tell them do this they look at you like a cow chewing grass who is being advised they don't ever seem to understand most of the time when you are giving advices about something small something small like people don't they don't believe it advices about little things is that that does very sporting just do this some wet sentence none it's not really bleep and those little things other things that make a big difference and all through the Bible the things that make a big difference a small things like cake no I mean no one no one here can say that is not afraid so even the greatest ban of who says he's a man of faith he's afraid Tommy died protects again young man from Ghana to come and stand in business you may have so many secrets now when I spoke to you a little book you may not really see because your intelligence and your mind is yeah and man little children yeah whenever so you must respect yourself and as which I this generation that knew everything no matter you must also do things for God because you can do everybody that grown up in their forties aplans how to do now you are able to do them as a child a little member of the body the Bible says that tongue is a little member it is so that tongue is a little member and cause of nature and it is set on fire of hell alright so your tongue which is a small part of you can affect a whole lot of things all right so what you say cause if you say the wrong thing it can change your whole life do you see ya can change your whole life if you ask somebody for money when you shouldn't ask for money you can change your maybe a person was planning to give you money then you should have stayed with your hunger and then persisted in need rather than going to say give me money or even borrow money can I borrow your car can I borrow this can I borrow that so watch out you see but generally you have what you see if you say good things you have good things generally speaking you'll find out that it is true that the Word of God is true is like paying type specifically you may look at when I pick that I didn't get anything but generally if you look at the overall picture use either people who pay time the prosper if you look at people who bring up their children in the fear of the Lord like the girl who was giving the testimony I knew that the end of the story will be that she was seven the Lord because when you bring your channel in the fear of the Lord you
