person of jesus to us lord we pray for a spirit of wisdom and revelation and the knowledge of god lord we pray that you would cause your word to burn in us like a fire lord your word is like a hammer let it come and break up follow ground lord i just bind up any confusion any discouragement any disappointment and god we just pray would you come and strengthen us tonight god would you come and comfort us tonight god would you come and encourage us tonight lord i'm grateful for those who came that live here god i ask a special blessing on those who drove long distances to be here god i ask that you'd fill their heart with fresh fire lord with a passion for your name jesus we love you we're here for you and everybody said amen if you have in your bibles there in matthew chapter 6 i want to begin by reading the lord's prayer i know that many of us who maybe grew up in church are familiar with this passage but i want to look at it and make some comments and then we'll get rolling matthew chapter 6 gonna begin reading in verse 8 matthew 6 8 jesus says therefore do not be like them for your father knows what you need before you ask him pray then in this way our father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we have also forgiven our debtors and do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from evil for yours is the kingdom and the power in the glory forever amen how many of you in this room are believing for a third great awakening in america [Music] i know at the ministry school in lakeland we've just created this course called revival history the men in the movements i've been concerned as i traveled around that many people are longing for a third great awakening but they don't know anything about the first or second one we're not familiar with finney or edwards we don't really understand the sacrifice the price that they paid and so i i'm burning up i'm deeply desiring a third great awakening you know it's like haggai said the latter the glory will surpass the former amen but i think that we have to at least do our best to grab hold of the former before the latter comes so if we're going to believe for a third great awakening in america i think that it's imperative that we at least study the first and second as a pattern or as a template for what's coming now in this current generation what i believe has happened in part is a generation has dared to pray the prayer that we just read and if i could sum it up often times what it is is this on earth as it is in heaven that's simply how i would sum it up there's a passion of lord whatever the realities are of heaven we would like them manifested in the earth on earth as it is in heaven and so we see different realities beginning to manifest they've been in part first and second great awakening welsh revival azuza hebrides i mean lots of different moves of god but we have seen for example even here in california bethel up and reading has caught hold of this revelation on earth as it is in heaven and for a large part around the world they're known for the supernatural for signs wonders and miracles yes there are other men and movements that are being used in the miracle realm but they're a type of movement on earth as it is in heaven so if there's no sickness there's no disease in heaven we want to pray this prayer lord on earth as it is in heaven so i believe that we're witnessing a miracle dimension manifested in the earth at this time like never before i always encourage people if you're not seeing miracles you're just in the wrong place i see them every weekend sometimes people have to have an elijah syndrome broke off of them oh i'm the only one no i'm gonna tell you there are thousands dare i say many thousands of churches in ministries all over america that haven't sold out don't let that self-righteous devil get on you it's interesting many prodigals become elder brothers isn't it amazing that those who god labored the longest with and extended the most amount of grace and mercy while they were a knucklehead for 20 years somehow make people believe if they don't repent today it's over god raised up paul as a trophy of his grace god labored with a murderer as god delivers and sets you free from whatever that you were involved with can i encourage you don't let a self-righteous spirit come upon you ask god to work his grace and mercy in your life i don't know who that was for but i bless you with that so there's miracles there's signs there's wonders breaking out heidi baker i mean it's amazing todd white it's amazing what god is doing then there's this movement called ihop not pancakes international house of prayer in kansas city mike bickel 24 hours a day seven days a week if you've not been there i encourage you to go there i grew up a pastor's son and my dad's idea of a good family vacation was a week in kansas city in the prayer room i wanted to be at the beach i want to be on a roller coaster dad said i'm going to sow the seeds of night and day prayer there's only one who's worthy his name is jesus his his beauty his beauty who he is you know there's things that will do for love that we'd never do for duty when you get to kansas city they're not just grinding it out and striving you can't do it that long there's a vision i've always said where vision of jesus is present deep in continual worship will never cease where vision of jesus is present deep in continual worship will never cease they have grabbed hold of a vision of the beauty of this man and they've locked eyes with him and up out of it has erupted 24 7 prayer and worship in fact there are more houses of prayer around the world than ever before the koreans are doing it the japanese are doing it the africans are doing it this all over the world day and night not well where does that come from i hate to tell you but mike bickle didn't invent prayer in worship bill johnson and whoever else is out there didn't invent the supernatural on earth as it is in heaven we know that there are 24 elders and there are four living creatures at night and day day and night they're around the throne and they're lifting up incense so here it is the third great awakening we're seeing signs we're seeing wonders we're seeing miracles on earth as it is in heaven we're seeing prayer we're seeing worship we're seeing a whole movement of the church that just saying lord we want the simple hearted devotion we love you amen amen so we've got two chords what i want to begin to prophesy to you tonight is that there's a third chord strand coming to america and when this third chord strand begins to manifest i believe that we will be involved in a third great awakening that so many of us are desiring so we've got the supernatural we've got prayer and worship but what god has been revealing to me is we've left out a massive cord and how the lord began to reveal this to me was this on earth as it is in heaven jeremiah there's prayer and worship but what exactly are they uttering holy holy holy is the lord god almighty who was and is and is to come see i'm going to prophesy to you that there's this reality in heaven called holiness called sanctification called come out from among them there's this realm of separation from the world there's this realm of cleansing that's coming it's called the fear of the lord i don't know if you've ever heard of it i don't know if you've ever heard of preaching on the judgment seat of christ i don't know if you've ever heard of preaching on hell but this is these types of realities that's coming it's a three chord strand that when it links up in america power will be released to the church like never before can i tell you what's terrifying let me tell you if some of my own personal experiences it's terrifying in many of the charismatic pentecostal circles that i've operated in how much we love miracles how much we love prophecy how much we love prayer and worship but the minute someone calls for repentance the entire meeting empties [Music] i did a training two years ago for prophetic ministry it was a three-day conference there's about 500 people that attended the first night we got into some activation and impartation we laid hands on people there was personal words and that night we advertised the next morning we were going to begin to deal with this thing called character i don't know if you've heard of it you know like you look at the life and ministry of jesus and there was no sin like we don't have to look at david and bathsheba and say my affair must be okay like we're not supposed to be using the sin of the bible to excuse ours so we advertise we're going to get into character we're looking for a generation that has character that matches anointing looking for a generation that actually has a healthy marriage looking for a generation that cares more about their kids than a pulpit out of 500 we had 60 that showed up registered paid 60. it was advertised that night we're going to be doing more activation and more guess what it was full every session that it was advertised that we were going to be dealing with sin we were going to be going after deliverance we're going to go after the skeletons in the closet no one would come but so long as we advertise that there was miracles there was the supernatural we could keep a crowd i'm just going to tell you something by the word of the lord in many places in america when holiness is preached it won't fill up the church it'll drive it out it's amazing in the charismatic pentecostal community we are in love with the supernatural we are in love with prayer and worship but if someone were to stand up and say hey what about personal holiness what about the fear of the lord it's like people they're they're ready to run out the door it's very concerning for me dare i say i fear for the charismatic pentecostal community that we are beginning to worship a god made in our imagination and not the god of the scriptures i fear that we are welcoming people into an emotional experience of a god that looks and acts and talks like me and not actually the god of the scriptures i said last night a man named john knox who wanted to see his nation scotland have revival it was recorded that when he died his heart was literally in the wrong place in his body they said that he went through so much travail and intercession that he moved his physical heart in his body he was famous for saying give me scotland or i'll die a passion of fervency he was also known for saying if you preach repentance you had better pledge your head to heaven first so as a man that god has called to preach holiness and repentance to the church i'm just going to tell you you had better pledge your head to heaven i can tell you that in the churches and ministries where i go and i just keep it real encouraging miracles come i give everybody prophecies i've got more money than i know what to do with but can i tell you when i go into places and i preach repentance i hardly have enough money to get home i've noticed that the body of christ doesn't even want to finance true messengers we would rather finance false prophets that are confirming jezebels and judases who are raising up simon the sorcerers because that's what you get when you start activating when you start imparting gifts to people and you don't teach them about character his name was simon the sorcerer he wanted with a touch what peter and john paid for with their life i don't know that a lot of people realize the price of the anointing i don't know that we've really been taught the secret place that's required to walk in true power and authority i believe if many people actually knew what so and so went through to get their authority you wouldn't run down to the altar you'd actually run out of the church i can impart a gift to you one man said but i can't impart my personal history to you and it's my personal history that sustains the gift that i carry in other words we have a generation who wants to kill goliath but have never fought a lion or a bear we're teaching people how to preach who don't know how to pray we're teaching people how to lay hands on the sick who can't keep their hands off their boyfriend and girlfriend [Applause] but brother what about david god used him mightily brother what about listen i'm all about the grace of god the mercy of god i love it but if you can't find it in the life of jesus i'm rejecting it if he truly is the patterned son if he truly is our elder brother our chief example if he walked in all power in all authority yet was without sin why is he not our hero why is he not our desire why is he not the measuring line the example of true spiritual authority signs wonders miracles prayer worship holiness consecration the fear of the lord when a generation begins to say lord i just want all of you and not part of you then revival will break out when we begin to cry out and say lord we want the god of the scriptures and not the god of our imagination revival's going to break out but we've got to get rooted and grounded in the word of god and not our feelings i'm going to address that in a minute but i want to say that again we have got to get rooted and grounded in this generation in genesis to revelation rather than if it makes me feel good or not but let's look back at this passage if you're breathing say amen let's look at this matthew 6 8 because i believe what i'm saying is actually right here i just don't know that we've grabbed hold of the full prayer look at verse 8 therefore do not be like them for your father knows what you need before you pray pray then in this way our father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name i want you to underline our circle hallowed be thy name and then it says what we've been saying your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven but this hallowed be thy name it literally means god make your name holy god make your name holy your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven it's almost as if the full manifestation of the kingdom of god coming his will being done on earth as it is in heaven is actually dependent upon god make your name holy now i want to be honest with you i've never heard anyone pray this i've never heard a single person stand up and say god make your name holy in california your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven but doesn't it kind of sound funny god make your name holy that's like telling fire to be hot but i wonder in this room if you really believe that god cares about his name i mean we think of it like someone taking god's name in vain using a curse word but i wonder if we really believe that god is concerned with people who claim to be christians and live otherwise i wonder if we think god's concerned about his name being defiled in this nation i wonder if we have a care about god and not ourselves i want you to turn to ezekiel quickly ezekiel chapter 36 i'm going to begin reading in verse 22. ezekiel 36 22 yes the old testament is for today therefore say to the house of israel thus says the lord god it is not for your sake o house of israel that i am about to act but for my holy name which you have profaned among the nations where you went and i will vindicate the holiness of my great name which you have profaned among the nations which you have profaned in their midst then the nations will know that i am the lord declares the lord god when i prove myself wholly among you in their sight what if a generation rose up who had a biblical worldview concerning a third great awakening and what if we begin to realize that a third great awakening is coming not primarily because of our prayers but because god is coming to vindicate his own name what if the third great awakening gets god-centered not charismatic centered [Music] i am about to act in california not necessarily because of the church i'm about to act in this state because i take issue with those claiming to be christians who think you can abort babies voting for people who approve abortion makes you an accomplice to murder what if god is about to to take issue with those who are saying that they know him and are having sex outside of marriage what if the lord is going to begin to deal with his holy name what if it's not really about us and me and my and i told pastor praise god for a church who actually sings worship songs about god i go to churches and i wonder who we're singing about who are we singing to am i worshiping a god of my imagination or am i worshiping the god of the scriptures i believe god is about to act in this nation i believe god is about to act in this nation but i believe he's way more concerned about his reputation than yours i believe if a people would begin to rise up and pray the lord's prayer god make your name holy because when god begins to make his name holy there's only one right response it's called isaiah 6. when god begins to make his name holy holy living is the only right response been asking the lord about why in the church we have to sing so much about his love it's like all we want to hear about is his love all we want to sing about is his love all we want to teach about is his love i don't get it why not sing about his holiness why don't sing about the fear of who he is why why why lovey-lovey-lovey-lovey-lovey it's part of his nature but it's not all of it i asked the lord i said why why do people always have to publicly hear about your love he said because they've never heard me whisper it privately see i get confused about why we need to hear about his love publicly because i commune with him privately and i know that he loves me nothing can separate me from his love so if nothing can separate me from his love and i abide in his love privately when messages like holiness and the fear of the lord in repentance when they're spoken publicly i don't question whether he loves me i know that he does see what's happened in this generation is because we don't know he loves us privately when we hear messages of holiness and repentance publicly we take it as he doesn't love me so there's this thing called the orphan spirit that's literally choking this generation out here's how you know that it's got you in the chokehold you receive god's correction as his rejection you know you have an orphan spirit when you receive holiness and repentance as god's rejection of you rather than as his great love for you see when the father comes and the sons and daughters begin to fill the house and repentance is preached it will be joy and music to our ears father thank you that you love me enough not to leave me the way that you found me thank you that come as you are does not mean stay as you are thank you that the real love of the father is transformational you haven't been in his glory and you're still looking at porn you haven't been in his glory and you're still beating your wife no you had an emotional experience you weren't in the real glory how he loves us one of the greatest fights in the church right now is who is god who is god a god of our imagination or the god of the scriptures do we know parts of him or do we know all of him how we doing that's what i ask when the deer in the headlights are moving i'm starting to look at the exits come on i want you to track with me tonight the lord is speaking something so in the midst of my my wrestle my my frustration my again i'm telling you i i honestly i have a hard time connecting because i wake up every day i abide in the vine the way that the lord said it to me is the father's divine dresser he comes and prunes he comes and corrects what happens is when the father comes and he he corrects he's he's catching a generation not abiding in the vine you have to learn he cuts you in the embrace because he loves you but if you're not living in the embrace of the father when when the so when he comes in you're going to take it as rejection we've got to learn so i have a hard time when when holiness and repentance and people i just don't know if god loves me i'm like brother you know he loves you because he just corrected you you know that he just loves you because you hate the preacher praise god are you mad praise god that didn't feel good praise god that's god hello so i've been asking the lord and so again for me third great awakening lord send revival i've gone back and looked at revival history and here i want to read you my findings every past revival in christian history has been based on a foundational cultural agreement concerning right and wrong sin and morality when society drifted from that foundation everyone knew it as a result people could respond to great preaching feel guilt over their sin turn to god and repent revival grew and spread on the basis of repentance and the forgiveness that flows from the cross and the blood in large part because everyone understood the baseline from which they had departed no such cultural agreement now exists even in much of the contemporary church we have lost the sense of sin and with it any need to repent without a sense of sin repentance cannot come and without repentance revival in the fullest sense cannot happen sum it up for me there has never been a revival in history without repentance you can have your miracles you can have your fire tunnels you can have people falling down on the floor i got in trouble the other day i told people listen if you keep falling on the floor and you can't take it out the door stop falling on the floor i'm not impressed by how drunk and weird in the spirit you can be meanwhile you're still hooked to porn [Applause] i don't know exactly what kind of god you're relating to but when the real glory of god comes it just doesn't touch you on the outside it changes you on the inside there's internal transformation there's a cutting and a forging of our character not just the gifts of the spirit how about the fruit of the spirit why have we accepted it like a package deal the more anointed someone is the more horrible their character is i think we've just accepted it like a package deal oh he has a miracle ministry and his marriage must be jacked up oh he has a great prophetic ministry he must be stealing the money i want you to totally and utterly reject that because it's not found in the life of jesus there's charismatics and then there's charismania there's too much charismania too much lack of accountability too much of a lack of discipleship i think revival could break out in charismatic churches if they actually just discipled people root and ground them in the word of god i love getting prophecies and being blown here and there and having spiritual experiences but that's not going to get you into heaven the bible is that's [Applause] amen all right some of you are really looking at those exits now i thought this guy was a prophet i am repent no repent turn to the lord get a spirit of prayer catch the fear of the lord he's coming amen [Music] i mean the lord had to deal with me so severely because if i don't have the fear of the lord i just stand people up and prophesy to him oh praise the lord you and you and it just comes natural to me but the lord said to me one day don't you dare do that the lord said you have not been called to build a ministry on a gift you don't build a ministry on a character or excuse me a charisma or a personality build your ministry on christ build your ministry on the word of god so i had to discipline myself to actually buy these things called commentaries i actually have a bible degree i know that's a sin in charismatic churches ah brother forget the seminaries and forget the education and you don't need any of those books just read the word of god i had to discipline myself to study myself approved i had to learn how to craft sermons i had to learn how to preach the word of god with unction and give the people the meat and if there's dessert after praise god but the dessert is not the main menu personal prophecy has the slightest threat in scripture there's no meetings where the whole emphasis of the meeting is reading people's mail [Music] there's the gift of prophecy words of knowledge see i think we have elevated the gift of prophecy in the church and so we think that's what a prophet is so if you hear that a prophet's in town you're coming to get a word of knowledge a word of wisdom or no that's a gift that's a dime a dozen that's not the ministry of a prophet if you hear a prophets in town the number one assignment is to turn you back to god [Applause] it's to fill up the altars it's to release the spirit of prayer but as i said last night i'm not even sure that we recognize who the real prophets are anymore when are the false prophets gonna stop prophesying are you ready when you stop feeding them no you and you and when you stop giving them your offerings man these cameras should look at some of your faces this is great [Music] this is fantastic i'm i'm enjoying this so the baseline the plumb line is being erased we don't even like to use the word sin i went to a mega church last year of ten thousand people and he literally says to me do not say the word sin you can say hang up you he he gave me these list of adjectives i mean forget repentance don't say sin in other words don't say anything that will offend people i want to ask you a question if you do not think the gospel is offensive you do not believe the gospel if the gospel is not offending the natural man the gospel's not being preached the real gospel is the gospel of self-denial the false gospel is a gospel of self-accommodation jesus is not a salt and pepper shaker that adds flavor to your life he is the life he is the way he is the truth deny yourself pick up your cross and follow him he's not an item on the buffet that you can add to your life he is the life [Applause] and here i am i'm just saying thank you god for your love because love confronts love speaks the truth see people call me a bigot they call me a hater they call me a false prophet they say oh brother you just need an encounter with the father's love brother the kindness of god leads to a rep i mean i got trust me let's talk about the rich young ruler [Music] i love it i love the word of god jesus looked upon him with love he looked upon the rich young ruler with love and love said i care more about where you'll spend eternity than offending you now sell all that you have oh jesus that wasn't very loving no he just demonstrated what real love is real love cares more about where people will spend eternity than keeping big daddy bucks in the church [Applause] see there's compromise in the house of god because we're trying to please everyone but god i've been through the struggles we planted a church out of nothing a word from god no money no people we start meeting in our living room and one day a rich businessman came to the church and literally his one check paid for everything and more i got in the place of prayer and said praise god took the first check put it in the bank paid the bills second month i got the check i went to put in the bank and god says i don't think so he said this brother thinks that he can buy his salvation and clear his conscience by giving money to the church you're going to give it back to him see it's real easy when you've got money in the bank but we couldn't pay our bills i said lord what in the world [Music] god said do you love him what was he asking are you more concerned with where he'll spend eternity and lying to him by just taking big daddy bucks his money do you care more about him keeping or do you trust me as provider i wrote a letter to the guy i mean literally i was i was like pathetic just weeping crying just putting that thing in the mailbox saying oh god the next week a check came times 10 for that amount there's somebody in here you need to know that god will withhold no good thing from those who seek his face we think we're seeing miracles and we're seeing glory with our compromise in the church i'm prophesying to you that if we begin to get really right with god we haven't seen anything yet we've got to shut down the charismatic circus or the zoo and start saying god reveal yourself to us lord i want all of who you are lord i want you the lord said to me today there are those of you here there is malnutrition in your life there's deficiency there are parts of god that you've received and there are parts of god that you've not received and we have an opportunity tonight to say lord give me your full counsel we've got a chance to declare romans 11 22 behold both the severity and the kindness of god there's never been a revival in history without repentance there's never been a revival in history without prayer there's never been a revival in history without a plumb line we are seeing the spirit of the age erase the plumb line here's my question and challenge to you is your life highlighting a biblical standard or erasing it your lifestyle choices are a direct reflection of your revelation of god you can look at someone's life in the way that they live and get a correct reading on who they know god to be the greatest issue in the church today is the knowledge of god the greatest need in the church today is a vision of going deeper in god now let me connect this to the high places and we'll head to the finish line turn to second kings chapter 22. so the lord has been speaking to me about the term high places if this is an unfamiliar term to you it's all in the bible in fact it's mentioned 117 times in the scriptures high places very simply not to make it difficult to understand the high places where the places where they would sacrifice to their idols the bell the asherath they were an abomination in the sight of god there were only two kings and all of israel and judah who successfully tore down the high places i want to run that by one more time there were only two kings in all of israel and judah who fully tore down the high places josiah and his grandfather hezekiah now let me run this by you as well it's fascinating there's even commentary about certain kings where it says they did right in the sight of god yet they did not tear down the high places what does this tell us this tells us there is a high price there is the blessing of god and then there's covenant with god there's a life that did right in the sight of god and then there's a life who said you know what i'm glad i'm in right standing with god but i'm here to tear down the high places in my generation it's not good enough for me to be right with god i want to give my life to get this generation right with god so josiah and hezekiah and again the reason why i'm pointing this out to you is the only reformations or revivals if you will recorded in the old testament are underneath their rule so to those who decided to tear down the high places to those kings in their era of time was granted revival if we want to see a third great awakening in america in this three chord strand of the supernatural of prayer and worship and of holiness be fully manifested we're going to have to tear down the high places now i'm going to tell you specifically what i believe god has said is the high places but let's look at this in second kings 22 josiah was eight years old when he became king and he reigned 31 years in jerusalem verse 2 and he did right in the sight of the lord and walked in all the ways of his father david he did not turn aside to the right or to the left now look at verse eight then hilkiah the high priest said to safe in the scribe i have found the book of the law in the house of the lord what's happening here is josiah takes the throne at a young age and they have lost the word of god they have lost the law and they go into the temple and this guy finds the book he finds the word of god look at chapter 23 then the king josiah sent and gathered to him all the elders of judah in all jerusalem and the king went up to the house of the lord and all the men of judah and all the inhabitants of jerusalem with him all the priests all the prophets all the people both small and great the dogs the cats i mean he's saying get in here everyone and he read in their hearing parts of the book no all can you circle all all every single word of god is inspired and the king stood by the pillar and made a covenant verse 3 before the lord to walk after the lord and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all this heart all this soul to carry out the words of this covenant that were written in this book and all the people entered into the covenant verse 4 reformation comes so the word of god is rediscovered in his reign he makes a covenant with the lord and says i will commit my life to every last verse i don't worship a highlighter god i don't highlight parts of scripture that make me feel good and ignore scriptures that make me squirm i'm committed to genesis to revelation i'm not going to ignore ananias and sapphira and preach awakening because that is awakening i'm not going to act like god didn't judge the church and because he judged the church thousands were being added to their number daily i want all of it lord i want genesis to revelation i want the full counsel of your word they commit to it he starts out with reformation and what's the very first thing that he does he begins to tear down the high places in the culture i'm telling you with josiah he this just wasn't some wimpy kind of guy that said well let's let's just take our time the brother went on a rampage he not only tears down the high places he slaughters the priests on the high places that they built you talk about a zeal for the house of the lord a vengeance for our god this guy got serious and said i do not care the price that i must pay to be a messenger of the lord i am taking a stand in this generation no matter what it costs me no matter how much hate mail i get no matter how many friends and followers i lose on twitter and social media i don't care the fear of man has been broken off of my life and i'm more committed to the word of god than a popularity contest the gospel is not a popularity contest we're not here raising fans we're calling followers of jesus christ we're not telling people come to jesus and you'll never have another problem this is not why every day is friday this is deny yourself pick up your cross and follow the lord yes there'll be hard times but he will see you through i wonder if there's any radical messengers in this room i wonder if anybody drove and said lord i'm here to take a stand the church has become domesticated we have become religious we have had our wings clipped we're more excited about football and sports than we are about jesus christ god is coming to the church to set the wild ones free no he's coming to set the captives free they sit in a pew every sunday [Applause] this is not the day to sit down and shut up this is the day to shout truth from the rooftops what are we so afraid of are you holy ghost filled or not that's right i've been preaching to young people about getting married oh should i date him if he's not you live in teachers in classrooms will have more authority than pastors and pulpits we have a school of ministry in lakeland i just told them 90 of you are not called to preaching ministry the days of everyone gathered and get employed by a church is over we have to begin to infiltrate every area of society the education system the government i mean we were there in lakeland and you know we're all praying for revival and there's a there's a government election going on and it's between literally a woman intercessor in a church who the lord tells her to run for mayor versus a full out flamboyant homosexual and the church is busy inside oh lord said revival and i'm saying go vote you're gonna have your little revival in your church when wickedness and immorality is about to be legislated in the city god is coming to set the captives free they sit in church every sunday i know too many insecure pastors would rather be keepers of aquariums than trainers and equippers here's the new wine skin of the church you're not here to fulfill pastor's vision the fivefold is here to fulfill yours how can we train and equip you in your various sphere of influence and i just feel like there's a deaf and dumb spirit in this room the lord the lord wants to open up ears he wants to open up eyes he wants to activate you he wants to get a fresh roar inside of you it's time to serve the to prayer he gave himself to fasting he gave himself to be separated and he had 82 years old was second in command of all of babylon you want influence you want a following you want to get conviction people are susceptible right now more than ever to people who actually believe what they're saying they see through the fake. stop talking to me about a god you don't even know tear down the high places all right we're about 10 yards out are you ready we're gonna sprint through the finish what are the high places in the church we know from scripture josiah hezekiah tearing down of the high places you know david says i look to the hills where does my help come from people don't understand that scripture properly i look to the hills i look and i observe all the baal worship where does my help come from i look to what's happening in california where does my help come from begin to ask the lord what is the high place in the church you know what the lord said to me i couldn't believe it our feelings the highest high place in the american church i believe what god revealed to me i only see in part is our feelings let me break it down for you if you're taking notes write this down here's the deception we associate truth with how it makes me feel so if it doesn't make me feel good it can't be the truth so when you hear preaching like tonight and you're not feeling good you have to ask yourself is it true and if it's true and it's biblical the problem isn't with the word or the preacher the problems with me see we love to shoot messengers so we don't have to listen to the message we love to come to church and we're the dysfunctional marriage and the guys preaching about marriage and we think it's about everyone but us there's a spirit of delusion and deception operating in the church where we think it's them and it's really us so the lord is looking for folks that are going to tear down the high place of feelings and again where i'm going to track this with the word is this you are hearing scriptures magnified in the church that make people feel good and we are going silent on the scriptures that don't make us feel good let me give you an example john 3 16. it makes everybody feel good for the well that's another one for god so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life everybody says amen they cheer praise the lord god loves you john 3 16. but my challenge to us tonight is this if we are going to give ourselves to the full counsel of god's word we have to keep reading to verse 36 to those who believe in the son they have eternal life but those who do not obey the son the wrath of god the greek says is currently and continually abiding upon them so yes god judged jesus on the cross but yes if you're not in the sun his judgment is on you but we love to pit these things it's the one guy in the street corner god loves you he has a plan for your life then this guy repent you're going to hell yes yes makes you feel good doesn't make you feel good truth truth the restoration i'm telling you the full gospel message is god loves you he sent his son to die for you but if you don't repent you're going to hell in fact his wrath is on you right now so that's why it's good news you can get out from under it amen but i'm telling you to this day i have never heard a preacher preach both of those ever ever i have never heard a john 3 16 so let's fast forward to this generation i don't know they don't like john 3 16. so here's the new favorite one romans 2 4 for the kindness of god leads us to stop preaching that holiness and repentance that doesn't work the bible says the kindness of god so unless you preach the kindness sorry i'm reading my hate mail unless you preach the kindness of god no one's going to repent [Music] makes you feel good does anybody i still i've never heard somebody preach romans 2 4 and preach romans 2 5 like the next verse but because of your wickedness and your unrepentant heart you are storing up the wrath of god for yourself on judgment day whether that makes you feel good or not that's the bible and we don't live above the word we live underneath the word we don't tell god what to do he tells us what to do that's the gospel that's right but i fear many have never even heard it when we're talking about genesis to revelation when we're talking about the full counsel of god you better believe if you're preaching the real bible you could just take it to the bank people are going to get ticked we've got to put an end to our gospel preaching where the goal is with every head bowed and i'd close not in the bible how about listen jesus hung on a cross naked so surely you can get up from your behind and get down to this altar and participate [Applause] oh brother i could never do that false conversions lead to false discipleship lead to no eternity when you read the the the great awakenings i mean these love to cherry pick scripture this is where i'm convinced someone in the charismatic movement please get a bible degree we are desperate for scholarship we are desperate for more than dreams and revelations we need messengers of the word i feel like there are there's a man in here tonight you have felt like you haven't fit into the charismatic church because you actually love the bible and i want to prophesy to you tonight we need men like you oh you love discipleship praise god come on in there are just things that bible study will do that a fire tunnel will not my god paul said to timothy in second timothy 4 preach the word be ready in season and out of season encourage and courage and courage with great patience and instruction paul told timothy every time the church gathers you better encourage him is that what the word says because again if the high place in the church is our feelings we've got to get delivered from our feelings and get rooted and grounded in the word paul told timothy with the word of god you are too correct with the word of god you are to rebuke with the word of god you are to encourage notice the ratio two to one for every three times you come to church two of those times you should leave mad you should be confronted there should be a war in your marriage you should feel convicted about your neglect for your children is this a double-edged sword or not is this alive and powerful or not or i guess we should just preach the latest movie series i guess we should just talk about every subject in this culture except god i guess we're wiser than god i guess we know better i i guess that that we see i believe the lord told me it's time to stop to start mocking the current culture i believe the lord said he's going to raise up messengers like elijah that are going to begin to mock the prophets of baal they are going to begin to mock the ideologies the principalities the entertainment they're gonna begin to mock and ridicule the spirit of the age and challenge them which god will you serve because the god that i serve sends fire the god that i serve loves me enough not to leave me the way that he found me father we love you see i'm gonna leave here tonight more in love with god than ever before i'm literally gonna sleep in my bed and just have a little love fest oh thank you father thank you i just i love it you just i just got the best chiropractic a point i mean you popped me and you you you corrected you adjusted thank you if your son or daughter was getting ready to run out and get hit by a semi don't you think you'd go bananas to get them to turn from their ways reform your ways think about your life make wise decisions don't be a part of the great falling away that's happening in this nation there's doctrines of 19 years old i'd prepared i knew god called me i walked into the office of the pastor he gets out a cardboard piece and it's literally people's pictures and names and he tells me if you want a good offering tonight prophesy to these people he's literally aiding and embezzling witchcraft and sorcery in his own church no big deal right he walks out of his office i literally fall over on the couch under the fear of the lord i'm like oh my god lord is this all the fasting all the prayer all the pressing in all the warfare that no one even knows is this and the lord said to me i set you up i want to tell you right now what i just heard the spirit of god say the lord's about to set many of you up marketplace people i'm telling you under the word of the lord god is about to set you up and give you a chance to choose life for death the lord said i've set you up choose life for death will you get in bed with mammon and greed like so many prophets before you i went out there i literally i just tried to find the poorest people i could he lasted about two minutes and walked out i preached on the love of the father we had us a little revival night we got everybody blessed i never heard from the guy again of course i didn't get it checked but you know what i did get on the way home that night i felt the applause the affirmation the love of the father there's nothing like his love there's nothing like his pleasure there's nothing like well done see it's far more than just here and now we're living for eternity we're going to stand before god one day and he's going to ask did you compromise did you bend saints i've been there i've done street evangelism i cowered and the lord said to me you just didn't preach the gospel that was humanism i'm like oh god i repent lord i just made that person believe that they're the center center of the gospel because i didn't want to tell them about hell forgive me lord there's an opportunity tonight there's a divine invitation tonight i'm going to tell you i believe god said to me about california his voice will thunder in this state i i i believe that the voice of the lord is going to thunder i believe that there's an army of messengers that are going to rise and we are going to see in california as in the days of josiah i believe that a remnant will rise that will begin to tear down the high places of ultra sensitivity and please don't offend me there's a group of messengers rising in this state who are going to be bold as lions they are going to be fearless they are going to pledge their head toward heaven they're going to be mothers and fathers they're going to be sons and daughters they're going to band together they're going to disrupt the religious system they're going to disrupt the government they're going to march in the streets they're going to cry out for freedom amen amen some of you tonight your heart is burning there's fire in your bones i believe we need to step into a dimension of prayer and worship there are some of you in this room right now you've been running from god you're a gideon the lord says the way that you see yourself is not the way i see you you might be going through family turmoil you might not even be believing in yourself but the lord would say to you tonight i am with you mighty warrior this is your day this is your time you might have think that you wasted time but god says i am here to redeem the time there are teenagers in here there are young people in here it's time to catch the holy ghost and fire it's time to get radical it's time to get bold it's child was not permission to lose the fire it was permission for the fire to begin to burn generationally i want to war and contend against the deception and the delusion that's overtaking millennial married couples and their children we are here to raise god-fearing righteous sons and daughters it's time to tell them a word and oh no i'm not going to give you what you want all the time if you backtalk me i'm going to discipline you i preached in a church i told them revival is going to come when people learn how to discipline their kids and you know and you know why they don't discipline someone here needs to hear that some of you in this room you're looking to get married do not settle for anything less than god's called you to i look for a jesus freak look for some man or woman that's lost their ever-living minds look for a man or woman that's so heavenly minded they're no earthly good people try to say that like that's a bad thing i'm like what world do you live in i'm seated in heavenly places in christ jesus yes i'm heavenly minded when i met my wife and we went on our first date the very first question i asked her was do you have a devotional life because where i'm headed the war is going to get hot and i need to know you're not going to depend upon my prayer life you've got your own amen if you've ever met my wife she gave me some right back she said oh yeah i've got a prayer life i read my bible how many hours do you spend a day in prayer oh i knew it was on on [Applause] come on a church on fire is the answer to a compromised world around it we've got to stop hiding out we've got to stop cowering we've literally got to get into this place where we are sold out we are utterly abandoned lord give us your word i don't care if it hurts i don't care if lord give us your word and when we begin to cry out for the word and maybe one night it's kindness and goodness and then maybe one night it's severity and judgment and then maybe one night it's love and one night it's holiness lord give it all to us and when the word of the lord is restored in this generation the high places are going to fall and when the high places begin to fall there's only one thing that's coming revival amen would you pray with me tonight that the high places would be broken in your life i believe there's a window of time tonight where the high places in california are going to fall i believe that we have an opportunity tonight to abandon sons and daughters and say lord would you break the power of deception saints it's just not bad theology it's doctrine of demons there's a spirit at work behind hyper grace teachers there's an agenda behind their misappropriation of the word of god maybe some of them do it on purpose maybe some of them don't but i'm telling you a generation is going to lift up their voices they're going to trumpet the word of god and our sons and daughters are going to come home i want to labor with some of you tonight for your sons and daughters i want to labor for some of you tonight with your family members that are lost they're confused we believe in jesus who conquered death hell in the grave he disarmed principalities and powers and he put them underneath his feet it's a psalm 2 reality it's asking him to rule in rain with an iron scepter that his enemies might be put underneath his feet it's time to
