Ghostbusters crossover with Silence of the Lambs. Oh, there you go. That's good. These two young people seem to have a lot of chemistry. Do you think Finn has a crush on Makenna? Watch the following clip and let us know your thoughts. By the way, my name is Emily and I have seen the movie Ghostbusters Frozen Empire. The movie seems to be a divisive experience. While die-hard fans of the franchise may find some nostalgic enjoyment, it's likely not going to win over any new converts. Reactions suggest it's a step down from its predecessor, leaving the future of the Ghostbusters cinematic universe with a big question mark. Paul's as big as an ant. In real life. Well, a carpenter ant. I'm just here. We've just met Makenna. Yes. You seem very nice. Most of our stuff was green screen. You both record music. When are you doing something together? Right now. We did the impact. Ready? I love the authentic sibling bond between Finn Wolfhard and Makenna Grace in Ghostbusters. It's great when actors can portray that believable family dynamic on screen. Even better, it seems like their connection goes beyond the set, with Finn effortlessly acting like a supportive older brother during interviews. It's a sweet dynamic to witness. Silent night. Holy ghost. Hall is ghost. Hall is ghost. iPhone 4. It's 4. He still hasn't gotten it. The guy's font on his phone is like 50 point font. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll be honest with you. I never realized they kept making them. Not for the first one. No. I think Mike should die. I was literally about to say that. Yeah, no, I think that he should be like dragged to the upside down and we leave him there. Thanks, buddy. And yeah, pretty much, basically. Hi, I'm Makenna. Hi, I'm Finn. Hi, I'm Finn. Nice to meet you. How are you guys? Good. How are you? Very well, thank you. You're so beautiful. Aww. Oh my gosh, and your eyes are like, sorry. Oh my goodness. And I really like your outfit. It feels like it'd be like really soft. Great. You still wear a blackberry, right? I remember blackberries. Yes. Do you remember what blackberries are? Yeah, I was there. Yeah, I remember. The booms. I remember my first blackberry. Yeah, those were the days. The click. Back in the day. I remember the click. Slimer coming in at the end of the year. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And that's, no, no, it's a dream. It's a dream. The whole end is a dream and Trevor wakes up and he's like, "I just had this dream about..." It was so strange. Yeah, it was so strange-er things. Things? Yeah. It feels like it'd be really soft. Sorry. You've just become my favorite person ever. Yeah, thank you so much. You have gorgeous eyes. Aw, thanks. Sorry. Thanks, Mackenzie. I mean, you're gorgeous yourself. Gorgeous. Anyway, sorry. You're strapping. Finn, thank you. You look great. What about me? You're like just kind of, you know, just a very cool style about you. Look at you, you're Tom Brown. McKenna Grace definitely has that classic beauty. It seems like everyone was having a blast in that interview, and Paul Rudd's presence certainly adds to the playful atmosphere. Their lighthearted energy and disregard for the interviewer's questions certainly makes it a fun watch. If you guys were a ghost and could haunt any member of the cast, who would you choose to haunt? Paul. I knew that you were going to say Paul, and I was going to make you look at me so we could say it at the same time. Sorry. Yeah, no, we're both on the same page. Do it again. They'll edit it out, and it's going to be great. McKenna, what's it actually feel like to go down the legendary fire pole? It's really cool. I mean, what else can I say? It's the coolest thing ever. I was at the actual firehouse the other day, and I was like, "Can I see what's upstairs?" And they were like... If you guys could go back in time and spend a day with anyone from history, who would you choose? Apart from all right brothers, obviously. Anyone from history, who would we choose? Oh, that's a great question. I know my answer. Go ahead. No. Don't they know who you are? Can we do the fire pole? They're like, "No, but we can do it, and you can see it." I was like, "Yes, please." And so one of the firemen went upstairs and then went down the fire pole. I just stood there and clapped. I was so excited to see them actually do it. It was really cool. I love it. Jesus Christ. By the way, laugh all you want. And it seems like it would be a wrong thing to say, "He existed." Yeah. So wouldn't you want to spend some time with him and go, "Jesus, what's the deal?" Paul Rudd seems like the kind of person who brings infectious energy to any set. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a whole reel of hilarious outtakes from the Ghostbusters movies where he makes everyone lose it. Finn Wolfhard must have had a blast transitioning from dressing as a ghostbuster on Stranger Things to actually battling ghosts on screen. Which one would you most want to see? That's a good question. I don't know. Ghostbusters crossover with Silence of the Lambs. John Lennon would be amazing. Yeah. -Mikaela? -Dang it. I was hoping you'd forget about me. I do have a question for you. You do? -I'm a Hannibal Lecter. -Yeah. Ghostbusters crossed with Zodiac. Ghostbusters crossed with... I'm trying to think of the worst example. Me too. Weirdly for Mikaela, you're way more relaxed. I don't know why. -I'm his favorite. -Right. And I can see why because you won me. You're my favorite. Thank you. Honestly, I really like this interview and I like the way this is going right now. Sorry. Finn, you're my second. As someone who also adored the original Ghostbusters, I totally get the nostalgia hit from Afterlife and Frozen Empire. It's bittersweet watching Makenna Grace mature on screen. She'll always be that spunky kid from her earlier movies in our hearts, though. It's a testament to how quickly time flies. God, I'm not winning anyone over. Third. That means you're third. -That means you're third. -By the way, I'm fine. I'm just happy to be here. Look, I'm garbage. I know it. I know this. I'm happy everyone kind of does. Everyone walks in the room. Okay, so we... Paul! -You guys. -Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Mikaela, I want to move it to you. There's a part in the movie where you actually have to talk in an ancient language, okay? Briefly. I was wondering, when you get the script for that, is there anything on the page that just say, "Do some gibberish"? I had to do that. So many... What can you tease about Phoebe's friend, Melody? Oh. Is that driving you nuts? Oh. That's good. It was that. That was exactly what it was. -That's right. -That's right. -That's... -Beetle juice. -Stop it happening. -Beetle juice. No! And popcorn. There's popcorn in it, by the way. That's my... That's my... That's my tease. Ghost coughs. Yeah, or ghost... I'm going to stop talking. That's horrible. -It was a lot. -Yeah. What was he like to work with? Because he was great. He's awful. -That's really terrible. -Yes. -That's all there is. -Yeah. Boo. [MUSIC PLAYING] (upbeat music) (upbeat music)
