Finding Purpose Like Yuji Itadori

the story of Yuji itadori is one filled with pain suffering death and despair but despite all of these things Yuji remains focused on his mission to exercise curses in today's video I'll be breaking down Yugi's I am a cog mentality to see what makes it so impactful on Yugi as a character and how this mindset holds the key to not only my understanding of my life's purpose but to yours as well so really the first part of this is understanding your purpose of finding and rather and for basically what it means is finding meaning in the struggle and for Yuji it was you know his life as a sorcerer pretty much def find the answer to the question what does it mean to have a proper death and that's something that his grandfather actually cursed him with right but it pretty much drives what Yugi yui's whole character is and really really is to exercise curses to atone for bringing sakuna back and for me my purpose in each season is really into the question I'm trying to figure out you know what am I supposed to be doing here you I tried starting a tech company try to get into day trading from you know stocks and Forex I even tried you know personal life coaching and stuff even know I'm only like 26 what do I know about life right um even podcasting and now YouTube and honestly I'm still trying to figure this this whole thing out and I'm not exactly too too sure on what the future may hold but hey I'm here now and I know Yi feels the same way and while I was looking trying to find figure out what my purpose was or what it means to have purpose I discovered the concept of eky guy now eky guy kind of breaks down the these four areas of your life and how they all connect is your purpose the first is what you love or passion it it identifies activities that bring you Joy and fulfillment exploring the things that genuinely excite and engage you the second thing is what are you good at or your vocation so it it implies you encourages you to recognize your skills talents and strengths and to focus on activities where you can demonstrate those things and even excel at it the third part is what the world needs or your mission so consider the needs of others and the world around you and find ways that you can contribute you know positively aligning with your efforts and making a meaningful impact in your life and other people's lives and the fourth part is basically what can you be paid for right your profession because hey we all have bills and they need to be paid so explore opportunities for financial sustainability you know something that can bring in the money identify areas where you can leverage your skills and passion to generate some type of income and the intersection of these four elements is believed to basically be your purpose it's believed to lead to a fulfilling and purposeful life which I don't know about you but that's something that I know something I strive for and I don't really enjoy working my 9 to5 for the next 40 years of my life and then pting it so for me my iy guy looks like this so my passion Faith anime and self-improvement you know you know surprise surprise my vocation basically my skills are I'm quick to understand most things and I'm able to relay that information at a level that other people can understand or at least I believe so right uh my mission basically the world needs more people who are confident in themselves and what they can do and what God's called them called them to be and my goal is to inspire others with my story and my life and my profession you know YouTube and maybe coaching again at some point are ways I can leverage my passions into incom and that's all fine and good but what happens after you find your purpose well for Yugi this actually kind of happened when he accepted his role in Saving Gojo he finally understood his purpose basically after Gojo was sealed in shabuya everyone scrambles to save him and Yuji started fighting with choso and he was actually injured and it was in that moment that Yuji chose to focus on taking down choso instead of being the one to save Gojo because he knew he had other people who are going to come through and you just realize he didn't have to be the star he just needed to do what what only he could do and this later on kind of grew with Yuji accepting that he's just like mahito and it's kind of the birth of the whole C mindset whereas he only exists to exercise curses and honestly what really what this means is you just put your whole self into your goals and beliefs because that is who you are right my wasn't wrong and yui wasn't wrong in the fact that they both fought for what they belied in and it really it's just give it give your all on what you're working on and and don't worry about what things could be and for me it's accepting my role as a Christian content creator that loves anime and it's not to be the best YouTuber in some Niche but to be the best version of myself for my subscribers for you guys which honestly is a niche of its own because I'm unique and there will never be another another me and honestly I to do all this to fulfill my commission from God which is to Ser serve others with the gifts I have been given so basically once you find and kind of understand your purpose now it's time to improve it cuz we are constantly growing and experiencing new things uh in Yu's case he's he's continuing to get stronger and stronger no matter what it takes and this is a quick spoiler for all my anime only so if you don't want to hear any of this skip to this this time stamp but otherwise here we go now in yui's case he's basically learning all type of things supposedly some type of Soul manipulation which may be his curse technique he even learned reverse curse technique all within the the time span of a month and the reason why he's pushing himself so hard and giving his all is because he's trying to use everything that's available to him in order to fulfill his purpose which is exercising sakuna and this whole thing comes together as Yugi's unbreakable ideal or his you know un Undying Will however you want to put it but this is his purpose and this is what he believes in so wholeheartedly that he's not he's not going to stop at anything to get it done and for me it's basically just putting in the work to improve my crafts from constantly researching different video topics and ideas improving my script writing and storytelling uh building up my confidence on CA camera cuz I'm really camera shy and I don't like doing this I don't like seeing myself off camera but hey I do it for you guys so you know hit that like button because I'm I'm struggling no I'm kidding uh but also improving my health because if I don't feel good then I can't I can't give it my own and all of these different things I'm trying to uh constantly and continuously work on and when I look to the Bible and specifically in 1 Peter 4:1 it says based on the gift each one of us has received use it to serve others as good managers of the Vari grace of God basically it's just say use the gifts God's given you to serve one another and I think that's a pretty nice way of putting it you know I know so many of us get caught up in trying to be the best of the best and honestly it kind of dilutes the things that God's called us to be we're going to be the best at what we do it doesn't mean we have to be better than everybody else you know and know it's really hard to think about but overall the key is just improving Your Life and Overcoming your challenges you just got to keep moving forward don't stop don't let the obstacles beat you down but get back up and just keep moving so basically being a called doesn't mean that you are insignificant or that your actions don't matter it means that your purpose is a contribution to a much bigger end so take pride in that I mean the fact that you got to see another day today means that your story isn't over that your purpose isn't fulfilled that your role isn't done you know the good Lord still needs you so he's going to equip you with everything that you need to keep pushing forward and now that you've
