Love me a good passthru. Never really impressed with any college marching band after seeing so many Drum Corp competitions. But this one is pretty cool. I wonder how many trombone players chipped a tooth in practice?
Is it possible they have computer programs to plan this out? I'd imagine if you had everyone on Bluetooth with a master computer directing all the musicians, who are able to follow drill commands, you could do possibly even more complex patterns.
Anyway this is amazing stuff and nowhere else in the world do bands do stuff like this regularly... it must have been absolutely breathtaking to see this live, and feel the instruments.
