on this morning comes from the book of romans chapter number 10. romans chapter number 10 we're going to look at verses number eight through verse number 17. amen and as we always do we're going to read in alternating fashion so beginning at verse number 18 and then culminating at verse number 17 if you have it signify by saying amen amen romans 8 romans 10 and 8 says but what saith it the word is nigh thee even even your mouth and in thine heart that is the word of faith which we preach congregation for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation congregation for there is no difference between the jew and the greek for the same lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him congregation hallelujah verse 14 how then shall we call on him in whom they have not believed and how shall they believe in him in whom they have not heard and how shall they hear without a preacher congregation but they have not all obeyed the gospel for isaiah saith lord who hath believed our report verse 17 altogether so then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of god why don't you put your hands together for the word amen god bless written to all that calling is what is rich is rich unto all the seek the kingdom of heaven and all his righteousness shall be added some of you trying to get that new car that new home just seek the righteousness of god and god will bless you with the car you need with the home you need you believe it's a man but we've got to be made we got to be delivered romans 6 and 18's have been then made free from sin we become the servant of god you're not a servant of god until you've been washed in the blood who have been made clean romans 6 and 18 says what being then made free from sin made free from sin you became so you don't child of god until you made free from sin you can't do it yourself but when you come out of the blood when you accept christ when you believe on the lord jesus the pregnant lover said lord i know that thou can clean me if thy will jesus laid his hand on him says thy will be thou clean he's still saying thy will my will is to clean you from your filthy mind from your filthy habit it's god's will to clean you to sanctify you and to fill you with the holy god you'll be with shame come on and read roman verse 13 for whosoever shall call or whosoever shall call whosoever shall call on the name of the lord shall be saved shall be saved how then shall they call on him i then shall they call on him i want to know i don't know how to call on the lord in whom they have not believed in whom they have not believed and how shall they believe in how shall they believe of whom they have no hope they have not heard and how shall they hear and how can they hear without a preacher and what kind of preacher read and how shall they preach and how shall they preach except they be said this have to be said as it is we got a whole lot of folks preaching they've been sent the arena they still say you're bound can't nobody live that preacher i don't care what what kind of train he carries he ain't been sent by god when you get sanctified when you get filled with the holy ghost brother you preach the word of god you preach perfection you preach wholeness you preach deliverance you believe in shame man you don't have excuses [Applause] ah you may be weak you may be undone but the man i'm talking about if you just accept him confess your sin he uncleaned you he came to make the crooked race straight you believe it say mine he had the problem a solution to straighten you out he had the solution deliver you give you joy for sadness give me shame how can they preach except they be said read as it is written it is written how beautiful are they even the preacher of the gospel feats look beautiful read how beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace real and green glad tidings bring glad to the good news if you don't have to stand to shape you in you can be delivered you believe it say mine if i want them places and the gospel didn't change my life didn't do nothing to me i'd move you believe it share mine i want something to deliver me i want something satisfied time to change my life make me fret and fit for the kingdom of god everybody share mine read but they have not all obeyed the god but they have not all blade the gospel for isaiah says read lord who hath believed our lord who had believed i report some of you don't believe this but what i'm preaching is the truth read so then faith cometh by hearing so then faith coming by hearing and hearing by the word hearing by the word of god this little left to the praise god he never got delivered he hadn't exercised a desire to be delivered he came to jesus he pressed through the press lord if thy will thou cannot make me clean jesus said thy will ladies hand them thy will be thou clean which will let you know it's god's will god spent a large portion of his ministry healing the sick casting our devil setting the people's free this is what the gospel is doing today brother in the time prayer you pray for the gospel prayer you gonna say you're saving i don't care what kind of dried i can fish you come down here and confess if you walk back out here the same way you the same individual your life have to be trained i think the god should be preacher that bring men and women under conviction till they come crying what must i do to be saved god come to change life not to leave you like you is if you stay the way you is you going to [Music] hell praises i tell the music department if you want him to come start telling him how you feel if you want him to come to your rescue quit complaining tell him how good he is when i'm aching in my body i start leaning over and rolling over in the bed and i say i love jesus just want to tell you lord i love you more than anything i may be hurting in my body don't have strength to make it but i love you did what we asked him to do and he brought us back today amen with a mind to lift him up amen in the beauty of holiness you know holiness is a beautiful life amen and we praise him in the beauty of holiness and i'm just grateful to god for each and every one of you i thank god amen for first lady amen and for this wonderful host of ministry and to our guests and our friends and i'm i'm so thankful for those that are amen watching amen there are people that cannot make it to dallas amen but they are many of them are members of four gospel holy temple they're just in various cities and they get here as much and as often as they can amen but then there are others that just watch amen they are always with us amen and i'm just so grateful for your prayers amen and i'm grateful for the faith that you have in full gospel holy temple to know that we will preach to you the word of god it doesn't matter what man says amen our opinion is not what we hold to amen as a matter of fact don't know about a candidate about what we think amen the only thing that matters is what he said man shall not live by bread alone but he does have to live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of god do you believe that amen do you believe that god expects us to live according to every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the lord amen because there are some people that don't believe that amen they'll tell you don't preach about that amen don't preach about that there's some preachers won't even preach some of this stuff they think it's too harsh so they got to help people love god by not showing them all of god amen but listen no no no no no come on now i told you last week if he wasn't afraid to put it in the bible we can't be afraid to preach it amen the bible says i'm not ashamed of this gospel because it is the power of god unto salvation to everyone that will believe it look at somebody and tell them neighbor there is a word from the lord and i am a lover of the word of our god i love mine and i brought mine you got yours come on hold that power up today thank god because everything else is going down but what everything but the word of our our god amen i don't know amen i'm just i just feel amen like i want to talk to somebody today i got to get somebody into heaven amen amen i got to get you in there amen the devil's trying to keep some people out amen but i got to make sure that i give you what you need in order to go all of the way amen jesus is coming soon y'all believe that don't you amen he's coming and he's coming soon the problem is he's not coming to start a church he's coming to receive unto himself a glorious church the bible says without a spot or wrinkle but that it should be holy and without blemish amen and what we're looking at if this is not what the bible says it should be amen then there is no hope the only hope that we have is to line up and to be presented unto him the way that he has chosen to receive us anything that's not holy amen he's not going to receive anything that's not right anything that's not pure amen he's not going to place his hands on it but if we're going to make this journey and if we're going to be what we need to be we're going to have to be holy when he gets here the bible says follow peace with all men and holiness without which no man shall see the lord now there are people that think that holiness is just that denomination that's not what this is amen holy this is not a denomination amen it is god's standard of living for his people amen it doesn't matter you've got people that call themselves by various names you've got those that call themselves baptists they're those that call themselves methodists they're those that are a church of god in christ and there's so many other reformations amen but the reality is it doesn't matter what you call yourself amen just as long as you are holy and walking up rightly as long as you're living by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of god amen that you have what it takes amen and i'm trying to tell you now we've got to look past what man say and we've got to hold to the teachings of the scripture y'all gonna leave me out here by myself on sunday huh saint matthew's gospel the 12th chapter and i want to call your attention to the 43rd through the 45th verses that's saint matthew chapter number 12 verse 43 44 and 45. amen that's matthew 12 43 through 45 and when you have it say amen the bible gives us this intelligence when the unclean spirit has gone out of a man he walketh through dry places seeking rest and findeth none then he saith i will return into my house from whence i came out and when he has come and the bible said it first when he has gone out now the bible says when he is come he findeth it empty swept and garnished then go with he and take it with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself and they enter in and dwell there the last state of that man is worse than the first even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation hear what he says he starts and tells us when the unclean spirit is going out of a man he walking through dry places seeking rest and findeth none then he saith i will return he talks about about you i will return into my house from whence i came out when he has come he findeth it empty swept and garnished then go with him taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself and they enter in and dwell there the last state of that man is worse than the first even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation when a man gets saved satan loses his control over you when you come to the lord and you give god your life when you lay your life in the hands of the lord satan loses his power over your life but the bible says you'll come back to see if you steal clean if you're still occupied and if he comes and it's swept and garnished but it's empty and the bible said he goes and he taketh unto himself seven other spirits worse than his and they come in and they twelve there and the end of that man the last state is worse than the first oh backslider you don't know what it is that you do when you walk back out of the grace of god if you if you give the devil another chance at you the bible said he brings seven more with him this time because this time he's not planning on coming out he don't want to miss you a second he don't want to lose you a second time amen and you know i think about it sometimes that's the reason why i've seen people walk in and out in and out of church hey man they get saved and they backslap they get saved and then they backslide and it seems like every time they come back it's harder harder for them to get it together it is harder for them to walk up right before god it is hard you know and it's not that the power of god amen is not real and powerful and potent enough to save and to deliver amen but sometimes that person amen is fighting internally you know i've seen people that have come to the altar and still could not believe god for salvation satan had blinded their minds and i'm trying to tell you now why your hand is in his hand look at somebody and tell them stay safe that's all i want to tell you today i come to tell somebody stay safe look at somebody else and tell them stay safe amen don't you walk out of the safety zone don't you don't you leave god and maybe there's somebody here amen you can look at yourself and see what you're weakening where the enemy amen is trying his best to pull you back to where god brought you from amen but god is saying today if you stay amen that's the safety zone amen if you walk back out of here there are no guarantees that you'll ever even make it back amen but don't give the enemy a second chance to do what he didn't get to do the first time around look at somebody else and tell them stay saved i'm convinced that anybody who has truly been saved by god's grace and mercy has in that moment an immediate appreciation for the power of god amen the bible says this gospel is good news and don't you know for somebody who's been bound and there are a lot of people in this house today amen that were bound by drugs and amen bound by a whole bunch of vices and other things amen and when they came to god he meant feeling helpless and hopeless and god broke the shackles of addiction off of their life in that moment do you know there is an immediate appreciation for the power of god and i'm not telling you something that i heard i'm telling you i may not have been a drug addict amen i may not have ever drank liquor amen but there was enough things that i was bound by that the moment god saved me and changed my life that was an immediate appreciation for the power of god amen when you know that you're free and the shackles have been loosed off of your feet amen when you lie to yourself time and time again and kept saying stuff like this is my last time and i'll never do this again and then here you are he meant after trying and failing and trying and failing and trying and failing amen when you tap into that anointing that destroys yokes and you know in that moment that i'm free amen and that the enemy no longer has power over me don't you know there is an immediate appreciation for the fact that god had mercy on you amen when you fall over into god and i'm looking trying to find a few folk that's actually been saved amen and you realize that the moment you fell over into god amen and he washed you clean do you remember how your heart felt lord amen when god saved you and transformed your life do you remember amen when you opened your eyes and everything looked so much brighter amen when you heard people talking amen and they sounded differently you looked at yourself and you look clean you look brand new don't you remember amen the appreciation that you had when you realized that god chose to save you that god brought you out of darkness or into that marvelous light when you were no longer suicidal hey my god y'all getting quiet when you were no longer self-destructed amen god gave you in that moment a reason to live forgotten all of the pain all of the uh the weight that was on your shoulders was lifted and you stood there and you felt brand new you felt clean amen you felt like god had just brought you out don't you remember what that was like and then to feel the love of god he meant when nobody loves you i've had people come to the altar he's even feeling like they were unloved and unlovable and then when god wraps his arms around you oh god and nobody's there in that moment when god delivers you and you feel the warmth of this presence look at somebody telling me nothing like it oh god grown me and hardened me tears rolling down their face because for the first time they know what real love feels like for god to just take you and just hold you for a moment and you finally figure out what love is supposed to feel like you can't tell me that there's not an immediate appreciation after you've been mishandled and abused and amen some folk have been molested and the idea of love has been so twisted amen and broken into pieces when you finally fall over into it amen and he puts his hands on you and you realize for the first time what love is supposed to feel like and to know to know that he chose to love you and that's the only reason why you change the only reason why you're delivered is because he chose to he could have left you out there he could have left you in the middle of your situation he could have left you in an alley boy i'm looking trying to find some grateful people he could have left you out there with a needle in your arm he meant running from one man to the other amen he could have left you out there amen with a twisted understanding but because of his love and nothing but can i tell you something about the love of god he loves us and moves based on the fact that he loves us it's independent of anybody else's action nobody recommended you to god he looked at you and he loved you and he chose to save you he said it in the book of ezekiel he said i passed by you and i saw you polluted in your own blood and i said to you when nobody cared for you when nobody was taking care of you when nobody even gave a second thought about you you were gonna die but he said i looked at you and i said live you talk about an appreciation and it was nothing but the love of god nobody made him love me he didn't make him save me he saved me because there was something in me that he wanted to use didn't have to he could have left us out there to our own devices we all could have been in hell by now oh god but look at us today saved and sanctified those of us that have given him our lives and here we are filled with the holy ghost and living the life that's pleasing to god and i'm trying to tell you the bible is right what did he say in saint john 3 and 16 for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life can i just talk to you today but have an everlasting life there's nobody that has truly been saved who does not value the light that we've been called to live above the life that he called us out of paul said and such was some of you amen but look at you now when we look at who we are now compared to who we were before he saved us yes you may have had money but you had a whole lot of other issues going on in your life and i'm not foolish enough to let the devil lie to me and tell me i had it better before i got saved as a matter of fact let me tell you there's a reason you got saved in the first place oh god you're always saying i get tired of people said i had it better when i was out there you know what that's somebody that forgets that there's a reason why you came to god in the first place if it was so good you'd have stayed out there but you've got to always keep in your mind amen what it was that ran you to god because you were sick of yourself you were tired of trying and failing you were tired of making a mess out of your own life and you know what you found out that there was hope in christ and you came to jesus and now that you've come to jesus the devil got the nerve to tell you that you want to get back out there you ought to call the devil and lie and tell him i didn't get saved to backslide i got saved to go all the way with god i wish i could find at least 20 of you gotta throw your head back and say all the way somebody tell god all the way for me this is more than a take it or leave it situation i can't leave it i took the options off the table oh god you know he said i said i took the options off the table i've already determined in my mind i'm not backsliding i'm not leaving the church lord you ought to get quiet because you've got folk that'll leave because somebody else looked at him for the hell the pastor preaching the word he ain't done nothing to him but then the devil's gonna run him away from church the devil is alive amen don't you let the devil run you away from the church you mean to tell me you're gonna have a showdown with the devil and you're the one going around the devil is alive you gotta tell them this place ain't big enough for the both of us you got your sun down oh god could i preach up in here i'm trying to tell y'all to take it off the table i ain't going nowhere you can't make me leave and i ain't running from too old to run i ain't running from nobody i came over here and i told god for better for worse for richer for poorer in sickness and in health until i look to the lord and be dismissed i'm over here to stay what i have now is better than what it brought me out of what he gave me thank you kind spirit it's a whole lot better than what i had to give up but y'all ain't saying nothing there and that's how it costs too much to sir let me tell you something you ain't giving up nothing but hell and a bunch of stuff you gonna have to reap later on in your life you might as well come on over here where the table is spread and the feast of the lord is going on the devil's trying to keep you out there it's not because he wants you to enjoy life it's not because he wants you to have fun it's because he's trying to kill you you know as much as we preach it people still don't see it i was i was reading the other day and i forget which because it may be scrutin when they were talking he meant about how that they would minimize the devil in people's minds amen as you know that's where we are now amen people are just like that the devil has been so minimized and trivialized that people don't even think he's serious hey man he's that pitchfork devil you know the one he meant like on the hot sauce bottle and you know you can't even take him seriously because he looks so cartoonish and can i tell you that's been part of his plan to minimize himself so that you don't think he's such a threat because if you understood the devil's intentions for you you would be running a church you would be running to the altar instead of staying out there saying i'm having fun can i tell your child the same thing that make you laugh we'll turn around and make you cry oh god you always sinning can i talk to you hey man people can tickle you so long until you stop laughing and you start crying so don't mind the fact that you're having pleasure for the moment because the pleasure of sin only lasts for a season and when that season of pleasure is over what do you have left can i tell you the devil is trying to use you up sin is a hard taskmaster that's why you're 18 and you look like you're 48. because sin is a hard boy y'all don't get quiet here he's a hard task master you don't gave the devil your life you don't gave him your mind you done gave him your body and now all of it's used up oh god are you just stepping out into life come on now the devil's trying to train you he's trying to wait look at him getting quiet he's trying to mess you up but that's why jesus said come unto me listen after you look back and survey the scene and you realize the devil don't mean you're no good when you come to your senses come on to me are you still trying the devil he gonna do you bad i'm trying to tell you but when you find out amen that he don't mean you no good jesus is still standing there saying come on to me ye that labor and do i have a lady and i will give you rest you're tired you look tired you're acting tired jesus said come on i'll give you a rest i'll cause you to rest from all of that heartache and pain i'll cause you to rest from living like that living in the fast lane he said i'll give you rest you can take my yoke upon you jesus said i know what's best for you and it's not staying out there giving yourself over to the will of your enemy somebody today you're tired you're just too ashamed to admit it messed up know the better way and to stabbing to stop your foolishness you're too out to be bound by that type of foolishness come on now come on you want to know better you ought to be the example for your kids and your grandkids and your great-grandkids but the devil still got you out there acting foolish you don't even realize that the devil has plans for you and it's so sad now that so many people still see salvation as optional but you've got to decide today that going back on god is not an option hebrews 10 and 39. says that we are not of them they draw back unto perdition but we are of those that believe to the saving of the soul you know that word perdition means to go back to ruin it means complete and total degradation and when you leave god you don't do better i'm just i'm just trying to tell you because the devil tells you that the child is too hard living for god it's too hard walking around it's too hard living holy if you think living holy is hard try going out there and living like you got favor when you ain't got none are y'all hearing what i'm trying to tell you you can't live like you're blessed if you ain't living for god amen if you think you're gonna walk off from god and do better that's a lie and sadly so many people are falling for it hook line and sinker you used to be in the choir you used to sing and you thought leaving god was gonna make you better used to walk with your hand in his hand and you thought leaving god was going to do you a favor what kind of devil do you think you're dealing with see we take that out of their crazy all the devil ain't got to do let me tell you something the devil got something to do with everything that god ain't got nothing to do with and if you think he's going to be honorable and he's going to treat you right when you get back out there then you are deceived that's what i'm telling you look at somebody and tell them stay safe if you decide i'm just telling in case whatever i say today don't impact you at all if you decide to go back on god you're taking a big chance because that effectively means that you're stepping outside of the grace of god and you're stepping back into the enemy's territory and i don't care what nobody tells you the world is still full of tricks the world is still full of pits that you can fall in and i don't care if everybody you know out there living in sin is laughing it's only a trick it's only a ploy to get you comfortable in a place where you ought to have the greatest level of gravity that you can have and while you're out there laughing what happens when the bottom drops out i told you a couple of sundays ago it's like the pied piper blowing that flute and all the children just skipping outside of town laughing and don't even realize they'll never see you again this thing is serious brothers and sisters and it's foolish to think that the devil's going to sit back and deal honorably with you can i tell you what jesus said in saint john 10 10 he said the faith cometh not the devil don't show up to paticate when he comes he comes to steal and to kill and to destroy that's what the devil wants to do to you he wants to destroy your life he wants to destroy any chance that you'll have of living holy and living the kind of fulfilled life that god has called you to live he wants to cut you off and end any chances that you'll have to ever come back into the place that god is ordained for you that's why i'm telling you it's foolish to backslide because the backslide means that you go out there amen and you live for a man a life that allows the devil to destroy you can i tell you this is the plan that he has for your life he don't come to play with you he don't come just to make you angry the devil comes to kill steal and destroy he wants to destroy you some of us thought he would just destroy us in one fell swoop but that's not it sometimes you've got to look at it and see that the devil is destroying you over time look at who you are now compared to who you were just a couple years ago and the longer he leaves you in it the more comfortable you feel in it and now you're being destroyed and don't even realize it like the frog in the kettle he's just turning up the heat and you just sitting there thinking that this is a party a hot amen he's about to destroy your life but you're so comfortable because he's doing it over time i'm trying to tell you you think he can't fool you you think he can't deceive you you don't know who you playing with i i think about this sometimes i know y'all sick of me and want me to shut up but i got the mic i think sometimes about how all of this got started the bible said that satan was beautiful when he was lucifer son of the morning the bible said every precious stone was his covering according to the word of god he was built with pipes in him i hear some theologians declare that he could he could he could he could praise god and and and out of his own body he could sing the lead and the background and play the organ out of his throat at the same time a reflection of the glory of god until pride was found in him the bible said he decides that he's going to rebel against god and you know what gets me is the fact that there were angels who were already in heaven you ain't never been there they were already there and satan was so cunning he convinced a third of the angels who were already in heaven to rebel against god a third of the heavenly host got kicked out of heaven because they listen to a great deceiver and i'm trying to tell you you keep playing around you ain't that smart that you can outsmart somebody like this you ain't never even been to heaven and he convinced people who were there to leave because of his rebellion you better stop playing with somebody that's not playing with you jesus said this is who he is i read in mark chapter number five i believe and also luke chapter eight he talks about jesus going to the coast and to the country of the gatherings and when he comes out of the boat that meets him a man out of the tombs and the bible said he has an unclean spirit this man is tormented he's naked running around the graveyard and the bible said he's cutting himself with stones he's just a 2-minute soul all night look can you imagine walking by the graveyard and see somebody stepping out from behind a tombstone looking at you this man is a tormented soul the bible says jesus has the devil what is thy name and that demon speaks out and he says i am legion for we are many and the bible said because they knew they didn't have a choice but to come out of this man because whenever the power of god shows up satan's power is broken they knew they had to come out but they said lord don't send us out of the country if you don't mind let us go over there into that herd of swala and so into that herd of swine over there the bible said jesus gave them leave and told them to go and the bible declares that 2 000 swine ran violently found a steep embankment and ran themselves into the sea and died you know what jesus did he gave the people in that country a sneak preview of what the devil had planned for them you see these swine in the sea dad that's what the devil wanted to do to you that's what the devil wanted to do to this man he wasn't there just to play with him his ultimate goal was to destroy this man and listen honestly anybody that ain't saved it's nothing but the mercy of god that the devil having already destroyed your life i'm trying to figure out why you still out there why are you still playing around don't you know it's time to give god to life you're playing with the devil who only wants to kill to steal and destroy but it's time to run to god [Applause] it's time to come on in let me hasten jesus understood the plans of the enemy now you know his intentions for you that's why the bible said he came to destroy the works of the devil his works are always destructive so let me encourage those of you that are saved you made it out those of you that are saved you won't really know until you get to heaven and you step across that threshold lord and look back over your life and see how you came through all of the traps and the tricks and the pits that the devil had devised to destroy you and when you see that it's all low that's the first moment when you're going to fully realize how blessed you were that he brought you out of sin and shame but you made it out thank god that you got saved look at somebody and tell them now stay saved jesus tells us that once you're in my hand satan can't pull you out isn't that good the devil can't make you backslide oh no as long as you got a mind and i tell people they say listen how you doing the apostle i tell them i'm being but but he ain't keeping me against my wheel i got a mind to be safe and i'm trying to tell you something as long as you got a mind to be saved satan can't snatch you out of here he can't make you backslide he can't make you go back on god not if your mind i'll keep him in perfect peace whose mind is staying on me because he trusts me if you're still willing to trust god with your life satan can't pull you out but what he'll do he'll stand on the outskirts and try to get your attention he'll flash something shiny in front of you oh god he can't come in and get you out but that's why you got to have your mind stayed on the you got some folk in church but they're cast in the eye out there because the grass looks greener out there you sitting up in church but your mind is somewhere else don't even realize that's just the devil trying to get your attention he can't pull you out but he's trying to convince you to walk out he's trying to convince you to come on out here and that's the reason why now you got folk calling you trying to make it seem like they living so much better than you are they enjoy your life on so much greater level than you are they're lying can i tell you amen the devil is good at putting on heirs but can i tell you the truth real peace is only found in jesus christ you got some folk out there now they got to go to the club because that's the only time that their mind doesn't have to focus on the junk going on in their life but when they get back home they got to face their problems all over again but look at you oh god you ain't got to go nowhere but church and have the best time of your life you ain't got to have liquor you ain't got to smoke weed because you don't find out that if it can't get you higher than the holy ghost honey it's a waste of your time i'm trying to tell you the devil's lying to you but there's joy there's peace and there's righteousness over in the holy ghost don't let a fake smile cause you to backslide on god don't you let her convince and rehearse the speech cause you to backslide on god look at somebody and tell them stay saved hear me sons and daughters jesus says it like this what an unclean spirit is going out of a the bible said that met him in the tombs a man with an unclean spirit so he knows what he's talking about an unclean spirit a demon spirit is a disembodied personality they need somebody to work through so they'll possess people they'll they'll inhabit and they seek to inhabit a human but they'll inhabit an animal if they can the bible tells us they will and when you come and get saved everybody's not demon-possessed but there's some people that are so oppressed the devil is riding on their shoulders and when the power of god shows up it brings about a deliverance you are not that same person that you used to be you have power through the holy ghost you don't have to go back home after you leave church still smoking cigarettes can i tell you when you get saved for real and when you get the holy ghost power amen he gives you power to put a difference between holy and unholy clean and unclean isn't that what the bible said he said sanctify yourself then the very god of peace will sanctify you wholly or completely when you get the holy ghost you have the power when you can stay saved if that's what you want to do but when you god say the devil lost his opportunity with you he wanted so bad to destroy you he had so many plans on how not only was he going to ruin you but how he was going to use you to ruin so many people around you that's why when you decided to live right he made it hard on you hard to come to church that night you said tuesday night i'm going to get saved saturday and wednesday the bottom fell out thursday everything was going wrong friday night and saturday morning seemed like you were gonna die because the one thing he did not want you to do was to make it to the ark of safety but you made it and he lost out with you god canceled his plans and he's been mad about it ever since that day he's been angry at you ever since that moment you lifted your hands and said god i tried it my way and it didn't work i'm asking you to become lord of my life at that moment he's been trying to get you because you ruined his plans for you the bible said now if you were possessed he had to come out if you were oppressed he had to leave you so when he came out when he loosed your life he had to walk around looking for somewhere else to stay with his suitcases going everywhere trying to find somewhere to live couldn't find no and so he goes somewhere else trying to find somewhere to stay and if he can't find noah the bible said he says within himself i'm going back to my house can i tell you the devil still think he got a claim to you he's never going to stop he's never going to oh god look at y'all he's not gonna stop bothering you he's not gonna stop trying to turn you around he's still saying that's my house the bible declares that he comes back and when it comes back if you're not still walking with the lord that means that your house has been swept it's been garnished that's what they call make ready when somebody gets ready to move in they have somebody to come in and clean it up they put the vacuum lines on the floor to let you know hey man that is clean ain't nobody been living here they they washed down the cabinets and you walk in it smells like pine sol it's just right for the new inhabitant and the bible said if if nobody's living there then this time he don't plan on coming out he goes the bible said and gets seven other spirits worse than him and if you thought your life was something before you got saved and delivered think about what happens when he goes and gets seven other spirits worse than himself and they come and the bible said they dwelled there now you have just given the devil another opportunity to do what he didn't get to do the first time around you just placed yourself in the hands of an enemy who only wants to destroy your life and sadly the devil got a lot of people laughing about it girl i used to go to church i used to be saying i used to think about that stuff i'm so glad i got out of that i'm so glad to listen hannah i ain't got to worry about that stuff i already know that you can't tell me nothing you try to witness the folk listen i went to sunday school before you were born i already know saint john 3 16 for god and you know the devil got full quoting scriptures as a justification for why they don't need you to tell them that the devil's trying to kill them but the bible says the god of this world blinded their minds and look at them they're blind don't even realize they're in a danger zone and have no idea sitting there clueless smiling there's a devil loose jesus said and the last state of that man is worse than the first you may be playing with the devil but the devil ain't playing with you this time he wants to stay and finish the job and that's why jesus many times you would read what he admonished people let me close here he would admonish people he he did it to the man that was laying at the pool of bethesda when he said to him take up your bed and walk he goes and he finds him in the temple and jesus said to him sin no more lest a worse a thing come upon you the woman caught in the very act of adultery the bible said when jesus writes on the ground and he looks up and asked her well those that accuse us she said lord i don't have nobody left to accuse me he said well neither do i accuse you go and don't sin no more he never gives us a license to journey back into the territory of sin because once we do we give the devil another chance and this time he's not planning on losing you this time he wants your soul in the wind column for him this time he's got a hurry and move to destroy you and he's going to try to make it as hard as he can for you to ever make it back to church there's somebody watching right now wanna come back to church and cannot because the devil's made it hard for they know they need to be saved but they can't seem to make that step when they were there they took it for granted and now they want to be saved they want to be delivered but the most they can do is watch us because the devil is putting salmon on their feet because he knows if they ever make it back to the house of the lord that they're going to hear the word they're going to be delivered but let me tell you brothers and sisters you don't have to come to the house of the lord in order to be saved the bible said whosoever shall call on his name shall be saved right there in your house the devil don't want you to believe it but you can reach out to god right now and god will save you he'll loose you from the shackles that have you bowed he'll destroy the yoke of sin he'll break addictions in the name of jesus if you want to reach out to him you can do it now you can call on him and he'll be present where you are and this time stay safe this time [Applause] don't you give the devil another chance to do what he couldn't do the first time around stand to your feet everybody i'm done this time this time is forever i remember a few years ago young man that i watched grow up i watched him from a child i watched him grow i used to keep him one day after many years he he came back he showed back up and it had been so long elder i prayed for him and i'm down there talking to him getting his testimony and didn't even know who he was he was a grown man at that point and i hadn't seen him since he was and he had to tell me who he was i didn't even recognize him and i used to keep him as a child he got saved and he got delivered and lived for god he had a great zeal for god and i watched god deliver him and i watched god use him and i watched god take him and clean him up and then i watched the enemy slowly start to pull at his heart then i watched them just backslide and leave god and it hurt me and one day i guess after i don't know how long it was he came back by the visit i went down to talk to him after service was over and i said to him i said listen if you're not careful the devil is going to destroy you while you're still out there and you know what people say all the time oh i know i know i'm telling you i i know what to do i'm going to get it together no jesus said you don't come unless you drone that's why he said today if you hear my voice go hard on your heart you can't tell god no i'll do it next thursday you don't know if he's gonna draw you next thursday but if you feel him drawing you now come and i sat there and i spoke with him and i said to him if you if you're not careful the devil's going to take you and he's not going to give you an opportunity to come back you can say all day i'll do it later or i'll come back you don't know that we act like we own the deed till tomorrow do you know none of us know if we're going to be here later on today it's foolish for you to sit up and declare the steps you're going to do next week i'll get saved when i'm 30. you know so tell me what you know that nobody else know you don't know and he told me how to do it later i'll get it i know i already know what needs to happen i know this and you know he was in the cert and it makes you wonder why didn't he run to god that night it's because every time you run to him and leave him the enemy's influence in your life gets stronger and that night he he walked back out of the doors of the church and last thing he told me is that i know what needs to be done and you know what i already know i'm gonna get it together and he was that at night with some friends over here some of y'all were there we stood right down here and when he walked out that night i had no idea that was the last time i would see him went and hung out with those same friends i believe that he says and died made it out and then went right back and gave the devil a chance to finish what he started the first time we don't even realize the chance that we take when we're outside of the safety zone and you know there are people that are taking and you got some church people and it's nobody but the voice of the devil y'all see them i'm telling boy them holding this folks showing how to scare you to that altar if you want to be scared to death go to a holiness church but then focus okay listen if i could scare you into heaven i turn these lights off and i'm trying to tell you when you look in the mirror your hair be born white amen i scare you half today i can't scare you in heaven it's not me scaring nobody you know what it is it's me sobering you up with the truth and i've seen people hold on to god hold on when everybody around them backslid and they held onto god for years they stayed true and all of a sudden they let go it was so great of an example people looked at them admired them because of their strength and all of a sudden they let go and for what somebody here tonight needs to come come on to this halt if you're in the risers i'm going to wait till you come amen it's not about me scaring anybody i want you saved i just i just want you to and there's somebody here you know it the enemy is trying to hold you fast he's trying to cement your feet to the floor and now you know it's right to be saved and you honestly can say i want to be saved but something just won't let you it's just not as easy as you would like it to be and and you know there are people somebody here tonight today if he called me out i'll go i'm not calling you out the fact that you want me to call you out is all the witness you need you don't need me to call your name you don't need me to point at you the fact that that's going through your mind that's all the witness you need i remember somebody called and said call somebody i grew up with call herman and tell them to call and witness to us i said well since that may call you and witness do you the fact that you can dial in a request for a witness means that you got all the witness you need in order to make a sound decision they're coming come on come on somebody else is coming look at god he's bringing he's drawing he's drawing come on come on that's it those of you at this for you but he drew you to this altar today because he cares about you he knows that the enemy is a liar he's a deceiver that only wants your life to end in misery and ruin and degradation but he said i came to give you life and that you might have life more abundantly while your hands are lifted as you surrender to the lord it doesn't matter what's going on in your life how bound you are it doesn't matter what's going on that you can't get rid of the power of god breaks the power of the enemy every time and today if you are sincere with god change and transformation is getting ready to take place the bible said that thou shalt confess without mouth the lord jesus and believe in your heart that god raised him from the dead you can be saved and today it's still about your heart and your mouth i can give you words but the meaning has got to come from your heart lift your hands and i want you to talk to god and i mean that he's listening to you he's ready to deliver and set you free open your mouth and say lord come on over your mouth and say lord i'm sorry for everything that i've done that wasn't like everything that didn't please you lord i'm sorry forgive me for it but doing it my way i'm sorry for ignoring the better way that you chose for me lord i'm sorry deliver me change me today come on and ask him lord baptize me with the holy ghost and tell him i'll live for you for the rest of my life come on that said surrender to him tell him lord you have the rest of my life i'm gonna serve you with everything i have and i'm never going back tell him i'll do your will if you give me the power and i receive it now that is come on there it is let him have his way receive the holy ghost now in the name of jesus father lay your hands on them i pray now for change and transformation deliverance now oh god break the yoke of sin break the power of the enemy loosen that in the name of jesus i shall lose some now in the name of jesus satan you're a liar take your hands
