Exploring My 20lbs 'Scrapbook' Junk Jewelry Necklace!! (I LOST it for 2+ YEARS!)

when i say bananas you say peppers and today we're playing a little game called let's hide from the sun because it's what time is it i need to learn six o'clock is not the time to try and film in this room although you guys totally off topic this video has basically no topic today but i've been seeing this magical stuff everywhere that you can put over windows some of it seems permanent like a sticker and some of it seems like a window cling film that you can put on and take off again but it makes amazing like rainbow crystal patterns like coming through you know when the sun comes through and then like like rainbow crystal patterns do you know what i mean you probably have seen it because let's face it everybody is on tick tock all day every day and it's been going around on a couple of those like tik tock made me buy it tags and it looks amazing so i think i'm going to try and order some today because i actually want to try like tick tock car hacks or like tick tock car made me buy it and somebody actually like put it on moon roof are those called sun roofs or moon roofs i guess you know depending on if you're driving day or night it could be a sun moof or a rune move what is a move i don't know sippy sippy i feel like i've been talking a lot today jumping a lot today running a lot today i've been wearing the rat suit for like three hours today because i wanted to film tech talks i wanted to film or i wanted to like take some pictures i was trying to take pictures for instagram and i i'm sure i'm inserting clips in here so that rat suit makes some kind of sense but it was from my last youtube video which you guys shameless cross promo self promo whatever i do not think that the algorithm or whatever liked that video which is just sad i put so much work and passion into that video you guys i worked on it for like five days straight for 10 to 12 hours a day so if you have not seen it yet i would really really thoroughly appreciate the support if you could video to film an edit that i filmed in a really long time i tried like i think seven really weird outfits from wish like a lot of them were referred to as birthday outfits i don't know whose birthday i don't know why you would wear that but it was fun um but yeah that's why basically i look like a villain today because my hair needs to be washed and it's been scrunched up in a wig cap oh i just pulled some hair out ugh i should stop doing that i should also stop like cooking my hair with the crimpers and everything else it's actually like waved right now and i think i wanna do that again i don't know anyway it's been it's been very stressful it's been a stressful day today so yeah i just wanted to sit down hang out with you guys and make a video that is like kind of um what do they call it like lol xd so random but i've honestly had this video in my mind to make for a long time because it's almost like a jewelry haul it's almost like a crafting thing it's almost like an antique haul and i have wanted to do it but i have lost this item for probably two years it's like i had no idea where it went and dogman and i have this like little storage closet that's kind of like just off the beaten path i guess you could say it's just not somewhere that we go in very often and i went in there the other day because i was like looking i was looking for some kind of tripod or something i think uh and lo and behold we found some random boxes i started digging through it and this was inside of it oh my god you guys it's like it's literally like lifting a weight it is so that's what we're gonna be looking at today a couple of years ago i went to this magical thing that we normally have in houston every i think it's actually like very late november maybe early december it's like right around thanksgiving actually maybe it's right before thanksgiving you guys i don't remember how life was in 2019 i don't remember what i was doing or where i was going and in fact i think i actually made this in 2018 anyway bear with me today like i said i've been stressed and i'm rambling anyway we have this amazing thing called the nutcracker market and it's a thing that the houston ballet organizes usually every year and it's huge it's like a trade show carnival indoor place where many things are sold maybe they call it like a holiday market or something i have no idea but there's so many amazing vendors that come like worldwide i think like a lot of it is just like random artesians from all over the us but i think that there are some like magical companies from other countries as well but there's so much random stuff there like there's all kinds of foods and drinks and snacks and it's usually like mixes and stuff that you buy and then you can make the snacks at home there's jewelry there's clothing there's like kids stuff there's decorations for christmas and stuff i mean like literally think of any random thing and there's probably like a vendor there that sells it you know so it's not just like just christmas stuff or just holiday stuff anyway my favorite booth every single year is this jewelry booth it's so magical it's like i was gonna say yay big that doesn't mean anything in the concept in the in the context of my hands it's big it's a very big booth for the setup here it's like a jewelry and charm making booth you can go there and you can buy like little individual like beads and charms and stuff or you can like hang out there and make your own necklaces they will also help you like if you're not very good with like pliers and jump rings and all of that they will help you assemble a magical necklace and it is just literally like this i hit the cheese box it's like this room sort of an uncommon objects situation but jewelry wearable things and so i really hope that we're gonna have the nutcracker market this year i don't know and also i didn't even look to see hopefully this business still exists because um there's the website right there this is not sponsored or anything my phone is now ringing that is the website where you can get some of these charms and pieces excuse me this is so distracting you like the sun it's invading our space it's so many distractions today what's back there oh it's kermit hi so what some of these charms like this one i'll just we'll start here because this is a good example but like this charm here it's a barbie hand and it's like got this silver thing around it i don't know some magical way to turn a barbie hand into a piece of jewelry and so like for instance you obviously wouldn't get this exact same barbie hand but you would probably get one that's like super similar you know so i'm imagining if the website still exists which hopefully it does that is some of the magical things that you can expect to find there trying to find the chain to make it all make sense so i just went crazy they let me make this honestly and we just loaded it up i just literally sat there for hours that day it was the most magical nutcracker market experience i've ever had and the owner she let me make this she she helped me make this i picked it out and she made it because clearly i could not possibly fit all of these magical items onto a necklace that's for sure so um yeah i really wish i wore it more than i do it is so heavy you guys if i put this on a scale it honestly probably weighs like 20 pounds no joke like some of these charms are very hefty so there is a clasp and we're gonna just put it on look at that i definitely did walk around the show like this for a very long period of time so i don't know i was gonna ask you guys honestly um once we look at it today what's your opinion should i leave it like this and just kind of use it as a decoration in this room or i thought some of the charms on here really are absolutely amazing and i'm wondering if maybe i should try and just like temporarily take them off and put them back on and like wear them one at a time because i am kind of like a pendant person uh like i like to wear like big flashy pendants and so yeah i don't know i want you guys opinion because honestly i'll throw a clip of this in i was truly thinking about doing a video on this thing for a very long time um i bought it from uncommon objects a million years ago and i have no idea what it is it kind of reminds me of this tick tock i saw the other day where somebody said they had this like family heirloom called the junk jacket and this this vest thing is a lot like that it just has like random plastic stuff and charms and ribbons and stuff sewn all over it so i don't know i am thinking like i could put it on this mannequin with this cool junk jacket and just put this necklace back there as like part of a display for the ambiance of this room or i could break it up and not have it like this anyway let's go through charm by charm because it there's a lot of cool stuff so i don't know what game this comes from and if you guys recognize it let me know it has this kind of cool like flower basket almost looking design on the back but it kind of reminds me of scrabble tiles but it's not a scrabble tile and it's the letter b for bunny and then um this i think she had like these pre-made chains like this that was this safety pin kind of thing for hanging charms off of but it has like um a bolt and this really cool like sparkly spinner thing and i think this is like some kind of bead and so um that was on there already not the b the b we put on for me this is so cool i love like piratey kind of stuff and so it's like an old antique look at that patina it's an old antique like spy glass kind of toy i feel like i'm getting an arm workout and then also kind of dangling here on the side we have this beautiful crystal that has this kind of like swirly it almost looks like a piece of silverware that's been like smashed on top of here as like a cap for the crystal i don't know why i'm saying everything i think i do that naturally i don't know why i have that like speech pattern where almost everything then i say it sounds like a question like i just never know what's going on which is accurate um also so i'm torn what side to start from but i think i'll start from this side see i almost feel like this would make an amazing necklace just by itself so this i believe is a real frozen charlotte head you guys know those antiquey dolls i feel like there's been lots of little videos done on these guys and i honestly don't have that many frozen charlotte's peculiarly enough in my doll collection they are pretty cool and this i absolutely love it weighs a ton but it is so fascinating and it reminds me of the twilight zone i think the particular episode is called time enough at last you guys probably know it's like one of the most like episodes like the most famous episodes of all time where the guy he loves to read and his glasses get broken and i was gonna say spoiler alert but it's honestly like 70 years old at this point so i don't know i'm pretty sure all the spoilers have been spoiled already uh so yeah that is so cool you can see it's like a busted clock on one side and then on the other side you can actually see all of the pieces of the clock so very cool and then we have this which is 3 30 my lucky number used to be 333 and so i feel like i picked this one out because it was like the closest number to 333 that i could find but i do i love my threes and it has a bunch of stars and stuff stamped on the other side i don't know what kind of tag that was we have a green bead i probably picked that for alligators and then we have another really awesome um probably came off of a chandelier or something um and so yeah i feel like she makes so much of these pieces right like she probably finds like the watch piece and then like encases it with the glass and the metal and turns it into a charm same with the crystals like i'm pretty sure they didn't come with like this like i don't know if that's um soldered on is that the word i'm looking for so that is the first little charm section and oh my god it looks like something is missing and now i am horrified what was that and where did it go we may never know okay uh so up next there is a chain here and it only has one charm hanging from it and no joke i am getting a workout like my my arm is burning by the end of this video i'm gonna have one giant muscle and one flabby arm yeah i don't know what dice or like what game this came from it's so weird and so you know this will be one of the things i don't know if she has any pictures of how it looks on her website um but yeah so she'll just have like a big tray of dice and they'll be from all different games from all different eras and i definitely picked that one because it just has this like weird like man on it i don't know i like a lot of that kind of like 80s like i think it's technically called like retro futurism kind of like max headroom kind of stuff up next we just have hanging right off of this safety pin another crystal like very similar to the one i showed you guys earlier but just much smaller in size this other stuff is getting in the way all right up next on this chain here we have lots of stuff so um right on top i'm pretty sure that this is made out of a soda cap so i've literally never heard of jerk soda but it seems very funny to me it almost looks like a 7up logo or sprite logo but it's not it's very lightweight definitely feels like aluminum and um up next i have a token that really gave me like chuck e cheese vibes and maybe you guys can tell me if you've ever been to a place called fun land i don't know if that's similar to chuck e cheese looks similar sounds similar um here's another dice that i thought was so cool i've always loved like dice um and so this one is like a yellow and orangey kind of swirl magic um and then we have this ring and that's almost like a key holder for all of these items down here including some keys so i've got a little key that has a really nice patina on it then i have this red key and i love stuff like this i just love anything that looks like worn it's like really lightweight and it has this really funny like key man on it he's like wearing a monocle he's a key i don't know he's a key man on a key and we have this little key that looks like it goes to somebody's diary i wonder what secrets are in there can you imagine if i like found the lock that goes to one of these keys so here's another key i don't know what this is used for i think that this is a key if this is not a key and it's in fact something else let me know what that is um and then i have this which says faith can work miracles and it's so cool it's like a little coin okay moving along i was gonna say we're halfway but that in fact i think would be a lie next string oh it's to keep the bears away i guess um it's like a very loud really cool i used to have a bell like this i think on a backpack that i took to disney and everyone in the world knew when i was walking through the park i don't know probably not disney's a loud place up next is this really amazing padlock and so that's what it looks like on one side and then on the other side here we go and i probably got that because it reminds me of the pounds of monte cristo and then okay that's everything right there then oh no it's like so weird it's like there's a couple rings there that almost look empty i've never like un hinged anything off of here but now i'm like oh did i like lose things i don't know we have this amazing crystal it's like really kind of a bluish purple in real life but i think with the lighting being so weird right now i don't know i don't know if it looks as cool and sparkly as it does on camera in person up next we've got this thing and i don't know what it is but it has turquoise on it i'm pretty sure yeah i think that's turquoise i don't know what that is but it looks really old and really fascinating and really pointy all right up next i have a couple like sparkly rings and um i don't know if you guys can tell or not that there's like sparkly stuff in them there's like these black sparkly little rhinestones and this is honestly one of my favorite pieces i don't know why this is all jammed together but it looks so cool it's like a shadow box it has a thick chunky rhinestone encrusted letter b and then the back almost reminds me of a playing card slash like scrapbooking stuff guys i'm back we have successfully avoided the sun i took a sun break and uh got some advil for my headache made of fresh tea and tried to do something different with my hair but it's honestly a disaster it is 100 hair washing day i have pushed this magical wavy style as far as it can go without washing it and honestly the bottom of my hair always stays nice it's just always the front because i'm probably touching the front of my hair all the time and makeup skincare all of that just makes my hair nasty in the front anyway i think we left off with the magical bee oh everything probably looks like much more sparkly in this light let's see does this show up more blue now than i did before i can't tell um anyway i was gonna say like this is also so cool on the back and like i said i think she makes all of these so i'm pretty sure that it could just potentially be like scrapbook paper it looks like a playing card to me made out of magical scrapbook paper but i don't know i love that um and it actually has this whole like pendant thing hanging off of it down here and uh we have this magical uh crystal shard i guess is a good way to put it once again the top is like much similar to the other two crystals i've shown you guys in this video but it's just so cute it's like a magical natural crystals did you know you can supposedly buy gemstones off of wish i'm like i think i want to order something it can't be real it cannot be real you cannot be getting a two dollar amethyst right a two dollar amethyst heart i'm not believing it but i don't know how i could like tell if gemstones are real or not like is there like you know those like little beeping things that you put up to christmas lights to see if they're real or not i don't think that there's one of those for gemstones but i could be wrong let me know is there is there a way i could tell if they're real or fake um also we have another magical thing which i thought was a key but once again it just looks like a really weird kind of key i don't know a key to what a roller skate key and there are numbers on it what does that say three two three three three two three oh is that your lucky number and then lastly we have this piece which is just so cool as well and it's a piece of like silverware but it has this like little um line of rhinestones attached to it so cool so funky so see that's definitely something that would like you could buy something similar to that i would imagine we have more rings and now i'm starting to think that these rings are here for ambiance and like not because something fell off of them uh we have a peanut which i remember this just like made me laugh so much it's like a ceramic peanut maybe but it's been turned into a charm it's just funny to me everyone loves peanuts and then we have this which is so cool and um once again you know i think that this is like kind of a homemade thing because we have a bottle here which is clearly like a vintage or antique bottle had some kind of label on it at some time and now it is filled with a magical assortment of pearl beads and it's got like a crown with rhinestones on the bottle cap and it just looks so cool so cool um up next one of my all-time favorite things i love him so much you guys know how much i love frogs so he's like a plastic frog who has been turned into a charm because there's this like wire wrapped around his little like i don't is this is this a frog's neck do frogs have necks i don't think so i think they're just kind of like frogs one solid form but he's so cute and he just has like such a little vintagey face so cute okay we've got another dangly thing here and um i have a teapot on here for how much i love tea it's like super lightweight like a little hollow silver plastic tea charm we have another like this is just kind of a cool clear stone and i'm sure there's like a proper name for this i just don't know it and um this one has like a smooth silver cap on the top and then we have this which i picked this can because i'm a leo and it says leo on it but isn't that like a leopard isn't that hilarious it's saying leo beer is what this scan is supposed to be but then they've literally got a leopard as the mascot so like very confusing i don't know if leo beer is like something that ever existed there's a lot of those little like plastic vintage charms that are like real products like back in the day i had a bunch that was like colgate toothpaste and like 7up or dr pepper or whatever so i don't know if it's like that i don't know if it was like a real beer or not but once again you guys tell me i don't know um up next we have a relatively heavy like surprisingly heavy magical um eight ball you guys know i always love that like very 90s in my mind and then we're at the end here you guys i can't believe it but um there's the barbie hand that i showed you guys in the very beginning it looks so cool and we have another little um busted frozen charlotte and uh she looks so cute with her little rhinestone encrusted crown she's missing her feet there and then um this i think is actually like a portion of a saddle or like reigns maybe it's just like a literal bit of old leather that's been turned into a charm and then we've got this that i don't even know what it is it's a lot like the watch piece i showed you guys a long time ago um where it's like a thick glass kind of charm it's like very heavy it has a really nice feel to it but it's like can you guys see i don't know it's almost like a tie-dye kind of thing in my mind um but it's like a silvery thing and it's got a bunch of bits of dye on it i i don't know what's going on there but i like it um we have a domino that is like a two it's actually kind of like a playing card it's so weird it's like a domino but it's a playing card and then the very last thing is a magical clear bug heart i don't know what bug that is this is like super popular like souvenir type jewelry back in the day it's kind of like a beetle or something i don't know it's pretty cool so that's it you guys and oh my arm is burning that's it you guys and then of course um this whole big necklace system is so awesome because it's like a giant safety pin i think that this is like a laundry it's like for oh see that looks so blue now that looks so cool so yeah big old laundry safety pin let me know do you guys think i should keep this as like a decorational item or maybe i should split it up or maybe i should just wear it every now and again oh look i didn't show i swear i missed this guy somehow but i love these i actually had a charm like this forever ago that i bought um like the first time i went to la there used to be such a cool store i don't even know where i think well you know what it was in the grove i think like that super like trendy place that everyone goes but it was like this weird store and they sold nothing but like weird vintage stuff like just oh like stuff like this it was like basically a store of plastic blinking vintage eyeball charms and it's so sad i think they went out of business like several years ago now but i always loved going there and i think i had a larger version of the magical blinking eyeball that is my magical necklace and i'm gonna go on her website and if it still exists which hopefully it does i will link you guys to it in the info box down below this isn't like sponsored or anything um and like i said i did i did make this like years ago now and i always thought it would be a fun banana peppers video and here we are years later i was finally like reunited with it oh my god you guys i really thought channel and i honestly kind of maybe want to do some like world's weirdest stuff over here as well i feel like it would just be fun to get like five incredible phone gadgets i don't know why i love
