hello everyone welcome or welcome back to my channel and today I'm bringing you a guide about one of the strongest unfield defense units in the entire game for Italia now despite being a very potent DPS unit child does have a steep learning curve with a lot of nuance to his gameplay and the rotations of his game compensations however fear not once you get the hang of it and learn the proper rotations and proper mechanics and combos this character becomes one of the best drivers in the entire game due to his AOE Hydro application and its consistency and his own personal damage in addition to his ability to facilitate his team to do additional damage again through his very consistent Ali Hydra application now as I said this character is not easy to play at least by the standards of ganshin impact however don't worry this guide will have everything you need in order to execute him properly starting off with his talents and abilities what does he do so tartario's entire kit revolves around a mechanic known as Riptides he has four different types of Riptides all of which can be applied via different means and they also possess slightly varying functionalities now in order to keep this simple and make it easier to explain and digest I'm going to split this section into two different parts the first is a quick overview of his abilities what they do and then I will explain his Riptides in detail towards the second half of the section when it comes to tortellia's normal attacks cutting torrents they are a six hit range combo of physical damage using his bow he like every bow user can also charge up his chart shot in order to infuse it with elemental damage in this case it would be Hydro shooting an aim shot and an enemy and applying the riptide status effect now do keep in mind that the riptide Flash and Riptide burst multipliers are also tied into this ability however what do they do are going to come back to them later when it comes to this Elemental skill raging Tides cartelia deals AOE Hydro damage equivalent to the first multiplier you see over here and then converts his normal attacks from ranged into melee granting them an unoverrideable elemental infusion in addition to also having a completely independent and new attack strength for that melee stance now do keep in mind that the damage of his normal attacks in melee stance scales off of his Elemental skill ability meaning that his normal attacks from the bow stance have nothing to do with his normal attacks from the melee stance which once again they scale off of the level of his Elemental skill furthermore his normal attacks not only gain AOE to them a second a very reasonable amount of AOE but they also apply the status effect of Riptide but activate a different type of reptile than Riptide burst and Riptide flash known as Riptide slash when it comes to this Elemental skill it is not only a very powerful ability but it also happens to be the most misunderstood portion of Natalia's kid and the reason that is the case is because well it has a lot of nuance to how you want to use it this Elemental skill grants tartalia up to 30 seconds of Elemental infusion and while that sounds insane at start you have to remember that the cooldown of this ability scales from 6 seconds to 36 seconds depending on how long you last on field while using it if you tap the ability and then swap off immediately or recast it in order to end it prematurely it will have a baseline of 6 second cooldown the longer you stay this cooldown will ramp up up to 36 seconds if you do not end this ability past the 30 second mark it will force you into a 45 second cooldown which is very very bad however do not be afraid because there is absolutely no reasonable rotation where you are going to stay with tartalia on field for 30 seconds so for the vast majority of situations you should never ever ever see this 45 second call them moving on to this Elemental burst this ability has two different functionalities depending on which stands tartalia is in before casting it when tortella is in rare stance he will shoot a Hydra arrow in front of him dealing damage after it explodes in a Wide Circle and applying the riptide status effect to All Enemies affected while also refunding 20 energy back reducing his overall energy cost for his Elemental burst from 60 to 40. now if tartelia is in mainly stance he will deal damage in an early Circle not in front of him this time but around him dealing significantly more damage and removing any Riptide status effects from enemies causing an X explosion known as Riptide blast and now we are going to talk about tartalia's Riptides as I said earlier tartalia has four different types of Riptides Riptide flash Riptide burst Riptide slash and now we have seen Riptide blast what do these Riptides do the riptide status effect itself is a debuff that tartalia applies on enemies and the riptide activations depend on which ability that tartalia uses to activate those Riptides let us start off with the riptide burst and Riptide flash which are tied into tartelia's normal attacks now once again because Riptide Flash and Riptide bursts are tied to normal attacks of tartalya they're damaged directly scales with the level of tortalia's normal attacks Riptide flash works as follows whenever tartalia hits a fully aimed charge shot at an enemy affected by the riptide status they will take an additional three instances of AOE Hydro damage called Riptide flash rip Knight flash has the smallest AOE out of all the riptide status effects per furthermore whenever tartalia kills an enemy with the riptide status they will explode dealing damage called Riptide burst which once again scales off of the talent level of tartala's normal attacks and then any enemy that comes into contact with the explosion of the riptide burst will also have the riptide status effect applied onto them moving on to cartalia's Elemental skill turtle's Elemental skill and of itself does not apply the riptide status however it will deal damage called Riptide slash whenever tartalia hits an enemy with the elemental skill or the normal attacks of the elemental skill in of itself and this damage has a 1.5 second cooldown and it scales with the elemental skill level of tartalia's talent and finally Riptide blast which is the final of the riptide effects whenever tartalia hits an enemy with his Elemental burst in the melee stance he will remove this Riptide status effect from all the enemies and then cause an explosion called Riptide blast Riptide blast not only has the largest multiplier out of all the Riptides but it also Soul does have the largest AOE meaning that if enemies are grouped together this Riptide blast damage in the melee stance will do a lot of damage which makes sartella Not only good in single Target depending on his teams but also incredibly incredibly strong in AOE content when it comes to Churchill's facets they are super simple his A1 passive extends the duration of his uh reptile status effect on enemies by 8 seconds his A4 Ascension 4 passive allows him to apply the repair status effect through his normal attacks from his Elemental skill whenever they crit on enemies and his third and final passive increases the normal attack level of all party members by plus one including turtleia and this is actually interesting because it increases the normal attack damage of his normal attack talent in his bow stance and his charge attack damage to his bone stance as well while also increasing the damage of the riptide burst and Riptide Flash and while yes they are not really the majority of their talia's damage it is still a nice and non-negligible increase for tatalia in general when it comes to tartalia's Talent priority you have to keep in mind that tortalia's damaged split to through various different sources you have the damage from his normal basic attacks you have which which factors in the charge shot and factors in the riptide Flash and Riptide burst and then you have the damage from his Elemental skill and his Elemental skill normal attacks in addition to the riptide slashes of his Elemental skill and then you have the absolutely massive nukes that come with his Elemental burst along with the riptide blast damage so because of that tartalia has as I said before many many different sources of damage which means when you're leveling up his talents you want to essentially just level up his Elemental skill and Elemental burst equally keep them both leveled up while also leveling up his normal attacks as much as you want if you do choose to do that because as I said before his Riptide Flash and Riptide burst damage is tied into his normal attacks in addition to the fact that his charge attack does actually do a decent amount of damage as you can see from the multiplier over here and the charge attack can also be used to start different rotations or to end certain rotations as well and if you do vaporize it it will do a considerable amount of damage but once again tartalia's normal attacks are not a priority you want to focus on his Elemental skill and Immortal burst in my opinion my advice would be Elemental skill first and then Elemental burst and then normal attacks but if you want you could also go Elemental burst if you want to focus on new king and then Elemental skill and final normal attacks I believe the game yeah the game gives you what I recommended I do recommend omento still among the burst and normal attacks because at the end of the day his amount of skill is the way you're gonna drive the team and it is uh well I would argue his most significant ability if in his kit even if his burst can apply a really massive nuke it is also worth mentioning that the damage from his Elemental skill normal attacks is not considered an elemental skill these stance damage itself is considered an elemental skill however when it comes to all of the hit damages from the elemental skill normal attacks they are considered normal attacks and they do benefit from normal attack Buffs except the normal attack Talent itself that does not affect it as I said before when it comes to his energy requirements this is super straightforward 120 to 130 ER and you're good to go usually the section has a list and a table of different energy requirements depending on the team composition for the character but when it comes to tartalia he generates a lot of energy from his Riptides whenever they explode and whenever he kills enemies so he is usually self-sufficient in that regards again 120 to 130 which is not difficult to achieve whatsoever and you're good to go when it comes to tartalia's constellations honestly they are they are interesting to say the least because this character was made back in patch 1.1 or released in patch 1.1 and the way his constellations are designed they show how old they like the character itself is and it is surprising how strong tartalia is despite the fact that his constellations are practically either complete as or good but situational so when it comes to his C1 this constellation essentially what it does is first of all I think that it is one of the most boring designs in all of Genji's impact just like how his uh first assumption passive is just an eight second extension for circuits I think that his first constellation is also an incredibly boring Design This essentially just reduces the cooldown of your Elemental skill by 20 and uh here's the thing it is good it allows you to unlock more flexible rotations it allows you to extend the duration of Buffs or even refresh Buffs when I'm saying Buffs I mean Buffs like Verdes and venerair from double swirling with Castle double swirling pyro and hydro but uh at the end of the day it while yes it is technically a DPS increase because it allows you to stay on tartalia on field up to 12 seconds usually the recommended uh field time for tortilla is nine seconds which is actually pretty good because nine seconds is essentially how long you're going to stay with most unfield DBS units ayato for one stays on field for seven seconds hutal stays for eight seconds I believe most DPS units are going to stay even starmus I believe it's also seven seconds or eight seconds so most unfilled persons are going to be staying for seven to nine or six nine seconds which means that tortalia is staying on field for nine seconds is pretty damn good uh and it's actually very reasonable but with this constellation you can extend it up to uh 12 seconds 11 to 12 seconds and you get also the additional benefit of being able to refresh Buffs reset Buffs or even unlock new more smooth constellations with this sorry more smooth rotations with this constellation uh when it comes to C2 this is complete garbage absolutely it does absolutely nothing this constellation is on par with Xiao C2 it is so unbelievably bad if you don't know what Xiao C2 does it gives him more energy recharge when he's off field which is completely useless this essentially gives you four flat energy whenever you kill a Target it is very good in AOE situations however tortelia does not need it in area situations because he will already be generating uh more than enough energy and in single Target situations it is non-existent so garbage constellation C3 very good unironically very good this constellation is actually good uh what this does is increase many many things that tartalia does because you have to remember when it comes to tartalia's damage is scaling whenever you level up is e you're leveling up not just the stance damage you level up every single one of the hits on his combo in addition to the melee charge attack and the riptide slash so child C3 is actually comparable to ride in C3 not in terms of the DPS increase because Ryden also has access to C2 alongside with C3 which are incredibly good together but when it comes to the value itself of the constellation this is a very very good consolation for totalia increases multiple sources of his damage and uh yeah it's pretty good when it comes to his C4 this constellation here's what it does it allows you to play tartalia as a free support or as sometimes even a field upfield this Hydra support with his Riptides because it allows you to Pro kryptonites via allies every four seconds from upfield and other than that this constellation while yes it unlocks more different play Styles and it can actually be a DPS increase because now his Riptides are procking even when he's off field which means you don't lose that much damage from portalia himself when you swap off this could also be adps loss because when you uh attack with this constellation we're using a and let's say let me give you a hypothetical scenario you are playing a tartalia shangling Bennett kazuha team comp and you want the enemy to be infused with Spyro when tortalia's Riptide sprock from shangland's attacks they might consume the Pyro Aura before tartalia can vaporize his either ranged burst or melee burst and that will cause you to lose a lot of damage because as we established before dartalia's burst is a massive nuke with an enormous multiplier which means that unfortunately not being able to vaporize this massive multiplier is a huge huge waste when it comes to his C5 good Lord this constellation is incredibly good because at uh at a crowned level level 13 with this constellation tortalia's uh Elemental burst in his melee stance can have up to I believe I could be wrong but I believe it's 986 percent multiplier that is insane this constellation increases your nuke potential tremendously because it gives you three more levels on your Elemental burst which is very very good but the sad reality is that it is locked behind his C4 and his C4 can also screw with his burst now if you are intelligent with your rotations if you're smart with how you uh play your rotations out this will not be an issue and your C4 will end up being a net positive so do not worry about this as long as you are willing to master uh the appropriate timing but do keep in mind that despite the fact that C5 is very good his C4 and his C5 do have negative Synergy with one another because of what they are trying to accomplish but at the end of the day his C5 is good I if you are going to well for cartalia you stop at C5 tartalia does not have a sixth constellation I am not even joking this is not worth talking about this constellation is incredibly not it's not bad it's just useless it does nothing nothing it really does just nothing I would argue his C2 is more useful than his C6 even though it's C2 overcaps you on energy most of the time so if you are going to Will on tertalia you stop at C5 and the reason his C6 is so bad is because the vast majority of the time you do not need the cooldown reset because staying on tartalia for a prolonged period of time on field as we established earlier is bad because not only is tartalia losing the potential of creating reactions from his insanely High Hydro application but he also there isn't there doesn't exist a single sub DPS that synergizes with tartalia who can last for longer than 15 seconds or I believe 18 seconds even maybe maybe there was there is one at 18 but most of them end at 15 seconds 14 to 15 seconds so staying on field with startalia for longer than 12 seconds or longer than 15 seconds even if you want to push it push it to the limits is very bad so this constellation all it all it does is just reduce your error potential that's it other than that it is a complete waste of money so I highly do not recommend it or not even money even resources in terms of Primo gems so I do not recommend it whatsoever if you're gonna wail for totalia you'll stop at his his C5 his C5 is good enough other than that C2 completely useless C6 completely useless these two constellations do not exist they are they are terrible other than that these are turtles constellations again stop at C5 that's all you need if you're gonna wait for him when it comes to tartalia's rotations this character has access to several different variations depending on the team composition that you are playing him in and depending on whether you have access to his C1 or not and after a few tries I realized that showing you every single rotation from every single possible team variation that Turtle has access to is honestly going to bloat the video with a lot of unnecessary content that means I will be wasting your time in simpler words so instead of adding a lot of information that most of you are not going to use I will show you the fundamental rotation of the international team from which every single other variation of tartario's rotations is going to be inspired of now keep in mind that the rotations will have their differences depending on which characters you're using for example if you're running nahida instead of shamling if you're running beta unofficial there are going to be different differences in the setup itself however this one that I'm about to show you right now is going to be the most basic rotation that every tartalia player needs to understand in order to play this character efficiently furthermore I also need to mention that because the bus that we're about to fight or the bus we're going to dust this rotation on is going to be the model Kanki of the spiral Abyss during patch 4.0 the move set of the model kenkey is going to cause me to alter the way I'm going to play because they changed the AI and it dashes a little bit in Annoying Direction so we're gonna have to play around that so our goal here is to double swirl so we're gonna eat on child peel on Bennett swirl the Hydra with Castle has e swirly pyro with Kazu has Q I'm gonna use my second Q on kazuha and here our goal is to use strangling's old but we're not gonna do that because we want to face this boss so that it can stop dashing and we can uh actually perform the appropriate rotation so I'm just gonna get my energy I'll I just won the bus to Dash okay perfect hopefully dashes right now okay and now we get out and we keep spamming this this is I mean you could run after it and do damage but this is what I found to be the fastest yeah okay now we can start the rotation so we're gonna do this we're gonna do this we're gonna do this throw hydro and then into Pyro and then we're gonna do this and there we go so yeah this is the child rotation as long as you get it right there isn't a single boss that will be able to survive it appropriately now you could also uh do a different variation of that rotation where you eat on child make sure your e does not hit the enemy well that is infused with pyro and while shangling and the Kazo has power application is active on the bus you can use your melee Q with child in order to get a bigger nuke this is better when you're running nymph's dream however because I am running a two-piece two piece combination I'm using the ranged burst in order to get the 20 energy refund and in order to also uh well because it's more optimal in my situation because of my artifacts if you are running new stream of course you can just use the melee burst for a bigger nuke and because nymph's dream facilitates that play style when it comes to cartalia's artifact sets his absolute best 4-Piece set is going to be nym screen and it is tied equally with the two-piece two piece combination of nymph's dream and heart of death which is going to be basically 15 115 Hydro as always I'm going to have the two piece two piece combinations at the top left corner but when it comes to the reason behind tartalia's damage or tartalia's best on slot artifact sets being tied as two different combinations either four piece named stream or two-piece heart of depth 2p Slim's dream the reason that is the case is because it really depends on your playstyle and it also depends on the enemies that you are fighting as I explained in the previous section during the Showcase of his rotation if you choose to play tartalia in a playstyle that is uh more focused around using your ranged Elemental burst then you are much better off running a two-piece heart of depth and two-piece nymph's dream in order to have the 30 Hydro damage off the uh start but if you are running a rotation where you are going to switch into tartalia's melee mode and then use your Elemental burst then you are significantly better off running the four piece of phenom's dream for the bigger nuke on his melee burst so the reason uh the reason to be stupid has gone to be better for an arranged burst is because as you can see with Nim stream while yes it gives you 30 Hydro damage bonus when it is stacked in addition to 25 attack which is a lot of stats for tartalia you have to remember that when you are starting the rotation with your melee burst which is still a very conservable nuke you are not going to be able to stack the nymph stream to its optimal level now of course you could uh do a quick normal attack into charge attack and then alt but generally speaking that is going to waste a little bit of time and whether it is worth it or not really depends on your own assessment but if you want to run a team composition where you are going to be using your ranged Elemental burst first then two piece two piece Hydro is going to be significant or not significantly but it is going to be better than four piece named stream now I would personally recommend 4pic snip stream as a general set because it is still the best on slot and it still provides turtleia with a lot of damage and gives him everything he needs for his entire kit but if you don't have good four piece uh if you don't have a good four piece of Nim's dream like I do unfortunately then you can just run the two piece to piece combinations of whichever you have hydro and for business cream you have the four piece of Heart of depth and it is equally tied just like the previous ones with the two-piece two-piece combination of hydro and attack whichever attack you have you can run Gladiator Echoes Vermilion whichever Two Pistols attack now of course there is also the Manish Jose Hunter now I personally would not recommend malicious Hunter for tartalia I do not think that the two-piece combination or the 2p is 15 charge attack normal attack damage is enough to justify it because once again it is much better to have 80 attack or 15 Hydro damage for catalya's entire kit and now when it comes to tartalia's weapons well he has a lot of options obviously as you know tartalia's best and Slot is going to be the Polar Star it is a weapon that is designed for him it is perfect for this character gives him high base attack lots of crit rate and then Elemental skill and Elemental burst damage which is perfect for tartalia for his Riptides and his Elemental burst nuke in addition to a very good passive that Stacks attack on tertalia himself which once again everything that tortalia has in his kit skills off of attack in some way shape or form his Riptides his omental burst even his normal attacks however despite Polar Star being indeed his Western slot weapon it is not by far the absolute best in slot because tartalia as you'll see right now has a lot of options and do not be fooled by this weapon ranking even though there are 12 ranks the vast majority of these weapons are not only close to each other but also very very effective with a very high damage output now the three best ones are going to be obviously Polar Star which is the absolute best and followed very closely by aqua simulacra and the first great magic do keep in mind that if you have either Aqua simulacra or the first great magic then Polar Star becomes redundant you do not need to risk it and pull for this weapon but again it is the best in slot the that being said compared to Aqua simulacra and first great magic Polar Star is only better by around three to four percent which is definitely definitely not worth uh to potentially losing 200 for that weapon in second place obviously thundering Falls and Skyward harp everyone knows how good these two weapons are on tertalia historically and Then followed very closely by hunters fat do keep in mind that this is Hunter's path assuming that your tortalia Is On Em Sans not attack Sans and obviously tortalia can utilize em Sands to very great effect because Turtles hit revolves around uh melting his Elemental bursts whenever he can in addition to Melting some of his normal attacks and Elemental skill Riptides which uh this is absolutely not wasted if you have a good DM stands on tortalia then Hunter's path will actually pull out ahead of the rest and uh followed very closely we're gonna have the R5 Scion of the blazing sun in addition to R5 song of stimulus with varidescent hunt and ammo sport R1 now a massive disclaimer this is just based on my simulation I have not been able to obtain obviously an R5 of the cyan of the blazing sun or an R5 of song of stimulus for that matter so do take it with a grain of salt but uh according to my calculations and my estimation in general these weapons should be very very close to the verdescent hunt I would assume son of the blessing sun will be better than verdescent hunt song of Stillness should be even at R5 worse than Amazon because of uh the sheer amount of stats that Amazon provides uh the uh fifth place is going to be for Blackwood fourbo and then the rest you can see them on the list so tartalia's weapons as I said they are incredibly good he has many many options Polar Star Aqua simulacra the first great magic thundering bull Skyward harp son of the Blazing Sun verdescent hunt Amos boy if you have it it would work Hunter spot if you have em Sands incredibly good character with many many options even if you have even if you don't have those weapons prototype Crescent is actually pretty good as well and uh rust can still do the job also the stringless if you're going for a full nuke setup can actually be uh pretty good even better than most of the weapons that are above it I have it low on the list because I do Factor everything that turtleia does in his kit not just his nuke and now we finally reached artalia's team compositions and the one you see on screen is by far my favorite team this is a virgin team that utilizes tartalia's extremely high Hydro application in addition to Bennett and kazuha in order to prop virgins through Castle himself now if you've seen my previous videos I have already talked about this new composition extensively it's one of my favorite teams in all of ganshin impact super fun in my opinion it does have the downside of being extremely squishy but it is very very rewarding to play if you get it right tartalia will apply a lot of hydro from his normal attacks a mental bursts and Riptides and then nahida from her uh extremely consistent dendro application will create a lot of dendro cords and then Kaza who is swirling pyro will not only be doing a lot of damage from his spiral swirls but he will also be able to blow up the uh General course with his 1000 Elemento Mastery in order to create 30k plus virgin explosions now the best team composition that you can run with star Talia is obviously going to be and this is even hc6 this is assuming even you have everyone c6r5 best in slot weapons everything it is still going to be a reverse melt or rather a reverse Vape team composition with the shangly this is obviously the infamous reverse uh Vape team that takes advantage of dartalia Bennett shangley and kazuha extremely powerful in fact I have it uh right after this chamber so this team composition once again it will be the best even if everyone says 6r5 I've already talked about it throughout this entire video you already know why it's really strong shanglin does a lot of damage tortalia does a lot of damage it has new king capabilities disposes of single Target disposals of AOE one of the best teams in all of ganshin impact and has two extremely broken units kazuha and uh Bennett uh other options that tartalia can run are obviously a taser team with Beto and Fishel in fact these are two of tartalia's oldest teams ever and you can obviously replace Beto with someone like yaimiko you could go yamiko Fishel and then uh that way you don't you wouldn't have to worry about Beto's ER requirements that being said keep in mind that Beto if you are able to perfect Barry with her uh enough then hurry our requirements won't be that high in addition to the fact that Beto can very much be a lot of damage especially in double Target situations significantly more than the iron double Target in fact and uh there is obviously a hyper character Italia variation I believe it is going to include tartalia Mona and then Rosaria Castle has I'm not incorrect right now I will have all of the teams played uh on screen right now obviously as I talk so that team composition utilizes startalia's raw damage you buff him with all of those other characters I would not recommend it to be honest unless your tartalia is super high investment we're talking nymph's dream with every Everything uh super high you have probably Polar Star or Aqua Sim Locker or the first great magic in that case it is just a viable and then the other uh Team compositions that Turtle can run are honestly just variations of the uh reverse melt team you can replace uh cause of Someone Like jongli You can replace kazuha with the aimiko in order to create a vaporize or rather over Vape team where you proc overload and vaporize at the same time and you can also do a fun build with tartalia where you play him if you have him at C4 in a free steam composition with ganyu where tartalia's Riptides are going to be able to provide a consistent source of up-field hydro application so that ganyu can consistently keep the enemies Frozen in the air while she kills them with her charge shots this is more of a supportive playstyle and tortalia's passive uh his uh exploration I suppose it's called exploration passive allows for ganu's normal attacks to do a lot more damage for charge shots in addition to his C4 all right everyone we have successfully reached the end of the guide overall tertalia in my opinion well not in my opinion I think at this point almost everyone knows this is one of the best drivers in the entire game in one of the strongest main DPS units in the entire game I have already stated before that tartalia soup pros and Al Haytham are probably the three best drivers in the entire game uh I wanna mention something very quickly since we're talking at the outro over here hutau is also incredibly good I would lump her alongside those four but hotel is not really a driver unlike uh a child Al Haytham and sucrose she does not have the uh flexibility of driving different sub DPS units she's primarily the main DPS however if I would pick four main DPS units to be the absolute best I would say it would be al-hatham hutau totalia and sucrose but when it comes to the three DPS units that I recommend everyone build if you have them then it would be I'll hit them to Italia and sucrose also as a bonus tip we always talk about tartalia enabling DPS units we always talk about tartalia allowing to vaporize her burst but did you know that there is actually a team composition where tartalia can be the one who will be vaporizing most of his attacks and it is this one so this this team composition applies enough pyro for tartalia to consistently vaporize every single one of his attacks that are not restricted by ICD meaning that he can Vape his old whip his Elemental skill and his Riptides now of course do I recommend it not really it can work it's pretty fun if it works uh I would recommend it if you have gene on freedom sworn of course and uh Bennett and kazuha of course he could also use casual Freedom sworn and then give gene favonis or zephos Moonlight but yeah that's pretty much it uh it's a it's a pretty fun team if you want to just have fun with her Talia and I should also say that my only gripes with this character he's overall a very fun character to play and a very well-rounded character as well my only grabs with him are really his C2 and C6 these constellations are completely useless they seriously need to be reworked because they are an absolute waste of money like regardless of whether you like the character or not this is Justin objective truth and for some reason he does not have a plunge attack in his meleathon I do not know why even though the boss has a plunge animation which they can repurpose for the playable model I really hate this I have no clue why he does not have a plunge attack in his melee form but yeah he does not now um that doesn't is just a small rant From Me overall tortelia is an incredibly powerful unit I really hope that uh you guys enjoyed this guide and since we're in patch 4.0 for everyone pulling for tartalia in the upcoming banners good luck I hope you get the character you want and be careful when you're pulling for Polar Star because it will be with Vortex vanquisher but if you get it that will be absolutely amazing take care everyone and I'll see you in the next time
