the kenery I'm just kid Barbie and 2023 was the year that everyone became horny for Pedro Pascal Year's Critics Choice Awards the biggest night in Hollywood continues live after this um we were just talking and saying it looks like it's an Avengers reunion here tonight there's a few of us here tonight I saw Tom yes but he's gone that way yes um but I will catch up with him later on but I haven't seen anyone else but obviously eager to catch up with old friends and then Robert Downey junor will be here is Robert here he'll be getting a big cuddle later on wherever he is hold up that beautiful Diamond I'll tell you another secret this is not mine someone is going to rip this off my finger the minute this award show is done my Aunt Shirley who taught me how to be fabulous my aunt gwenny she was fabulous y'all feeling very special tonight I would say so like what what what I didn't know diamonds came that big my God we have a plate a very decorative h a lot is like a buffet is Emma [Applause] Stone um I'm going to be honest I'm in like full-blown shock I didn't have anything that I was going to say because this is completely crazy uh this category is ridiculous Lily I mean come on Margo what in the Greta and Sandra huller this doesn't make any sense so thank you so much for this it we're going to talk quickly because we're lowly song writers and then they'll turn the power of music against us and start playing it so um we want to thank the critic's choice obviously there's anything we learned about writing the song There is no just Ken it's Barbie and Ken so Margot thank you and you put this whole thing together no and Greta your words were the inspiration for this we've and I got to unlearn a lot of things in playing her unlearn parts of Shame and societal stuff that gets put on us and uh I'm still working on it this is the critic's choice Awards and they it is about outside opinion out an award show and critic but I'm just learning not to care what you [Applause] think Emily Blunt Oppenheimer I share this with you Matt I mean those those of you who've seen fellow Travelers will know that that Matt and I come [Applause] together please welcome everyone's favorite tall lanky actor who isn't Jacob Al Lordi I and and some of my beloved Latina colleagues have been supremely blessed to bring to life some Fierce and fantastic women uh skip this I that just gathered around this completely riveting fire of Killian Murphy and yeah truly thank you so appreciate it oh I already said getting along is very important when it comes to forming an ensemble when it works it seems effortless which I already said these nominees showcase the magic that unfold Humanity to uphold the truth that we are all worthy of being seen black brown indigenous Asian trans disabled any body type any gender we are all worthy of having our lives richly and authentically reflected I want to thank my lovely wife Pista bler who who supports me um when I when I need a lot of support and I need a lot of support thank you um I won't take any more of your time thank you and Greta Greta I can't see you because the cameraman is standing right and I can only see Ryan there you are Greta thank you thank you to our Kens Noah bomback Tom akly David Hayman and Ryan Gosling for all being man enough to support women's work you are all brilliant and you are more than KU thank you and thank you to my husband my husband Ryan not Gosling the other one that incredible enviable list of films and performances without even mentioning Star Wars Kieran [Applause] culen the best actress in a comedy series IO [Applause] edir all the biggest stars are out tonight and Anything Could Happen Jeremy Allen [Applause] [Music] White best original screenplay Greta gerwick and Noah bomach Barbie best costume design jaceland Durant Barbie best comedy Barbie John krinski hey everybody earlier tonight Barbie was awarded best comedy but it wasn't on stage so I'm going to go Rogue because I feel like Greta and Margo deserve the opportunity to make an acceptance speech so ladies would you mind coming up here and accepting the award for best comedy that's my turn now very handsome great hello does it feel like the greatest subway stop in the world it's like oh here's this one great actor and I'm you know waiting my turn it doesn't feel like that at all okay what does it feel I I don't know but it's definitely not that this doesn't feel like a subway stop and know what Subway I know who any of these people are who are you sir why am I here did you know right away that this this show was going to be something no not at all actually as a matter of fact when I read it I thought oh man I really want to play this character this seems really good who the hell is going to want to watch the show and I felt that way through halfway through shooting the first season was I still think we're making a good thing but I wouldn't watch it I don't know who and then I think everybody looks at you and thinks you're the coolest man alive truly who do you think who do you look at and go man that guy's cool uh this gentleman right here I mean I mean come on look at him's I set him up okay that was very nice very good the no shirt deal yes what about it I don't have many shirts this is a a series of achievements that doesn't end oh well it all ends at a certain point speaking of greatest people good to see you do you want more do you want more K Murphy Oh my God genius actor beautiful beautiful gu mut Mutual Jillian both we are both just saying that it is time that we're actually enjoying this yeah we're I think we're we're getting used to it I certainly am yeah to go get in there oh wait we actually do have a really good part for him we do all right get you to me now all right what is it does it involve anything romantic with anybody or what's give us the Contours all of you I sleep with everyone on the show I'm in all right it's kind of real life I'll be waiting to hear from my agents of course uh last week at the Golden Gloves oh they're shutting the doors well look this is the that is an airplane hanger door and you can see you better get inside or it's going to be
