Every Time I Die I Watch the Awful Donkey Kong TV Show

so i've repeatedly watched some pretty bad movies on this channel before i watched the cats movie three times i watched the mario bros movie three times i watched the emoji movie twice but today every time i lose a stock i'm gonna be watching an episode of the terrible terrible donkey kong country tv show this might have been a mistake now this is the first time i've done a challenge where every single time i die i'm gonna get punished by watching a half an hour episode of this terrible tv show but the reason i've made it a bit more challenging for myself is because i'm using donkey kong who just happens to be one of my best friends if i lose every match that's just 30 episodes that's an entire season of this tv show but much more likely i'm just going to beat everyone three stock every single game this guy's played on two stop he's actually helped me out here surely i don't lose it that match was only 50 seconds i'm not gonna have to watch this tv show at all my dong is too strong no i just know that like if he get he grabs me once that's already a stock that's already an episode of the dktv show do i do here there's nothing you can do when luigi's just oh my god that was meant to be in there at least i ate this jump oh no i just i just realized what that meant that means i have to watch an episode of this tv show i forgot about the whole challenge for a second oh he could have upbeated me he definitely could have upbeated me there why would you handle no thank god that didn't spike me oh i think i'm dead anyway no i died first dying first literally means i need to watch another half an hour episode [Music] you know i'm actually kind of excited to see how bad this is i've never watched the donkey kong tv show before so it should be an experience hey i got a late smash it doesn't feel like that was an elite victory so i just watched the first two episodes of the donkey kong tv show for the first time ever and i don't think it's possible for me to put into words how stupid this show is i can't show it to you because then i'm going to get copyright claimed by youtube so i guess my only option is to recreate each episode myself to give you guys the full recap i king carol unveil my new plan to steal the crystal coconut i will curse donkey kong and make him weak by giving him a haircut but to get close to him i'll build a robot version of his girlfriend candy and then he just builds a 100 artificial intelligence robot that is apparently indistinguishable from the real candy in like 30 seconds who's this good at building robots why not build a robot to just steal the [ __ ] coconut i'm lobster candy's boss and i talk like this for some reason i bought you a birthday cake rejected i'm watching my figure no the mother i'm watching it rescue i'm so excited to finally okay never mind i'm back today now okay so i think i've got a much better idea of what i'm actually playing for now i've watched the first two episodes oh god other storylines terrible holy holy crap i need to i can't even lose a single stalker i need to watch another episode in the first episode king k rool puts a curse on donkey kong by getting someone to give him a haircut and say certain words so he builds a robot clone of donkey kong's girlfriend so that she can cut his hair put a curse on him and make him really weak there's a lot going on there and all of it is terrible it seems like every episode king k rool is just trying to steal what is known as the crystal coconut because in the next episode king k rules and it had to be a toon link didn't it there's no chance of 3 stalking a tune like at least i might have some hope of winning that's another three episodes how did i get i lost three stocks [Music] hey look i have the crystal coconut oh no it got stuck in this barrel plus to the fate of the whole island depends on getting that coconut back tell us where the barrel was going no no i don't think i will [Music] whoa i slept on this banana it was probably donkey kong's fault i'm leaving him forever my house got destroyed there's a banana here it had to be donkey kong's fault i'm kicking him off the island oh boy i'm the hero of congo bongo now nah i'm back now okay that's the try hiding mashing out as quick as hell burying and getting the easy kills that's all i need oh of course i also need to charge up the punch donkey kong sort of just wins every fight by punching the guys once and yelling banana slammer still not dead yet oh god now i am i need to charge up a new punch i need to get the banana slower maybe that's how i should win every match i have to emulate the tv show here because it's working okay banana slim now i can be as lame as the dktv show stop using that move banana slammer i'm telling you that's how i gotta win each match i still need to watch one episode of this stupid tv show though [Music] hey look at this golden banana i found for candy you dum-dum idiot that banana's cursed oh no an earthquake cream pies scene i think that's the moment when i realized i had already watched too much of this show but i've only played four matches you know we're getting better every time last time i only lost one stock only had to watch one episode the one good thing about versing rob is once you get him in the air he cannot get down i just need an easy kill that's it yes i should charge up the punch that's what worked for me last time i nearly completely forgot about it i'm so scared right now no that's a whole nother episode okay come on walk him off there we go if i only have to watch one episode per match that's actually not too bad for me it's only half an hour of my life that i most certainly will never get back what am i doing can i even recover from that that was nearly the worst decision of my life and i once gave myself village's haircut so saying i do not say worst decision of my life lightly come on i just need the super honor i just need to yes that's only one more i hope you guys are enjoying these recaps that i'm doing i would i would hate for you guys to miss any of the story points oh god we have a donkey kong ditto but i bet this guy hasn't watched the donkey kong tv show he is nowhere near as advanced at donkey kong as i am but does he know the banana slam what what how are his arms longer than mine we're the same goddamn character i'm annoyed yeah get out of here i know you're going to jump there donkey kong god donkey kong dittos are so volatile this is actually one of the worst matchups i could have gotten even though i was talking a lot of trash at the start this is going to be hard to do that well in oh you're in the air dodge come on charge up the banana slammer the bananas now roll what the hell was that hit box that was like the armpit sending him behind and he parries me though no that's two episodes oh god come on i'll get a parry of my own to bring it back and we just gotta charge up that punch i cannot get three stocks i cannot watch three more episodes in one go yes yes he's gone just a straight up zero to death that's how much i don't want to watch this tv show anymore [Music] but i still gotta watch two episodes more minute looking at donkey kong with teeth i think i'm gonna go insane i have not had a match where i didn't lose at least one stock since the very start but i'm feeling it in this one donkey kong always beats king k rool in the tv show so i just need to channel some of that energy here and it's really not going well why is it going to be more heavies how do you win a match against a heavy without dying at least once i don't think it's possible no no no get me out of the ground oh he knows he knows to just up tilt me i've already have to watch one episode okay you get the hell out of here king k rool okay these juggles is where it's at now what are you doing okay he got straight up into it i took no percent that whole stop did he ragequit he did he rage quit i didn't get any gsp down oh god i just need to meme him literally this is the character the stage the match up in which i can most likely just meme this player avoid that real quick and can i get the ding-dong can i get the ding-dong okay i can catch his terrible landing though oh look at that bait [Music] as well jump into it yes that'll always work for me the donkey kong go ahead and jump come on i can still get it no oh that's another half an hour of this goddamn show in one second one mistake can i just punch him can i just punch him in the face i was not coming back from that at all i put an entire episode of donkey kong country on the line there why did i do that it's time for the annual dance contest winner gets the powers of the crystal coconut i'm entering the dance contest look at me i can dance so gracefully gotta have some rhythm just to make the scene i just feel the beat hear it in your head [Music] okay no more i've spent all day watching this stupid tv show okay but you know what i haven't actually been doing that badly i've only lost one match most of the matches i've won i've only been losing one stop and you know what i think i was onto something with the cargo down throw to the forward air yes come on please kill how did that not kill him get out of my life with that hammer what about the old buried a punch right now is that gonna kill yes with some awful gi do i do it with the cargo down throw into the forward air i think that's how i gotta try and get this three stock come on everyone always does even when it's everything on the line the three stops we're always gonna jump into the forward air one more match left but we're gonna get another threesome of course of course it would finish on a donkey kong ditto and now i believe in the three stock i'm in the swing of things like a monkey swinging through the trees i nearly just killed him immediately wait monkeys don't gorillas don't even swing through the trees but donkey kong swings through the cheese in the tv show so i'm gonna roll with it that is the only donkey kong i know at the moment okay apparently i know the donkey kong in game as well because one of these combos what has happened i've completely leveled up now ding dong not gonna kill just yet but you know what will the banana slammer uh can we just cut to when i actually get the banana slam we're going to need to cut a lot because it's going to be the last stock here what am i doing oh i can't shield either no no no no what is he what does he know does he know i'm doing this challenge or something he saw the name little z and he's decided to spin [Music] let's just not make it two at this point let's just not make it two let's just let's just punch him get him out of here that's it the challenge is over though i need to watch one more
