[Music] on today's show we're helping a musician to make her rural escape and the countryside offers up some audible delights and it's so quiet birds and dogs to the ears outside and a feast for the eyes in oh i love this room yeah it's gorgeous yeah gorgeous gorgeous when can i move in yeah and when emotions strike we're all in tune oh oh god i'm off again don't look at me because i'm now going hello today on escape to the country we're in dorset the county with some of the best name places in the whole of the uk now some of them are a little too rude even for me to say especially on national television but here's some slightly less risque ones there's a happy bottom a scratchy bottom and a hamlet by the name of droop i kid you not there's also a village called tinkleton and even a river called pedal and on that note we should probably get on with the show and find out a little bit more about this beautiful county lying on england's coveted south coast dorset is a pricey place to purchase property the average cost of a detached house here is about pounds that's around 83 000 more than the national figure but there's no questioning the coastal and rural beauty you get for your money nearly 100 miles of stunning coastline feature rocks famed for leaving the imprint of vanished worlds but dorset also rocks in the 21st century bournemouth is popular for seaside day trips as well as night life and the sailing events of the 2012 olympic and paralympic games were held in the town of weymouth where world-class sports facilities continue to train the sailing stars of the future the county has also been chosen as the setting for notable tv dramas and what an award-winning backdrop for the small screen although it's arguably best enjoyed in person if you were to have a go describing what classic english countryside looked like to someone who'd never seen it before then dorset would be a pretty good starting point if you ask me and people often do not only is it fabulously beautiful but it's got a bit of everything including a lovely and historic coastline and although it feels remote once you're here in truth it really isn't so is dorset the perfect place to escape to the country well today's buyer certainly thinks so i'm attracted to dorset because of all the many holidays we had there as children i just remember loving the county then this year i've been twice already with the little dog i loved it i loved it even though one of the holidays was damp and rainy helen is supported on her dorset property quest by her close friend susan who also happens to be her sister-in-law well i suppose we first met 15 years ago then yeah did we i remember where it was it was it's in waterloo yeah i was introduced to you i remember it only too well i was very nervous meeting my new boyfriend's sister yeah and but it from there i felt it was just very natural very easy yeah we've got similar interests and um doggies yeah the two friends and relatives were also once neighbours i've lived in this house for just over three years but this this area doesn't particularly have its own community or hub or pub which is what ideally i'd like to live in a village with yeah more of a community that i could become involved with helen also has other poignant reasons for wanting a fresh start um sadly my husband passed away in june 2016 and i just see that now i'm sort of ready to move from here i didn't want to do anything immediately or even a year later but i think three years later it just feels right to me now susan was absolutely amazing always there always made herself available if i needed to talk you know any time day or night so susan was great really good friend well i suppose i see myself as a bit of a big sister really so and that might mean getting the little one in order um at times she's looking now to her future and her future lies obviously in dorset i work at the moment as the music teacher a piano teacher i actually go around to students houses and teach them mainly children but i have some adults as well i really enjoy it also i work in stables again i'd hope to carry that on in some form you know whether it's voluntary or paid work helen is the kind of person who can't be still very easily she likes to be busy she's good at being busy i'm not saying i want to feel every hour of every day but i just i just want to get involved in more things and just find and be productive exactly and make sure i'm not wasting time because life is for living [Music] after everything she's been through over the past few years i think helen really deserves some me time and to think about herself for as long as she wants it also seems to me she's approaching this move with exactly the right attitude jumping in at the deep end and getting stuck right in and with sisterin or susan coming along to provide a little bit of moral support i'm really looking forward to the next couple of days three girls on tour property shopping in dorset it's my idea of heaven helen has a good budget of 700 000 pounds and for that she wants a detached house with traditional features such as a wood burner she's flexible on style but needs at least three bedrooms a large kitchen reception space to fit her piano and a spacious garden for her dogs although community is important helen is after privacy and a location that's within half an hour of the coast [Music] we've got a great variety of wonderful dorset homes to serve up but of course the attached price tags will be a guessing game at the end of each visit and to top off our property tour i'll be revealing our magical mystery house where we're really pushing the boat out but turning our backs on the sea i'm thrilled to be back in dorset and ready to get on the road so we've got dogs hoping to get a cat yes we've got the piano we've got the violin we've got the riding we love walking we like to go to the beach you're very social you've got susan next to you i mean i'm exhausted she doesn't like to sit she's always wants to be busy and she's really helpful and kind so bitter volunteering which is great when you move to a new area because that's how you make friends well that's the thing is it a scary thought moving on your own i'm quite comfortable um with my own company um so long as i can get out and meet people so no i don't actually feel daunted the dogs help of course you've got your independence but you've also got your mates around you yes yes and hopefully i'll be part of the team yes well we're not too far from the first property so really let's see how we get it isn't it just [Music] our dorset property odyssey largely takes place in the western portion of the county and shipton gorge is our first port of call officially celebrated for its community spirit and surrounded by serene countryside there are many public footpaths and bridal ways here for helen's dog walks residents are served by a pub and the village is home to around 200 properties many of which are charming period homes so ladies here is our first property to show you it's lovely and i adore that stone work yeah yeah absolutely lovely do you like the location absolutely amazing i have actually been to this village before have you yes it was one of the top villages of my list oh it's so quiet and all we hear is the boat song birds and dogs oh that's lovely keen to get inside yeah very much so yeah thank you builds from hamstone this grade 2 listed cottage is believed to be the oldest property in the village dating back to around 1540 the welcome potentially to your new home and is that a wood burner i see it is you've got your wood burner yes that's really that's a good sign but i like the height of the ceilings actually yes that's not too dark no it's a nice light room but it's a nice it's it's a blank canvas sort of room isn't it so that are you both good at visualizing with your possessions in it i think so yeah yeah yeah i think i can yeah i can see your sofas yes that's good this is the first of two reception rooms so let's keep exploring mine the step okay so a second reception room perhaps a music room yeah oh gosh large enough for you look at that that's fantastic leads us into our kitchen oh okay it's probably smaller yeah than i'm i'm used to but it looks well kitted out yeah i do have a very important question for you where's the piano going to go i've already decided where's it going to live the first reception room yep on the right hand side so that's then the music room and you're going to sort of live more in this well i was thinking that yes also on the ground floor is a small cloak room with utility space upstairs there are the three requested double bedrooms two of which share a jack and jill bathroom this is the main bedroom with an enormous ensuite oh that's very promising yeah it does actually look amazing how's this made up for the slightly smaller kitchen than you anticipated you might have done actually i think the size of that bath might have actually tipped it it's impressive and the room is a nice size too and it's again a black canvas yeah no it's a good storage yes needed thank you for pointing that out this is actually really important i'm going to take you outside okay have a look at the garden of course then we can discuss money too lovely thank you okay [Music] outside the manageable garden is predominantly lawn but also has some vegetable beds a handy shed and a garage so from this point you can actually admire your property and you really get to see the garden the slopiness might be a problem is this trying to visualize where you'll sit with your nice glass of whatever in the summer evening without being overlooked more shrubs more shrubs in three years now i've got to see where this property hits when it comes to your budget well i'm going to go for six hundred and eighty thousand pounds okay so i am gonna go lower and i would say 625 000 pounds interesting quite a lot of difference between the two of you the price has just come down to 615 000 even better yeah look at the smile on your face oh we can now do the garden yeah it makes a difference doesn't it yeah yeah no i'm pleasantly surprised yeah now you know the price you've had to wander around with me i think the opportunity is ripe for you two to go and have a look on your own this time okay be my guest thank you thanks very much [Music] eighty-five thousand pounds below budget this characterful cottage less than 10 minutes from the coast is comprised of two reception rooms a modern kitchen and three bedrooms plus a good sized garden first impressions absolutely beautiful i love the stone work my favorite room at the moment is probably the middle reception room with this beautiful old fireplace i can just see myself in there in a cold winter's evening with the fire going so yes and that lovely old wooden wall it's got lots of character i think the house would suit helen my only concern is the garden it's lovely it's a good size but there are things about potentially being overlooked and being on a slope but maybe that that all those could be overcome so you love the village yeah you like the house a little bit undecided on the garden not a bad start no no no not a bad start at all good okay very encouraging excellent and of course we've got more to show you great around 45 percent of the uk population are pet owners with 90 of them claiming that caring for an animal promotes happiness and improves quality of life unsurprisingly dogs are the most popular choice and helen already has two of her own but she's keen to get experience as a volunteer working with a variety of animals so we've arranged a visit to the margaret greene animal rescue center in church knoll founded in 1965 this centre is one of three in the region run by the charity responsible for over 1 200 animals each year donna vincent is the fundraising and marketing manager this is a wonderful setting it's fantastic isn't it yes it absolutely seems quite extensive yes there's 35 acres here but don't use it all at the moment but we use a fair proportion of it i see horses obviously yes we have so what other animals have you got lots of we have um cats don't have dogs on this site oh you don't no our dogs are actually housed over at bear regis which is about 25 minutes from here but here now we have all uh species of farm animal so we have sheep goats horses donkeys chickens lovely we also have cats yes a lot of cats here as well so how do the animals get here i mean what's their background i mean basically the domestic animals they often come in because their owners have maybe passed away or they've gone to a nursing home relationship breakdowns or people move on they have to move to homes where they're not allowed to keep pets if it's rented accommodation the bigger animals obviously the farm animals a lot of that is down to loss of land which obviously we're seeing an awful lot of now with the green belt being swallowed so you've got farmers selling off land um that can no longer keep their their animals we also take in a lot of hens right from we work with organizations to take in ex cage hens yeah we get them back up to a good state of health and then we re-home them yeah and our re-homing rate for chickens is is wonderful i was going to say because it's such a popular thing these days there are so many people and i never realized that how cuddly a chicken can be yes yeah the center run regular volunteer mornings for groups of 10 to 12 people to kick-start their training once completed they're welcome to come and go as often as they like outside in the stables the team can accommodate up to 16 horses or donkeys at any one time with an average lifespan anywhere between 25 and 35 years they're a huge commitment when it comes to re-homing so this is mickey and donald our two resident chefs this is mickey is it this is donald oh this is and that one's mickey so there's some brushes thank you go ahead and give them a groom yeah which one would you like susan i'll go for this black one oh it's so funny brushing something so small they're tiny on their hands and knees so how old are these two so uh donald is 19 and mickey is 17 and they've been with us about eight years now they're residents with us because mickey's got some problems with his teeth and he has some allergies so they'll stay with us so we can keep an eye on them yeah yeah how often do they get a groom oh every day do they yeah i mean they enjoy it but it's also a chance for us to check them over make sure they've not got any nicks on their coat or anything like that and an opportunity for donald to try and mug me for treats as a charity that relies solely on donations sponsorship schemes and regular fundraising the volunteer work is vital to keep the centre running after today's visit it looks like they've got one more recruit in helen well thanks ever so much really enjoyed seeing this lovely pair that they've been very patient love to have well thank you thanks [Music] we're in dorset helping piano teacher helen from the town of henley in oxfordshire to find a country home to enjoy with her two dogs she's got a budget of 700 000 pounds and has brought her good friend and sister-in-law susan along for support we've still got two properties to come including our mystery house and one immediately pulls on the heartstrings i'm quite struck by this actually yeah i know don't it's emotional isn't it sometimes yeah it is plus i get behind the scenes to experience how the other half live luxurious lives at sea oh my goodness this is amazing i think this is the best house tour i have ever done [Music] [Applause] if i had to sum up yesterday in one word i'd describe it as promising unlike today's weather but we've still got two very good houses to show helen and susan including a mystery house now helen is always concerned about where she's going to put her beloved piano with the mystery property she's going to be spoiled for choice we're starting the day destined for burton bradstock making our way right down to the coast a relatively large village but still very tranquil burton bradstock is a desirable location amenities include a library in a former chapel an active wi village store selling local produce a post office plus a choice of places to eat and drink but what makes this place so appealing is its close proximity to the beach and that's where we're headed first isn't this lovely even on a little bit of a windy day if you love the sea this is such a beautiful part of the country to move to isn't it it really is and i love it when the steve goes that wonderful blue i know it's not blue blue but it's silvery yeah exactly yeah i think that i could be close to the sea yeah it's just amazing there's more much more to it than i ever thought really yeah just as well because you're going to be coming down every other week well ladies i think we need to finish our teas and coffees because the good news is our next property is literally minutes away and by minutes i mean just under 10 minutes on foot so welcome to your next property oh yeah gosh it's a fine looking house it's lovely yeah very much yeah very i love it sort of solidness yes yes and again this beautiful stone the entrance is lovely yeah yeah so first first impressions brilliant good news should we take a step inside yeah i'd love to dating back to 1780 this grade 2 listed property was originally built for the manager of the local flaxmill and has been sympathetically renovated into a charming and comfortable home what a lovely size room it's perfect oh i love this room yeah it's gorgeous yeah gorgeous gorgeous when can i move in yeah i'm jealous we haven't even mentioned the piano we'll find somewhere i'll chop the piano in half if i have to i'm loving susan she's gonna find somewhere for the piano so this is sort of your main reception room the good news is there's another one behind us which we could call the piano room right i'm quite struck by this actually yeah i know don't it's emotional isn't it sometimes yeah it is i do like tears tears are joy yeah well that's what they are yeah they are absolutely yeah oh i've gone right let's move on to the kitchen oh oh oh god i'm off again that's lovely it's perfect i was sort of somehow don't look at me because i'm now going i can't i was sort of just maybe expecting a small kitchen yes because of the property the sort of property but this is this is amazing oh dear no no where are the tissues on this tour that we need look if you two go i'm gonna go so i'm gonna keep walking and take you upstairs okay thank you spread over three floors in total the four bedrooms span the upper two floors two doubles are up in the eaves alongside a handy wc then two more doubles are found on the first floor served by a stylish modern bathroom plus an additional shower room i'm really enjoying this house tour right your bedroom the most important room that's a lovely room oh it's lovely and straight away i'm looking at the storage space yeah but the room itself yeah it's huge and there's room for wardrobes and yeah yeah like stuck outside yeah great thank you [Music] a south facing garden has been delightfully laid out with seating areas and also has some practical outdoor storage options oh sunshine i feel some heat what are we thinking what price we're going to put on it i'm going to say 695 000 pounds okay and i'm going to say slightly over budget 710 000 pounds oh dear you're normally right [Laughter] on this occasion you're not and that's in a good way the asking price is under your guesstimate as well six hundred and seventy-five thousand people oh really sick where do we sign what do you sign yes happy with that very happy yeah i'm quite surprised actually you want to have some time on your own yeah that'd be great okay thank you again under budget this time by 25 000 pounds this 18th century property places helen in the heart of an attractive village and comes with two reception rooms four bedrooms plus a lovely garden all less than 10 minutes walk from the beach oh look at this another lovely room well nikki said there was another reception room didn't she and she said there was room for the piano she's right again yeah well there i'm thinking because that lovely piece of furniture won't be there no that's perfect not another lovely room yeah it really is lovely oh it just gets better and better all i can say is lovely [Laughter] i can't actually describe the relief it is to walk into a place where as soon as i walked into the first room i just felt like crying because i just thought this is all i've sort of really hoped for never thought i could find anywhere like this it's it's perfect all the rooms were just so so characterful and just have everything that i've been after so i can't believe it this house is going to suit helen on so many levels it's a beautiful house it has everything inside that she wants there's a perfect space for that piano and of course is the fact that it is so close to the beach to beautiful beaches which is what she wanted all along right how are we feeling no smudge to mascara we're over it now that was pretty good wasn't it oh yeah i'm quite speechless such actually because it's sort of it oh it's it's beautiful it's more than i could have hoped for and we are really pleased as well but we've got to keep going ready for our final stop of the search we'll be testing the power of the mystery house in an attempt to lure helen further from the coast to lidlinch in north dorset a small village with around 200 dwellings a church and a village hall the nearest amenities are three miles away in the historic town of stir minster newton on the southern edge of the town on the river stour lies one of the county's few remaining working mills while in the centre there's a selection of cafes and independent shops selling local produce so if helen was won over by a mystery offering she would have all of this just an eight minute drive away it's a very attractive house it is really lovely because she looks quite old 17th century is it is it the reason is the mystery any ideas well it's a long mate is it pushing the boundaries of my area it is we're about 40 minutes away from the coast yes yes but it has enormous potential but in what way hmm we'll find out no you will you will just have a little look around before we step inside oh i hadn't even seen this oh good lord what's is this a complete annex it looks like a whole new house well i think we're going to start with this one right and you'll see exactly what i mean but that was the reaction i was hoping for so mystery house time are we ready yeah we are yeah with so much to explore we'll waste no time in getting started a grade two listed farmhouse the inside of this imposing property is packed with period character oh what a lovely room yeah really lovely i love those beans and the fireplace beautiful huge it is very old this property and it is grade two listed but been so beautifully renovated and cared for over the years in a way it's got a contemporary feel you could move in here and think i wouldn't have to do any work it does look like that actually doesn't it it does but i'm going to get you to lead the way straight across the hallway into the kitchen thank you okay oh what a size this kitchen there's kitchens and there's the mystery house kitchen here you've got a bag and this looks onto your garden yeah the reason this is the mystery house i said it had enormous potential and it does either on income or lifestyle or perhaps a little bit of both oh right because next door you've got the sunroom there but if you turn to the right there's a hallway going down and there's a one bedroom self-contained flat there now you could rent that out we're talking roughly 500 pounds a month if you wanted to rent it out it has its own garden and that's the part of the property that's attached to your neighbor or and it was just a thought if you wanted to take piano lessons here and have people come and study with you you've got a separate entrance coming and going they wouldn't have to come into the main part of the house you could even have piano workshops here as well and people could stay that's interesting yeah that's something i hadn't thought of yeah just an idea yeah but bringing it back to the house itself what do you think first impressions it's it's a wonderful house yeah it is a wonderful house maybe a bit complicated for you yes i think you could be right actually a bit too much yes in a way okay no it's a fan i know yet but yes i think that's a fair point actually there certainly is a lot to this property in addition to the self-contained flat and further snuck behind the kitchen there are also four good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs these include two doubles with luxury ensuite bathrooms and a further large bedroom currently used as a study the bedroom i want to show helen is at the front of the house and while it might not be the biggest it does have one major selling point the views look yeah and that's why i think this could be your bedroom no it is a lovely room on the streets just behind me okay the feeling of this property it is beautiful i think it is substantial handsome definitely yeah it is lovely for me on my own i think i might feel a little overwhelmed by how much there is to it yes i'm just getting the feeling it might be a bit too much for me okay i understand helen's concerns about having too much space but this property offers endless possibilities over in the annex barn lie an additional two double bedrooms a bathroom and large open plan living rooms that flow from one to the next with bifolds out to the garden wow what sizes of this kitchen what a space you could have a barn dance in here yeah yeah lovely just very big very big the whole thing is very it is very big the total plot of just over an acre also encompasses a further outbuilding with stable block and a workshop as well as an orchard area all surrounded by undulating countryside [Music] hello hello hello i love the fact that i send you out of the house and it's pouring with rain and i wait till the sun comes out and decide how much this house is worth who wants to go first okay yes i would say top of the range at 700 000 pounds right at the top of your budget okay i'm going to go over my budget at seven hundred and twenty thousand pounds interesting okay well the asking price is seven hundred and twenty five thousand pounds but the owners are aware of your top budget yes and are more than happy to negotiate around that mark okay yeah that's interesting have a wander take your time it is a big property it's a lot to take in yeah but you know making it great it's an important decision isn't it oh it is it is i'm realizing very much okay thank you see you later we'll stay out in the sunshine on the market for 725 000 pounds but open to offers our characterful mystery farmhouse has four bedrooms and a self-contained flat as well as a separate detached annex so plenty of space for pianos and scope for further business opportunities there's a large garden with an orchard and although location-wise it may be further from the coast there's no doubt helen would get plenty of house for her money here look at this room i know another amazing space can you imagine this as a music room piano loads of room for the piano yeah all my cds there'd be loads of space it's just a little too much isn't it i think for me it is the whole place is stunning but huge well a mystery house is absolutely stunning a really lovely property and there's so many buildings attached to it there's um an annex if you can call it that it's like a house in itself i think i thought it was too much of a property for helen almost immediately on entering it you could sense the scale and that was just further confirmed um as we went through it and i think that in terms of access get into places that would be difficult for her i think she i think you want to be able to walk places i think so drive every year and you know being part of a community where maybe this property is a little stuck outside a town or village as lovely as the mystery house is i've actually fallen in love with another house and in my mind there's no comparison because in the other house i absolutely felt i could see myself there this is a wonderful home with the most amazing annex for friends and family to come and stay sadly i think it's just that little bit too big for helen right you have seen everything we've got to show you so we're going to hit the road are you ready yeah yep it's been great [Laughter] in my time on escape to the country i've been lucky enough to explore the uk's counties in a wide range of ways on land [Music] in the air this is quite something to be seen isn't it and on the water you don't need to go to the gym but i've never before had the chance to explore a vessel so luxurious as the one i'm going to see today with dorset's coastline famously home to some of the most extravagant and expensive properties in the uk what better accessory to complete the lifestyle than a private yacht sun seeker yachts have been based down in paul harbour since 1969. brian jones is the marketing manager good to meet you so lovely to be down here i mean dorset is famous for its coastline paul is world famous for its sailing i have to say so excited to be standing on a yacht i know it's not finished but it's not often i get to do this how did it start how long has the company been going so the company was founded in 1969 by robert braithwaite here in paul and robert initially was building very small day boats run about boats his brother john braithwaite joined the business soon after and and together they grew the business we manufacture 13 models in the range anything from a 38 foot high performance day boat right the way up to the 131 super yacht and in the future we even have a 161 foot super yacht coming 2021. goodness that's huge i mean i started off sailing as a child little dinghies mirrors albacores lasers i mean this is just enormous isn't it is this a big one or not yes this is mid-range and uh this will accommodate something in the region about eight guests plus crew i mean it is a luxury isn't it owning a yacht like this on escape to the country we help people change their lifestyle perhaps something they've been thinking about for years and so many of them want to move to the coast you know the people that buy these sort of yachts your customers what sort of lifestyle do they have typically they've worked very very hard in life and this is a reward and it's about luxury there's no doubt about that it's about spending time on the water with their family and friends now this one is how many months away from completion so this will be a couple of months away from completion this is a 95 yacht and i'm going to take you on board something else now so you can see a finished boat i'd love to thank you this way designing and manufacturing around 160 yachts per year sunseeker is the biggest employer in paul wow what a treat lead on mind your step thank you there we go come on board [Music] gosh this is incredible she is a beauty thank you am i allowed to stand here how far could a yacht like this go so this boat will get you to the mediterranean easily you're looking through a 1 500 nautical mile range really that far i can see it's sort of wrapped and ready is this ready to go yeah so this is a customer's boat this is ready uh for shipping but go ahead enjoy explore the boat can i'll take my shoes off because i know that's the etiquette brian thank you very much i can just think for one second that this is all mine another level and with your prices starting at half a million pounds and going into tens of millions i suspect this will be as close as i'll ever get see this is me and my noses i adore it and we have the kitchen or i think i meant to call it a galley aren't tight beautifully finished quite compact but then i've just remembered the people that are going to buy yachts like this they're probably not going to spend any time in here at all because boats of this size come with their own crew i love it [Applause] oh my goodness this is amazing i think this is the best house tour i have ever done it's actually much bigger than i thought it was going to be beautiful dressing room walnut literally from top to toe vanity area i mean it's gorgeous you've got two twin rooms just across the way and then a guest suite which is probably about the same size as this at the very very front of the boat and it is pristine it's gorgeous i now want a life at sea and lastly the upper deck what's under here ah i love this oh mini barbecue there's your bar have your drinks the sun sets i mean let's be honest we could all get used to this life couldn't we i certainly could [Music] while i'll be keeping my aspirations in check helens are very much within her grasp and we need to find out if we found her perfect property [Music] to collect our thoughts i'm taking the ladies to stir minster newton and although the weather has turned again i've high hopes for a brighter outcome when it comes to our house hunting venture the good news is i'm not going to try and sell you the watermelon well the bad news is we have been quite unlucky with this weather i know sunshine and it hasn't been charity it's been downpours but we've got through it we saw some amazing properties and ladies it's a first for me i have never done a house tour where two people well up with emotion when they walk inside the house and then i join in at the same time as well so congratulations but put me out of my misery of all the things you've seen which is the favorite helen it has to be the cottage by the sea i absolutely loved it we're having a second viewing tomorrow you've already organized we've organized it that is brilliant news it was in a beautiful village it was close to the sea the house itself was amazing ready to move into and susan you were taken with that property straight away as well yeah immediate eyewalking i just as you say i filled up it just felt so warm and welcoming and inviting and i just saw helen there and if all goes well might we be putting a cheeky little offer in i think that's on the card this time tomorrow i hope that's the case yeah it has been a fabulous few days we've loved showing you around this county we're delighted to be able to help well thank you so much i think dorset is going to be your new home yeah and i'm going to keep everything crossed for the cottage by the coast [Applause] [Music] our job was not only to
