recommended memory size is 1024 how much can we add to it can we add as much as we need let's add let's give it some let's give us some real RAM let's beat up this machines Ram man we're going to beef it up a little bit let's give it ten thousand over ten thousand megabytes of RAM why not why not is that does it make a difference I mean big balls and why not [ __ ] it so we're going to add ten thousand megabytes of RAM we're going to hit next and here we go let me see and now it also says if you wish you can add a virtual hard disk to the new machine we are literally creating a computer to virtual hard drive yes create a virtual hard disk right the [ __ ] now [ __ ] [ __ ] that can I delete this later easily virtual VirtualBox disk image virtual hard disks I think we want to make a VHD not a VirtualBox disk image I mean yeah whatever we'll make a virtual hard disk I mean I have a couple gigs available on my computer you should be good it's kind of beefy considering that we've added so much RAM to it I'm not no [ __ ] [ __ ] we're gonna go through this process man I don't care what it takes we're gonna set this machine up next okay so what now okay here we go I'm sorry I keep switching the screen off because I'm scared something will pop up that I don't want to pop up storage on physical disk choose whether the new virtual hard disk file should grow as it is used and amply allocated or if it should be created at its maximum size fixed size a dynamically allocated hard disk file will only use space on your physical hard disk as it fills up to a maximum fixed size although it will not shrink again automatically when spaced on it is freed a free sized hard disk may take longer to create on some systems but it is often faster to use so dynamically allocated okay so that makes it so it's a container it won't grow past a certain size so if we tell that [ __ ] yo the virtual machine only is using 50 gigs of storage it's only going to use 50 gigs and no bigger so
