English Mums Try Other English Mums' Food (Supercut)

mmm there's potatoes and gravy happy birthday to me [Music] hi I'm Patti I'm a mom of two and today I can be trying other mums or roast potatoes I love roast potatoes who doesn't love risottos I love roast potatoes my roast potatoes are very well-liked from everyone sometimes I put onions in them and sometimes I'll sprinkle parsley on them and I cook them for about an hour what makes my bro's potatoes the best it's so good they've got herbs in there I've got thyme rosemary parsley and I use goose fat because I think it is the best and it makes it perfect yes I do have a secret for getting them crispy and nice and crunchy but I can't take for these I use duck fat today and now I'm giving my my secrets on art I do use olive oil now so then little bit tasteless just because I'm wary of other people's health I think mine is the best there's flavor there's herbs the spice flavor flavor flavor that's what you need in food I've got it I'm ready to try these respite eyes I love respite eyes they look very crispy these are good I like potatoes when they're sort of crunchy and dark I think they're even a little darker than mine so I'm a little bit jealous nice big roast potatoes I'm normally chopped mine in half a little bit but there's a big one so she's very generous this month I like it it's very crispy on the outside that one looks really lovely I'm looking look forward to eating that one that one looks a bit overcooked for me but thicker than how I want to [Music] the data's are lovely the the grieving lacks I love chili I love spice and chili and the gravy isn't that hasn't got that spice for me bit to your crispy for me it's a little bit insured a potato definitely have been in storage for a while I think the potato could needs a little bit more sort I think just a little bit just a hint I would get this potato a seven and a half I would score these a seven and to give them an eight they would just need a bit more flavour slightly like a new flavor for me the this mum has put time on at the roast potatoes if you're putting time on roast potatoes it may be a tad too much the herbs and say I didn't use herbs in mine because I'd please simple person veg I think she could have done with another ten minutes of cooking they're nice and country I'm trying to work happen as a spice and mmm the time actually takes it away from the traditional roast potato and I think that's a bit too much feet mine of it bigger why do you like yours big it's really really well cooked and I just think for me the time has just interfered with the flavors too much I'd give them less seven out of ten time to give them a seven or an eight seven seven days I like a bit more crunch [Music] that's quite close to mine I would have liked my potatoes a bit darker yeah they're a little bit nicer than mine they look nice and crunchy as art which is good if a Squatch a mile on this was exactly like something I've been experienced before the bread was like a bist Oh baby I think I made gravy just take them doesn't it and it's mostly depends on what you're going for my guess I love I love herbes on my potatoes so I would put some herbs on there but it looks nice [Music] I think these were cooked in oil I'd say they're not as crunchy I think I look a little bit more functional but they're they're fine but they also I don't think there's anything really wrong with them these would get a seven a solid seven who's better yours or these I think mine's a little bit more crunchy actually I'd say I'd get these quiet a six and a half [Music] right I like my respite is that makes you sound awful right now I'd but yet [Music] hmm this is a contender hello I'm a mum and today I'm going to try on other mums apple crumbles I love crumble because it's so comforting and it's got the cooked apple on the bottom the Apple Cinnamon real comfort food my family loved my apple crumble some of them like cinnamon in it and nutmeg and orange ground in every single one of them love my up incredible I think apple crumble like the simpler the better really and was the bacon whether or not to put cinnamon on this but I did a million cinnamon is the world's oldest spice and is absolutely delicious I've got some in the Apple mix and some of the topping is full custody is very important to go with apple crumble I love that rather than ice cream as if make my own custard and I'm very pleased myself because previously my tips will come on but today's weren't right which is good right I'm ready to try the other mums apple crumble [Music] there is no contest oh this looks interesting oh it looks quite a lot of oats in there but their crumble looks nice mmmmmm this is a contender it's quite thick and Cait looking crumble isn't supposed to look cakey but it looks very nice nice crumbly top it's having basic but you can calmly top to it all Wow lovely custard looks better than mine it's nice creamy custard I love a good crumble I really do I'm looking forward to this hmm lot of cinnamon in there mmm I saw its supposed a would like a bit more crumbly and the crumble bit I can certainly taste a lot of cinnamon my liking it's too much cinnamon but you know nice nice there's not enough tumble I don't think there's a lot of apple but the thumb was quite thin I think root but it's Rhydian it's nice its toasted and I like the cinnamon addition and oats to us I like the cost is entrusted quite nice it's a good consistency it Masek really nicely I think it deserves a seven it's very edible and very nice it's just not a standard epic under oath could do some in height yesterday it's nice it's good Jewish lovely yeah thumbs up hmm that looks lovely this is how traditionally I think and after crumbles made a little bit overcooked here the Apple looks nice yes this is an apple crumble all right this one here looks shop-bought to me but it's nice edge looks similar but isn't it mine is it no this is nice I love it talk amongst yourselves really nice and taste the Apple so generous with the Apple I like bits of it in country and then another bit sugary yeah that's a big crumble could be it all day you know that really enjoyed this very nice I think she makes it similar to me little bit more crunchy than mine which isn't a bad thing I like your crunchy as I said and a little bit overcooked on the edges I'm gonna give this another five it's almost perfect to the mum who made this crumble thank you that is utterly delicious I love it this is eight and a half out of ten very nice you know classic looks quite rich it's not good lots of vanilla in there which is nice it smells nice [Music] it's nice you are homemade aren't you yes you are close your eyes I crumble it's homemade - it's got a nice crumbly top to it and nice at Apple in the middle yeah it's nice actually so moment of truth there's no cinnamon cinnamon is a trick for me when it comes to crumble it's nice that it meets in one a baby with a lot the apples a little bit more separate I don't know and but it's nice it's nice but it's gone together a little bit this is my personal taste the Apple is a lot softer I like the Apple to still have a little bit of texture it's quite mushy the from little bit on the top it's nice it is not too sweet it's the right sweetness it's not too sweet maybe the Apple is a little bit mushy but it'll crumble isn't it so it's meant to be a little bit lighter I think I would give this a seven I'll give it a seven because I think you know it's over the five mark I'm happy I'll have it my hubby will the kids will my neighbours will have it Hey [Music] whoa yeah I think and I think my your pins are all right there all right hi I'm patty I'm a mum of two no three really two boys and my husband and today I'm going to be trying other mum's Yorkshire pudding and gravy my Yorkshire pudding is very good because it's not too soggy and not too crispy not too hard I'm very proud of these yes I do consider myself a good cook we like to have a midweek roast if we can and we have roast on Sunday traditional a little twist I put some herbs in there sometime and of a gravy yum yum yum that's got some sherry in there my gravy is a meat gravy apologies the vegetarians and I made a meat gravy with oxtail with beef and carrots and some onions and it makes it quite place the I think I think I could be in the running the Yorkshire pudding I don't see why not [Music] Shh these are winning look looks good the gravy's lovely color that the Yorkshire puddings look perfect they look like they've come out of my kitchen actually Oh gravy smells not nice you look lovely nice golden color yeah they look nice - bit bigger laundry but because mine are like join weather homie they really spill over you know the sides a bit and they're bit wonky which which I like these look perfect but they look they look he looks shot bored sit nice little homemade yeah you can tell cuz I've got one on the bottom there yeah who's that hi major I'm not getting the gravy I haven't tasted it yet so I still don't know but it's it's um no I'm not I'm not sure good consistency actually quite nice they're nice and airy fluffy that's what you want for me or should put him I think it's support because I have bought a shop bought Yorkshire puddings before and there's a similar taste I think they're both shop bored I'd give him a 7 that's made Connery third yeah definitely if you haven't given with ever its presentable but it's a taste there that is definitely shop bought i'll give it a 5 out of 10 I would make my own amide dinner I think they look homemade very nice probably a little bit probably longer cooking than I would if I'm honest that maybe that looks a bit too overcooked that bit that one there in that side different shapes it looks fun this is darker it looks from richer I like it when it's dark and rich so there's this got that dark rich look I like to have gravy in the middle fill the hole there I like a lot of Brady actually mmm very nice yeah a little bit well the gravies got a nice texture it's it's it's close but not I don't think it's like mine this is very Irish well just the way she's whisk the batter I think this will have a six out of ten [Music] six out of ten I would give it seven going on it I'll give it an eight maybe a seven yeah seven half I would give that yeah the gravy's missing something and this just slightly burnt on the top that's all I mean it's well presented they look good even sighs not too burnt not too light I think it's good these look lovely actually is that really nice and the gravy listen especially the gravy looks like it's got lot of them can't quite work out what that is I think they look about the same as mine I'd like to think mine better but I think yeah I think they look good always quite thick this one isn't it hmm I like riser as well tasty aftertaste of something probably from a health point of view yes lessened it's really good that one tastes really um herby in bedding it's nice it's a really nice day I like this one they're a bit more rich as well I'm enjoying it so much I'm going to finish it I'm still thinking mine's the best but stiff competition I think if anybody better than one [Music] I'd almost give it a 10 I'm gonna give it nine nine and a half because it's just a little bit too much salt but I think definitely yeah nine and a half I think I'll keep season eight actually I add them I would like to thank my mother for the way she brought to me her [Music] you [Music]
