I had this quite often back in korea for breakfasts or as snacks and they are really delicious . The bread is somewhat crunchy but mostly soft. The egg, if cooked right, is perfect half yolk that goes well with the bread. The bread is also has a bit of sweet, almond or peanut flavor. I never tried one with cheese though. This is like 3for $1 back in the days, (I hear its more like dollar a piece now) in most places and pretty sanitary, hence, Korea.

They way I grew up and watched my mom cook she would always pull out that white membrane before cooking eggs. I do the same now.

Processed cheese and undercooked bacon, no thanks. Bacon should be precooked for sure.
