Easy Shrimp & grits recipe

time to make some shrimp and grits this is a really simple and quick meal all you're going to take is four cups of milk and then add two cups of water you can do eight cups of milk if you have that much I just only had a quart of milk then you're gonna need some bacon I took about maybe five slices and then I just cut them up and then you're gonna chop a half of an onion and add that to a pan and fry that down you want to fry it down until it's golden like this and then that's the only seasoning that I use I swear by the seasonings by Louisiana so take your all-purpose seasoning and heavily season your shrimp and then you add it directly into the pot and then you're gonna take two cups of old-fashioned grits whisk that in really well while you're great to cooking go ahead and add some heavy whipping cream into your pot with the shrimp this is just kind of give it a gravy and to deglaze the pan then I'm going to take one uh one pack of the smoked gouda cheese and add that to the Grits along with a stick of butter and just mix that in very well once that's all mixed you are ready to serve and plate up your shrimp and grits if you try this let me know
