why is it there's all these big awesome rvs but it's these little guys that are always the most fun every time this thing is less than 5 800 miles it has three count them three hours on the generator i think the biggest problem with this coach is that it just wasn't used enough it's a little uh 23 tr i believe it's called gemini this is cute i totally see the attraction it's on a ford transit chassis which i love it is that is actually one of those it's my personal favorite preference like if i was just gonna load the family up and we're just gonna take a motorhome trip to florida or something like that i love these little transit chassis because they actually fit a bigger person like me like my legs aren't in the dashboard and this model is awesome so it's got a rear bed slide that for most of the time a little coach like this the bedroom is just wasted space during the day but this one it's basically got a murphy bed back there that converts it into a second lounge it's really cool [Music] so i'm just going to give you a quick look at the living area the front area you see you know the cab the front sofa the kitchenette on the right the entry door just for reference but like i said what i think is really cool about this one like i've seen this living room before and this is beautiful and we're going to come back and look at this in all kinds of detail don't worry about that but i want you to look at basically like the second lounge the second living room the rear lounge whatever you want to call it on this one this to me is really what makes this rv like over the top this is sort of the thing that makes me go wait a minute i might opt for something like this instead of something else that doesn't have this feature and maybe this does nothing for you and if that's the case i apologize that i spent all this time starting here first but you can see how it gives us it like we've got a full entertainment center back here you are sitting directly across from it it is just easy easy viewing you can see that you've got some storage down below there's plenty of legroom uh around here you know if one person's sitting on the little lounge and another person is getting up to walk in front of you you don't feel like you you know you gotta contort around like a circus uh performer to get out of their way and if i flip this down you see that this is also our primary bedroom space right here it is different it is uncommon but it is something that i i really really like and again if you come around in here if you're just sitting down you know you can uh i'm sure you can pivot that tv around a little bit or you can swap the mount out to do that so it's a little more comfortable and in case you're kind of curious i'm gonna spin the camera around here a little bit you're like well how comfortable is that leaning against it don't get me wrong it's not like my recliner at my house that i fall asleep in every night with the fireplace keeping my feet warm but this ain't bad this ain't bad if i'm stuck inside i mean remember there's a sofa up front a squishy little sofa up there that's gonna be your primary space this to me is just like so like my wife and i she likes like award shows and stuff like that i just don't like that stuff this is a neat little second entertainment little haven getaway it's different but i really like it back here flipping your back around by the way um over here you uh got your controls for all of your you know ac and stuff now it's saying error code right now because i had the generator running it's warm out and this has a tankless water heater system that's the controller in there that's what i call the gen 3 variety where you can actually just see all of that now if i stand up and and take just kind of a quick step back here you've got this would be your primary like closet storage space in the master bedroom and again we're going to be doing this tour backwards from what i normally do we'll see how it goes the bathroom is interesting and it it took me a minute because like you see that little that guy right there when i was coming from the living room i was like what is that thing but this is interesting that is actually a little magnet hold back so this door opens in and then that door opens out and i have a bad habit of forgetting uh to showcase bathrooms in motorhomes so i think it's actually not a bad idea that i do this now don't get me wrong this is not the uh biggest bathroom i've ever been in this is also not the biggest coach i've ever been in i think it definitely gets the job done well aesthetically i find it very pleasing like and i like how the bathroom doesn't feel small like when you close that off you have that magnet hold back you've got room to actually get out of the shower stand up you know put some clothes on or whatever without exposing yourself to uh all the neighbors and the looky loos these little skylights in those overhead uh kind of shaved back foreheads i call them five heads because you know with my male pattern baldness i i have to find a way to be happy with that actually you know i joke about that i i wish i had to cut all my hair off sooner before i was even losing it having no hair is just so easy you just wake up in the morning and you're done so when you're sitting on the squishy sofa like i said this is kind of what you're looking at you're straight across your little mini kitchenette um we'll get all of that open in just a second but you're entertaining up here it's easy to view again it's it's kind of directly across from it it is up a little high because it has to be above the door but it works it's fine you know our kind of master control center with our generator controls and water heater and um tank heaters and stuff like that they're all located here this has the spin around seats and if you make those two things face inward toward each other you can have a really fun steering contest uh with your driver and co-pilot i do highly recommend waiting until the vehicle is not in motion for that however i'm pretty sure you figure that out without my assistance i love the gloss on the cabinetry there's something about shiny shiny makes things feel better doesn't it i swear now one of the things i love about these uh transit chassis now first of all this little carpet strip is totally removable so if you don't want that there you just want like the industrial style work truck flooring that you can do that too but what i love about these is first of all those seats spin so that our chairs become our our captain's chairs become part of the living space but there's so much legroom down here these are easily one of my favorite chassis to personally drive as a bigger taller person they fit me so much better even just the little like the cruise controls i don't know why just the way that they fit my hand when i'm driving these feel right you know let me spin you around here so if you're at the driver's chair and you spin yourself around right here oh my god i uh i blew the butt horn i accidentally sat on the horde and i got some dirty looks i think from somebody passing by because we're right up here by the end of the road now to be fair in my motor home tours i do like to hit the horn to see how it sounds i don't usually like to hit it with my butt but uh it works so back to what i was saying looking at our kitchen area here we've kind of seen it a little bit from the other direction around give you just kind of a nice little once over here and then i want to uh open everything up i love those like flip up just kind of flip it and forget it doors uh i believe that's a let me get back over there and check i think that is a three-way refrigerator and that's a convection microwave down below which is very space effective in a little design like this i think that's a really good idea up top we've got that bigger vent fan to really let some air cycle through here and look at how little this was used there's nothing wrong with the fridge that's the original protective plastic skin on the fridge from the factory still there and this is a three-way fridge this is 110 electric meaning generator or shore power it is propane and it is 12 volt that that is very cool now something else i think is kind of neat you might have noticed there's a little silver disc in the floor right here you might be going well what does that thing do well we crack it open under that couch right there you see that that is where uh the little removable table for that is located not to mention the fact that sofa can fold down into a little either guest sleeper or uh we'll say timeout sleeper if uh somebody gets themselves in trouble now a little look here with the rear bed slide closed you do lose the bed and lounge function when you're going down the road i don't know how much you need those i will also tell you from personal experience on a family trip when i was younger you don't want to try to sleep on the rear bed anyway while you're going down the road because it's behind the axle you will get buck and bronco'd around that thing and uh here's a little story from my past so um my step dad wanted to get myself and my mom him and his son together do some family bonding we took a motorhome trip to florida and i was young i was still angry that my parents had split up and i'm i'm over all that now but i was not at the time and i was tired going down the road and my brother was sleeping in the class c overhead cam we were in a dutchman something or other motor home and um tell step dad i'm gonna go sleep on the bed in the back he goes you don't want to do that but i'm gonna prove him wrong because i'm angry right i'm gonna show him i know better than him plus i'm young anyway and stupid so i go back there and that's back when classy motorhome still had a traditional glass mirror rear view mirror uh up in the cab area and we went through some bumps going uh straight south from michigan to florida and i went airborne a couple times jammed my shoulder good but i was i was bound determined i was not going to let him win and i knew that he could see me literally getting airborne in the back of that thing so i waited it out as long as i could stand it until it got a little too painful then i finally mows my way up he goes hey sport sleep good knowing that i hadn't known that he was right and i was like yeah i slept fine like a baby like i was sleeping on a cloud because basically that's all that was under me half the time so excluding the bed slide that's it that's that's all you're driving it is a short easy going easy driving little guy again the the cab area it's easy to get into and out of not just in the coach area but even like to get in and out uh to like you know get a drink or to fuel up or something like that and there's something about this rv it took me a minute to figure out exactly what it was it's a little bit of a narrow body coach a lot of things in this class they're at least eight foot wide or they'll be eight and a half foot wide or 100 inches wide which is eight foot four something like that i haven't tape measured it i think that is only 90 inches wide i think it's a narrow body coach it's like a little arrow zipping down the road it does not pick up quite the bulk of headwind with that kind of class b plus sweep right there i'm not going to tell you this thing is an aerodynamic dream no no rv is but not too bad uh i i believe that that thing would be if you're gonna drive in the wind i think that that would do itself very well i can actually already see some people inside i stepped out for just a second to get a drink because it's hot today and i don't want to get dehydrated i could already see some people checking it out so that's an armless awning which i enjoy because then it's not a head knocker we got the good campsite entertainment package here by the way did you notice that is a tankless water heater on demand hot water you want to take some back to back hot showers while somebody's cooking up a storm or whatever you can do that here a look inside these uh abs molded plastic compartments reveals that you know it's not like a rat's nest or a snake's nest in there that is a thing that can happen sometimes people don't realize certain areas of the country snakes like to find their way into hot little compartments and this is interesting this goes under that kind of sofa murphy bed in the back so it's a little bit of a pass through past besides storage space now for some reason i had it in my head that these transit chassis had something like a 4400 pound tow rating but every single thing that i'm looking up indicates five thousand pound tow rating say like an e450 chassis which that is pretty cool so if uh another thing like uh i have a background my family did a lot of horse trailer type stuff we did a lot of little barrel events and things like that various speed events casual pleasure riding being able to hook a little two horse up behind this little two horse trailer look at that all their little accessories inline water filter what it's getting is you could put a little trailer behind this doesn't just have to be a little chase car man this is sharp this is fun what do you think that is fun right could you see yourself taking a trip in that thing i sure could i sure could i just don't get a chance to do it enough or else this thing probably never would have made it to our website and i'd be rolling down the road honk honking at you while doing the butt honk at you butt honk not a good sound i'll work on that i'll work that out at my own time but in the meantime if you like the look of this one give us a
