[Music] welcome back ladies and gentlemen to Skyrim my name's camel and today's video is going to be the first in an ongoing serious called curating curious Curiosities and in this particular video I'm going to be curating to you the Curious Curiosities of Skyrim's region East March so sit back relax and take in the beautiful hidden wonders of Skyrim's East march region so for the first curiosity we have Lucky lorenz's shack now Lucky lorenz's shack is right where my character is which as you can see is due east of Hill gr's tomb and just about due north of lost knife Hideout right here where the body of water is and as you can see lucky Loren has run out of luck a tree has fallen across his house if we go inside we can find a shrine of dbella a fishing pole and there you can see lucky ends and if we jump up we can find the Lusty Argonian made volume 1 so it's only left up to our imaginations what he was doing out in his Shack all by himself in his underpants poor lucky Len hopefully he's having a better time in Sovereign God for the next curiosity we have TS by the lake which can be found at the lake directly in front of my character which is Northwest of mixw Mill and once here we will find quite a beautiful site actually a Shrine of Talos that has been laid at the ruins of an old Nordic structure once we're at The Shrine we can find it sprinkled with Ferns and Flowers lit candles and various offerings to the god TS a very tranquil sight and a very beautiful and relaxing Retreat from the Mayhem that Skyrim can sometimes present us with TS by the lake is the perfect place to take some time out and relax and for the next curiosity we have the Stormcloak Crag which can be found Southwest of Windhelm and north of Mara's eye Pond and here we will find the cave which once belonged to a troll but I took the time out to take out that Troll and over at the cave we will find a dead ice wolf various bones and a Stormcloak helmet if we head around to the right of the Cave of the trolls cave we will find this post which is marking the location with a flag attached to it if we walk down into the cck at the base of the flag we will find a corpse it is not specified what kind of corpse this is but we can obviously tell that this is the corpse of a Stormcloak soldier we will find a gold or vean and a corundum orane a sad sight to see a fellow Fallen Stormcloak for the next curiosity we have the Shrine of Talos overlooking Windhelm which can be found directly west of the Windhelm stables and once we run up these stairs here and some more stairs we will find the Shrine of Talos that is over looking wind Helm and just like with most shrines we will find some offerings but it is quite a gorgeous sight seeing tellos overlooking his people I'll let you take that in for a minute next up we have the eldergleam sanctuary treasure crate which is located directly at the point where my character is standing on the Northern side of the rock which is just southeast of the eldergleam sanctuary so coming from the Elder gleam sanctuary as we come over this hill we will see the eldergleam sanctuary treasure crate on top of the crate can be found four Soul Gems the enchanting skill book a tragedy in black and an iron dagger but no one cares about the iron dagger it is quite a strange find as there aren't any necromancers around or no one to be found near this at all apart from that dragon that is currently being too loud this crate is quite a spark for theories next up we have the hunter jacuzzi camp this can be found right where my character is or Southwest of eldergleam sanctuary as we approach it looks like a standard Hunter camp but as we can see the hunters have taken full advantage of these thermal Springs and are in fact relieving the stress of hunting animals by lying in the warm waters I'll give you a moment to take in the beauty of Skyrim's Landscapes as you will find around their Camp all of their clothes strewn everywhere quite a relaxed bunch of hunters next up we have the East march necromancers altar which can be found Northwest of the bone stwn Crest as we approach we can see that it was once a Nordic ruin and on this altar here there are two draga but quite soon after arriving you'll be greeted in the traditional Necromancer manner they will shoot Frost and ice at you until you kill them so once they are dealt with we are free to explore the necromancers altar so it is quite obvious that this was once a Nordic ruin so let's take a much closer look at this area under the water here we can find some Drager coming out of the ground now I'm not certain if the Rocks fell on top of the Drager or if they're actually escaping from a buried tomb we will find more draga corpses strewn around around the floor of this watery area perhaps the necromancers were Rising them out of the ground we could also find a drer near the shore that has been pinned to the ground underwater via an iron Greatsword if we have a look behind the altar we will find a novice conjurer now this could be the skeletal novice conjura or this could be the skeleton of what was once a human novice conjurer but one of my theories for this novice conjur skeleton is that three conjurers came to this altar two of which decided to become necromancers which in time became the two necromancers that attacked me as I approached this altar yet this third conjurer did not want to take any part in becoming a necromancer perhaps their disagreements led to a battle or perhaps the two now necromancers decided to kill the conjura in his sleep for the best way to keep his secret is to kill everyone that knows so East March's necromancers altar is a very curious find and quite interesting to explore next up we have mistwatch Folly which is just North of mistwatch Fort which I have not discovered yet as we approach we will see an old fortress ruin and these three skeletons will rise from the dead to greet you with the twang of bow and the twing of Sword once they have been dealt with you are free to explore this interesting little ruin I can only guess that something to do with the sulfuric gas destroyed this Fortress as we will see signs of yellow all over the Fortress Is this Moss or is this caked on sulfur brought on by time and dust perhaps The Fortress just got too hot and the ground beneath it crumbled away as the Furious furnace beneath the ground bellowed day on day next up we have the shrine of akatosh steam CAG hilock which can be found at my current location which is southwest of mol and southeast of bone stwn Crest as we can see there is an ancient Nordic Al with a shrine of aatos placed on top I'm so charismatic that my very presence resurrected three skeletons on the altar can be found the alteration skill book breathing water quite interesting it does look rather ston hengy this area and I love these kind of things because someone has gone out of their way to place these things here next up we have the mournful giant which can be found at this tiny Lake where my character currently is which is southeast of bone Str Crest as we come down the mountain we can see a giant mourning the loss of one of his mammoths a beautiful setting yet a sad moment here's a tissue Mr giant it is only a wonder what happened to this Mammoth not even this rabbit water skiing can cheer up this giant next up we have the remembrance wall in Windhelm which is northeast of the blacksmith's quarters as we can see this wall here on every separate brick there is a different name now I personally have not counted These Bricks but it is assumed that these names are to remember the 500 companions that Yore brought with him to rid Skyrim of the elves a quot from the first pocket guide Gathering his legendary 500 companions Yore returned to Tamriel with a Vengeance now the 500 Companions and yusur their names are still recited every 13th of suns Dawn at the feast of the Dead in windel so it would make a lot of sense that these bricks or the names on the bricks are to remember Yore and his 500 companions next up we have the wolf in the woods which can be found where my character's current location is which is northeast of Windhelm so there's Windhelm we run around this rock and walk in between these trees we will find a coin purse with the wolf Queen volume 1 underneath it quite a strange find out in the middle of the Woods next next up we have the dwar ruins of krenzel now the interesting thing about krenzel is that it is so far into the mountains that a map marker for it cannot be seen until you actually Venture into the mountains in the direction of kagrenzel so this is a place that most people will have never encountered because it is so far out of the way but it's so out of the way and you have to do so much serious mountain climbing that most people will have never even known this existed it is quite a beautiful dmer ruins right at the top of a huge mountain with a huge brazer at the front burning eternally to only be seen by the eyes of the Explorer and lastly we have the Ethereal roof of mol now this is mul here but we want to head up to where you exit mul which is up here now the exit to mul where we are currently is directly north of mof in the mountains now that doorway down there is where you will exit once you complete your biddings inside the dungeon but what we want to focus on is this huge Tower here now if we go up above the tower we will find that it actually has a roof that is fully skinned fully fletched and beautifully designed what an absolutely gorgeous sight a golden metal frame with a beautiful purple pearlescent Sheen only seen on petrol glazed water with ethereal circles with the color of a blue that is reserved for the eyes of wizards considering that less than one in a thousand would ever see this it is a truly special and beautiful site and it heartens me to know that developers put the time and effort into things like this knowing that almost no one will ever see [Music] them there we have it there is the first installment of the curating curious Curiosities where we covered the
