and uh right now we gotta throw the oil pan on we gotta throw the balancer on we gotta tighten everything up gotta put the clutch on the back all sorts of good stuff and then we are going to slap it in here hook it up to that t-56 get it right and uh go from there got the old six leader in dude piece okay kantai piece of cake piece of cake dude knocking this thing out should be running in i don't know a couple hours we'll be good to go 10 15 minutes yeah everything fits so we're looking good well gosh dang we got a pretty much completely right here you gonna tune this sucker up we'll make it happen yeah that's that's what i like to hear so guys one of the major changes we made while leroy was apart is we changed the boost controller to a setup that uses basically co2 to close or open this wastegate now beforehand it used co2 but it could only add it couldn't subtract not a very precise way to control the boost on leroy it didn't work real well now we're hoping it's going to work real well don't don't control the dual port it's probably the best way to do anything yeah because you can fill and vent at the same time so you target a boost and it'll control it where you exactly say instead of hey let me add and add an ad to see how much boost i can make okay cool so now you'll have a target boost and then you can put the pin settings to kind of get it right how you want it so we got these big old turp keys and we figured it was time to uh set something up so the boost control is actually controlling the boost versus just sending it so i feel about that jackson what you don't know is that i just walked with oh perfect i like the sounds of that well i guess nate we don't need you buddy set the uh two step up and then i'll be out of here there you go all right so we're gonna uh fire leroy up take him over to the dyno and let her rip i'll warn you we're not going for big numbers today because to dyno with a slipper clutch like this you gotta add a bunch of weight to it we're not gonna put a bunch of weight on it we're just gonna go on the dyno make sure the boost controller is actually doing what we want to do and uh if it is we're good oh we upgraded that firmware gosh nine see how many volts we're out the battery was dead the other day but we charged her up thirteen four right now ready see if your tuning works nate mhm oh by the way the valve cover was not loose the other day i forgot to put the dipstick in at all all right we're gonna lower him down take him over to the dyno we did do an oil change and we did change the brake master 50 pounds of all that is incorrect don't worry about that what kind of boost we're working with on that deal there was a whopping eight pounds of boost eight pounds 800 horsepower so it's nine pounds 900 horsepower then wow are you serious it's like one pound per hundred twenty pounds two thousand forty pounds we were a little lean on that run because we never run that low boost so i had the tune set up a little too lean down there because we just never used that part of the map but nate fixed that we going again turn it up a little bit [Music] oh damn oh damn 959 what's with the backfire on the d cell [Music] 11.3 pounds those turbos are working my friends those turbos are working [Music] oh my gosh nathaniel 12 72 bro what the hell i saw 20 pounds i'm like it makes that all the time it'll be fine unbelievable see the problem is i might have forgotten to log it it'll it autologs i can tell you right now that these turbos are moving a whole lot more air how much boost total we get to 20.6 pounds 20.6 pounds 1270 horsepower yeah we literally had to strap nate down so that the car didn't really off the dyno i don't know how i'm getting out of here the extra straps on the front see i squeezed in
