Let me just gun my Prius into this two feet of water and see shat happens. People are stupid. Flood your engine.

Good on this guy.

I enjoyed listening to someone who is just so sincere about what he's doing. I found it refreshing.

If I had spare time I'd be all over this shit. I love moving water. Spring time is my jam making little trenches and rivers in my yard. I feel like a kid and dont give a shit.

I used to watch his stuff all the time. He popped up in my recommendations a couple of days ago after I watched some hoof care guy help a cow.

hey everyone today we are draining a flooded street there is a ton of water we just had a torrential downpour let's go ahead and find the drains [Music] all right it's fine I'm dragging along looking for the drains [Applause] trying to find it I found the drain right here up getting a little whirlpool going look at this guy up on the sidewalk just like last year okay that guy what is wrong with people going up on the sidewalk like that there is a ton of debris on this I'm gonna step back and show the Whirlpool here we go [Applause] some people just do not care [Applause] all right this terrain is unclogged let's go across the street and find another one all right this guy's letting me go just go ahead and get it that I just opened up a big whirlpool right there the other one is a cross street right here I better set my camera up so I can get out there and get this this video is going to be [Applause] [Applause] [Music] I just got completely soaked there and you can see people are continuing to drive up on the sidewalk as soon as the wave is from the cars calm down you'll be able to see a big whirlpool the first two one across the street is still working I see it and oh no the thunders back it's starting to pick up again here we go right there whirlpool [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] Wow that takes the breath out of me Wow he's gonna take a little while I'm going to walk down the street a bit because we have another drain also going to walk across [Applause] [Applause] wow that's a lot of work I checked the radar the storm is moving away we had a heavy downpour of a rate of 30 inches an hour but it only went for like 20 minutes as soon as the waves from the cars go away you'll be able to see whirlpools starting to collect the one across the street is still working wow that one's huge up the waves are gonna mess it up that is a massive one [Applause] it stopped it's already clogged up with more crap oh and it's starting to pour again Oh No [Applause] that whirlpool is awesome a cop just drove by and waved at me oh it's almost gone you can see the center divide now we're making a ton of progress I'm gonna go across the street now [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] okay this one's clogged up again well those are new two drains over here those were never here before but they're useless you can't see them when the roads flooded what's the point all right you see the whirlpools across the street let's try to get some right here that's awesome here we go drain drain drain this is gonna clear itself up now no more flood when I started it was probably a foot of water now it's barely anything [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] all right we're doing good here [Music] the drains across the street are still open up it looks like our work here is just about done there's not going to be any more rain according to the radar it was just one big burst of rain and we're gonna have some on and off showers now we have one more drain right there last year when I did this the flood was a lot worse and we have these drains over here so these ones are still doing ok let's unclog them all right let's go we got to get moving there's a drain right here and this one they did not mark with an arrow because the ones down there are priority this one is not priority those other ones are at the bottom of the hill this one's not so I'm left with the challenge of never mind I see it look at the mud look at that it's dry underneath because we had a drought that's what happens when you have it like a month or something without rain it's worse because the Sun has been baking the ground for like a month and when the rain finally hits it it can't absorb water it's rock hard [Applause] I have always found it easier just drag it back and forth don't even bother putting it up cars splashing or just going to throw it back in now look at the debris all over the road we are all clear I'm going to quickly show you where this drains in the woods and I better get moving because there are going to be a lot more floods around the area every time I see a ton of rain on the weather map I always jump in the car and head to areas that are prone to flooding this is so fun now last year when we came out here it was a lot more water the road up there is currently done draining this is where it comes out the reason when I first started up you saw so many bubbles is because the culvert is under the water the air cannot escape through the end it's forced to go up here we go there's also a sewer right there last year it was leaking in here too sewage but that is actually completely normal sewage systems in this area are designed to dump raw sewage into waterways when they are experiencing high volume of water such as today during the flood last year when we did this it took 25 minutes to drain the street so obviously there was not as much water last time the entire tree line up to the sidewalk was under water if you're interested in that video I'll leave it in the link at the bottom of this video thanks for watching have a nice day
