Dr. RT Kendall - False Doctrines - 2 Name it and Claim it - Is this True?

here's the teaching they say [Laughter] nothing happens without declaration let me tell you what that means they say unless i declare or claim this or that to happen nothing will happen really really let me tell you what's wrong with this here's people who they don't believe god has a will unless we help him to know what to want it's true they don't believe god has a will of his own he needs input from us and so what we are to do if we decide something that we want we just declare it it's ours and claim it and by the way you may recall that in recent times there were so-called prophets who said they knew who would be elected president and they predicted who would win and a hundred out of a hundred got it wrong a thousand out of a thousand got it wrong how could they get it wrong i'll tell you how they got it wrong they didn't hear from god to see who do you want they declared who they wanted they declare so and so will when they declare it and they prophesied it and they got it wrong you see this is what's happening today people are not really hearing from god because if they really heard from god who knows the end from the beginning he knows what's going to happen god would have told them in advance and we're living in a day when i'm sorry god is sending lying spirits to prophets because this faulty teaching is taking over well here's my reply to all that god answers prayer beyond all that we ask or think according to the power at work within us in other words god hears prayer that is according to his will 1 john 5 14 therefore we may declare or ask for what would be under his leadership and you see it's amazing how god will give us things that we didn't even ask for well that's the thing the god of the bible answers prayer but he has a will of his own
