it's because of you and not by any man lord it's because of you we thank you we thank you we thank you it's not enough it is your will in thessalonicans it says it is as well that we rejoice and be thankful so we give you thanks today let the father's will be done on this place on this earth on everybody's life let our destinies be according to your will lord no more swaying here and there no more swaying lord we are not cat on the wall situation we need to be hot for the lord hot but fire from your throne room burn in us burning us lord burn in us lord burn in us lord thank you lord thank heart to us in us and through us lord thank you for all that you do and continue to do thank you for always working in our lives thank you for always speaking to our hearts lord and we i just pray that you continue to speak to us lord we welcome your voice we welcome the word you have for us lord we welcomed our daily manna heavenly father god we need you we we run on you lord jesus our very being needs you i can't go another day without you lord jesus it's not a day that goes by that i don't need you and i couldn't agree for everyone else we all need you lord there's nothing like the lord jesus everything else is just a bonus but you too you're amazing jesus you're so beautiful it's so wonderful i'm just so grateful that you got us here on time that you got us here safely lord i just thank you that you're always on time and that you're faithful lord that you will never fail us lord and that we can put all our trust in you and today that's what i do i'll put all my trust in you lord jesus because there's no one like you there's no one like your sweet love i'm so grateful for your peace i just pray that you fill us with your peace your peace that surpasses all understanding and your perfect love that cast out all fear heavenly father god let there be no fear i'm so grateful that you are awakening your people that you're awakening in our spirits that you're awakening and awakening our dreams lord that you're shaking everything around us lord and waking us up so that we can walk into our destiny lord i just pray that today we will joyfully drink from the springs of salvation heavenly father god and that there will be no good thing lacking from your people lord that there will be health that that would be wealth that there will be godly encounters and godly family coming together lord and godly friendships heavenly father god every day we need to be strengthened and how wonderful would be to have godly friends around us lord with that love you lord thank you for making river destiny a place that we can come together to encounter you to love you to love each other lord to be family lord that's it's it's not like that in the world but i'm grateful that it is like that in your kingdom that you have nothing but love and goodness for all of your people for your children i am thankful that we are all called your children lord that's just amazing to be a child of the most high god who can say that lord you've given us that opportunity to say to choose and be your your children lord thank you thank you for embracing us with your arms wide open us god and lord that you would want that each and every person would fulfill every jot and every tittle of that destiny so we call them forth for every person that you have predestined to be at this conference lord we call forth their destiny and we ask that they be fulfilled we ask lord that your angels your heavenly holy angels would be loosed to usher them in and to usher in bring in whatever gets whatever manifestations whatever wisdom lord whatever anointings and mantles healings deliverances lord whatever is written in those books of destinies we ask that your angels be loosed to bring them forward to bring them that each and every person lord open their hearts lord jesus open their hearts that they are ready to receive give us give us our yielded willing hungry heart for all that's written in our book of destiny today lord that we receive every bit of it for your glory that each and every person that is here today would forever permanently be changed transformed into your image just like always such an interesting thing but when pastor young asks us to lead worship for a conference almost every time a new song starts bubbling up for the conference and i feel a commissioning and so this time the song that started bubbling up for me was called miracles are set in motion and this is just such an epic time of receiving miracles and then also being activated in the gifts that are within us you know for the miraculous to flow through us for others amen amen i just feel um a few minutes ago i just felt such a download of that already just what he's gonna do in this place in too is that okay how's the lights on there so um i want to just move on very quickly just wow this is so good thank you so um what we want to do is i'm i just want to move on quickly um just make a couple announcements too but we want to just receive love offering before we go on and you guys spend here and you know what to do right so what i want to do is i just want to read one scripture i'm not a person that was standing up here and try to get you cox you manipulate you trying to say all kinds of things that get you to give you belong to jesus amen you have the heart of jesus that means that you know the voice of the holy spirit you're just gonna obey amen so but i do want to read your scripture what you are preparing and there's a front of your chair you'll see there's a offering envelope and there is a credit card giving and if i guess if you if you're writing a check make check out the river of destiny church okay so um can somebody turn the lights on for me there please while you get ready i want to share with you a scripture [Music] how many of you love the story of jesus turning water in the wine all of us are very familiar with that story so but anyway i have been meditating on this portion of scripture because i always try to find something if you when you meditate on the right you always look for something so but i was reading this and you know i'm just going to share just couple things i'm reading from new living translation so i am going to read verbs for i hope i can read this and of course you know um they ran out of wine and you know the stories i'm just going to read from verse 4. it says dear woman that's not our problem jesus replied my time has not yet come but his mother told the servants listen to this she said do whatever he tells you okay so the other translation says it said that no matter what he asks of you you must do it so there are several different translations but i decided to do a word study on the word do and what it really you know i'm not going to get into all of them it says to make form produce bring about expressing really expressing action completed right and then so you do it that means you do it and so you you actually you deal with action and expect completed amen so i thought wow that's interesting so what i'm trying to tell you is whatever the holy spirit tells you just do it amen and so you we can apply this in your giving amen and so when servants obeyed you all know the story miracles happen so not only can you apply the giving but i believe that we can apply that to everything in our lives amen amen so go ahead ushers and the past baskets around while you are giving and this is where i'm gonna do we want i want to share a couple announcements real quick go ahead carrie i'm sure can you turn that lights off stack and see yeah so hey you know you all are here for this weekend isn't that amazing look at that so they will be ministering tonight and tomorrow morning 10 a.m and tomorrow night 6 p.m and sunday morning 9 30. so let's go on and i'm just so excited next week we have monday off starting tuesday the whole week of a school of translation uh i probably will talk more about it you know when we start school translation but i went to see back washington was it three years ago in february it was a 2018 2018. so i was there since then i've been praying and dreaming about it so it's finally happening okay all right so i'm just so excited and i know we're basically pretty much full okay so um but i'm just excited and next going real quick so here we go so this is what's happening ben and jody hughes were here in may god did something amazing i will never forget what happened so um you know they i'm going to just show the videos i'm going to let them tell in their own what they encounter experience go ahead and carry share the video no sound oh you know we were there about a month or so back now and god came in such a powerful way we really felt the lord speak to us that we need to come back and really just contend for the cornfields revival yeah we are so excited and we want to invite you to come and join us as we pray we decree we worship we strike the ground get your best friend can you go back to the beginning you missed the whole amen no i want to say this we've been in the states for three and a half years just contending and ministering across the nation i think we've been in 39 different states and this is the first time we really felt just to come back and do seven nights of meetings yeah and so we're going to do seven nights in a row from august 27 it's a friday night and just go for seven nights now the idea is that we come and we strike the ground you know when we showed up there was such a presence of god you know there's a lot of prayer that happens there and we know that even right now uh you all are praying and just contending for that but we really believing for god just to break out that people would be healed that many people would be saved and that people would encounter jesus in a real fresh and powerful way yeah god's moving in america and he's moving in the heart of america and so we ask you we implore you we call you to come and join as we gather together and believe for a move of god in the cornfields that's going to shake not just illinois but the nation amen so come up come join us in contending for the corn fields revival in illinois august 27th we can't wait pour it out so they said they're revivalists from australia so they host the pineapple revival for 18 months and got moved them the u.s so they came in the u.s three years ago so like they said they've entered 39 different states and this is the first time you know that they really feel that god wants to do something so we say let's go for amen amen so we're just excited and thrilled that gossel us stay in the middle of a cornfield come on amen you know cornfields have been popular amen so god is good and so i encourage you just you know set your um mark you calendar and if we see that you know lord is continuing moving and we're going to extend our time of our revival meetings amen so we're going to start with seven nights straight and they're going to be ministering every night so bring anybody you know this is just we want you to bring lost souls hurting and sick and drug addicts and alcoholics and i don't care who they are and just bring anybody you know bring them to jesus amen amen yes yes okay the next one there we go november that'd be david hogan will be here johnny taylor will be here very excited amen so lord said let them do it so i said okay so i just trust that you know how many you guys are alone knows what he's doing they're men of god they know god and i trust god and each other amen so yeah dr miles and miles and miles of corn fields but god's people live here and they come from all over to meet here and that's great and it's a real honor and privilege to be here with you and really looking forward to seeing what god is going to do this week we are very excited and it's just a joy to be able to gather together and worship him together isn't that great and god is awesome and he's going to meet you where you are he's here to set you free in areas that you need to be set free in and receive the joy of the lord and the confidence to work in days that we live in right who would have ever thought what we went through last year and things can change like that around the world and we have just um travel over the world all our lives and it's just very very interesting but god is faithful we on a trial run and we are going to push forward and and win we already have but our heart will catch up so we thank god for this week and really looking forward to being with you and worshiping with you and sharing and uh learning from you as we are here and just serving each other and it's going to be great thank you hallelujah well good morning now i have a reason i say that wherever i go back in the year 1999 the lord captured my attention regarding the third day in scripture the only time we'd ever hear that talked about was during easter we should say passover but we don't and so something sparked in me and i went from genesis to revelation studying every single scripture that had to do with the third day and i was overwhelmed with the prophetic profound prophetic significance of the third day second peter 3 8 says that a day with the lord is as one thousand years and a thousand years is one day without getting into all of the various calendars that we could look at the anakin the rabbinic the levitical it doesn't matter from the time of jesus until roughly about 2017 we have completed 2 000 years now we are transitioning to early in the morning on the third day because the day is as a thousand years so good morning it's prophetic because it's the time of resurrection power it's a day of visitation not only of the angelic but of jesus himself it's the time when god is going to complete everything he began and every covenant promise will be fulfilled and what we saw when jesus came not only was it a fulfillment of 4 000 years of prophetic utterance but it was also a birthing of a generation that would see its maturity come on this prophetic third day so really the first century church was the seed and they were given the earnest or the down payment of holy spirit now here we are at the end of the age what is it going to look like what are we to walk in when it comes to full maturation the maturity when you had a deposit and now it's matured into the fullness of what it was intended to be no eye has seen and no ear has heard neither has it entered into the heart of man what god has prepared for this generation it's beyond comprehension there are things that are coming upon the earth of darkness and we could expound on that but i'm tired of looking at darkness you know darkness is lost light has won and so i want to and i haven't taught on this for i don't know how many years now but as i was praying today the lord said i want you to revisit something i'm going to give you greater insight in revelation i said okay that works because it's a time of god opening his word and giving us understanding for the last 21 years i've had an encounter with god specifically that has to do with the church on rosh hashanah never mind the times that i have encounters with the lord in my you know arrested here my own life but specifically on rosh hashanah for the for the church what he's saying he's releasing and that's over the last 21 years i have seen an unfolding again of another prophetic revelation as line upon line and year upon year he has revealed a complete picture up to this point of what he's doing in this generation and it's as it's overwhelming i love the fact that you never have to cease growing in christ if so many talk about you know well i've pastored for 40 years it's time to retire you show me that in the bible there's no retirement in the christian walk hello there's no retirement you keep going because you're serving the king not serving your your retirement fund this walk with god is eternal if you give up so you early here you're you're missing benefits that are going to be yours for eternity we see we we settle for the immediate when and we ignore the permanent we want immediate gratification immediately immediate results not understanding sometimes the permanent takes a little bit of time and so here we are at the end of the age with an end time generation and i say generation i'm talking about from the newborn today up to the person who's 106. i don't care this is an end time generation that will see the return of messiah i am convinced with that not only from what i see in the word but from what he's told me in multiple visitations one of my favorite books in the bible is the book of luke i love the book of luke the gospel of luke i like them all everybody says what's your favorite scripture i said well it starts in genesis 1 1 and ends in genesis 22 21 i love the word how about you do you really love the word so you spend more than 10 minutes a day in the word is that accurate don't raise your hand if you're a lover of the word of god and a lover of the god of the word and as we were singing we want to know him how do you get to know somebody if you don't spend time with them you can hope and wish for all all day long but unless you're willing to make the effort it doesn't happen and you know he's only a breath away he's only a breath away he wants to spend time with you more than you ever thought of spending time with him he longs for that time of intimacy with each one of you he desires that he wants to show you things to come but we want instant results so we turn on communist news networks or you know the foxy news network because you know sly is a fox sometimes truth sometimes we could go on and on but why do you want to listen to liars trying to discern truth why don't we listen to holy spirit who was sent specifically to show you things to come to lead and guide you into all truth not some of it see we've settled for so much less than belongs to us so much less i got saved when i was 14 years old which is you know about 20 years ago it seems like 20 days ago and from day one there was a grace on my life of desperation for god do you know you don't come up with a passion for jesus in your own life you don't do that god gives that to you you know the hebrew understanding of he will give you the desires of your heart it means he will birth a desire in your heart see he gives seed to the sower he births a desire in your heart why because he's calling you into that and faithful is he who called who also will do it so if you have this overwhelming passion for the kingdom of god and you feel frustrated because it's not happening the way you think it should you should be rejoicing instead because he gave you that passion and he is faithful and will fulfill it but it's a process i hate process i want it instantly well that's not how the kingdom works [Music] the only thing that the word talks about immediate is obedience not immediate breakthrough not immediate miracles not immediate prayer answered we can go down the list it says immediate obedience that's it yeah but we don't want that part god we want the other immediates according to our interpretation of scripture but no instant obedience immediate obedience instant instant instant obedience and the rest follows in luke chapter 24 this is one of my favorites one of my favorite expressions in scripture verse 29 and it came to pass didn't come to stay came to pass everything in your life there's a time and a season for it let me tell you one other thing because i see right now in the spirit some of you are struggling in certain areas of your life you're challenged with certain things do you know there's nothing that comes in the front door of your life that god's not aware of and he's not sitting there jesus isn't sitting there next to the father and the father is going watch this you're going to mess this one up really big no the lord is your greatest cheerleader he's already given you everything you need for life and godliness he's already birthed within you the seed of victory so no test comes that he's not already prepared you to see victory in and i can prove that in scripture but we won't go into that tonight so every test that comes into your life you should be excited see in our in our nation we don't we don't understand in in response culture and in pastor stephen's culture you would have to test out of every grade before you could move on to another level in school you had to test out so if you went from first grade to second grade you had to take a test to make sure you learned what you were supposed to in the kingdom of god before promotion comes there's always a test and the lord is saying i have invested within you my word and everything you need for victory here comes the test are you going to draw it forth and gain the victory and move on into the next season or are you going to have to go around again we always think it's an indictment against us when a test comes i must have met god mad there's sin in my life no rejoices graduation day now that's different thinking than most people have amen or oh no so in luke 24 29 he says it came to pass when he was come near to bethphage in bethany at the mount called wait a minute where am i at i'm in a different one i like that one too by the way luke 24 i know 13. behold two of them that same day went to a village called emmaus which was from jerusalem about three score furlongs that was about seven and a half miles now there's a lot of prophetic significance in scripture the word teaches us that god declares the end from again the beginning there's nothing new under the sun he told me some years ago if you study the first mention in the bible you'll see a pattern for the end of the age because the first time anything is mentioned in scripture from that point on every subsequent mention of that same subject matter you can go back to the first mention to help you interpret that you get that in theological school you know cemetery of seminary well let's see really what they're telling you is what the word teaches there's nothing new under the sun and god declares the end from the beginning and so when we look at scripture let me give you a perfect example genesis chapter 1. in the beginning adam and then adam and eve would walk in the cool of the garden and every day they had a face-to-face encounter with the living god and you know what that was to god relationship and when they decided to divorce god and eat from the tree of the garden the knowledge of good and evil that divorce came and now they no longer had access to that level of intimacy so the lord initiated a process whereby humankind could once again come back into that place of intimacy so when the second adam died and jesus said on the cross it is finished or i've reached my goal bride come forth then the veil was torn from top to bottom instantly now that's amazing because that was about 60 feet high 30 feet wide 18 inches thick and you know what was embroidered on the front to seraphim with flaming swords guarding access into the presence of god the same two that were depicted to stand and guard the garden of eden and your heavenly father when jesus said i paid the price he went rip and he said come on mac in kids i've missed you [Music] so god's idea of intimacy is still face to face well brother the book of exodus chapter 19 says no man shall see god and live well i can give you 18 other old testament scriptures never mind two that states for instance abraham sat down with pre-incarnate jesus and some angels and he cooked them a meal and they had fellowship moses knew him we could go on and on so what does that mean what he said in exodus was this no human being with adamic dna the fallen sin nature can see god and live but colossians says that you will have been born again you're a new creature old things are passed away only a few things became new oh it doesn't say that well then why do we live that way all things became new even your dna now you have the dna of the king now you have access we'll talk more well if if you're here this week we'll go into great detail so there's two disciples two is the number of witness any time you see the number two in scripture it means pay attention important so this is an important passage they're going to a village called emmaus emmaus literally means to be hot from sunrise to sunset or consistent passion that's good so they're on this journey early in the morning on the third day one of the persons one of the disciples name was cleopas which means called of god let me put this together early in the morning on the third day pay attention those of you who are called of god i have a destination i want you to attain to called consistent passion that's prophetic each journey begins with the first step lord you're giving me this revelation that means you're birthing this passion in me and so they're going on this journey they're talking about everything that just happened when all of a sudden an individual walks up beside them and says what are you guys talking about and just like we would have done we thought don't you know what just happened oh yeah i heard about it no he had a front row seat think about it concerning he said what things are you talking about and he's things concerning jesus of nazareth verse 219 who was a prophet mighty indeed and word before god and all the people and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death and have crucified him but we had hoped that he was the one that should redeem israel besides all that today is the third day here's where the modern day church has failed and i'm not ashamed to say it because i was part of it we build a religious system based upon a belief system a doctrine often times passed down from our forefathers and we accept things as gospel truth without discovering what scripture truly says and depending upon your franchise i mean your branding your franchise your branding there are certain doctrinal statements that we just accept whole wholesale without ever discovering what the word says and we cannot understand why we have so many denominations in what we call the christian church because it's a babylonian religious system it's not based upon relationship it's based upon a man's revelation he got many many many years ago and they built a museum and stagnated instead of a monument and continued the journey and anytime man gets involved and he takes what's been revealed by god in the holy spirit and he puts his intellect to it it begins slowly to move away from the revelatory realm into the intellectual assent and finally into apostasy that's biblical pattern you can see it in those days jesus was always rebuking the pharisees and elders right always hypocrites say but the word says you're saying this but the word says this and i can't tell you how many times we've heard this i don't care what the word says i know what god told me what god would that would be the word of god is the truth well you know there's debate upon how many books should have been canonized yeah i have to think that god kind of didn't know how to handle all that and so we he failed and only giving us what we have really i like some of the extra books is history i read them the book of enoch's good book but you know what god didn't fail or make a mistake he knew what was coming that's why the whole world couldn't have contained the volumes of what jesus did because they would have tried to bury it hide it put it away decan and i well you can we go down the list but god gave you enough gave us enough that we can grab hold of what he has revealed in this scripture and it will transform us and it can change the world and you're called to be world changers right now so they continued on verse 22 and yes certain women also of our company made us astonished when they went early to the grave and they didn't find his body they came back saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who had told them that he was alive now pay attention to this there's controversy in the church theological discussions different camps of opinion sometimes maybe based on scripture but mostly based upon how they received it as it was grafted into their movement that women be silent in the church the very first person to see the resurrected jesus christ was a woman and you know what he told her when she she didn't recognize him either and i'm going to tell you why she had the same problem these two disciples had they had a religious box we were hoping that they didn't recognize jesus who came alongside of them and he began to open the scripture to them and he taught them everything in all the scripture concerning him what a bible study that would be well you know what that's why he sent you the holy ghost you got access to that every day but they didn't recognize jesus because they were they had a box well our rabbis taught us you know that the messiah would come and he would establish a throne and he would oust their in their generation rome and he would kick all of that garbage out and then he would prosper israel and you know the the eschatology of the day and so because of their narrow thinking their narrow vision they didn't see or recognize jesus and what's funny is they were there at the crucifixion they saw the whole thing the same thing with mary she helped take him to the tomb and wrap his body now he's standing there and she thought he was the gardener when i first started studying i said lord how could how did that happen he said the same reason you're in a box you let your intellect override your spirit you get that still small whisper and then you reason it away you get this nudge and we overthink that's why instant obedience is so important because the moment you give an extra minute or two to think about it you missed it oops what happens if i thought it was god that i missed then you learned oh i guess when i get it that way it's probably not god so when i was 14 he taught me to ask the question lord this is what i thought i heard is that you and in every situation i faced lord what are you saying amen thank you so mary was there and and she started to grab him and literally he said don't touch me well that's kind of cold no it isn't he was the high priest he had gone through a period of of purification now he was in the position to finally take this precious blood and sprinkle it on the altar in heaven once and for all and if she had touched him he'd hadn't done it all over again he would have been defiled but you see her passion stopped him in that last step you don't know the power of passion he said don't touch me go tell my disciples i'll be right back she went to tell him and what happened when he said go tell my disciples you know what it said in the greek go be my apostle my messenger and go speak to them the first one anointed as an apostle in the new covenant was a woman how could that no i don't believe that that's okay don't don't believe me go back to the word and study well then why did he tell women to keep silent in the church in corinth because it was given to pagan worship like the temple of diana and these other ones where the women were demonized soothsayers and so they would always be speaking forth demonic psychic profound things and they took it as truth from a god the goddess diana or whatever god and they were always back and forth and so when he came in as a missionary into that place and that was the culture and they would haul it because women one side men on the air they holler back and forth he said be silent in the church that religion doesn't work here oh but he didn't say women don't have a calling as a matter of fact he took it even further you're dead and your life is hidden in christ and we can go on and on now there's no more jew nor greek bond nor free male nor female you're all sons [Music] guys you can be brides too but you're all sons you see we get and again the scheme of the devil is to create a doctrine that caused divisiveness so we're blinded by those things we've learned and we grab hold of without studying the word and asking the spirit of god to teach us i'll give you another one this i mean holy spirit sneaks up on me all the time he just kind of jumps on me you know he said i i'm not a morning person i can wake up you know for years i woke up at zero dark 30. some of you recognize that i mean i the alarm go off when i crawl out of bed but i woke up about noon after a few cups of coffee so i'm laying in bed one morning just kind of going uh he said who's the bride of christ uh why are you doing that he wouldn't be asking me if it was obvious my professor said you've got to blame somebody it's the body of christ he said get your bible genesis 1. adam who's the type of christ because the second adam god put him into a deep sleep and out of his side he took forth a rib and he created eve he said you notice we didn't clone adam the whole body didn't become the bride i said yeah yeah yeah wait wait wait but in the mouth of two or three and he said genesis 24 and he started taking me through the word not everybody is the bride of christ you're all invited when they had fallen from grace in the garden by a willful disobedient act immediately when adam says well naked and he said who told you that well you know the serpent god slew an animal and gave them a covering so there was a blood sacrifice and that covering was called the blood because of shedding of blood was called catnot there are four major covenants in scripture the first one being the blood covenant which equates to servanthood when you are born again you are a servant of god yes but the bible says i'm a son of god you have the potential to become a son of god when you mature hebrew culture clear in scripture not taught like that in the church so at some now this is the only covenant too the blood covenant that must be renewed every single day did you know that the blood covenant must be renewed every well he's got to die every day no you've got to apply the blood every day the gospel of greasy grace doesn't work well i said i'm sorry once i don't have to say that again try that in your marriage the dog house will start looking nice after that's not true we're called to be instantly repentant and ask god to forgive us i don't want to grieve god i know you don't right well that was lukewarm okay we don't want to grieve god so we could father forgive me i repent so god initiates covenant the next covenant he initiated was called the salt covenant that one's interesting it equates to friendship at some point in your christian walk the lord chooses to initiate the second level of covenant in the old covenant that would be like if pastor stephen and i wanted to enter into this level of covenant we choose a day we get some witnesses we bring our little satchel of salt because it was a commodity that could be used to trade in those days and we get a bowl and a cup and so we would take a little salt he'd take a pinch from his bag i'd take a pinch from my bag there were things spoken we'd stir it around we take bread dip it in there and eat it and then we can seal it with the cup a drink what does that equate to well see this covenant not only his friendship it means from this day on his enemies are my enemies if he ever needs anything he just has to say the word and i will be there with all of my resources no matter what it is to back him up and it's reciprocal that's what jonathan david had matter of fact they cut a covenant that's even more profound where was jesus nailed he cut a covenant with you so that covenant never has to be renewed once it's done it's forever now here's the thing about hebraic covenants because we have been taught in a greco-roman mindset we figure old testament new testament once we got the new we don't need the old how many of you have ever heard that growing up in the church yeah the old testament doesn't matter anymore that's a lie from the pit of hell because covenants in the old in in those days when you have the initial covenant any subsequent covenant just adds to or builds upon the original covenant it doesn't do away with it so now that you're a friend you're still a servant and doesn't the bible tell us to esteem one another to serve one another that servant now brother you go no no i insist you go that's what the word teaches you still have to renew the blood covenant every day and you'll find out each one of these covenants is levels of relationship the third covenant this happens at some point that god chooses usually it was about 30 years of age in the hebrew culture sonship when you come a place of maturity and the father would see the the son reach or attain this level of maturity and he said okay that's what i've been waiting for he'd make an appointment in the gate of the city where all of the elders would sit and all the religious leaders and he'd tell them i'm bringing my son they knew what that meant because he wasn't a son he was a child until that day he was a child under tutors so he would bring him there and then at the top of his voice he would recite all of these leaders today i adopt this child as my son and joint heir and they give him either the signet ring or whatever the token was for the family and all of the elders would bear witness today he's a mature son he can conduct himself as a as a son that's inheritance so you start as a servant you're faithful in that he develops friendship you're faithful in that you become a son and after that there's only one other level bridal covenant so immediately when they fell from grace in the garden your heavenly father said this can't stand so he immediately began the process of bringing us back into intimacy and the choice is yours even though he's even though he's the one who enacts those covenants you're the one who makes the choice choose this day whom you will serve i choose jesus amen no no this this is an amazing adventure so that's how god sneaks up on me he asks me questions and i have to throw out everything i thought i knew and the truth is because i'd heard it from those in authority i just assumed well that's got to be accurate until the holy spirit challenged me so don't listen to what i'm saying and think it's gospel take the bible and go study it yourself i'm throwing out nuggets now you prove it for your own life because truthfully it's not going to be life to you until it's revelation in you and the only way revelation comes is by spending time with the revelator holy ghost so excuse me he said we trusted or we had hoped that it was on the third day this would happen now he said beginning with moses and all the prophets he expounded to them in all the scriptures everything concerning himself and so they're walking along can you seven and a half miles now seven is the number of completion it's a perfect number but here's the interesting thing from the day from the time of adam until roughly 2017 right in that same window we had three two thousand years from jesus we've got six thousand years from adam now we're early in the morning on the seventh day also so you have third day and seventh day that line up completion maturity covenant promise fulfilled this generation so they're walking and as they're getting to this place called emmaus he says well y'all have a good day and he starts going and it says they constrained him saying that word constrained means with a burning passionate fervency no don't go he went oh okay they went in and sat down and when he broke bread they knew him when they broke when he broke it and blessed it they knew him the scales were removed and he vanished what does that mean for us that means the moment you choose this path less trodden this journey that not most of the church is willing to to to spend any effort on moving towards emmaus jesus himself comes alongside and he begins to open the word to you and you begin to discover things about him and the kingdom that you're now part of that you have never seen before and it culminates in now i see him they ran back and told the disciples and they're out of breath and we just we just and jesus steps into the room says okay i got it now why am i going through all this testimony with this scriptural passage because the moment we testify about our encounters of with god on this third day seventh day it gives you immediate access to the same level of encounter let me say that again it's the patterns in scripture we testify about what we've seen and touched and heard and received by revelation and it unlocks it for you and that's not some day in the sweet by-and-by or i hope it happens stop with that language open my eyes lord i want to see jesus well it's the third day it's your birthright i thought i thank you you have opened my eyes and now i can see jesus well i tried that and it didn't work well sit down you don't try you do and you know what you do and you do and you do and you do and you do and you do and then it activates you ever noticed when a a newborn child is born they don't come out with a phd talking walking and now there's a process isn't there don't know where they know how to communicate is and change my diaper and eat eventually they're rolling back and forth and then they're taking their for there's a process you don't come out of the womb you don't come out or into the kingdom and immediately well some people do i don't really like them much but anyway that's the grace in their life but you know you understand there's a process yeah but it's taken me stop you just said the wrong words just taken me that's because you're in the way you don't have to do it he's already done it just receive it you know back in what was that rashma 2014 we were in perth ministering in a in a meeting on a rosh hashanah and while we were in this meeting all of a sudden my eyes were open and there's still jesus and he held a centurion's helmet how do you know because the centurion helmet had a plume on it so that in combat he stood out i mean he became big target but so that all of his men could look and see where the commander was and could take his direction and he put it towards me and i'd been in the military and i thought no no no no no no lord we're not ready for that because i knew you know the last piece of equipment you put on before you enter the field of conflict that tin can so i'm like i'm good he said and he thrust it into my hands now this was for the body of christ he said i've already given you everything you need for life and victory now this is what changed my life he said now go and enforce the victory [Applause] he didn't say win the victory why because he's already won he said go enforce it see we've all heard this i read the back of the book and we win well you read the wrong book because we've already won small little things like this will change your life drastically i could have reshma come up and testify because people when we first got married they said do you see like your husband do you hear like she's if she'd heard enough teaching she said no but i will because this is what the word says now she does good god and i talk once in a while i said that's not fair i had to work harder but you understand what you say and what you do are the things that either propel you into your destiny or hinder you from your destiny the box that we build is i'm i'm convinced especially for those who have been in the way for many years that was no slip of the tongue either that's what it says in fact the people of the way they're in the way i say oh yes sir i've been to that church lord we have to unlearn and break free of boxes consistently so that's why there are certain things in scripture you can be dogmatic about you must be born again dogmatic that's it there's no alternative there's one media between god and man the lord christ that's it there's no other there's certain things that are just basic but there are other things you can't be dogmatic about like eschatology pre-med or post the one who gets their first gifts the most what difference does that make he already told you today is the only day you got so if you live every day like this is the day he's coming you're going to do fine don't worry about tomorrow forget the past you have today how can i please god today how can i be obedient today how can i fulfill my destiny today tomorrow will take care of itself even paul said you know don't brag about well i'm gonna go do this and that and the other thing he said you don't know what tomorrow holds by god's grace that's what we're looking at but you know what i've only got today that's all you got aren't you glad you came this is it this is all you got it's a day of visitation i want this to be so simple even i can get it you don't have to strive for this you just have to receive it there's nothing you can do well i've got to pray more i've got to read the bible more i've got to genuflect more you know i've got to throw out that garbage this is a relationship i one time i like to do this i would say okay i'm gonna paint a picture of marriage in the same manner that we in the church treat jesus and you know we have our conversations pre-planned for years in advance because we can go through what are we talking about today oh yeah there it is spontaneous no religious oh yeah jesus is real i'll tell you a true story i've told this a number of places and one guy actually did this but one day reshma was ministering with another lady pastor they went up to alaska so i'm in washington state in spokane that's about a six hour drive from where i lived to seattle so i had to go over there to do some ministry and i said hey jesus you want to go on a road trip well he's my best friend don't you invite your best friend to do stuff well some of you looking at me like deer in the headlight what brother that's sacrilegious dear god i hope so i'm talking about relationship if he's my best friend he's my best friend so he said yeah let's go i said okay so because of what he's taught me in the practice i could see him sitting there and we're just talking guy talk you know what about the weather of who's going to win don't ask him who's going to win ruins the whole season but we came into redmond bellevue you know where microsoft and amazon and all these bajillionaires are with all their fancy cars and you know lamborghinis ferraris and i'm looking around going lord what kind of car do you like he just kind of grinned he looked at me and said bmw i said what bmw why he said be my witness [Applause] in a hundred years i never would have thought like that see that's that's walking with god he's real i've also met the king and that's terror i might fell at his feet like a dead man i've also met the bridegroom the healer the prophet the priest you see he manifests depending upon what he's bringing to you at that moment but all that is high he's still my best friend and we keep it real another time i was before we were married sitting in the house and i'd always make dinner and put a plate for the lord and we'd sit and talk so one night i said you know what let's take you want to go to a movie he said well what'd you have in mind and i looked at the newspaper so how about that he says now you go ahead i think i'll stay out sit that one out i went yeah yeah we don't want that one yeah good moral compass some of you are so close so close to a level of intimacy you've never ever even thought you could have and all it takes is lord thank you this is mine i can because you said i can i will because you said i will i do it because you said i can do it you still here we doing okay what time is it all night [Laughter] tag team [Music] tag team we were down down in gettysburg and got to visit our grandson he's from philadelphia so at him for four days and then we had a conference and i don't like air conditioning in hotels because all the molds grow in there and then you start getting but you know what i've learned over the years the anointing destroys the yolk and there's times i've stood up and said i want to die i want to i feel like i'm dead god but you know you stand up and all of a sudden life i have the life of god in me i have the light of god and me matter of fact he created me in his image i am light and that light is life and so are you so you can sing you light up my life [Laughter] hopefully on key got to tell you a funny true story when we were pastoring in in seattle this senior saint his grandmother asked one day if she could sing a solo she just wanted to sing for the lord and i went uh because every time she sang it was like fingernails on a chalkboard you know like you're going and people would clear and i'm like oh man lord what are you saying he said tell her yes i went okay i miss just a minute lord what are you saying tell her yes okay but i'm not going to tell anybody all right sister next sunday oh she was so excited and i'm dreading it now i was in the flesh so the next week comes and i didn't tell anybody sister sister screech was gonna sing and so pardon me it came time goodness excuse me guys yeah no i'm fine it's just that air conditioning so sister screech would get up and i didn't say a word until it was time i said we have a special number today and people are going oh and i said sister would you come to the front and they she started coming up and you could you should have seen the express one of these days i said as a pastor you take to take note wear a mirror because their faces were priceless it was like did he lose his mind i said there you go sister and cue it up and i went way over here and of course it started and she started in [Music] and all of a sudden the tangible presence of god came in and people went from this to and the lord said i hear her heart [Music] [Applause] and i'm responding to her heart he said how often do i come like this in your regular worship i went could have gone all day without saying that part lord and you know people started asking for her to sing from then on i had to you know god is amazing he doesn't look for you for your ability you don't have anything he wants except for your availability you know even jesus himself said of my own self i can do nothing you're in good company i don't know how to do that well good only do what you see the father doing that's what jesus did that's why he never failed second corinthians 3 5 says you're not sufficient but your sufficiency is of a god in other words you if you have absolute dependence upon god anything is possible but if you're depending upon what you think you know or your strengths or or your education we go down the list sit down because it's going to be a dead work but if you do it by the spirit this is so profound you know there's a great move of god taking place in brazil it started with the street children the outcasts those who were living on the street eating from garbage bins god began to show up sovereignly these little children were getting filled with the holy ghost and they would stand and preach one little girl has a church she's nine years old at the time she's probably 13 or 14 now 9 years old pastoring a church of over 300. it wasn't by education never been to school a day in her life god taught her to read the bible it's the only thing she knows and by revelation she speaks and adults people from all over rio de janeiro and that will come to this church see the lord is going to use those whom the world says you got to be kidding and he's doing it that's why i get to stand here i'm one of those god you're so good standing in the door over there is somebody that's been there many times before there's an angel standing there and he's got a scroll a covenant he's the angel of a covenant not the covenant do you know every single church has an angel assigned to it sometimes the angels have to stand outside because the stench of rebellion and humanistic stuff that you can't even enter and a church that's gone through a church split they it's crazy they can't even get close there's angels that stand there twiddling their thumbs like these people do nothing they're not engaged and those angels look like they've been through world war three and they're loving it because they're about the master's business and they found a group of people that are busy about the master's business this angel has a scroll of covenant something he wants to release in this house and in your life because he's calling you to this end-time forerunner company of believers do you know all throughout scripture there's always just a a company a forerunner company when the 12 spies were sent out there was only two of them i could go down the list of the multitudes that followed jesus there were only 120 that did what he said and were in the upper room he appeared upon 500 people and told every one of them to tarry in jerusalem and only 120 did so just because a promise is released to you or a command given doesn't mean you're going to you know cut the cut the bill there and and step into it no you have to be diligent to do something with what he's releasing it starts with a yes lord so this covenant he's got is is a supernatural scroll what he wants to do is hand it to each one of you and it'll multiply as he hands it because you have an end time destiny and this is different this is probably different than a lot of things you've ever heard but you know what i gave up a long time ago trying to look prim and proper i could care less i have an audience of one he wants to hand it to each one of you there's two things you can do with it you can either press it into your heart which means it now it's invested in you and he will unpackage the revelation over the coming days and weeks or you can eat it and again prophetic gesture is important it's important it's called faith you do something by faith and when you take the first step of faith god opens the door for the second step and the third step and we have watched over the years when i've seen this if people take a step of faith all of a sudden multiplied doors of faith open and they begin to walk in a pla an area in a realm they've never walked in before so if that's you stand up and look there's no problem if you don't want this don't stand up it's okay better be honest than not don't tell god you're going to do something and then don't do it that's worse so close your eyes and let's put your right hand up well i got somebody next to me yeah that's hard he can walk amongst us now close your eyes focus your heart upon jesus with intent and expectation with intent and expectation now father you said we only do what we see you doing i thank you this angel is here tonight that you're about to release this new assignment this new chapter in their book of destiny and it's going to unfold in their lives as they lift their hand up ministering angel put it in each one of their on things above you have you attuned yourself to the kingdom of heaven and so become more perceptive and able to hear and see that which i am doing i am releasing this grace upon you tonight for time is short darkness is amassing all over the earth but my children of light are about to stand forth and do exploits not seen since the foundation of the world i have released to you your orders i have released to you your destiny and i will begin to speak to you in the night seasons through dreams and through visions and through visitations prepare your heart for this is the hour you were created for set your eyes like flint look straight ahead neither to the left hand nor to the right no longer be it distracted by the things of this world but set your face straight before you for as long as an eye salve called the blood of yeshua and we apply it to the eyes of each individual in here lord and we ask that you would heal the damage that has been inflicted upon their spiritual eyes by the things in this world that they have focused on rather than on you remove the damage lord take that salve and put it on their ears and remove the damage from those things that those ungodly things that they have listened to that has deafened them to the voice of god lord i pray that you would put it upon their mouth that they would only speak by the spirit of god and release life especially into their own lives because so many in here lord have made vows according to the schemes in their life we break off the scheme of rejection betrayal abandonment and abuse they're broken over your lives
