it looks like the builders wired the wing that's called a wing not a wing a wing wing and then see how they've because it's got a new this is a b it's gone USB on it a fingers crossed we're going to do the old twisty twisty twisty put some lube on obviously you don't want to go in dry because you've got better odds of it going in with a bit of lube aren't you what's the matter it's nice just yeah the van James it's for another job look we've got a little date hub a switch a power distribution and a patch panel I haven't bought the switch yet but um we're gonna fit a new fuse board and then do some testing James got a couple of little jobs to do aren't you nice little couple of jobs from there look what would be two more okay more so we're going for a 10 Way SPD fuse box and then some rcbos that's not for this job have we got any blanks in this van anywhere do we have a hunt or not what we we robbed them all from the other job it's all right okay we'll come back to you when we've set up there's one is there yeah that's what it's been done okay look there's no blanks the module blanks and they've sold out yesterday when I went so this is the board we're replacing um one two three four five six ways in use and then to comply I think the guy installed that the 30 milliamps so but you lose every circuit in the house if that trip so we're gonna put 100 amp switch in there it'll just be become an isolator keep the tail 16 mil check the fuse should be a 60 if it's not um you could upgrade it to an 80 and we'll see how we feel and we're gonna change this board and then James has got a socket to do and um fan and isolator and yeah let's get on with it you work under the um health and safety at work at you're not allowed to work live so you have to pull the main fuse yeah yeah exactly yeah yeah so I thought what this problem is yeah no it's um it's not yeah but this is the fuse board this is Ian's lovely fuse board um we're just going to disconnect this one you've got a little job in here to do James didn't you just can have a look we've got to add a socket for the client in here look they got a electric heater they've got it on an extension at the minute we're going to put a double socket in here hopefully these cables run in zone so James is going to cut a double in here hopefully find some cables behind this dot on dab wall here I don't even know how to do a royalty free so what I'm doing first here is removing the old consumer net um wooden patress that's what they were back in the day I'm just using my Stanley blade because the client's done such a nice job here with the wallpaper so I don't really want to damage that so we get that off and out of the way little wiggle wiggle jiggle jiggle here we go off it comes just having a little look around now assessing the situation trimming off the little bit of paper there and then here comes the back plate there's actually an armored coming out the back here which I had to deal with so I'm just offering up the board now checking what lockouts I need to bring out what I need to do so I straighten off some ends changes in and out and then you'll see here I'll disappear for a second because I'm going to go off and get some fireproof grommets and stuff and just prep the fuse board down there on the floor that's what I'm doing now prepping the fuse board distribution board consuming it whatever you want to call it back now just to check marking up the ceiling so we're just going to get the M18 multi-tool out now um we've actually got the M18 vac as well so a nice combo there to take off that little bit of architrave that's in our way nice to have a second pair of hands with James just to catch all the Dust so remove that piece there that will that will give a bit of space for the fuse board to step to the ceiling and what we do now we just trim out the ceiling because we need a little bit more space on those cables those Knockouts are about 30 min off the back of the board there so just cut out with a pad saw it's just a bit easier so there's no damage on the cables because they're all above there and then I'll just sort of straighten them out come back with a fuse board which will be fully prepped there little cut I've got one bit of grommet strip in the back there you'll see in a second why I've got that there just to take that armored into the back which isn't glanded which I can't do anything about because it's above the lean to porch roof so you've got to do the best you can do on the day fireproof gauntlets in the top there to receive all the cables and the tails make sure you bring the main Surf and the two Mains Tails through the same hole there otherwise Eddie will uh come and visit you some just put some washers on the fixings there just to give spreads to load a little bit more and then we just got the Milwaukee level on the bottom there making sure everything's level got the M12 out today M12 SDS I will link all these below for you and the M18 impact so there we go the board's mounted if you want that because you've cut that hole and didn't cut the cable and didn't cut cables earned a donut or a little up The Marvelous foreign socket grommets on you yeah yeah four grommets on he's gonna split the ring so our new cable will go in with that we'll make in the back yeah and then that and that will go into the socket yeah Magic change to pull that into an isolator anyway and then add a new piece in yeah so that's going that switch is going to be used for the fan that'll be the bathroom lights that'll go fan isolator inside the cupboard that's what the client wants so 0.27 on the shower mate put it on and I can see what I'm bloody doing that's it the garage is a bit rough it's not Jimmy no gland on it so obviously not doing that today without left to go down as a bit of a need some a bit of work on that I need to gland on it really to Earth down the armored um but there's a little board in here just to sockets and lights there it's blocked down there well James is going to do me a label for the board managed to do a nice bit of ceiling round with some um fire silicon I've got one do a little bit making good you're going to do me a label and I'm gonna have a do me a put five years on it just because yeah it's holding it it's like sold to me James it's older than me a bit of silicon around this socket we change sockets because that box was tiny bit proud so that one sits flush and there's a bit more giving this one so we're going to make good this
