[Music] okay guys take a look at it this is my form one suppressor i'm just going to do a breakdown video of what's what it's made of what's inside of it how it works et cetera i have already gone out and shot this just to test and make sure it doesn't explode and you'll have to excuse the sound there's construction going on outside but so yeah it doesn't explode i've shot 223 remington through it and 22 long rifle both supersonics and subsonics so those videos i'll be uploading here pretty soon it's pretty awesome i'll be i have my serial number engraved on this end i'm not going to be showing that i know it's not really a big deal but i'm just better to err on the side of caution and i won't be saying where i bought everything i don't want to get in trouble with youtube or the law doing instruction videos of how to build your own firearm or suppressor but i will show you what i got so you can do your own research look that up if you want do not buy this unless you have an approved form one in your hands that's you know possession with you know constructive intent and you'll get in trouble so don't do that so do your own research this is i think it's all aluminum 7075 two end caps one is threaded one is not it comes with a filter inside if you drill through that filter or shoot through that filter again big no no big trouble i've gone ahead and pre-loosened this just so we can see inside because obviously i don't do it hand tight i screw it down with a with a wrench but this is the end cap so you see no threads on this one but there is threads on the other one and it's threaded half by 28 it's got knurling on there mine's all scuffed up because i've been messing around trying to build it and i messed it up and there's lots of carbon in there because i've been shooting through it shooting a lot through it does come with a rubber o-ring on that as well which is pretty cool um continuing on so here's the inside you'll take a look i don't know if you can see that but that's the last baffle and i'll flip it upside down and try to get it out all the way there we go so aluminum body and it's done all right so there you go something to note is very cheap um caliper plastic caliper set but something to note the internal diameter of this is 1.8 inches ish um it's if you go in it gets thinner on the inside and it actually matches perfectly this outer diameter of this which is 1.75 i don't know if you can see that 1.75 inches exactly that's important because do you know what else is 1.75 inches outer diameter exactly these these are large freeze plugs so i've drilled holes through these after getting my form one approved of course and i've also drilled some relief holes this is the first baffle or the blast baffle a lot of people will call it and obviously i wanted that one to take a little bit less force so it's been drilled through this kind of stack or spacer if you will is also aluminum and i actually got this on amazon and then i just cut it down with a hacksaw so uh you don't need high-tech tools um to do this so that's my one and it's again outer diameter 1.75 inches and it slides into this tube perfectly so there you go and the way i've got it set up is i'll kind of stack it here as if it were inside is it goes this one this kind of spacer first so it's kind of a blast chamber and it's about three inches up about three inches um so it gives a little bit of space before it hits this first baffle i guess is the best word for it and i know it's not the most efficient shape but it gets the job done so it hits that one then i have another spacer which is about you know 1.2 inches and then it stacks on there and then another baffle and then another spacer which is 1.1 ish and i put that on there another baffle another spacer which is 0.6 another baffle another spacer which is 0.28 and then finally my last freeze plug so when that's all done it actually stacks very nicely well this is the other way around um but it stacks very nicely into oh if i can get it sometimes it's a little bit diagonal or it picks it up weird yeah that one's got stuck in there because i've got it upside down but uh it stacks really nicely into this tube so i'm actually going to flip this around and do it backwards for you and you'll kind of notice that what i've done is um the spacers get smaller the closer it gets to the end and obviously that's done intentionally i was just looking at some other designs of actual suppressors and silencers online made by real manufacturers and a lot of them kind of have that um that layout where it gets a little bit thinner the deeper you go um so there we go stacks up just like that and then you sit it down so there you go um i will be doing a well i've already done i guess some videos of me testing this out and it's pretty awesome um if you guys have any questions i don't know feel free to comment i do check the comments and reply to all of them if there's any questions i know it's kind of janky if you will but this is how i've done it and it actually works so there you go if you want to like and subscribe that'd be awesome that'd mean a lot and i'll see you guys in the next video
