Distant Worlds 2 - (Space Empire Strategy Game) [part 2: "War"]

all right so distant worlds 2. we did this yesterday we are the mighty reptiles we call ourselves the nook retires and we we've we've stumbled out of of our pocket of the galaxy into other galaxy pockets um we've made some friends no we haven't made any friends we've made some enemies and we've created some nuisances we um we've got we've got a bit of a fleet going it's a little recap here and we'll see what's going on so i'm the yellow guys there's now i want you to point out i'm going to point out there is two purple factions they used to be touching each other but they're not anymore because of me one of the purple factions declared war on me so like any good lizard i i send my fleet out to go take them out well when you're a lizard whether it's a fish or whether it's a cat you really can't tell the difference and so we just attacked anything that was purple um it happened to be the wrong thing uh but we won so progress uh in in in in that attack of the wrong nation we scared the cats and they begged for peace seeing just how evil no no no wrong word how um destructive we lizards can be so we now have a war we have one war now they they act as for peace these little uh little cat folks over here and we have one more with the purple folks over here uh these are the fish folks we call them the the uh darien ascendancy they're angry with us so um yeah we stomped all over them we take we took their their their colony we take uh i think a couple ships of theirs and uh so we're gonna do some more of that basically that's what we're gonna do today and uh i've got a handle on some things i might go through and turn on a little bit of of automation of some other things just because i've i've played this game a little bit i've played myself just a couple hours before getting into this but i watched more than a couple hours worth of videos of folks you know kind of getting me into distant worlds because it's like it's a heap um but i've never really gotten past this point like the point of of all-out war and empire yeah i haven't really got that so we're on new territory for me so i will stumble my way through i'm gonna unpause here and we're gonna cross our fingers and hope for no more crashes uh my fleet that i have i got a sizeable amount of fleets you guys apparently going to attack the the exo princess are you i'd like to see that oh you are you are doing it right now and she's already disabled why are you doing that there you go now yeah take that blaster oh she got out um so i think we're just gonna clean up the scraps here around these folks another one over there so we're gonna go kind of clean this stuff up this is the place that we took valerian is that right here in the neil gaiman system yeah this is where we did some fighting so uh the red numbers we can say chip only and that's i guess it's fine because our resources we can keep we can take a look at what our resource flow is we'll turn that off because it's that's allowed um i think yeah yeah we'll leave we'll leave that off we don't worry about why don't worry about whoops not more about that um our main uh thing to deal with is is the fish we've discovered something in here in uvu we got a oh that's that's something that's a big boost to our uh engine research over there hey that's all right can you send a miner over there the vampire already has built a base here oh yeah oh that's right ubu is where the humans are okay we have a someone was trying to steal territory maps from the from other folks and he got caught and my advisor says we should go send brisk sun to colonize zero last one where is this at oh it's actually not bad where's that at in the zero last system which is wait what you wanna build a colony there that seems like a bad idea why don't we just we'll just you know we'll keep that in mind planet no no who's a v in it the humans are dangerous to keep around i think i think this game is a little more accurate on humans as being the kind of jerks um not really anyone you know backstabbing i think they kind of play that way typically so uh the people we're worried about is these guys now as far as i guess we're trying to undermine them at the moment which is fine that's i'm all for that we know that they've got a colony there's only any of theirs that we know of i say we maybe start kind of branching out over here and just do a little bit of you know taking some things out we also angered some pirates last time so there's some pirates that we no longer have like a treaty with and so they're going to try to pick a not pick on us folks like the dirty warriors you know those kind of guys but uh the goal is to go space south we have an incoming fleet detected a third invasion fleet of an enemy fleet of the actarian ascendancy is been tested going towards guy fia okay outrageous so we want to make sure we send we have this is where mice yeah we've got things here what are you let me just transport ships uh i think you guys are on on auto oh you're not okay so i'm going to tell you all to go auto fully automate you guys just do whatever you want to do for right now i'm going to take one of you though and run you back here there might be a decent sized fleet the third invasion fleet here let's see where we can find it it's war time tonight here on uh on the distant worlds channel i have so many can i select all and tell them to all be automated how do we do that i'm sure there's a way i'm sure there's a way but i don't know how to do it i have a lot of fleets done what am i doing that's military ships okay fleets automate the fleets uh put you guys all on defense you are invading all right just i'm gonna put everyone on defend defense defense force now this all can be automated so i can sit back and let the game do the uh the the killing this is an invasion fleet so i'll put them on invade i can decide what that invade what that fleet role means your um second fleet attack things you know go for it and let's see if we can find is this is this it yeah there's a few actarians here troop transports coming in they're gonna try to try to rob me basically can we get anyone over here right now let me get my attack fleets where are you at you're in edener which isn't too far i don't think this is in my home system my home what are they doing in my home troop transport over there uh you're right over here so i'm gonna grab these guys remember they're fighting something but i want to get them over here to help out with this we have folks over here causing problems so come over here and fight this he's going to break my mining station that i'm trying to build yeah what mission you want me to do uh mine stuff sure under attack yeah that one we see it and attack we see it okay so probably gonna break my stuff so this is the fish people ship so you can see what they look like kind of cool looking there's all these troop transports they're just hopping on board i don't know why i guess there is cargo here they're gonna go steal the stuff and try to get out basically what you're doing uh build two construction ships i will do that the uh haunted warriors offer us protection so 150 gold for protection from these guys get out of here eating cats my fleet should be showing up momentarily hopefully we hope because there's more than just that coming in there is what are you oh you're just the he's the of exo all right these are all just troop transports hey are you in rage yet start shooting at him can you well hey you why don't you just build me a ship you are building a mining ship right now can you do you have fighters can you attack that what's your range there they go oh no the fighters out there is that one yeah interceptor oh nice oh well not nice it's nice for a minute these are a bunch of civilian chips they're getting attacked by these guys man what a way to come into the game watching some so they get taken down my my my my interceptors are just sort of those are miners just are all dead can you go away uh exploration ship is done i don't care what we got here arcane burden boarded and captured we've boarded and captured the ship arcane burden of ectarian did we excellent way i thought it's all by itself i like it this is over here neil gaiman again he must have just been like broken and hanging out over there and what is that you really want to colonize you know what you go for it you want to call it a zero last it's gonna be attacked but you go for it this is all in my home system here in new game there's our fleet where's our fleet end speaking of galactic civilizations they are invading my my planets um they have a lot more people than i do they have a lot more people than i do no way no um recruit troops more troops i'm supposed to be good at troop combat i'm gonna lose with my fleet i'm gonna get a fleet here what is that mining station here's my fleet at you guys are still coming in right where are you first fleet's over there first fleet um they're busy over there go away go away call you invaded i know i know it's the worst they're just an edener you're going here right you're going you're going to defend my planet garden this is no good it is no good at all this is my planet give me more troops what's that troop transport 2 000 of them 65 of us that ain't good send brisk sun to colonize that place in some other system which is where it's way out there also yeah way out there i don't know why they want to do that but whatever you know what sure uh go away colony lost they stole some of my tech sure they captured one of my people oh trying to steal territory maps after them off of that uh invasion sleep somewhere where's my fleet at let's go take this colony back where my fleet at can i see i want to see how do i just see my um my military ships your third evasion fleet is attacking my majestic scout we have over here things over there we don't care why is my fleet taking so long somebody get them some better warp drives i think you're done so they're a manual everyone else is is not on manual you need no mission what do you mean no mission do you understand what i'm trying to tell you to do what's wrong with you where are you what are you doing there i don't get it why have they moved tell you what they're just sitting there all right order a new fleet we're going to have over him destroyers in 89 right and well in a year we're gonna have destroyers and then only in 15 more years we'll have attack fighters if it's one year we've got a toy destroyer that's good stuff that's when that's when the tides turn i think so they will arrive we hope are you guys moving i'm gonna keep an eye on you here they come here they come excellent they they they heard the call we're gonna go we're gonna take that out and uh he's offering to end our war propose the immediate end of the war between us also we are offering me a map a map a mining station beam weapons shock forces and some unknown ruins no i don't want your stuff i'm going to take it myself i'm so excited about having destroyers in 324 days like destroy you with ice caves of course this one out this was out in human space so we grab this thing and then we're going to sort of start making our way we'll figure out where they're at we could just go straight to exul and see if we can smack them around a little bit when ship is getting attacked here yeah yeah they're gonna be pestering me here this place this guy should have a defense oh not very good though but my fleet should be here in a second guys coming in here they come here they come all right lex dolores yeah yeah uh handsome ploy is under attack in monterrey which is not we're not there i what i need to be doing around all these issues here let's go plan something here so i can tell them to defend like a certain system it's like this this these guys here's the sixth fleet i don't know what you guys are doing you're in tear right your home base is here and most of you are busy i just need more ships i think maybe just like another little escort fleet something like that to go hang out and not to break because that's always getting picked on so don't you guys move here uh this is your home home base go go live here and then you're on defense already so come over here and then and then do that go guard it i'm tired of dealing with that okay let's down on down this way uh back over yo yo game we're coming in construction ship's done good i'm gonna take our system back how many troops are there there's a bunch of troops tenth oh no no i mean there's a lot we have you know we we have lizard confidence here comes the fleet they're building a station there troop transport is getting attacked i think yep he's got him the overpowering vindication that should be the name of our fleet overpowering vindication i like it my troop transports do they bring anything with them you guys are just uh invasion force no mission it says you do have a mission your mission is to take this attack okay we got that one yep corny built not to ray again but we got a fleet going to deal with that now invasion fleets you have six troop transports you have no troops though why didn't you get any troops go rate it no we don't rate it we want to we want to take it a raid fails of course it is we don't need troops how are we telling to get troops uh you invasion fleets go and load troops i'm gonna come over here okay we're gonna leave my fleet here just to sort of hang out and then my troop transfers gonna go pick up people come back take it uh we gotta go deal with this though the eternal monarch this is a pirate over here picking on me my fleet will hopefully make their way over here these guys yep they're on their way there they'll be there in a second they'll deal with that this is in yo game six indian fleet of the event okay okay all right captain we're here what do you want with us invade that colony um captain we have a little problem destroyer research is complete excellent where's my advisor let's build some destroyers sir uh let's go back to the home planet and here let's do it this way we'll go in here i would like to build some destroyers we can go to the designs where's my destroyer destroyer we have a destroyer so he again this is what we can put on him and this is what he has he has on him uh he is he's got a little too little little less energy than he needs if he wants to go sprint away but he'll be fine uh we've got missiles we got bombs do you want bombs a wave bomb more missiles rail guns seeking missiles yeah you know whatever just do some damage buddy attachment to 35. i think i like the sound of that and um yeah whatever we're gonna make some there's a few things there's a few more things we need but we're gonna make some of those and i want uh builder give me like how much is this i got a lot of money me five destroyers give me seven destroyers 50 000 credits on this build it i don't care what you do with those things just put someone on there and go blow stuff up i'm mostly letting the game deal with my fleets and the size and all that stuff i found some wood bar talk wood is this in oh is that in just nobody's space there's some spooky things right there though yeah those guys maps received uh was obviously an engine super structure in the your game so we made following discovery in that system we found some maps this guy we we salvaged and we found all kinds of stuff there's all kinds of stuff going on over there is that my homeworld they're hanging out at what are you doing here this is my home somebody's here defending right like you for instance sir oh you're going to deal with it could do with that okay we do have a fleet here defending so we're good how tough is he they're just in a little that's a troop transport we gotta get him before he drops his troops off and you know what maybe if they're gonna do that let's just play it safe and pop another troop in there we got a lot though we got a lot of troops in there actually had 5 000 credits somewhere we've got maps we've got more maps uh you leave me alone the murders fangs they're going to my home world and okay but we got them dealt with they want to end our war they're offering me all kinds of things no i'm going to kill you waterfalls are there yeah i'll take that and more maps uh lots of maps all kinds of stuff is going on here look at them lines okay turn this around but we know what's going on there so i found a bunch of maps which are like you know um like that the other one i think we saw before there's a point where it was supposed to go explore over here there's like there's one over there the pandari system you know these are these are pointless so what do you want me to do uh colonize that's in andreithis sure let's go get a um what do you want to do build a a mining station yep more maps uh not to raise getting attacked but we got defenses there okay continue on now it says i'm losing money every every month but i'm not necessarily losing money every month um because the state is losing money but i'm also gaining money from the private look at how much money the private sector is making 45 grand so they're making every every year i'm spending seven six they're making me a lot so they're making all that money and i'm getting money from from that they're buying stuff from me you know sure kenya over there and you want to go get that route i mean yeah you know what if you want to do whatever um just missed that one this is my fleet refueled invasion fleets what are you trying to capture i told you to go get troops did you have zero troops you're going to get troops right you're filling up top up with ships and i want you to load troops so this should fill her up there is that what you're going to do now refuel okay okay carry the mission stealing research information on early pulse weapons good job buddy we have attack going on fearless triumph which is over here in oh yeah that system okay they're sending some things at me here we got ships around so we can take them out you what are you from transport do you have troops you don't do any good without troops buddy hey whatever okay so we can keep on hanging around over there the music is is the same thing over and over again every time we get no combat hmm any options we can do with that that's pretty much it i'm gonna turn down a little bit just because it's getting a little bit like the normal music is fine but the the fighting music is just the same thing over and over and over do we need age of empires music we just might speaking of so i started saying this and i got caught on something else um speaking of space civilization games um galactic civilizations uh four is coming out and i saw someone else was playing that recently oh my first destroyer is out okay let's see it let's watch it come out let's see if i can get early access to that one too show that one off see some dominant music yeah yeah that would be appropriate we're at 2.0 releasing some in some weeks nice um i played gals of three um when it came out so i haven't really messed with it at all oh the cat people destroyed the haunted warriors oh well good job well done is that him oh there he is the ray the raging repulsor now that's the name of the ship look at that guy raging repulsor is right so he'll auto uh go to some fleets which is great uh he's actually going here to go deal with his stuff i'd like to see him fight actually transport um where are you at are you here in in the combat you're just hanging out over here you're part of the first fleet let me see if i can do something with these fleets so like sixth fleet can i we can like top up the fleet and get some you know load this thing up top up everything let's buy some ships and top them up again here's that was everybody let's get some more ships built we went it's over we know where that's at what's over here okay he got out destroyer builds unknown items detected over there that is over in blue uh human space escort over there and this is this same system i need to get some destroyers sent over here this is what fleet is this this is my first fleet so you need some people if i got some more ships i throw them in here whatever do that stories are complete that's fine um i'm gonna orderly built the building of a few more frigates i think hey madam money i'm out of one money go okay i'm broke again never mind remember all that money i had it's all gone and don't do that right now and do that one that's a good one capturing his fate that's this guy right you're gonna capture this guy oh he looks pretty big no he's not never mind so i saw the x there you gonna capture him don't you got your job is here what kind of guns you got there buddy the last in that guy all these ships we have over here okay you guys we have troops now we have 15 000 troops take that planet uh don't bombard i want you to attack it and take it we got the insidious fate taken they want a treaty i don't listen to them anymore i want my planet back and then i'll talk to them maybe they're lucky we put down 300 people we need to put down a lot more than that uh we're putting more down though right we're still we're still it's going the wrong way where are you at you got a couple generals in there you guys you guys are getting getting there right a couple treatments in seven you're very broken in there oh yeah there we go there we go invasion fails like 15 000 troops how did you fail we're the troop people well stay here and keep doing what you're doing yeah yeah you're doing you're doing good ardules encountered we've encountered an artillery space monster in their amazon system order seems to be an enormous silicon based invertebrate appears appearance is an amorphous semi-transparent blob with trailing red tendrils must be friendly observations indicate their preferred habitat is the upper atmosphere of a gas giant maybe wise to keep our distance from these deep space creatures until we have a better understanding of them [Music] okay forgets are being made my money's all going away quickly they took my system we got valerian they got my uh guy we gotta get it back stories are being made you did carry out your thing and you you stole some planetary governance well done you're kind of stealing from the wrong people but i'm gonna leave you there so invasion fleets why don't you guys go get some more more people go get some more troops okay okay look at my strength five thousand that seems like a good number let's raise over there we want to make our way um this nintendo are we building we're building a mining colony right there what's going on that's not us who is that oh the humans the humans oh i'm all turned around okay okay okay forget complete we got we got um not to ray we can defense that's where they all seem to be hanging out this isn't worthle right there by a mining station these ones went too close uh energy toward peter weapons research is done and you go away uh what research are we doing now so we're getting we're very slowly we're gonna attack fighters i don't know the money to spend on any of this stuff and some diplomacy no no no i don't care about that those things i just think we sort of picked up um let's get enough money i can't research you we should get some reason we should get some money some money take a look at my money wars are expensive so this is all automated i i probably best for me to leave at events we're spending a ton of money basically trying to replenish our fleets is where all our money is going i'll take that found some maps uh okay and more destroyers are being made yeah we're cranking out a million ships and uh it's very expensive um we can tax our people a little more warriors is going down to minus three but people are happy about living here forgets being built i've got like this isn't a thousand now are you are you fill up your invasion fleet somebody lost i don't want to lose again you got 441 troops remember whatever strength i guess in troops you have 147 we can send both of you guys there you're already there why don't you go get filled up also yeah i see it i don't know how many do they have though how do i know how many they have in their planet uh where are we going here where's that planet this one over here how do we know how many they have we have a defense strength of 1241 so i guess we gotta we get those numbers need to equal up to that much to be equivalent right more troop transports are needed hey we got money again these guys fill up maybe we'll be in better shape here it's a giant fleet here in in nanta ray first fleet has is now i got three destroyers three forgets one escort there's an evasion of exo wait what are you doing okay and you want treaty i'm not giving it to you get here more destroyers you're going to get troops right i don't know if we can break through this we got a couple generals there keep on picking on these guys what we could also do is just go hit we got to take this out fourth invasion fleets let's let's um get you guys over here second fleets we dropped a few off and yeah so you can see how this is the okay i see it i see it i'm not gonna win that fight now if we keep on just sacrificing our troops at them can we like bomb them not going well run away run away can't go away you leave me alone dirty warriors invasion fails i need more troop transports that's what i need do i have money i do have money now right now okay so while we have money let's go make some troop transports um four of those [Applause] master with four months thank you very much bomb the fish can't you go away we got some scenery over here in this this place it is very pretty okay but it's in human space architecture we're going to work on that i got sidetracked here so i um i don't care about these languages we'll keep that one going because it's almost done we're working on light attack fighters let's go get i mean systems is always a good thing let's pop that in there it's cheap let's get kind of these these low ones on that we probably should have had a long time ago better sensors maybe maybe like tr tracking might be a good thing to have um counter measures would certainly be something we have you know multi-target improved escorts would be also be great that's going to give me what it's going to be a patrol and a heavy escort damage control while i have money i'm going to load these things up this is going to be a better space which will also be very nice to have there's better armor down there a little way down down the line though these attack fighters will be here in 11 years so i'm not really all that concerned about them as much get those done we'll get the tracking done as well i'm tracking done first um can i pay to have this done quicker i know okay okay multi-target management sure paid out and get that one in there target tracking is going right now yeah may have the money when research begins it says 12 000 credits uh oh i don't have money in harpoons for the fish we need to train troops i think i mostly just need um tech we're supposed to be pretty good at troop like we're we're actually pretty good we're supposed to be pretty good at troop fighting we keep on sending them on like one you know where it's like not doing very good job basically you go back to automate you're an invasion fleet so you invade and top up your fleets with lots of troop transports excellent that was seventh so we have seventh invasion fleet and we have the fourth invasion fleet are the two we've got you invade automate you are a um a bunch of frigates i want you to go and just be a uh an attack fleet and that's that's okay attack fleet we gotta we got an invasion a couple fleets we gotta we got one defense fleet fifth these fifth folks who aren't much but they got three destroyers in their fleet so they should be able to handle some things this is the big fleet which is also a defense fleet a bunch of destroyers in it this all be handled quite quite well we need to make our way over here i think i kind of want to just hit them there they got 3 000 troops there so we got to have a lot more troops before we get anything else so these invasion fleets i had them on automate before and they didn't load their troops up is that what you're doing now you're moving to the uh station i'm assuming you're gonna go get some troops so if you don't like the the 3d graphics you can always go with top down which i actually might do from now on because i think i like it as well it's a little bit easier to remember where things are the destroyer is done we're broke again what do you want me to do uh you want to go get some of that's that granite sure whatever uh this is in ontario we got it under control these guys want peace look at all the stuff they're offering me for peace galaxy map all you know what sure you guys are pretty smart okay we got all kinds of better better tech we finished a bunch of tech because they just gave it to me we got laser cannons uh better zero g combat improve tactics i'll do that yeah let's let's take a moment to to lick our wounds our wounds are thoroughly um they've been thoroughly thwacked uh so let's see if we can get things under control here i got some ground assault tech out of that uh um so improve tracking let's go get that that's all uh we got no no money okay so let's take a moment and get our uh economy back in order we were sent out a long time ago a colony ship to go to zero last did it make it a new empire in the zukran the bugs where's the bugs at are you leaning on they like me no one likes me you guys really you guys don't like me the ascendancy are the ones we were fighting and they actually don't mind that much we understand you know all the purples it's very confusing these guys are green i don't we met them but we don't really know where they are we just know of them is that human oh that's that's okay that's what we see that's it all right until someone over this way as well what's you know what i'd like to make some friends maybe just one friend can we have one friend we worked our way up to get someone friends with us was it the fierce pirates i tried to get them liking us they didn't we got some humans here people nice to have like a trade agreement you know with some folks that probably work all right the fierce pirates are neutral with us we got a nasty reputation where are you at what does this tell me do i know where you are i don't know where you are so let's let's chat hey um well i'm gonna offer you something what if i what if i give you some things can you get some contacts i can give you contacts as well these aren't very good a lot never mind what about these guys they're not going to like me independent serrata remember to trade agreement with them right now and then that's all right maybe we won't have friends fish fish peace you want me to get fish with the people that we just attacked these guys we have other fish people we have these guys the technocracy and no one likes us let's chat with with the humans he's kind of grumpy so we can give him we can give him tech of course we're gonna do that um tell them where things are we can tell them how to meet talk to the murderous fang prowlers no they don't want anything that we got if i tell them where was that that ancient battleship human data vault these are all in the edener system where's that one at it's over there that one is down that way it's a long way away we could tell them that one for some some perks stone tomb down that way what do you think do you like that i didn't help it too much plus seven that's not bad i guess let's see you know what what a friend we are troop transport complete here are still making those things give away relation tech not gonna happen much it's so expensive it makes me worried that it's like something exciting look at these guys this one effective diplomacy with mortality they love me now inaudible except that cancel i think that cancels the other one um what do you give me for that you want to give me some advanced deflectors and some planetary guys expensive reveal things uh ancient ruins i'll take all uh shock forces that's all right i think the cheapo one cheapo one yeah what do you say thanks what friends look they got skulls they got to be friendly can we get another we can get we'll be with this one too soon okay all right good job let me sign a mission to go attack that place strength of 940 we actually could do it now send the first fleet you guys want to go do that first fleet 942 connect close um yeah whatever go do it okay forget done we gave treaty with those we know what hyperdrive technology is better than that we got beam weapons we got a research and shock forces we can now make armor barracks and we have better shield deflectors okay okay there's our fleet going over here to steinis which we know is something bad over here it's also very stormy let's let's watch them get here and see what they do why they go back and they'll go away maybe they went there and realized there's nothing there anymore because there was something there was not there anymore so um we still certainly have an issue with him having my colony here it'd be real nice to get ourselves built back up and not be so broke so oh war happened to my economy that's what happened i saw the exploration ships out doing their thing and i'm accepting all the mining so we still got stuff coming in um i mostly let the game kind of play uh as we try to collect up some cash i am broke and people are happy though it should start coming around though as soon as we stop making so many ships what else do i have anything any more ships with we have 17 state ships 18 state ships under under construction 19 state ships under construction yeah we're just trying to replenish our fleets and that's a costly kind of thing i need to figure out how to get better troops and i never look this up um if i want to combine a fleet i don't remember how i don't know how to do it it'd be nice to have just my invasion fleet together maybe we should have separate ones maybe in the long run it'll be a better idea what's this all about oh the dark vortex you want to go say hello to the dark vortex do you i don't remember what the strength of that was um you do that i don't know uh officers a treaty of military refueling sure fierce pirates good buddy transport completes uh yeah we can do that you go away and assign the ninth fleet sure go check out the dark vortex uh captain you want us to go where it'll be fine yeah i kind of got into a little war without having um a stable economy so we got we have another pirate faction in monterrey over here or where's not to raise over this way lots of pirates around here there's pirates everywhere around here all right then wants to pay money no go away we have oh who are you trying to you're trying to spy on uh the the bugs fine are you you are fiercely friendly with me too soon just speak with us again after 27.90 okay in okay after july hits we're gonna chat with him it's a gravel x over there i guess yeah so we're gonna deal that gravelex there it we're just saving up some cash we're letting my ships do what they do we're gonna make some cash we're gonna go attack some fish people again because they they took my planet and we um we're not gonna send the the second fleet over there also and then this little tenth invasion fleet he can go hit bunadin i'll probably take it we'll take the sixth fleet and send it to boone and also just well we'll send the capital fourth invasion fleet needs to fill up once they fill up we're gonna send them along the way there too so the tenth we got 420 strength versus their 121 that we know of down here that shouldn't be a problem all right this galaxy will soon have less fish okay 58 grand now all right so they're slowly making their way over here and i think that's just that's their only two occasionally i'll pop in manually like all the fleet moving around i'll pop in occasionally anytime you see like blue things means automated and m is uh is manual and most of the stuff is is uh automated i'm not building exploitation chips no we got we have a backlog enough trying to get our ships prepared how do we lose that that thing so fast yeah and i understand mommy just keeps insanity yeah and you can change all this stuff in in here so you can you can go through here and you can set up so you can see what else is automated like facilities it'll ask for suggestions i'm gonna turn on automating you know colonization we can put that on animate if we want um sure we're at the point of the game where like you know i don't want to think about that kind of stuff i want to get the game do it itself ship construction we can suggest things and you know you know do you want to buy this or not it's it's often over there uh repair abandoned ships and bases um i mean that should be automated yeah go do that if it wants to crash research or not that's the button i click to make things go go faster trees diplomacy we can set all this stuff up on automated if we want um and that's just that's just one of the taps so yeah it's pretty crazy um research is mostly automated yeah the fleets are all set on automated right now and they'll say unless they get in there and mess with it attack troop level i'm not sure what that means but i'm gonna crank it up intelligence all automated which is fine targeting aggressive so yeah yeah i get him so i've heard that one of the things i've heard that's different about two and one is like a lot of times in one it offers the automation but you don't really want to do some of the automation because just the way the ai works and for my owner my understanding of this one is that it does a lot better job of that and so you can um automate this and and be comfortable with it not hosing you i don't know where is one of my invasion fleets seventh you're big you need to go get some troops and then we'll never move the fourth fleet they're busy right now they're busy over there capturing that um oh that where you guys at you're not like where i don't want you to be are you they're back over here in yeah and serena they need troops that's what they need so you can capture things with any troops go get some troops what's that so mining this kind of thing so this kind of stuff if you want to build mines i should turn that on actually automation um i'm interested to see how colonization's gonna work if i have that on now that i have that on should design base construction uh yeah that can be automated too if you wanna build bases i do want that just to happen um where is the then there's the ratio of things that get built you know you have to you forgot to make sure you pacify populists and they rebelled on you i don't know how to i didn't think it would be so fast um i want to look at um well exploration but the um like i guess it's bases do i want to build bases on their own i think i'm fine with it we'll let it go okay items over there they were they really want me to get peace with them they're going to give me generals and spies and and mining stations and but we're not doing it we should do it look at the pluses i've got on these guys i want you know what i want give me your colony that's what i this kind of game was around whenever whenever i was younger and because i loved these space 4x games i was a nut about space 4x games master ryan was meaning that was pretty much the one um space empires uh that was that was good stuff and i was i love this kind of stuff and one thing i really i really wanted it wasn't around because like like a master for ryan it's a very it can be a very gamey game you don't you don't just build a space empire you you play the win the game um and i wish there was something that was a little more deep back back then uh what there was like a space in paris was pretty was was in there but i i wasn't into that one i mean i wasn't as into it as master brian ascendancy one that's the one i know of it but i play that one yeah a little stormy isn't it about it but like our invasion fleet so forming a new invasion fleet from existing ships oh that's how we put them in there okay okay we can build new invasion fleets uh so we can edit this and this is sort of like how it works out what ships are in invasion fleet there's six troop transports there's two destroyers four frigates what they do um so they will where's it that's uh the engagement engagement range is gonna be the same system that they're in so they're not gonna go out scouting about like like an attack fleet will do and you kind of set like their when your strength is certain amounts go away when you you know all this stuff can be done with each fleet i'm just using that the default ones but there's all kinds of templates you can make and sort of set your fleets up uh also i like this or stellaris more um i don't know um it's been a long time since played stellaris so i i don't i don't have much of an answer there the last time i played stellar there's been a lot of expansion since last time i played the stellaris i think i played whenever there was like one dlc out last time i played solaris so i'm sure it's a completely different game now exploration ships so much nicer with it with the uh storms away you can have individual ships in the fleets have their own roles right so you can come in here these are my fleets also the individual ships you can go over here and see my military well my military's we've got what 94 of them and with each ship here like this guy for some reason is on auto um we can come in and tell him his tactics what does he do so you can see all that stuff within you know oh invade colonies ah look at that one clear never aha well that's a button we need to be putting for our invasion fleets i wonder what are you guys all in oh because you're in the fourth invasion fleet whoops okay do you fill up yet what are you at a thousand that's something but it's not really what we want we need more than that did you build another colony why why oh maybe we i think we found more more maps of theirs i guess i'll pop up over there what's the news i have a tsunami kind of research we're doing here improved frigates rapid fire prototypes dedicated carriers i want that one put that one to the top i want some carriers yeah i'm put some money into that one how much pay the cost 28 000 do it let's get it done now we'll have it done in 15 years we'll have carriers oh yeah okay we gotta hit this place before it gets too strong it's at 690 military or troop strength i'm going to send them over here i want you guys to go over that's something maybe something with sensors that we find later on i don't know what kind of defense what kind of forces here they're all hanging out there though now there's some there too we have a fourth invasion fleet is here who has enough people to take this there's the there they are there's both of them all right slows down so fourth invasion fleets give me the planet attack the planets there's fish walking around in space there will be war this war a whole this whole war started on a miscommunication oh they have destroyers now all right so we should start hitting these guys they got what 1400 that has grown a lot oh no it's because of um defensive things come on land some people in there there they go you can see him flying in there now we got it pan2 we got invaded again by the humans they put up quite a fight there quite a fight we our our tanks have broken through we have space control now that was a much closer fight than i was hoping for man i think we're gonna get it it's just gonna be close who's our general here you know balak sector governance they're offering me now too close what are we doing yeah we got we got it it's real close real close we take it so whenever i take it i gotta figure out what i need to do with with these uh civilians i guess i will lose it don't say that it's real close it's it's real close it's getting closer than closer than i we're just to bomb them and blockade them while soldiers escape pod we we find a valuable treasure and we got a admiral all right so i got this admiral i also got a new ambassador there i need prisoner oh i do have prisoners oh yeah i do i had a prisoner last time i killed him i can recruit this guy weapons damage increase boarding assault strength armor strength i don't know can we just like take the guy weapon damage increase plus three percent damage plus 25 he seems all right pay money how much do you want 80 what you think you're pretty special don't you no get out of here he's pretty good how much does he want 47 000 no no look at like he put he could be part of the bargain you know for peace and all that let me try one thing we killed one of them just to kind of send a message uh look at the pluses we've got here let's let's chat so he's he's out the airlock let's have a chat what is this maxillion look at those dinosaur people uh i peace it is they will accept this deal uh well i just want your planet i understand why this is so hard i will give you your admiral back all right they will fight on they want to get that planet up so having a whole section we found some cash two two grand man i just i think they're just um they're uh they're the troops clearly are better than mine what's this fleet this is a attack fleet okay i don't understand why it's so hard i just went to planets it's not it's not even mostly um mostly fish people it's mostly humans there oh i've actually i've got the control which is something the computer is doing a lot of fighting look at how much wow look at how much we it's been a while since i zoomed out okay we learned some things there's the rat folks back over here man this is noisy i'ma turn off the um nebulas wow things got exciting around here it also got a little choppy man i'm just expanding like yeah these humans are oh man look at them all yeah humans have gone nuts remember before last time we saw them they had three planets and now they're all the way down here and all out this way have i expanded any since i turned on colonization no we're kind of we're stuck here in the middle i'm kind of tiny i think war score minus 33 of my war weariness we probably should peace out for a little while but i really want to take one of our plans before i do that i want this one um we may not get anything though if i if i don't these guys have grown a lot too these these um these folks or at least we know more about them because they were just sort of in this little spot here they're down all the way down this way this is a new one and they've made their way over here pika interesting to see it see it grow like it has okay so let's wrap it up this this might be the final the final stream of this i don't know when i'll be back um this game doesn't come out until march march 10th i think is the release date so i might do another one um here this week i'm not sure so um that's all i got that's it that's so
