Digging An English MANOR House Bottle Dump! Tilley`s Tin And SILVER!

[Music] [Music] [Music] uh [Music] [Music] [Music] another bottle i think so oh my goodness [Music] oh there's another bit of glass down there i think it might be another bottle yeah there's look at the ridges on the side it's not screw top is it it's just got like was it screwed up or is it just ridges i think it might be screwed up but the odd screw top because it's low and you know screw tops can still be quite old it would make sense that there'd be a range because yeah it's been lived in is it oh no it's just shiny earth we need a probe so that's a good start there is a bottle huh we didn't even have to dig rain washed them all out okay let's carry on make a pile onwards so this is where we found the bottle last time and straight away there is a button there's a little metal button and this is a piece of broken cobalt or just a piece of broken bottle but what an adorable button right we need to we need somewhere we need defiance there's a piece of crusher over there as well oh he had a bottle on the bottom oh my god oh no it can't be hey i found a human tooth is it [Music] like it looks like the human teeth that we found but the roots still attached is that what i've only ever seen human teeth when the roots have like been taken out or broken off like when children's teeth fall out and stuff is that what [Music] it might be a human tooth you've got to like to see if you hear clunking of glass or something or if it's like sort of hollow [Music] that's got a pontil mark that's very black glass that is exactly blue and white oh all sorts of things oh well the top's attached oh it looks like a good one oh that's a nice those look like i'm serving dish or something lots of pottery oh wow that one looks like the same piece of that one yeah let's find a whole blue plate oh yeah it is the same plate you stick it back together oh this is exciting wow it's got nothing good no it's beautiful it's not sick or anything is it oh my that's goodness has it got a seam yeah yeah but it's a beautiful wow i'd say it's pickle jar yeah what would it have on the top um it would have had maybe like a glass stopper have you seen like the glass stoppers do you have like the thick with like a pile yeah yeah it looks like it's part of this as well yeah see that could be oh look that's really nice there's some more of this blue one oh wow it's a willow there's a you could glue it back together a whole doorway is involved and there's some more broken glass there it could be maybe now he's right maybe we should go through this side maybe i should start taking this side me and boo could dick this side okay of course like time team oh wow it's massive is all that gonna be in there i doubt it but wow wow that was some double wow that's a bit big to put in my little oh yeah okay i have a better view now oh i think it's a little sauce isn't it with a long neck oh it's got nice iridescence on it it's like swirly oh yeah you can see the glass layering what's the scene you can't tell it needs to be cleaned first oh the seam doesn't go all the way to the top but ends there on the neck oh lovely that's old that's and it's got really lovely swirling on it wow and it doesn't look sick at all oh it's got rainbow iridescent another bottle yeah oh that's piece of the glass off of it be careful oh bottle top is at the top of the broken one oh that's a shame it's beautiful iridescence again a really big top of a oh oh yeah look at that yeah and look i like the shape of it there's another bottle inside it yeah oh wow lovely what's it on the other side it's probably a wash basin lovely nice i think there's some more dough rising we need a torch i think i can see some glass can i oh i don't know but it's very neatly yeah looks like it this piece of dough ball is enormous absolutely enormous i don't know it's absolutely enormous this is odd shape the bottle yeah look at it i don't think that is dough ball i think that is um the bottom of the big blue and white one what a shame that would have been nice oh no it's an oxo it's a four ounce oxo and it looks like does it have beautiful iridescence look at the beautiful rainbow iridescence of it though that's pretty old yeah that's an old dock so four ounce oxo oh look at it it's beautiful oh look it's got like yeah all the iridescent has made it look gold that's beautiful oscar wow and it's complete it's whole i can't reach nanny from you collect toxos tins so that they'll go with it isn't that beautiful keep digging girls [Music] it's the pagoda and the fence [Music] so much it's pretty [Music] oh that's come from the piggery definitely it looks like a tusk just definitely look more around here big piece of glass so i decided to take a break from digging and i came to look on the edge and oh my god it's a small cottage i think i think it's a little bisque cottage oh my goodness i think it's like a little barn i think oh i'd prefer this oh yeah the cottage ink this is something it's like a little tudor bar or something oh my goodness how amazing is that that is amazing i don't know if that's the last thing of the phone yeah there's lots of butcher bones here as well obviously they killed all the ate the animals through them wow it's definitely brisk though isn't it yes yeah yeah wow right carry on clean that one yeah just dug this off wow oh it's a beautiful jar look it's like just don't stuff in it look at this jar cake i think it's got like a flip lid it's got the lid on it it's lovely yeah it's got like an orange looks bubbly too hopefully a lid on it don't know i can't tell it's got like the orange inside i don't know lovely though beautiful color it is it's got stuff in it it's really heavy careful okay i don't know what's in it [Music] [Music] yeah i think it's all this thing it was jug [Music] oh there's the bottom of it can you see oh yeah right where there's room oh yeah there's a couple of pieces of glass okay i'm wearing cut gloves on i mean he's coming [Music] no but it's a lovely color and it's a lovely shape oh it's an applied lip the seam goes just to under the lip and then [Music] rod in my mouth but yeah look um yeah that's old look at like the inside you can see where it was an applied lip oh i don't wasn't that it's a beautiful color sorry the camera is struggling from going from dark to light yeah it's got mine is bubbly oh that's a really lovely bottle that's a really nice shape too yeah can you see the color yeah again it's still struggling it's conformed to light nice that's an old one i wonder what was inside it there's a big junk up there it's a little bit we thought this was a tiny tiny bottle but it was perfectly broken oh it's broken that's a shame oh there's a tablespoon yeah it's broken oh oh look it's a little bead oh my gosh what's that made out of wait here we go i think it's some sort of stone really no um is it coral it might be maybe it looks very bright oh i don't know coal's sort of more orangey than that yeah wow um i don't know i don't think it's glass no it's not it's a stone yeah [Music] round up dog hello so that was our first time properly digging a uh a bottle dump it was hard work it was and it was right under a big tree so sorry harder than it needed to be but i think we found some good finds do we start with our favorite yeah well whoop it's obviously well oh wow yeah or maybe it should be your favorite find yeah my favorite find was the little house so yeah this is my favorite find and it is a tiny disk tudor house with doors and windows and it's got a little thatched roof and a tiny chimney and yeah and it's in perfect condition and yeah i pulled it out of the bank it's crazy absolutely wonderful i think it's a christmas decoration cake decoration so yeah mum thinks it's a christmas cake decoration what's she looking at [Laughter] oh it's like a sunny cat round up it's a bit difficult roundup dogs don't work as well as round up cats so yeah absolutely love it wonderful all of these items will be saying again like last time with the house because they sort of belong here and on that theme what is your favorite find it is a small silver lid of a tiny little box and engraved on the lid it says what does it say tilly tilly tilly capital t i double l e y this was tilly's box which is just that's mad and she scratched it in hasn't yeah she scratched some letters inside as well yeah it looks like it could have an e r in the middle one in the inside but i dug a big hole it was over days digging this hole and then kate came along and went oh look it's there on the side of the hole yeah yeah we've got with a pin pointed and now it's not very professional is it but we don't we don't do a lot of metal detecting do we but i it was worth going with the hole [Music] a little silver lid which tilly which we yeah we just assume is a little girl it's because it's quite crudely scratched isn't it scratched her name into and you can't imagine what was in it i know i'm sure it's not exactly what you say no it's too late but we tried we dig around dug around didn't we but the rest of it wasn't there unfortunately she obviously buried something didn't she yeah and yeah it's silver we tried polishing it up but um it unfortunately my nan doesn't have any silver polish so but it's not magnetic and we put an ice cube on it and it like melted instantly so we haven't got our silver testing kit here we don't know but it's pretty sure that it is silver and this stuff is not magnetic did you say that yeah but yes this is definitely staying with the house because tilly probably well definitely lived here and this was her box obviously has something special in it because she felt the need to put her name on it and bury it but we do quite deep we do know that in the war the first world war the second world war in one of the wars a family lived here that had seven daughters so maybe tilly was one of those but yeah biggest piece of silver we've ever found yeah so yeah when we where we've started to this yeah it's absolutely adorable and wonderfully personal so this is a human teeth so our thought is because it's still got the complete whole route that maybe someone did some home dentistry and pulled it out by the root and then threw it in the rubbish which is nicer than the thought that this is like fallen out of a skull yeah that wouldn't wow no no but yes it's a human tooth that has the complete root which we've not seen before no we've got other human teeth but they're all like implants they would have been implanted into people's teeth we'd lost teeth but this one is a lost tooth the problem is it doesn't it doesn't look decayed in any way no i can't see a reason why this would have been pulled out no they did used to pull all women's teeth out before they got married so they wouldn't be a financial burden on their husbands that happened to my great grandmother your great oh your great-grandmother this is my great-great-grandmother oh my goodness oh maybe that's what this is then well there's only one of them there that we found so we'll put it in tilly's tin this is the first bottle we found i think it's probably a uh eau de cologne or something like that men's maybe it's not that's probably 19 30s 40s then we found this one it's probably a pickle jar which is a lovely color and it's a good big small drink it's a good big size here and it's very bubbly [Music] and then we found this one so i think it's probably a sauce because of long thin neck yeah and this one's um seam stops about there that's the start of the neck and then it's an applied lip it's got letters on the bottom it says okay one one three one but it's got really beautiful like swirl do you call that iridescence it's not it's just the way it's been made i think it's just sort of cooled as it's been molded it's beautiful and unfortunately nani doesn't have any magic balls or rice at the moment so you couldn't clean the edges but it's a really beautiful bottle and we had this adorable little tiny aqua one which is a lovely color quite see because of the sun and again this one the seam ends just under the quite crudely applied lip i don't know what would have been in that one no it's very some sort of cordial like a tiny cordial maybe oh did you hear the land i can't hear the lamb beautiful deep aqua i think that's probably my favorite bottle and a four ounce oxo but this one i wonder if you can see has the difficult to show has the most beautiful rainbow iridescence all over it i'm not sure if it's showing up but in person the in-person whole thing sort of rainbow it's a lovely color and it's a nice shape too it's one of the older rock size oh yes victorian i'd say there was another the um the jar unfortunately broke because the pressure inside because it still had its lid on the pressure inside when we released the pressure it just went and smashed which is a real shame but it did seem to have the remnants of runner beans in it oh really does you want me to go and get it yeah so yeah unfortunately the top broke and i do it absolutely stinks it smells horrible but that to me looks like and there's also some tiny little berries here and i think it looks like a chili pepper or mum thinks it's bean i don't think they would have had chilies chilis are really like little peppers no they're recent okay mum think it's a bean then this is what was pickled inside this looks horrible you said it looked like a leech it does look like a meat but yeah it smells horrible but that's what they would have eaten it's crazy there you go thanks talking about shames this was the promising we believe we thought for a second that we were going to have a puzzle to rebuild a whole um mixing bowl that not mixing bold rising bowl but unfortunately we were short quite a few pieces but we did find this massive portion and that yeah would have been a beautiful thing you would have been able to make quite a lot of dough from it but yeah lovely would have been massive i can still smell the bean yeah move it away and we found some other bits too which is a real shame a small metal button possibly tin it's lovely i think you and sonny would get along great nancy okay bombing dog oh my god oh you want to sit on my lap okay and a bead unbelievable i found a bead in the border along with all the bits of pipes dim and pottery just a bead i don't think it's glass though do we think it's some sort of stone it's got some swells on it yeah and it's like added but not i can't not find a
