DIABLO Duck Call by RNT Calls, INC.

this is the rnt uh diablo and it's some call it the dc diablo some people just call it the regular diablo but when we first came out with our daisy cutter line that was probably the most aggressive and raspy call at the time that we produced and so we kind of designed some other calls in that line setup so some of these designs actually evolved from the original daisy cutter and this diablo is it so that's why when you hear people call it dc diablo even the mondo which is a cut down is was originally dc mondo because that was daisy cut armando or daisy cutter diablo or the dc the daisy slayer these were all calls that we started from the daisy cutter sound which was really really raspy and aggressive and we made changes or added different attributes to make the call fit different situations so this diablo what we did is we wanted to have it make it real raspy but try to incorporate the uh squeaky kind of back pressure sound that people associate with timber calls and so this is an a medium volume call it has a whole different reed setup which we first kind of called it even like the dental tail cut here on the actual reed and it's kind of similar to a cut down or an alt style reed cut we got the rasp in it but then we started having issues with too much back pressure so we backboard the insert to give it um less back pressure but still keep the full sound that we wanted so uh man this is a great call if you have problems getting that voice into the call and you know you don't want to put a lot of air in it or a lot of throat this has a lot of rasp built in it and a lot of back pressure built in it so um you know for someone that doesn't put a lot of voice in it this is a good call for them to use as far as the situation that you would use it in it's just an all-around medium call so i mean you can pretty much use it anyway you can get low on it so if you're hunting somewhere that ducks are pressured this is a good call if you need to break ducks it's not the loudest call but it still has plenty of um horsepower to do that as well so you know this is just a good all-around call that has plenty of rasp built in it so you don't have to use as much throat [Laughter] it's a dc diablo pretty much good anywhere where you need a medium volume call you have built-in rasp and a perfect call if you're having problems putting voice into a call
