This might be the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen and im not sure of the purpose. Was that athletes are superior to students? Is that there more hard working? Both are very subjective. Former school athlete here : this whole take is absolute garbage.

I groan when people are one dimensional and their whole personality is based in a single habit or hobby and there is plenty of those in fitness & sports, it's dreadful.

Most of the time when training and whatnot i honestly just felt i was having fun and enjoying my time, protein shakes can taste pretty decent and i tried to just skim over this because the overall edition and direction of the video is terrible but this dude is essentially Karen the mom who thinks she get front line pass at starbucks.
