i just recorded first three hour trying to like explain my pack and now i just had like the greatest edit idea so i'm gonna do that and i'm gonna watch me it's gonna be too excited so yeah okay right end because i have my ideas of wire bro so wired uh not too that far enough or it may be here and then i definitely need the end but i don't need all this stuff in the end so let's just go to like yeah there there auto sync other text all right and then let's get the end as well so at the very end and then let's do a lot of flashing so there you go all right cool now we have everything that i want and now i'm just gonna go through these clips one by one let's see if the cuts are correct yes yes yes oh wait yes yes it's the flash and then we gotta delete because it's the flash there we go gonna do a bunch of fade transitions so it's good that these are laid like this so i have a bunch of extra room do my twixing and then having extra room for fading on the twix too so that's my process all right now everything's cool let's see where we want to fade again don't hear i'm gonna fade right here i can't even not get rid of my cornering yeah so my recording got off for this section because if i hit the same button i hit for uh coloring my clip it mutes my mic on obs so there's no audio here to deal with whatever i'm saying right now and uh yeah it'll be back very soon because it's just you guys okay what part of this to be one scene let's just go in the timeline it was good i have it so i can go in the time i pay control c or by hitting t but you right click and then go in the timeline like that let's just do this like that okay it's a copy of our footage let's just do something like this it's not it's not even like twixing in the scene he's just talking he can freeze framing i wanted to but i don't think that i don't need to actually i'll try so you hit r and then hit freeze frame and then re-type controls and then get rid of this and then you can do this you can the outro because uh yeah i was like i'm talking about talking more but i feel like this is important to show this i don't know don't worry about this um so what else did i add i added a little bit more blurs some with like variant a very some with different types or different strengths of blur i think or different lengths different lengths for sure types but yeah um i don't know why this is disabled um what i ended up doing this this thing is still here yeah um my shakes that's what i want to show for sure so all these have little shakes i made i did i didn't use the other uh pg pj shake i had it's basically the same process like kind of so here i have a shake and a critter shape expression shake i got the tutorial on it and uh excuse me people are a little iffy or i don't understand how it works exactly so i'm going to try and explain that a little bit bonus if you made it this far you are you don't understand what this is so it occurs is a preset graph at the half so if we just put it on here right click and modify within the amp curve it's a modifier so it modifies this value so you see right now the value we have this clip look at it like this um this center is at zero zero like nothing just this is the whole scene it's not being transformed if we move it here and then now the center goes over here and that's a move we move the clip to the right by a 0.5 value and that's the value that they have for davinci and so with what we do when we do another curves is we're controlling this value on this little preset graph that is that is there so so go to our modifiers and to see the animators around the different source types but usually just go duration so it's the whole length of this uh this cop right here um and then you can do for the curve we're gonna do easing and then we're gonna go here put elastic and what that's gonna do is if we look at this here gonna give a curve that goes like this it goes up and down and then averages out to the middle value image or we're going to use the middle value because that's how i use it so i usually now i just linked it to equal sign to get an expression and i just link this value to this value so now it'll be the same value but then i put a negative sign so now it's going to be the inverse of that value but at the end it'll always average out at this frame no matter what value we have it at it'll always end up like this because the way that we have it set up and then it'll start at whatever value that we want it to be set at so you use this if you're going to use use this method but i usually what i did is i with a shake value that goes like that and with what we have here it zoomed in so we have enough room to shake without showing motion tile but here i don't have it so i would be showing the little mirrored edges but i think it went like somewhere around that value let's see if we can see how it shakes like that this little easy bob you can see the graph here if we had this one you don't have to look up we hit this one right here on the from this node you can see um this is how long this node goes for right this goes for it let's see what value goes to it now it goes cc and it goes like in between almost halfway down there because that's a negative one point zero one five and it starts at like it starts you know it's at negative .04 yeah right there and then what we can do with this is we can adjust it to make it longer or start shorter so if we wanted to start earlier you can move this graph to the left by using the time offset so it goes like that you see how the graph is moving and so this value is starting earlier and so now it's going to start at a value of like 0.02 that's right right around there and if we move it back then the shake will be delayed until that point so i just keep it usually here maybe go like that just a little bit if i want to adjust it like that but the main thing i use is the time scale so this will make if we shorten this time scale it'll make it the graph longer and so it'll give a softer shake now if we make it above 0.1 it's going to make a faster shake like that sometimes you want that sometimes you don't want that that's different styles for different uh different shakes for different styles so i go a little bit like that you saw it in the the first trick i was doing i think the ones that i have in here i do like really really low so we look um look at this yeah we have like point five times scale and then since uh point one look at that graph like very just bobby and then ends at this frame it's just one little bob that's what i that's what i want from this little shape that i made so if i try to replicate that bring the time scale all the way all the way all the way down maybe something like that i actually wanted to start a little earlier and then make this i wanted to make it shorter honestly yeah so now this is this is fine i like this it's not i did something much softer there but you get the point this is how you control at least the y direction and that's usually use the y for the shape and then what i also do is i also put intercourse on the rotate and so we want the or today to control the angle that we have here and so you know if we go 40 we have to start at a 40 it's not going to start at this so we don't want to start that so we just i usually just go like between one and four degrees that's a little much better like three i would i think i did two in this one but just set that with the uh animal curves same process that we did before duration we go using elastic and then compare this to here and then put this length two and then also uh put this negative so it is normal at the end and then we could bring this down voice too even more now that looks pretty nice and we uh look at it with all this other stuff like this that's not too bad and now we have two different shakes i someone we just made so what i ended up going with i didn't make it the exact same but you could you can understand the difference different styles probably we want the impact to be and i usually i got this info for the shake by watching brendan because he has this one slight side chick he does i i just love the look of it in this edit i don't want to play the song because you know the song it's traumatizing but you see how it just goes up and down i like that i like the little motion and that's for all the all those slides in this edit or for most of i guess but that's what i try to emulate it doesn't look too bad so i got this and uh yeah that's what i basically did i kind of recreated it for the other other ones but i put it in front of all these nodes because uh they have it this interacts differently with these transforms and it just needs to be first so if you ever use the new transformer put it first and then put the rest of the transforms and that's how things will work i don't think anything i want to address i mean i can go a little bit on my decision making because i didn't really explain that in it watch me edit but look at this i kind of wanted to match up with the eye line see like all this you're going to look usually going to look towards the eye of the character each time so we're looking here looking here it's already at the same level so we don't search very much and then this one's even though it's coming from the other side like it's almost coming the same place and this is so because the rest of the scenes are like or most of the details are on the side but you also get the reps over here so i don't know those two scenes match together because you know the both videos on the side so maybe you're looking here making you look in there but then i regather your attention when you're looking at your and look at her facial expression and then it blends to the guy's uh facial expression where he's being yes so i go here it's still kind of the same eyeliner where my mouse is it's still the same see lloyd and you look at your i try to move this up you saw me in that i moved it up a little bit more and zoomed in but i think that's the best i could do and then you get this scene which i probably should have like colorful better but this is what it is and then you get this last scene which is way different from the rest of the other transitions but it's just a shake a twitch shake from uh mk's tutorial so i'll i'll go link that i'll for sure link that one in the description but that's where i got that and that comes directly from that other video i was watching from tj senpai when she made this edit so yeah and that's uh what i was just subscribing is like i forget what it's called but it's it makes when you have a certain point where the audience is looking it makes the edit easier to watch and it makes it more enjoyable to watch because if i had to look here and have a look there for the main subject it gets a little iffy so i'm even iffy about this little part but for the most part it's okay and you know look like tick tock i mean like that edited pretty decent so pretty good i mean if you don't hold my tick tock you know follow my tick tock i just post randomly you shooting spritz but yup all right um i guess i didn't back it up without so i said originally my outro it's going to be you want the project file or at least a project file but this video needs to get 2 000 likes so yeah you want it i i will probably be changing out uh this part about the shape the shake note because it's gonna be in my pack hopefully coming out on uh june 1st and maybe this video will be coming out after
