Fade Slide Text Animation Tutorial「DaVinci Resolve」@twistyamv

what is up you guys back with a quick tutorial I will be showing you how to do this fade slide animation with text uh this is based off of twisty's Wu Wars edit or at least that's where I first saw the animation so let's get to it so just get a fusion composition or you could honestly use an adjustment clip it depends sometimes for me but in this case we'll use a fusion composition so we can just go into it here and this is pretty simple thus it being a quick tutorial so get a background note turn the alpha down get a text Noe and type in whatever you want and choose your font I will personally go with the font that's in the example so if I can find it here here it is all right and I will just adjust the size a little bit and now get a background node and put this in the second viewer by pressing two the uh number two key and go to gradient and place a point here in the middle and on the black turn the elf down and on the white turn the white to black like this and turn the Alit down like that and on the middle point turn this all the way up to White and if you want you could move the points in in like [Music] this to make it more specific to the letters and I'll show you what I mean so we're going to control the movement of this with this offset here and all you do is connect the text node to the background node but connect it to the blue input and we can start moving it around as you can see it does this animation like this so can start it here and go to the End Key frame it to the other side like [Music] so and like that for this animation I've been doing a Time remap type of graph so command a and something like this and then I just spice it up a little bit so I add a glow so I'll just do a soft glow and I'll do some rays and put the value down like that and if I put this in this viewer like this it'll look something like this and yeah that's pretty much it hope you guys enjoyed be sure to like comment and subscribe and I hope this animation tutorial helped if so let me know and make any more suggestions in the future of what I should do and with that peace out
