[Music] all right so first thing is first I got some color fix by one and only with argan oil that stuff really takes the color out of your hair like crazy especially if you have blonde underneath that's just waiting to come out I also got some blue tinted bleach and along with that I'm going to use 40 volume developer because I'm coming from a very dark brown and so is my natural color it's a medium to dark brown so that's going to be very handy and inside of that I'm going to also put this in this inside apparently these two things act as olaplex pretty much they're about the same thing so that's going to be all in there it helps keep your hair nice and strong while you're bleaching it so it doesn't fry next I'm going to tone my hair with 20 volume developer and t14 pale ash color charm toner works like a charm I've used it before many times and it really works and last but not least I'm going to use the same developer and going with some color additives and these are 0:50 cooling violet and the girl told me this really makes your hair gray so why not do what she said if she really knows what she's doing because she's done it before so yeah and I got some gloves always need gloves don't forget those I know this shirt has seen some better days but many hair dyes have happened in it sorry Paramore so this is what my hair color looks like right now there are some light spots in there but most of the part for the most part it is dark a so let's see what happens I'm kind of nervous but whatever I've done this before many times all right so I've literally just taped you guys to the mirror because this is the best way that I can capture this did it a little crooked but I'm not going to mess with it because it's pretty secure so obviously the first thing you want to do is brush out your hair alright first we're going to start with the color fix so this comes with three parts it comes with these two which is the color reducer the conditioning catalyst and this is processing lotion I don't think I'm going to use this because I want it all out and these are reusable gloves I highly suggest you just go ahead and buy some of those because number one oh my god they said amazing in number two why would you just keep buying and wasting a bunch of gloves like when you can just wash your hands when you're done alright so I'm gonna get my bowl out got it got my brush found it oh there's like red hair dye all up in this I also forgot to add you definitely want to use these conditioners when you are finished dyeing your hair because well shampoo and conditioner but this stuff right here step one color reducer just going to use all of it cuz I already know I already know I'm gonna need it all guys this stuff smells like rotten eggs step number two conditioning lipid conditioning catalysts you're only supposed to make the first two parts the third part is to stop it now that we have both components in the bowl you want to mix everything perfect okay has to be perfect oh and another very important thing you want to apply it to slightly greasy hair because that way it won't dry out like crazy also you don't want to have any product in your hair that and prevent full-coverage all right this is the consistency that you want to have it's slightly goofy but that's good because they'll stick on your hair and not get all over the carpet just kidding I'm not you would never do don't don't do this over card let me part my hair in the middle really quick because I can get some better even coverage like that I don't Oh I don't uh section my hair and I don't section my hair like everybody else does because that just takes way too much effort alright it is thoroughly spread throughout my hair and as you can see it's already doing a huge deal of color lifting and it's very nice I love this stuff it is super smooth and it really spreads throughout your hair really well so if you have hair of this length like me pretty much right below your shoulders one box is the perfect amount that you will need um I was instructed at Sally that you should just brush it through or comb it through since this is a very wide tooth brush that's not very you know elastic here or anything like that it's very hard bristles I'm going to go ahead and use this because this stuff is super smooth the conditioner inside makes it really easy to spread everything around and very easy to brush it so I found that it is super helpful to take the long parts and just go like this because it really not only does it activate the hair a little bit better or activate the chemicals a little bit better it really helps you cover everything that way it's not super splotchy so it's lifting [Music] I don't really know how this works but I'd say it's lifted about four or five shades just with color fix stuff Jeremy's coming home and I know he's going to say woof it's safe how much you want to bet actually he takes last time to come up the stairs hi ass in here [Music] yeah it definitely lightened it a lot and [Music] yeah on the bleaching so let's get started with this I'm going to read the instructions and it says open container and remove scoop and in her bag holding away from case carefully open the bag wear gloves add one scoop of prison lights powder to a nonmetallic mixing bowl carefully add two scoops of salon care 20 volume developer powder and blend together until mixture has ba-ba-ba-ba-ba so what I'm going to do is obviously I'm doing 40 and not 20 and instead of doing one scoop in two scoops I'm probably going to double that because probably not going to be enough so it's just kind of giving you the ratio that you're going to have to do so yeah and it says that you can't reuse it by the way so don't don't try to be clever and do that they're already dry they're really grippy on the outside too so that helps okay so for every one scoop of powder you're going to do two scoops of developer and I'm opening this stuff I was told to add this to the mixture apparently this stuff is comparable to old legs and she told me to use half of this bottle inside the bleach in half of it inside this Hoenir alright and this is what it looks like when it's all mixed up do not over process your hair because it's going to just fall right out pretty much if you're going to blow dry your hair use cold air before you bleach it because you're going to irritate the crap out of your scalp if you have like Huck and then you add chemicals it's a horrible I'm just going to same thing that I did before I'm actually going to just start right here because this is the part that I show the most so I want it to honestly process before the rest of it all right we're all covered and I'm pretty sure it's been in for like 20 minutes well I'd say it did a pretty good job of lifting however you can't really tell in the camera but there's a lot of splotchiness see you tomorrow when my hair is dry cuz I really don't feel like doing this again tonight so this is my hair dry after bleaching there are a few like yellowy spots in there but I think it's definitely bright enough to just go ahead and do the toning and gray so cuz if I bleach it again I feel like this part of the hair is just going to fall out welcome back to the bathroom and being taped to mirror alright so I'm going to go ahead and just mix these three things together I go ahead and put in the developer I'm going to read read what the UH t14 peel ash lawn needs silver wise mix ratio is one to two one of these and two of the developer so this is 1.4 fluid ounces that times two is two point eight so going to take this you can kind of assume what a one point four would be yep that's all the way filled um I think I can actually just fit both servings in one bowl so I'm just going to do that for the additives you don't need to add more developer for the additives because it would have a ratio number down at the bottom but it doesn't so this you just add to the toner developer you don't need any other developer with that 50 just went ahead and added both with those entire bottles and I don't think I need this other one right now so I'm going to set that aside I think I'm going to add a bit more developer just because it looks like Jill so now it looks like this that's a lot better alright and then is the end product right there I'm actually going to part my hair this time because last time it was really hard to get in here so based upon how my hair looks right now I think this stuff is going to be amazing definitely cancel out all of those like orange tones awesome I can't wait to watch you guys I'm very very very very very very very happy but yeah um I haven't even dried it yet and I can tell this is exactly what I've been going for um last time I did my hair gray it was nice and all but it wasn't really great it was more so like blue and metallicky colors but this is like silver freaking gray I'm so excited for it to be dry can we take a moment guys and admire how beautiful this turned out there's no brass no longer smells like ass I can't eat chill out but this is gotta say I'm extremely happy with the way this turned out which I'm sure you guys could tell already I highly suggest doing it this way rather than buying a hair dye that's going to temporarily turn it blue in order to get what you want when you could just get what you want right away and since silver results thank you so much to the girl at Sally's that picked out everything that won in my basket you really know what the hell you were doing I hope this video helped any of you guys that are trying to go for this look or something like it and thank you so much for watching this video see you guys next time [Music] you
