of delivery i want to recognize and thank the regional commissioner for being here tonight thank you for that wonderful word thank you for being here we honor you asante [Applause] the bible says that blessed is the nation whose god is the lord we thank god for leaders that fear god we pray that begin to preach i want to talk about a couple of other things number one i want you to know that tonight is very special because we are not alone here is one city of five cities in tanzania where we are holding gospel crusades tonight one of them was reverend peter vandenberg whom you just heard to me peter vandenberg is the vice president of christ for all nations was the right-hand man of evangelist funky for almost 40 years in fact i think he was here the last time these are the men that you've seen along with myself on the posters these are mighty preachers of the gospel and the lord confirms their preaching with signs and wonders and miracles i'm in the outpouring of the holy spirit i tell you this week the cripples will walk and now be awake if you wet yourself and so you will be healing hearing from evangelist michael jobe and evangelist david rochamel throughout this week but for now would you put your hands together and welcome them to um [Music] they have been students in our evangelism boot camp in orlando florida orlando five of them have been stationed here in tanzania salvation for those that believe [Applause] in good i appreciate our representative from the government coming to give his long speech tonight but can i tell you a secret like a series [Applause] is not going to come from the government is not coming from the president from the governor from the commissioner it's not coming from of jesus christ the reporters come and now ask questions evangelists what is the message you bring to our city no that's our region and i have many shermans [Applause] [Music] [Applause] lord i thank you for the fact tonight i pray you would speak clearly to every heart i thank you that you will change every life in the name of jesus amen amen amen praise the lord tonight i'm going to preach to you from the book of romans chapter number ten it's a very simple verse and before you leave upon the name of the lord gina now here's what we're going to do [Applause] whisper i want you to shout it out [Applause] [Applause] upon the name of the lord [Applause] city in west africa together with the prayers from the mosques and the temples [Applause] [Music] because when i took the microphone i said your excellency deputy governor thank you for coming but i said i must respectfully disagree with you [Applause] is foreign he is the lord there are many people across the world tonight calling on many different names [Applause] is [Applause] [Applause] shout it some people are calling on the name of a priest some people are calling on the name of a preacher but none of them can say can i tell you a story you know there's any karate see i disney can i tell you a little story you're going to hear many wonderful stories i was in the nation of india i was there for a gospel crusade like this and the crusade was finished very very late at night almost midnight i was very hungry so i said to my team let's go get some food he [Applause] [Applause] because tonight i'm going and whatever it is and so the server said to me sir what would you like i said that's okay what is the very best meal you have in this restaurant [Music] now i i said sir please bring me this wonderful meal you told me about it do you know what he said you know he said i'm very sorry sir [Applause] do everybody say that so you cannot give us what you do not have now let's try one more time you cannot give to [Applause] [Music] now let me tell you why no prophet can save you i know no religion because i needed to be saved myself [Applause] a father interceding for you that's why there is only one name under heaven whereby men might be saved about the name [Music] oh wherefore god hath also highly exalted him and given him a name that is above every name that at the name of jesus christ every knee shall bow of things in heaven on earth and under the earth and every tongue confess that jesus christ is lord to the glory of god the father woman peter lord [Music] let me try again [Applause] [Music] upon the name of the lord has a very very very good chance of being saved i'm so sorry you know i just flew into tanzania yesterday [Music] hallelujah tomorrow morning and this [Applause] i come from the united states american and i live in a state called florida you know it's a florida florida is very hot florida we don't have such beautiful weather like you have here and so they go and they get in the water and they cool down and they swim and many times the people lie on the sand under the sun i will tell you i'll tell you you cannot tell anybody else okay it's a secret okay do you know why white people lie on the on the sand under the sun do you know why yeah because white people wish that their skin was darker because and they wish white people wish they had beautiful skin like you now uh and so i was at the beach with my friends [Applause] [Music] again [Applause] i i had to make a choice i could use the little bit of breath i had left that to me i could cry for help do you know what i did what did i do what do you think i did yeah do [Music] [Music] and i remember thinking to myself this is how i died [Applause] my friend listen to me tonight and compulsions [Applause] yes and jesus will reach to you now yes he will reach across that boiling ocean pull you out of the sea he will place your feet upon the solid [Music] if you believe in this is your moment of salvation i want to ask you a question tonight if you would say i want to be saved i want jesus to reach to me and rescue [Music] if you would say daniel i want that new life in jesus tonight i want to receive him as my savior i want to put my trust in him for salvation i want you to repeat this prayer after me first in english and then after my interpreter do not whisper this prayer pray like a man drowning in the sea oh my i come to you tonight [Music] [Music] put your hands together for jesus [Applause] now if you have received jesus for the first time tonight yes for you inaudible [Music] [Applause] foreign come on [Music] thank you come on just begin to thank him thank you [Music] thank you [Music] foreign lord i pray that even now by your spirit you move across this field but you bring healing to that you drive away every spirit of
