here at time warp we've already shown you how they can transmit deadly disease but now we introduce you to the fine art of cheating no no more modern mode of deception and they're incredibly playing with cards play that's a slight understate these twin card sharks have taken shuffling and double-dealing to the extreme and they're going to show us how they do it in terms of what we do it's the hand is quicker than the eye it's sleight of hand it's we're just manipulating the playing cards okay so even if we reveal you know the tricks behind you guys stuff it's still gonna take people yes I mean you guys will see the secrets of our tricks but good luck going out and doing it you know tomorrow your friends because it's taken us 12 years to master these techniques we're gonna start with some simple flourishes and then get into the more extreme ones this is called the waterfall spring it looks like this mostly always done directly down but it can even be done side to side okay pop quiz quit is a three the same as a Jack answer when Dave I mean Dan I mean but what are those guys gets ahold of it they say we're Delta 3 okay and then in an instant you can switch it for the jack magic from a technical standpoint I love the switch because if you watch it the jack the card in my palm actually helps the three into the pump so it's very mechanical in the way it was designed watch again regular speed see where that twelve-year-old learning curve comes in okay flourishes and tricks are fine but we want to see the good stuff cheating don't you I you the Dave and Dan are cheaters they're not but they could be so let's deal from the bottom of the deck I'm gonna deal with some hands of Poker so let's do three one two three four four one two three four one two three four and five hands to complete it you need another car yeah let's see how you did what hey how could Dave be so lucky well luck has nothing to do with it as our slow motion cameras will show before he dealt Dave placed all the Aces at the bottom of the deck then his 12 years of experience does the rest I'm feeling is pretty simple you're dealing a card off the bottom of the deck fingers have to move out of the way in order to take the bottom cartilage it's the only way to take it but you know through practice there's a way to eliminate that movement and if you notice he's actually pushing out that ace with his fingers just slightly he's buckling or bending the car to allow some air between the bottom of the car less friction it slides out easier so not only are you priming it with a little bend to open up the cards in the bottom are but you're also still pulling the top card a little forward with your thumbs oh yeah actually that's important because you want every deal to look the same you want the bottom deal to look exactly like the top deal that's how that works and it's it's really cool to see what's in slow motion and the big difference between magic and gambling I mean magic you have the misdirection you can direct them elsewhere where in this scenario wherein you're at a table and people are you know with their eyes on you but you can't have room for air no room for air is right because we know where that will lead speaking of frontier justice
