DAD'S DATING A COLLEGE GIRL? ("Lemonade Mouth" commentary)

hey what's going on troublemakers welcome back I want to start this video by welcoming all the new subscribers you are all officially troublemakers now so welcome to the family but when I say family I mean not in like we're related but more like a gang we're like a gang family except without the crime it always weirds me out a little bit when youtubers are like subscribe to join the family and I've already subscribed and I'm like whoa whoa whoa whoa I didn't sign up for this I'm not looking to come over for Thanksgiving or anything I'm just trying to watch your videos I've been keeping a secret from you guys oh boy when I upload these movie commentary Monday videos it's Sunday when I do it I'm so ashamed when I started this I had intended to always upload on Monday knowing on Sundays I do nothing but watch football I'm an avid football fan so I get zero work done on Sunday so I have to have my videos ready by the end of Saturday so that they're ready for Monday but then I thought if they're ready Saturday why not just put it up Sunday that way during commercials or any time that I'm bored on Sunday I can just go through the comments cuz that's one of my favorite things to do honestly the best part about being a youtuber is seeing the feedback seeing which jokes you liked seeing what you have to say about the movie what you have to say about my videos those are the best parts of doing YouTube that said I like to remind everybody that I don't want recommendations for movies even last week before I started going through and cleaning it up it was I was pricing like 60% of the comments were just recommendations for movies I do want to do the movies that you guys want me to do though I gotta figure out a way to to get recommendations but to not let it overtake the comments section on YouTube I don't know maybe we'll go to Twitter and do something I don't know I'll figure something out today we're doing a movie that I've never heard of before but since I've been doing the Disney musical stuff recently you guys recommended this as well so I'm gonna trust their guidance again don't recommend but I'm gonna be doing a video you recommended I got hit why won't they let me rent these movies Disney you're killing me here all right I own this movie now so better be good oh it's like a concert the story of how our band came to be oh it's a band it's a start of a band it was this ragtag group of five it started it all if I'm gonna tell you this right I need to go back to the beginning okay so we flashed back to this and now we're flashbacking either even is it the college girlfriend detention at least we'll be together right oh my god like he actually let me off with a warning soccer practice and big game to come up I just can't miss him it's got favoritism yep okay he's definitely not gonna be ending up with the girl what's gonna tell you Jenny why are you wearing a helmet that thing goes for miles an hour he's wearing a helmet it's got the backup beeper on it dawg I'm gonna need you to [ __ ] get rid of that scooter he whips Artie's trash he couldn't kick a still soccer ball this it's not it's not moving and he whiffed on a still soccer ball haha target that rack focus just get blasted in the face what is this why our school sponsored terrible blast this sponsor for the school why don't you find another seat Oh back off Kristen Dunst music this is the underground so this looks like a drug lab chess club he hasn't found a partner in months I almost joined chess club I was looking for a club to join and I was like oh maybe I'll throw in Chess Club and then I went in and then the guy destroyed me in like three moves and I was like yeah I'm a [ __ ] take off now see it's been great it's been fun I know he reminds me of the you threw up in elementary school in class people don't forget I still remember the people who threw up in elementary school I still see their faces it haunts me I think the girl that's gotten at least airtime is the lead singer and I thought the movie would revolve around the lead singer whatever I want to come no not with your college girlfriend no I don't like to ride i'd like to revise your college girlfriend how were soccer tryouts well I'm not great mom I couldn't kick a steel ball sorry I'm not out inventing biodegradable plastic so she's like the leestown I may not be a genius already to that song the theme of the supporting vocals without any practice they ran it through one time and nailed it didn't told us we don't get a full set of Halloween back you told burn again she has some band and so-called band has half our stage time now it's nuts yeah [ __ ] you dog I'm a part of that band do you know who else is just a bunch of nobodies oh I'm in the band I thought she's gonna keep this a secret that I mean you're kidding right come on joining the band is taking half our night from us what's up with that maybe my music is important to me too I'm sure it is just not as important you selfish prick man this guy's gotta go he's got to go I'm taking that band down one way or another okay all their hip-hop oh yeah [Music] these guts are good I wanted to hate him but they make good music I'm a superstar I got a cool car the girls like me better than whoever you are songwriting needs a little bit of work but your sound is good they played one song they played one song you're worried about them the other band taking up half of your set but then when you have a full set to yourself you only play one song when are they gonna decide on the band name first order of business abandon ah I knew it back off to bash what kind of band name is that I loved it I loved it and I've just been distracted and rehearsals soccer practice dog you gotta go you gotta go I gotta megaphone you have microphones not just ask to the legendary status shut them down mid set you it's like he's ready to strangle it promised there'd be no funny business but it wasn't funny we're just stop oh my god that cannot be there move look hmm drinking lemonade we're so cool yeah okay I was really excited for this moment I wanted them to become like a phenomenon oh they're back at Chuck E Cheese my parents already think of in soccer practice every afternoon oh damn okay that's right now the one fault of the movie is they really haven't delved into the personal stuff at all and I get it there's just not enough time there's five lead characters I know he said that soccer practice went great that one time but like I didn't know he was keeping up with the lie it'd be nice to see those scenes seen if they're sure even if it's a montage I don't know there's there's something that you can do there I'm pretty much planning and not seeing him again for the rest of my life wait is that her boyfriend did they break up oh here we go here we go what's going on oh dude here some snow oh she sings too I know there's this one lead singer but they have four only the drummer has it [Applause] dog let her go let her be with the drummer you know I think is gonna happen is the other guys gonna try to sabotage the blond-haired guy is gonna try to sabotage the lemonade mouth again and then the boyfriend is gonna get Redemption by stopping the sabotage and then she's gonna end up with him oh he pissed so they cut to the shot of the drummer right after because I think he's into her our cat died the cat's dead that's what you get for having it okay I blamed her for having an old cat I'm such an [ __ ] her favorite can't decide and I'm like yeah it's what you deserved dude host knocked her with his elbow sometimes I think I'm too stupid it being my family they're all like yeah you finally picking up on it my dad's in prison what'd he do what'd he do deme burner your mom he writes but I don't write back are they threatening notes I killed your mom I'm gonna kill you too which is why I'm so glad to have this you know the Friendship Bread sings as well he raps and sings yogi's is like a collection of the most talented people in the world they play all the instruments and they also have great vocals to the drummer he's pretty one-dimensional whoa oh he's got vocals although I can kind of hear why they don't give him more than one night my latest massage friendship montage to run around the boom mic are they recording a music video you don't need a boom mic for a music video though whose vocals are those the male the drummer [Music] yeah you don't need a boom mic dog there's literally singing it to microphones you just capture that audio I'm getting critical oh oh what's going on what's going on dog I still have feelings for you I'm sorry redemption oh it doesn't change anything between us oh okay it's gonna take a lot more than sari to fix this oh yeah yeah and debating knock yes she just busted in on him in the bathroom you should never never ever not knock when you go into a bathroom with a teenage boy in it because you're gonna see things that you wish you had never seen just from the future looks bright is for Lemonade Mouth everything started to fall apart oh she got bronchitis I guess no Taylor I'm really happy for you I'm let you finish yeah back to their roots this is like the third time that's happened where they're like no we're done we're not playing anymore and then one person's like and then they're all like [ __ ] we're doing he's got a he's got a shirt with his own face on it I was thinking that like what I said that actually in the camp rock like what if they what if she just came on at the end and just bombed and sucked and that's what this movie's doing [Music] they gotta pull it together right Oh is he gonna pull vocals out of zas come on drummer sing oh this again again they're walking off we're done and then someone is one slightly musical thing and they're like oh we're in it and now they're walking off again crazy who are you we're Bobo what wait this is not how a competition works that's kind of cool actually okay so they actually don't perform Wow Wow I'm applauding this movie they did what I thought you could never do we wanted something bigger that night come on come on what about drummer boy oh boy oh boy he's not crushed just get some love interest out of nowhere rah ha ha ha ha ha ha what are you standing there bro you're blocking the view the best man doesn't stand directly in front of the couple now I own an organic pink lemonade company thing is going gangbusters it's crazy people just can't get enough of the stuff FML yeah mal understood this was more than happy to help us build she's telling the story you don't wait to tell you the rest in person you're never gonna believe where we're playing next week mathis key stop I just hope our new guitar player can't eat oh he's in the band now you have three guitar players why play Madison Square Garden in high school after bombing their last performance I wanted to say though the Powerade storyline the Powerade they specifically had in the contract in order to fund the field that there cannot be competing drinks in the school so how do they get another contract for another drink that would breach that'd be a breach of contract just breaking down this like I'm a lawyer that's a breach of contract I don't know how I feel about letting this new guy into the band the boyfriend I don't know how I feel about that next week we're not if we're done with musicals for a little bit I'm ready for a meaty plot maybe a body-switching plot maybe something a little freaky if you can't guess what next week's video is then play that over again in fact just watch over from the start just watch this video from the start again this movie's definitely better produced than the other two High School Musical and Camp Rock because it was a couple years after and because of the success of High School Musical and then camp rock I'm sure they had a know I'd know they had a bigger budget this budget was a lot more expensive than the other two god I'm gonna have a video coming up in the next couple days in the next Sunday I'll be back for the next movie commentary Sunday so we just changed the name should we just bring it to smoothie commentary Sunday kind of like the fact that it's just like an inside thing I'll put camp rock on top and then on the bottom I'll put High School Musical so if you haven't
