that they're going to bring co-pilot for office which is AI powered assistant and I believe it will have all kind of you know bells and whistle that you can see with chargpt but what we can do as of now and then again the AI powered co-pilot initially will be available for business users how about us how we can get the power of chia GPT today itself and that for free inside office productivity tools such as PowerPoint so in this video we will be seeing how we can utilize the power of chat GPT inside Microsoft PowerPoint so without further Ado let's get started okay now here we can see we are in our computer screen and let me quickly open charge GPT so you need to Simply type chargpt and there we go let me just quickly log out show you how you can login if you are new here so I'm gonna provide you the same Link in the description this video and then from there let's say if you are a first time user you need to click on sign up then you will be simply continue with your Google account or your Microsoft account like that you can easily create your ID after successfully creating your chargpt account what we need to do we will see on which topic we want to create content let's say I want to create a presentation on how we can protect our mother nature so for that let me quickly dive here and then I can ask chargpt and then I also can Define you know the number of PowerPoint slide I need let's say I need at least 20 slides or um let's say 25 slide so I'm gonna say to him that and there we go we just hit enter and here we can see it have started providing us the introduction slide and then definition of Mother Nature slide so um we can see the capability of this generative AI how good actually it is and how relevant content it actually produced now while this produce the content let's talk about what if a certain slide is not present here or you also want that part also to be covered in your presentation for that what you can actually do is you can simply ask charge GPT to add that as well so let me quickly go through these slides so here we can see it start with introduction and then definition of Mother Nature and then cause of environmental degradation and here we can see the major cause it is showing us is um pollution deforestation and climate change and then it is also talking about effect so like this but I also want um in this presentation how the vehicles powered by gasoline is making effect on environment so in order to add that kind of slide let me quickly ask him and then let me hit enter back again and there we go here we can see it have provided us a dedicated slide on impact on gasoline powered vehicle on environment now and not only that it also have provided you know suggestion that what could be better in that it also have provided a suggestion um which is alternative transport option okay so um we have we can see our whole slides are ready but these slides are in very raw form so now what actually we can do is let me quickly select all these slides okay and then click on copy now what we need to do is we will be visiting the following URL which is office.com and there you need to click on create document so let me click on word type document and there is a reason behind it so yeah you can see I have pasted all the slide notes now what I'm gonna do is I'm going to click here on file and then click on export and then click on export to PowerPoint presentation preview and there we go it will automatically try to detect the content of each slide and then here you have different different templates and based on the kind of content you are talking about it will also choose the wallpaper accordingly so I like this one so let me just quickly choose this theme and then click on export now just wait because the entire process is automated and you do not need to do anything and we will see how the presentation look like and there we go it was that fast and then let's click on open presentation and let's say if you already have desktop version available you can also open this presentation on your desktop app [Music] thank you foreign there we go so that's how guys we can easily
