CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP | NO WINE | Mia Channel

hi guys and welcome back to my channel in today's video i'm going to share with you how to make this yummy and delicious mushroom soup so to start you'll need one tablespoon of olive oil with one tablespoon of butter [Music] then add one chopped onion and cook it until it gets soft [Music] now i took 500 gram of sliced mushrooms and after about 5 minutes of cooking the onion i toss the mushrooms into the pot and add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic you might think there is a lot of mushrooms but don't worry they are going to shrink [Music] add salt and pepper and then let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft [Music] [Music] now i'm getting my chicken broth ready so i took two chicken stock cube with 800 milliliters of boiling water but if you don't want to use chicken stock you can use vegetable one [Music] at this stage add one tablespoon of flour into the mushrooms and give it a good stir so the flour gets cooked [Music] and then add the chicken broth [Music] cover it and let it cook for about 30 minutes [Music] and now it's time to add the 200 milliliters of cooking cream then cover and simmer for another 5 minutes [Music] [Music] now our soup is ready to blend [Music] so if you liked today's video don't forget to like it and subscribe for more and thanks for watching see you in my next one bye bye
