one time I had someone go into my apartment. they didn't steal anything. just made a mess. I called the cops because I thought whoever did it was still in the master bedroom (door was locked and shut). they came and cleared the apartment. one cop said it was a ghost since there were no signs of forced entry and strange nothing was stolen, and the other told me it was probably a crazy ex-girlfriend with a key, and I'm like...if you knew me the ghost explanation is more reasonable.
