Terry's now just a few feet away from the man who so brutally took the life of his daughter sure Alda he's looking directly at Madison [Applause] [Applause] I've taken your statements in your petition as part of your testimony but I need you to tell me briefly and your own words what happened to cause you to ask for a domestic violence order yes things have been escalating I guess since the first of the year let's just had a couple of miw and a couple arrests and she got out of jail and I guess April and she started she started we hadn't really had anything personal up until that point she got out of jail and a problem miss Hardwick you will be held in contempt of this Court is behind this rep chair I haven't done anything to this Court I haven't done anything to put them to a beer attention if they were making evil serve ten days for contempt of court you go now [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] McAndrews making this up so that being said number one and to know whether or not want to be here during the trial process no all right do you want to test [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] mr. cooker before the court first sentence and a couple of things that are going in your favor one you didn't hold the firearm during this episode that the second is that the victim luckily survived that being said this was intentional it was an orchestrated ambush and you are a main part of that and for that I'm gonna go ahead and do the case you guilty of all three charges sentence you to 20 years in state prison as to the first the crying you hear is coming from clucks month the sentence much more severe than they expect [Music] [Music] public defender what do you want to do if they fall they have I'm not waiting all right what do you want to do what do you want to do I'm not waiting you want to set up for trial set up for trial judge Murphy wants the defendant to waive his right to a speedy trial schedules backed up Weinstock isn't budging and tensions are mounting I would throw it at you right now stop pissing me off just sit down I'll take care of it I don't need your help right to be here to have a license if you want to fight let's go out back and I'll just beat your ass they both head to the hallway behind the courtroom just out of the view of the courts cameras believe it or not they get into a physical altercation until judge Murphy returns to the courtroom alone this is Tanner Jacobsen who's charged with reckless driving and driving with a suspended license this is Cody Howard who's charged a second degree burglary first degree trafficking in stolen property third degree driving with a suspended license and two warrants for failing to appear in court neither of them feel like sticking around judge Buzzard springs into action and it's on keep in mind the two escapees are in handcuffs and prison-issue sandals a witness points the judge in the right direction as does this bright orange clue here they've made it to the third floor stairwell and now to the second just one floor away from freedom but Judge Buzzard is gaining some ground especially on the one who lost his sandal the judge tackles the lagging defendant just outside the exit to the building two deputies catch up moments later and bring him back to a cell the other defendants picked up just a few blocks away we head now to Jackson Michigan to the Fourth Circuit Court a personal protection violation hearing is on against this man Jacob Larson the defendants accused of sending unwanted advances through Facebook messages sued this woman seated here a former high school acquaintance this incidents of violation of our straining order against Jacob this is the second time the judge is questioned the defendant about his contact with the plaintiff in fact the same judge had issued the defendants original EPO four months earlier I told you to just leave her alone she was a classmate of yours she currently has no ill treating someone heard of Tony along you know what I told you to leave her alone and apparently that didn't get through loud and clear so today you're going to jail for three days and the next time you violate it you're going to jail you know bad attitude last time we're going okay you okay our buddy buddy y'all get along 45 days County Jail 93 days in the county jail you want to go for a year O'Brien right now what what are you it'll be your account over Facebook over over violations of my PPO and the judge clearly agitated by the defiant defendant sending him to jail boy stand off you go to jail for a year in the count 365 days County Jail appealing will the judge now steps in to help subdue the defendant three days [Music] you
