hole and i'm not a hard old that wears sunglasses inside but getting through some of this required a bit of protection i will never stop getting cosmetic surgery because this is my lifestyle two years ago i had no job after the anastasia i wake up with a long-term permanent erection i'm sorry did you say long-term permanent erection okay okay if that's a side effect where do i sign i wasn't aware that this was a thing it happened during the surgery that was one of the worst period in my life i'm not scared getting surgery after what happened to me i'm sorry worst experience of your life walking around with a fully loaded truck stick all day ready to plow other ken and barbie dolls at a moment's notice without having to worry about performance anxiety that sounds like a dream what are exposure i need to try to understand the mindset of what it means to be someone that wants to look this insane [Music] i had no job i had my eye done eyebrows transportation i have my lips done my cheeks done and that's it all right honestly this guy is kind of good introduction into this community because this is child's play for procedures six procedures that's like normal any in l.a anywhere in l.a this you know what i'm saying he looks a little bit over the top of some of the stuff but if you get a little deeper with me and we'll touch on this guy in a second this uh this guy justin's on a whole nother playing field getting like 300 implants in his legs and doing a big leg reveal to his boys we'll touch on that in a minute today i'm going to have my massive leg reveal to my boys and get their comments on how they think it came out when we talk about money you know what i spend on my procedures this is something about what i don't like to talk because people start to think that aesthetically pleasing because we've kind of created this [ __ ] warped [ __ ] up idea of what it means to i don't i don't know look good maybe with the jawlines and stuff but when that seed gets planted in someone's head and it grows and makes them go to this extreme to look this way you have to wonder what the [ __ ] going on in there few years ago i've been in iran for the no job when i wake up from the anastasia actually i wake up to the long term permanent erection that was his botched certain soul so the title of this video is i've been botched but won't stop getting lipo apparently his botched surgery was him having a long-term permanent erection which what a what a crazy side effect after what they happened to me with this permanent erection i feel very very bad that was one of the worst period of my life i had three surgery on my wheelie did you say willy had three three surgeries on my relay it's tough to have sympathy for someone who's undergoing these insane medical treatments to try and look a certain way and then you have this absurd side effect right you're like oh i'm so sorry that happened but why maybe it wouldn't happen if you didn't do this crazy [ __ ] in the first place but listen hey it's their life let them do what they want to do but it comes down to the same rule i use for every single area of my life which is moderation right you see a cake probably not good for you have a slice not the end of the world don't eat the whole [ __ ] thing in one sitting you go to a party there's a keg there tap the cake maybe you have two to three beers enjoy your night don't do 45 cake stands and get pants [ __ ] drunk and pass out on the front lawn want to get a little botox to smooth some wrinkles [ __ ] yeah why not but if you're shooting your ass fat into your forehead and it's causing a permanent erection that needs three surgeries that puts you out of business for three months maybe you need to [ __ ] take your foot off the gas a little bit moderation it's the cheat code of life i will never stop getting cosmetic surgery because this is my lifestyle i take care so much about my look and to me it's so important to look young this is how i found this dude here justin who they all have a hooked on the look right they all that's like i imagine part of this whole thing is like they want exposure they want to be famous they want to be loved and so they all do what they can to get media exposure and so let's move on to justin's one here human ken dog it's world's first multiple leg implants um let's rip it as the human kendall and i'm getting my dream leg this is going to be my thousandth cosmetic procedure thousandth that's come on dude unless you've spent a million dollars like i need it in monetary terms because what how expensive are those procedures they could be cheap you could have went somewhere lame like give me something to be proud of you for that's that's kind of bush league if i'm being honest the first person to do full leg augmentation with eight implants all at once he's literally he's getting he's installing an implant on every single leg muscle that he has this is [ __ ] my man is eight implant leg surgery with months of recovery that's going to put you over the milly mark easy my legs i'm looking for more of an over stylized look dr epley it's like a birthday oh my god it's a big tears 23. still have 23 implants in total and if you look at that as a ratio of your total body weight which is what 168 with 70. yes soaking 15 of you is not really they're all like oh my god justin this is great 15 maybe we'll get 20 by next year this is wonderful oh what a [ __ ] bunch of warped uh you know what no living their best life let's we're embracing this we're exposing ourselves to this community and they're i hope they're happy because what the [ __ ] when we're in surgery we when they put the baby ken it was a little over exaggerated so i told the doctor and we shaved them down and we re-contoured them yo baby ken just took the steering wheel and was like you know justin wanted the 20cc [ __ ] quadriceps but i didn't like him and i'm baby ken so shave him down to 16 cc's well he's under that's a [ __ ] bold move to be taking inches off my man's quads without him even able to make the executive decision like that's that's true love right there i hope he doesn't get pissed when he wakes up that could be problematic hey hello to america hi hi america we were in surgery i may have done something a little surprising he's like make sure you record it for to the extreme give him that extra 4 inch on the quad so it looks [ __ ] gross my body now i guess i got to design yours a little bit too so i finally made it home it's not totally over now um the surgery's finished but now comes the hard part for me i have to heal the recovery i feel sorry imagine if all the time it took to do the surgery and all the months of recovery to get back if you just spent that time like doing squats and eating nutritiously maybe maybe your body would grow those naturally but that would be that would be weird to do that i don't think that's too much that's too much work who yeah no [ __ ] it just get the surgery today i'm going to have my massive leg reveal to my boys [ __ ] yeah they ain't your boys if they're not there for your massive leg reveal baby body modifications i'll continue to try to push the envelope and be an extremist in the field of plastic surgery and body modifications and i know that i'll never stop [ __ ] why would you you're already this far in just keep it going keep it going where where can you that's that's the that's the thing about uh people that are this deep into body modifications um it's an addiction and it becomes to the point where like there's never a goal line there's never a yes i'm satisfied i feel comfortable in my skin now it's always the next thing that can change you're always chasing this carrot that you're never gonna catch and that becomes problematic because you'll never be happy i mean i'm just repeating some [ __ ] dr phil said once i don't know what it's like to be happy yet i'm sorry i'm capping right now it's it's crazy but you could uh you know you can find videos like this uh all over the place whether it's like the the guys from the middle east that do like the bicep and trap injections you know those guys josh put up a picture of those guys it's just an iteration of body dysmorphia i imagine i don't know a lot about it but it is interesting because it's i mean eating disorders are so like condemned i don't want to say condemned but like um deemed as bad things that you need help and treatment for but this type of thing is like celebrated by our culture almost where it's like yeah they're doing what makes them happy i guess so there's kind of a weird disparity there from for me but what the [ __ ] do i know certainly i'm not in a position to be telling other people how to live their life they're not hurting anyone by doing this uh if this is what makes them happy then [ __ ] let it rip baby i've always tried to champion the moderation mindset it works in so many areas of life i feel like but i could only hope to be as glamorous as these human ken dolls so i'm only speaking what's worked for me however i will admit one thing i have not had moderation in is my consumption of leon lush videos and i hope you don't either just consume as many as you [ __ ] can binge the whole [ __ ] channel don't stop keep that [ __ ] on repeat then after
