guy you come out here and you work and you work and you come so close sometime to catching somebody doing something they just get away and that once every month or every two months when you catch somebody that that's just committed a burglary or trying to steal a car or just shoot or stab someone there's there's no no rush like it got a business up here that was robbed about a month ago apparently the the white male that robbed them they just saw outside the entrance to the store and he ran around right around the back here bob was it the guy that did the 41 before yeah where's he at did he did he leave on foot he's running back here someplace i don't know where did they already arrest him for it please [Applause] right behind that building right there way upper i got the suspect on the east end of this building here he's on foot going towards the uh george bears sir come here too far forward 10 9 you cut out therefore i got the suspect running on the railroad tracks george bears avenue you can get some units that way are you gonna stop walking am i gonna run the whole way to you take your hand out of your pocket turn around get out on your knees right there get your hands away from your pockets man you death get on your knees there you go cross this leg over this one cross that leg over stay just like that for me stand up i can you can stand up don't cross your legs are you running why am i running what are you an echo why are you running okay i'm going to read you your rights you understand okay sure all right you have the right to remain silent anything you say cannon will be used against you in a court of law you have the right to the presence of an attorney cannot afford an attorney will be appointed for you without charging before any questioning the store a minute ago yeah come out there try to buy pack cigarettes okay well they've implicated you in a robbery said you robbed them about a month or two ago they recognized you they remembered you from that robbery remember no sir i have never been up here okay all right have you got all his have you got all his information except for the except for the deal you just gave me right yes sir there's two more witnesses oh is there two more stand out that's fine right there right there be patient wait right here just if what you're telling me is true yes we don't want to take somebody to jail for something they didn't do i didn't do it okay these gentlemen are going to drive around here to make sure we don't have mistaken identity okay i don't have no car no [Music] station right there and uh buy pack cigarettes and the guy wouldn't open the door and i was like hey can i buy a pack of cigarettes you know and uh you got two packs that i pulled off yeah one huh one of them's unopened and one is brand new you've got you've already got two packs i was just trying to sleep so i can go you know working on i'm sorry she turned this way here no no no i want you to turn this way look at that look at that deputy in that vehicle there and that one right there yes just pulled up that's it okay okay come on chris where am i going right now we're gonna take you up the substation yes we're gonna take you up to one of our sub stations here do the same thing sit back i explain to you you're under arrest for armed robbery slide all the way back good job see you up there yeah i'll see you up there good job man thanks good job i'm gonna say something for this man and then we'll be gone that worked out good it's the guy on the right here in the t-shirts the one that was jumping up and down pointing him out sir hello hey i wanted to thank you point him out like that gave us good directions there he didn't have a prayer and thank you for identifying him yes sir he did a good job tonight keeping him out because he uh he was going to do the same thing well when he walked up to the doorway i said that's the same son of a brought me before and then i dialed 9-1-1 and that's whenever i looked out and there is standing out there looking at me looking in the back door at me because i mean he scared out of me last time waving it because you don't know if he does you don't know if he does have something in there no you don't i mean he was so wired up that night that he was in here that i just had no idea okay good job both of y'all both of y'all good job we got it yes we did yes we did so now the neighborhood's safe at least for the night i hope huh you all take care all right bye-bye bye-bye sir good night the owner of some private property up here which is wooded that seems to have several homeless camps on it and he's wanting to trespass the people off of it so we're going to go up here and check the people out and issue them trespass warnings and have them remove themselves from the property gentlemen yes sir do you have a couple ids please are you the only two back here tonight yes sir is there anybody else back here lives back here beside you all no [Applause] how long you all been living here uh about months and a half month and a half you two or a little longer well he's been here he's been here about a week and a half i just ran out of the money i had from my retirement where are you from well i'm originally from pennsylvania do you just migrate down here in the winter or now it's a situation here my wife my son and a friend of mine come from norfolk well december 5th they left me from interchange motel just dropped me point blank and they took off i have no idea where they're at or anything so i've been stuck in the street since december 5th in my case is i retired [Music] [Applause] you know you have a warrant out from new jersey wasn't aware of it okay well apparently you do um what we're doing now is waiting for confirmation okay if they come back and say yes you have a warrant okay and they want to extradite you then we're going to place you under arrest for a warrant all right if they come back and they say yes he has a warrant but we don't want to extradite him then you're done here okay i mean we ain't going to arrest you you have any idea what it might be for your child support anything like that no child support [Applause] trafficking violations i don't know well they're not going to expedite you for a traffic violation i mean you stick up any place or rob any place or no no no no no after oh nothing like that all right sir won't you stand up here okay yeah i believe what we're going to do here since it's kind of rough terrain and stuff all right you want to just get one side and i'll get one side and walk him to the car okay any problems with that [Applause] because it's because it's kind of rough i don't want you falling down if we put cuffs on you and stuff back here what happened up there in new jersey that you got put on probation my niece claimed i molested her and that never really happened and uh we plea bargained our way out of it went with the lawyer and i got put on four years probation and then uh got divorced right right and uh the situation was bad i couldn't stay there anymore so uh [Applause] i left okay and that was and that violated your probation right violated probation okay all there is to it okay that sounds logical if you leave the state you're on probation usually they violate you so they want my butt back up there huh yes sir apparently so oh well look at the bright side it's getting to be springtime and i'll have a roof over my head that's true the rains are coming soon cp advisors mail subject outside breaking into the vehicle we're enroute to a burglary in progress of a vehicle um supposedly there's someone breaking into the car we're not too far away so the wife couldn't tell whether the subject was signal zero with anything supposedly this guy has got a weapon husbands got him down laying on the ground down here somewhere [Music] fox 497 keep your hands wearing see them partner spread them out father spread them out spread them out okay bring your right hand backwards bring it back there you go good man okay bring that one back okay you got anything on you you think it's going to stick me okay okay [Applause] okay lean on the front of the car okay you know in front of the car okay we got room in the back fox 475 he's in a car [Music] okay you had him lay down oh yeah he was in the car he was in your which car okay he drove the part was still open okay okay yeah i want to put you some clothing on oh yeah okay you came out and you caught him here yeah he was in the car okay he came back up around there there you sit okay [Music] he's going to be charged with burglary of a vehicle attempted grand theft of a vehicle um possession of burglary tools and resisted out for violence because he won't tell us what his name is okay okay so you guys talked about hitting the run but he was running okay just about everybody in florida's got guns so these guys that try to break into houses and cars and stuff need to be aware of that they could pay the penalty if they get caught by the owners job is a brotherhood you're closer to these people sometimes you may feel like you're closer than your own family because they really understand what you're going through on a daily basis and i understand what they go through and we know that we're out here we put our lives on the line every day and i think a lot of people don't realize the kind of stress that that carries with it to know that every time you put on this uniform and leave your home and kiss your wife and kiss your child it may be the last time that you're able to do that we're on route 2a drug call at a trailer park only details we have now is an anonymous caller it's called i said there's three black males and one white male and a black chevy and they believe the subjects are doing drugs at that location and the latest information we have is that one of the subjects may be armed with a knife [Applause] this is a black car here [Applause] stand up against the back of the car right there no move from the car put your butt right up against the back right here step out [Applause] i don't want anybody going anywhere stay right there where i told you to stay you too partner hang tight right there and there's still ball in that car it's it's still burning inside the car sitting right now oh it's plain view when we pulled up according to the call the lady said that she believes they were dealing drugs or doing drugs in the car we pulled up the marijuana smoke was very evident in the car and it looks like we're going to have a plain view search when i looked in the car they still have it looks like what appears to be a marijuana cigarette there on the between the seats that's still burning i'm going to get the guys separated question them find out uh try to find out whose marijuana is and maybe uh arrested one if not only yeah you smelled it you can walk once we go to the car and take a look you'll be able to see it they probably got one still burn that's gonna light the car on fire they're smoking blunts that's what they're doing they're putting them who had the cigar i think they got you have they got a filter on it i think so rip that filter off that's how they do it man they do the blunts that's the thing they put it in the end of the filter man i have a cigar is that the only one you got you got one there's a bag in the front so you just pulled out from underneath the seat you see that on the front seat he just stuck his head underneath the seat over there that's the one too is that it oh yeah good deal [Applause] everywhere yeah the dog pulled this one out good job i told you dog dog's got a better nest underneath the front seat passenger or driver driver's seat with that amount of marijuana found in in that bag underneath your seat you're going to be charged listen to me not my bag well i can't prove whose bag it is okay if somebody stuck it under your seat i'd seriously doubt they did because everybody got out at the same time how they would have done that is beyond me okay so misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge it's no big deal not my bag i mean damn okay you're gonna we can you can discuss it when it goes to court turn around for me yes turn around for me turn around that's that he's under arrest we'll go ahead and call someone to come pick up the car or release the car from here and off he can go to jail end up arresting a driver and a passenger both for possession of marijuana plus we find out the drivers got felony warrants two guys go to jail the car is out of here and maybe we stop something else from happening tonight
