out here and from 10 30 at night when i come on until seven o'clock in the morning if i can answer one call right after the other before you know it the night's gone by you know your eight and a half hours is gone you know this is not just a job it's an adventure to me i mean every night is different and when i come out here it's uh it's good to go we're out to a stabbing call suppose we've got two females that are fighting at this time and one has already stabbed the other we got a couple more cars in the route this is it right here i've been here before i've had a big domestic over here out with a knife on my whatsapp she went up to the stairway and the girl started reaching outstanding 47 what girl is the lady that lives here no no it's not your wife is it no no no no because i've been over here with you and your wife we were watching tv stay still now we got an ambulance here we're gonna let them take a look at you need my baby daughter come in and said that they were fighting with something that you got out here yeah no reason to bring a knife at that house where's the girl in here who did this stabbing out here who who did the stabbing i did did you what happened hon oh that girl came over here she wanted to fight me how old are you i'm 16 years old how old is she do you know i don't know and so tell me what happened hang the phone up for a second talk to me all right what's that what's thinking's mom's number orlando what's your name spell your first name for me tell me what happened over here tonight this girl called on him and stopped talking do you know her yeah i know she's like a friend of yours or something she wrote him see this mother no no okay and she's supposed to and i she called over here and i got to on my phone and she said she won't come over and you know beat my you know ass and so when she came up here she told me to come outside so i came y'all sit down and be quiet okay just lay it over here so she hit you where'd she hit you she said stop just don't like it how'd your lip get busted okay just hang tight in here for a minute we're gonna have some detectives come out and talk to you okay it's homiciding round both of them are juveniles and she's here and got her sister in route she says that the girl come over here because she's dating this guy here she come over here and started fighting with her because they were it was you know a conflict because she was supposedly dating him now she used to date him girl popped her and she stabbed her she's got a busted lip was any of y'all here when this happened don't you live here remember that night i was over here yeah i know you thought you were here for me all right that's what i thought i thought was back over here again okay miss your mother right okay okay that's your dad outside right yeah right here did you see any of this go on no sir my baby daughter's coming oh y'all inside no today was having parties sitting here watching tv and my baby daughter came in screaming and hollering when i came out he was trying to get to the phone and call the family and the police asked him what happened they said that there's been a stab and i said well what happened you know when i went outside girls out here she was still trying to get up inside she wouldn't fight or [Music] yeah i seen that one on her back but she wouldn't let us take it off her eye long enough for us i think this gentleman has to tell you more about it or something [Music] did they start fighting yeah they just started fighting and then and did you actually see her the girl came to the door with a hand behind her back and then phil wanda came down so she immediately came out and started striking i thought she was punching but she had the knife in her hand who hit who first did you tell the girl from the doe came out with the knife all right just hang tight for a minute we'll be back in just a second she's saying that they they were fighting right had where'd the knife come in the two girls start arguing from one's out in the yard and the other one's on the front porch and donnell who brought her over here said that the girl had her hand behind her back the whole time so since she walked up on the porch because they was arguing girl started down the porch she just pulled out and started stabbing her you got the knife right it was thrown in the sink there was water all over us let's do that we got two different stores i've been there before and i'm sure before long i'll be back again it's not the first time it's not the last time you know and hopefully this girl is going to be all right hopefully she's not gonna lose a lung over it because it was a you know it's a childish fight oh my boyfriend's over here with you so i'm gonna come over here and smack you in the lip and let's get for real out here because this is this world's getting serious real quick nashville is one of the few cities that you just say the name and you don't even have to put a state behind it it's like new york or los angeles they say nashville and everybody knows what you're talking about never a dull moment um there's several dance clubs and that has a tendency to to bring people out of the woodwork get a lot of people from out of town that come to the big city bright lights to experience the city life the security guard stopped the car over here i'm not sure exactly what the situation is it's got an off-duty officer with him let me see well i want to be back over there and they no that's not mine i'm sorry let me get i'm sorry you stand right here don't go in that [ __ ] in my pocket thank you give me your id whoa it's in my pocket buddy don't jump back in that truck again you said give it to me it's in the pocket of my truck i didn't turn my bill from the club i'll get you tell me where it is now get it don't don't go reaching your hands in the truck again the pocket of the truck's in my wallet i left my wallet in the truck in the glove box it's over on the right hand side i think a black wallet this girl for the longest and she just i mean she's all right i'm kind of glad he can grab in there yeah that's my dear knife my son's here [Applause] i'm sorry i've never been in any trouble in my life well i just got into it and you were playing softball before you came over right my son plays little league baseball sir you're correct and you were squirrel hunting while he was a player yeah that hadn't been shot so long didn't surprise you that's that's what it is too it is a squirrel vine i'm sorry for all this treasure before i go back in there there's anything else i need to know about just stay frosty there's a deer mouth in the pocket there is a gun right there and there is some kind of wooden stick that a guy gave me years and years ago and i never done anything with it back over there i'm sorry i'm sorry i know how y'all got to be suspicious of everybody but this is crazy i never i've had two or three traffic tickets in my life and that's it this is ridiculous what are they doing i mean what did i do wrong all i know is is just that i was standing out in front and i saw you hit a guy in the parking lot taking off over there and i saw you speed out the parking lot and i got in the car with him over there ain't nobody tell you there was a fella that run out trying to stop him that's what it was yeah [Music] i wish you would check that driver's license i really would i have i'm i'm 30 tomorrow and i've never had nothing but a couple three speeding tickets i want to go over there and see don if anybody wants to practice whoever that guy was about right yeah it's crazy they're blowing this bum out of proportion hey hold your water all right first of all this man's a police officer sorry i'm sorry buddy talk to me and listen to what i'm telling you push your mouth okay is there any part of that you don't understand close your mouth listen if this man tells me that you ran over somebody or hit somebody with a truck that's the end of the story i understand i'm not really interested in what you've got to say at this point in time now when he goes over there and if he gets a prosecutor over here we'll deal with it from there just ask me i mean i'm not a liar i'll tell you anything okay who is this girl to you susan come on okay she's been a girlfriend for about eight months all right why do you have her license um she had him in the club with him and we were in the club together you all walked in together no no no we met in that together oh no was that was that the plan was it a chance meeting was it yes she also said that she thought she might see me there and i also told her that i thought i might see her though see we've been having we've been going together for like eight months and we broke up a couple weeks ago and we've both been miserable since did y'all fight or something no well why did you go tearing out of the parking lot because this guy that bought her he wasn't her boyfriend he had a girlfriend with him whoever this person is that supposedly you ran into with a trunk you know what's crazy i got into it they threw me out because of her girlfriend's boyfriend not because of her will oh okay okay okay okay but it wasn't him you tried to run over no no no no no i don't even know who that was and i promise you if he comes right to me and i do not lie i've gone to church all my life and i promise you no don't laugh i promise you that's true i promise you i don't know him from adam okay so i don't even know who i don't know what he was doing why didn't she come outside with you and why does she leave with you not the bartenders the doorman they asked me to leave i understand that but why didn't you come running to your side badly because i'm thinking about myself i've been thinking about a heck of a lot since she's not here right now i really have and that hurt well the problem i've got is i'm hurt i'm sorry i'm hurt all right steve let me talk to her for just a second will you please no i want you to stay right there and i want you to listen what this officer tells you to do just stand there for a second i just need my driver's license okay that's here i've got your driver's license oh thank you um you have did no assault went on he didn't put his hands down no no no no no i mean he just took my license out of my pocket when i was dancing and i was like you know he took it from you yeah that's not what she told me now she knew it he said okay i've got your license and that's how that's why you want to leave with him no i don't you want to go back to where you were what you need to do is you need to get in this truck and you need to drive back to red bull in the springs all right you need to quit doing hand and arm signals to her she's a grown woman if she wants to get in that trunk she will and and the door is unlocked and i think she can figure out how to operate that handle right there other than that i don't want to see you back around here again if i do mr jones rest assured i will take you to the jail is there any part of that you don't understand all right start your truck just be like indy 500 gentlemen start your engine and out ma'am if you want to get in the truck now's the time to do it if you don't i'll be in there with some friends ma'am i'm not interested in any of that all i mentioned is whether or not you want to go back with him if i did i would be in the truck see you very see you later have a great night i hope you'll have fun all right what was the deal anyway why did y'all stop him i saw uh officer hannibal here uh pulled up he said you pulled over i mean it's pretty obvious i mean i know him as a police officer but he didn't have a radio you know and and i figured he might need some help i couldn't tell you know what the situation was he was being uh so he kind of just being safe well take care of my own yeah i kind of sympathize with you we got a fight call the dispatcher said is involving two or three subjects on a street just about two blocks up the up the road here they've been fighting 51 of that car it's going to be back up this way 51 97. who's hey what happened oh he'll come up here don't bless him way in the house you know ain't po beating him beat my daughter up did he beat somebody up tonight not night in about a month but okay no it's jail is anybody hurt tonight we got him away okay he's out of work release he's supposed to be in jail at 6 30 but he's not he'd come up here start and he was drunk he was in a red white pickup which way did he go when he pulled out yeah i don't know in a red white pickup truck yeah by the time we got here according to the complainant the suspect is gone left in a red pickup truck she's really adamant about prosecuting she called several times on our way over here so about all we can do is kind of check the bars in the area the local bars taverns in the area hope we run into him we've got a description of the car he's driving and if we can locate him bring him back over and she said she'd sign a complaint on him because he's done this numerous times before he just pulled in looked at us real heavy he got a bald head wearing a red shirt about six foot he looked to be about 220 yeah he's a pretty healthy guy they said he was about 220 pounds so she wants to prosecute yeah they said they didn't want to prosecute hey partner partner step over here and talk to me for a minute here what's your name what's your name have you got some somebody on yeah [Music] [Music] is he got another car over there or something nothing i know are you supposed to pick him up no i'm not what okay luanne dill does he have any any way to leave from over there told him to stay away from that moment she is bad news did you say that subject's supposed to be back at location location he dropped him he said he dropped him off at ringside pub i guess he must have a bald head too [Laughter] they gave us a description of the suspect supposedly but it matches the this fella that drove the pickup truck so while we're interviewing this guy we get a call from the original complainant that says the suspect's back over there and the complainant's not answering the phone but she's getting another call here there's somebody right there somebody up by the fence there 51 to 11 there he's running [Applause] dude where are you supposed to be right now carmen where are you supposed to be right now i always ask where my girlfriend's ass you out on work release yeah no yes no which one is it no how much you had to drink tonight how much have you had to drink tonight dude how much have you ever drank about two months how much too much i believe it he took off [Music] well each time he does it you can get another one [Music] yeah we were over here earlier tonight she repeated yes i'll prosecute him i'm tired of him doing this he was in jail for beating her she still has the black eye from that he's got an escape charge on that he's been over here twice she's called the police three times tonight wanting us over here and we get over here and you see it's like pulling teeth to get anybody to go down and sign a warrant on him and finally they just all more or less convince themselves that they're not going to go down and sign any kind of warrant on him so it's real frustrating you know get down on your knees and beg these people to prosecute and they don't want to do it they want the police to get over there and get him away but they don't want to do anything to keep him away stay with us on zone reality as our wednesday evening continues with more cops right after the break [Music] you
