COP APPROACHES me while mowing DESERTED HOME and tells me THIS

well this one looks vacant it's got a bunch of stuff on the doors and the windows I guess we'll see what it says code enforcement for the lawn people interested in the property to buy it and fix it up civil penalty citation cut maintain all grass two or below 10 in tall throughout entire property grounds they got fine $900 a few months ago for that there's stuff all over this there's another one right there a $600 fine yeah this place is vacant I'm pretty sure oh yeah look in the mailbox right there it says vacant all right that means we should maybe clean up for the neighborhood but I did the unthinkable and I'm so disappointed [Music] myself that cop just walked up and I had no idea what he wanted hey everyone Spencer here with SB Mowing and I saw this house and knew I had to go knock on the door the grass was getting crazy tall and the edges were crawling over the concrete so I went up to go knock on the door but immediately I knew that it was vacant because there were notes posted all over the glass some of them were business cards for lawn care companies wanting to come cut the grass others were Realtors trying to buy the house and the others were the city that were finding the property one of the fines was as high as $900 for multiple violations of the grasping over 10 in tall and of course nobody answered so I talked to the neighbor just to make sure it was actually abandoned she said nobody's lived there for a while and it's just always crazy overgrown so I thought I'd get cleaned up for the neighborhood and looking so much better for the neighbors but what I didn't expect on this lawn is what took me so long in the backyard because there was a patio completely covered with inches of dirt when I first went back there I had no idea it was there until I started proding around with my shovel and I could feel it through the dirt and while I was doing this I thought I was getting in trouble though because I saw a cop pull out in front and stop and get just a lot of shoveling a lot of weed eating trying to get it out but I did the unthinkable and I'm so disappointed myself I went to go get a drink of water I was sitting in my truck for a second closed the door and I always keep my my truck locked so that people like aren't stealing my stuff inside the cab I've got everything on the back locked up and I left my keys right there right there in the console so I called the locksmith and they're on their way they're going to be here in about 10 minutes it was really quick actually so I don't think I'm going to make that mistake again usually when I make a mistake like that I learn from it and I always will double check after this to make sure I have my keys in my hands are my keys in my pocket before I lock the door and close it but here they are so you see my water bottle right there the front console right next to that yellow DeWalt battery are my are my keys and my key ring so he's going to be here in about 10 minutes so we'll see if he can get him out $300 thank you I appreciate it thanks all right we got the keys out only cost me $300 I don't know if that's expensive or a good deal but he got here in 10 minutes after I called thanks for stopping I appreciate it all right so my heart's beating pretty fast right now because that cop just walked up and I had no idea what he wanted I thought I was going to get in trouble but it turns out he's just a big fan of my content so that's really cool he says he watches me on YouTube all the time so it was super cool of him to stop by he said he usually doesn't Patrol this area so it was kind of out of nowhere that he noticed me and then he saw my truck he's like no way that's the guy that I watch all the time on YouTube that cuts the overgrown Lawns so that's really cool and I'm really glad I'm not in trouble because my heart's pounding real bad right now I got super nervous all of a sudden when I saw him pull up so we just C done with all the edging you guys saw how much that was it was insane I even forgot my gloves today so I'm going to have some blisters but we're going to get to mowing let's do it look how crazy that is jeez wooo [Music] [Music] for [Music] is
