Converting Marley: My Conversion Van! (#VanLife)

welcome to Marley everyone this is my vlog channel check out my channel do-do-do-do-do-do just a check hey guys so today is van conversion day so we actually got a ton of the stuff that we're gonna be keeping in the van and we're excited to start the process we're not doing any of the technical things like we're not doing anything with solar panels yet we're not sitting in any you know electric things this is simply kind of furniture the van things like dishes and cutting boards and stoves and things like that so uh yeah alright so this is the man before nice and plain up in front I do have my little seat covers that I love and then over here this is all empty so let's go ahead and get started so the first thing we're gonna try to figure out is we really wanted to hang some black curtains right here to separate the two front seats from the rest of the house as you would call it so that's what we're gonna try and do we actually got these black out panel ones that way in the morning if we're sleeping back here we don't have to worry about all the Sun coming in well we both have the same like bracelets and stuff right there you doing in my van baby yes I am cuz Marley is the best thing that's ever happened to me besides me no do you want to explain what you're trying to do right now okay so I'm trying to put this to the paperclip so I can stick this through here so it comes out here and you want to tell them why you have to figure out how to do this because I'm really smart and then I knew a way to do it that didn't need a command strip because she convinced me not to buy a command strike hook which would have literally just been perfect figuring out like her [Music] Wow how's your plan work all right so next we're working on this multi-purpose cart but we aren't going to be using the wheels you guys we figured it would have a good table tops on the inside and then two shelves [Music] all right there it is and I also bought some little storage bins for underneath to store like kitchen stuff or clothes and things and there's a little hanger right here and then this actually comes off that if I ever need the table to come off and like fit on the floor to do something I can do that and yeah I'm pretty excited about that actually and then we're going to go ahead and figure out tonight how we want to like attach it to the side of the van so it doesn't move [Music] all right we gotta set this up - well that wasn't hard [Music] I actually think that looks pretty good Bethan and then now we're ready to do the betting all right let's do it all right guys so I'm one people and still be able to ride back here on this seat if I decide that I want company or whatever or on climbing trips so I decided whenever I fold up my bed I don't have to take the sheets off every time so we're actually gonna cut little holes in the sheets to have spots for the buckles so it sounds really sketchy and stupid but actually think it's gonna work out pretty well all right so we just put the red sheet on and we cut the holes and we have all the seat belts coming out but I wanted a white sheet on top because there just looked better with all the other decorations so now we're gonna go ahead and cut that too [Music] area nice [Music] yay for comforters that match the color scheme [Music] [Music] [Music] and Bethany isn't that's the plan that Jessa had at the beginning all right we hung the curtains and now we're cutting the curtains [Music] please open and close up to the front this is like a laundry bag kind of thing still going on here then we have the front where we have a cooler make sure you guys inside the cooler looks like that super cool and then as you can see the curtains are there and they're black thank you guys so much for watching my band conversion I will be doing a ton more stuff to it but that is what we've done to it right now I think it looks really pretty I love the color scheme I love how Marley is looking alright go get this mutt [Music] let's go hunting for food in its urban will [Music]
