blue pumpkin teal pumpkin it's just all about inclusivity but i think christa frost needs a king-sized pillow case i'm just wondering she could share it with everybody i know i'm a little bit sad come on we need to step it up maybe the next time we see her she'll have a bigger pillow with her instead she's like i'm ready for trick-or-treating you got to be prepared for those houses that pass out the big candy bars those favorite houses out there hey well looking ahead to our trick or treat forecast on thursday here in columbus if you are participating those little goblins and ghouls out there might need the rain jacket along with them because that's when our next system is going to be pushing into the area mainly thursday evening so if you can get out as soon as you can to enjoy some of that trick-or-treating probably going to be the best because rain showers are looking to move in later in the day and that's actually our next chance at rain here so besides a few areas of drizzle this morning we're actually going to take a little bit of a break from our rain chances before that next system moves in by the end of the week friday definitely being the wettest day here as we look at our extended forecast out there right now though it is a little bit damp and kind of dreary a bit of mist across the area and temperatures cooler than what they were yesterday we're sitting to the 40s yet again upper 40s here in the capital city but that breeze making it feel even cooler out there feels like the low 40s as we do have that northwesterly breeze right now moving 10 to 15 miles per hour on top of that we could see gusts reaching right around 20 to 25 miles per hour throughout the day today doppler 10 off to a relatively quiet start at least that's what it looks like that drizzle continuing to push off to the east and kind of hard to pick up on our radar here but that will continue for the next few hours as we get closer towards sunrise this morning and then we'll see that really push off to the eastern side of the state we'll see a bit more sunshine as we head closer towards two three four o'clock later on today but even with that temperatures still only going to make it to the low to mid 50s so definitely going to feel a bit cooler out there than what we did yesterday tomorrow morning even colder we're going to wake up to the 30s here to kick off your wednesday morning so the next couple of days not bad if you are trying to get up those last minute halloween decorations or even planning to finish up a few of those outdoor projects wednesday is definitely looking like the better day out there speaking of being out about latest allergy index moderate and ragweed moderate in mold still low in grasses let's talk about that next chance at rain so our next weather maker expected to push into the area on the second half of your thursday here's a look at eight o'clock most of this rain will be moving in from the south and again just kind of looking at plain old rain here we'll see a better chance at some of those heavier showers maybe even a rumble of thunder by friday as this system crosses the area and then it will start to push out here saturday can't rule out a few lingering showers so as we get ready for game time at the shoe let's talk about the next couple days because we do have a little bit of a warm-up to talk about still not going to feel any warm this afternoon as we only make it to the mid 50s we'll be back in the 60s tomorrow dry day with a bit more sunshine our next system moves in thursday temperatures will make their way into the mid 60s that will be thursday evening most of that rain pushing through friday and then a few lingering showers on saturday and then as we look ahead to next week actually looking at some even cooler weather with mornings in the 40s temperatures in the afternoon in the 50s
