CODE 3 MULTI SEMI PILE UP!! THE ICE RINK BRIDGE

[Music] hello ladies and gentlemen and as always thank you for watching there goes mike i don't know if i'll get to show this video or not uh we've had some significant sleet and ice accumulations and we've been called to apparently a pretty serious crash uh involving a semi possible mult multiple semis on the interstate uh one that we're supposed to get currently they said the front axle was completely knocked out from under it thus the rollback in case we have to haul bits and pieces of it uh the roads are extremely treacherous even though they may look wet uh they are a thin glaze of ice over the sleet accumulation that we had uh and then it some of it has melted and re-frozen so anyway here we go very very cautiously we can't do anything to help it we don't make it there they did ask me to expedite as fast as safely possible which under these conditions you can only go so fast safely or you become part of the problem not the solution okay it looks like it is on the other side of the bridge we're gonna have to get on we were instructed to get on the interstate and back down oh this looks like slick slick slick and shoot red light oh [Music] traffic comes through that way that's why it's the new interchange we've got there oh wow we've got i don't know what we've got here for sure we're going to light them up foreign this appears to be just a solid sheet of ice underneath me looked like there was a van off to the side pulling a trailer then there was a semi truck pulling a trailer and a truck with piggy backs just like that except it had all the same color they looked like they were all red that's strange that one should be coming up the ramp while another one's wrecked up here on the side i don't know if this is the one i'm supposed to be getting i would assume there goes another stack set this could be a long night looks like nobody's in the van maybe i'm not quite sure what's going on here so we'll get out and see i had it i had it in the saddle but the channel broke the battle too it's off the saddle it's just sitting on the this is the frame oh crap yeah it's loose you need two cranes two recorders or something we're picking up these yeah we gotta have another truck to get that one out of the way yeah let me see what the officers got planned here these two right here okay i would say good evening but there's not much good about he's with the trucking company he uh the driver was transported uh he he was translating for me okay yeah i knew this was messed up i didn't know how far this one right here is completely broken off of this truck the way it attaches so not only is this truck disabled right this truck is broke free from it yeah then you got the other one i need to get another another heavy up here oh yeah front axles ripped completely out of that one yeah i don't know i've got some salt if you've got all dry throw some mold dry out there i'm gonna back up and get close to that one and at least get it dragged up front then we'll use the other big truck to grab the stack and use the little bait to grab that single right here but we gotta have two trucks i gotta have one lift and one wonder yank this one out from under uh [Applause] okay why not what's going on okay um can you come up under the bumper and grab a hold of the spring hanger or something with a check with a chain let's just do it that way then i don't know what else to do we gotta do something and i rip because i don't want to lift with one side and not have something attached on that other side yet i'm trying to get a get that blue cable down here to us oh my goodness excuse me excuse me pardon me wow that's not gonna work good no matter what we do is it ugh ah shoot shoot shoot okay alan what do you think about this i don't i well now it's still going to pinch it i'm going to say i could grab a hold of the spindle here boom out grab a hold of spindle here and use one of the auxiliary or redirect the auxiliary down to the front pin on the other side so that we don't crunch his hood anymore but are we wasting time doing that one we should just hook to the son of a gun and get it out of here i don't know that you're going to get are you going to be able to get a chain under here that's what i was worried about do what they're already the bumper and the hood yeah the bumper and the hood are done um well we got to have the chain's got to be solid to something and it's on that tire right here that's what i'm worried about that's why i said i wonder if we stretch it out far enough and get it out here on a spindle maybe instead i don't like it but i wonder if that might not be better a lot lot easier yeah let's just let's just grab that spindle we're good we're good why do we not have our scene lights out i'll
