if there's anything to say about this Filipino Street food truck it's a truck filled with character flippin patty we make Filipino infuse American food I guess you say our favorite food was burgers so we try to infuse Filipino flavors in burgers with a fun but meaningful menu our vision was basically to bridge the gap between Filipino food in America John's got a team that seasons the food with the feeling his family the Filipino welcome for a bunch of broken individuals who came together and bonded together a concept at the core of this trucks business model it's like a family type of dish it's good to be shared each person from all walks of life unexpectedly joining the team we save him from the streets of Manila then we found John here he came here one day eating our food he was super drunk we saved him from the oil and gas industry needless to say they became a family and learned and shared their love for food we struggle together we drive together that everything's made from scratch made by hand the flavors are unique this is long solo usually a Filipino breakfast [Music] with a Filipino Chinese steamed bun of course the plate burger are sauteed onions a problem almost all the flavors come from generations of family in the Philippines our up green family combine everything we've been taught by at mom's grandma's uncle's auntie's all the good stuff at the truck as food truck fares we do everything on the truck from cleaning trucks supplies it opened in 2012 and was featured by major Filipino TV networks the Food Network's 8th Street and Vox media's popular online food site eater yes that's even a karaoke machine that was featured every Filipino party I cut it off there yeah they've got one in the truck Filipinos love to sing we're pretty corny we love to sing and dance so we got the my chef Anthony Bourdain reported Filipino food to be the next big thing but more than there's a train because they say culture a culture that has brought this truck customers because of the Filipino food experience we thrive on knowing our people given a crab a bottle and we like to build a family atmosphere and atmosphere they say that will never go out of style we hope that everyone enjoys the atmosphere the vibe that we create the food that we make passion that we put into the food in Houston Rozier Oregon KPRC Channel 2 News [Music]
