[Music] hello welcome back to castle goring in chatting with lady C hopefully our you're keeping safe at home and we are here to entertain you as always good question yes the first topic and the question is regarding Meghan and Henry Meghan and Harry refuse to cooperate with certain media houses do you think it's right thing to do I tell you what leo yes before we get on to the training Meghan in Harry I seem to recall that there was a question about Dean being very handsome well if you insist we doing let's see would you like Leo seems quite handsome does he like like do you prefer chicken [Laughter] let's go back to the first question well refusing to cooperate the media I think that is a very interesting question I think that Harry and Megan are completely out of order their behavior is unconstitutional she may not be a citizen of this country but he most certainly is and he needs to abide by the laws and protocols of this country and there is an elaborate protocol involving the press which is that everybody who is written about the press has a right to be an urchin and comment this has an obligation to refer back to the subject of a story we are writing about Harry and Megan are completely out of order to say that they are going to change the rules by which this country's Free Press conducts its business when this these are protocols that have evolved over decades and sometimes centuries there is also the issue that they have attacked before largest newspaper companies in this country and said they are not cooperating with them that is entirely out of order they are unconstitutional they can say of each of every turn to each and every story no comment they do not have the right to say we are so full of ourselves and our importance that we are going to call the shots and we are going to create a completely new protocol that is unique to us and then there are the relationship between the royal family and the press is a symbiotic long the press needs the royal family to write about because the royal family is the multi multi celebrities of the day the royal family needs the press because the press write about the royal family it's oxygen for books one without the other doesn't work and this is what Harry and Megan have in their arrogance is undoubted arrogance Charlie because they are they are going to lay down the law but they are going to lay down the law when the law has already been laid down and they are simply not agreeing with it so they're saying rather to create new roles with excuse me that's for Parliament and that's for the legislators of this country and that you do not tamper with a free press because you don't like what they are acting about you I don't care what a lot of those companies have me in every single one of the companies that they have attacked I have sued at some point there is a way of going about things that is the correct way their way is completely incorrect and totally unconstitutional they are completely out of order completely for example now they move to to live in the States maybe they will cooperate with the media in the States there is no doubt yes that megan's and Harry's agenda is to cooperate with those organs of the press that are tame they do not like scrutiny they want adoration adulation attention on their terms they are they do not want the scrutiny of the British press they won't retain American press that they will be news new stories and I won't Harry Megan wonderful anything you know just marvelous I mean there's a coronavirus and Danny going on and they distributed 20 meals I mean I'll be wonderful I'm sorry good not so courageous well but now us they're not part of the family in that you can more if he is still a member of the royal family if Harry wishes to cease being a member of the royal family he can become an American citizen he will renounce his titles he will renounce his rank citizenship until he does so he is a member of the royal family Harry has an obligation to this country he has an obligation to the people of this country to the laws of this country to the customs of this country and if he doesn't want to respect the British Way renounce his citizenship give up his chattel become mr. Henry Windsor that's what he kills and then he think he can get fully privacy very well of course how he and Megan only want privacy on their terms they're there either of pretty see is don't see that the press has nothing negative about them and but the press repeats their endless postings and their endless boastings about how wonderful they are and how they've done really amazing things like you know this is close ours going on oh we don't think it's anywhere near as bad as everybody was saying it is and but tune in to our website for accurate information oh then they shut down the website not that they were ever in a position to give more accurate information than the authorities I mean it's delusional stuff it's offensive at this town they should just shut up and if we don't want to play board with the British press just do it without making announcements about it they do not have their ballot to tell the British press but they are going to withdraw the British press is right to question them we do not have the right and we are it is impertinence on their part what lead to this divorce between media and the sixes I don't want to go into all of it go it's two million deaths let's go now to our next question which is very interesting you'll be part of the I'm celebrity get me around here I want to know and other people as well I guess what is your experience what was the question [Laughter] okay well the question is why do you why did you let celebrity left and celebrity when they encouraged without losing any proportion of their fee they said that they were releasing me because I could hurt my back so it was on medical grounds is this true oh I've heard about that I tripped on on my shoelaces that got into oh and he did hurt my back like that it didn't stop them allowing me to talk myself up to do the various trials so that was a figure it was obvious it was a fig leaf and I thought at the time that they were ready shoving me out because I had children that I I said to them Duncan until me has been harassing me for the last two weeks it's intolerable I had been a working-class girl made good they had been to Lourdes you would have shut this down two weeks ago you're gonna have to shut it down don't shut it down within the next 20 minutes there are going to be consequences within 20 minutes they came back with this fig leaf of not health and it was quite clear to me but if I wanted to see I was not going to be allowed to stay I said I took the money in around I actually was perfectly happy to go in fact I wish I'd gone the very first person to go I never ever wanted to be in there for any length of time and throw he's been absolutely upfront about the fact I did it for the she for the roof here and that was what I did it for and also when I did it I had absolutely no idea how big and how important it was only a few months ago that somebody in the television industry said to me and that was my Yuri come over and they said you know the reason why you were shoved out what's because you were going to we know how they knew well because people vote okay you were leading when I don't know how many thoughts I got on a daily basis because I've never watched the program but I do know that I was told back on the top guys at ITV that when they discovered that I was in the show the feeling for this went up 9 millions and when I left we drop back in ours so but that I don't quite know healthy protein thing right I don't know if I was definitely favorite I was told I was one of the favourites to win and that some people thought I was a hot favorite we I don't know the ins and outs of it but that's when they said that to me I thought then it made sense because you see ITV knew that I would have been their idea of a nightmare queen of the jungle and they would have been right in fairness to them they would have been right because every time a king or queen of the jungle comes out emerges it's a big hoopla and they are 3 to 9 with fireworks and a crown made of fake flowers and the whole nine yards well of course and they always ask how does it feel to be king well what're fallarbor already have enough if they really did shove me on because the nightmare of what a wiener would be oh they were I suppose appreciate in having done it because United me perfectly happy to cooperate she has do all the stuff that one is supposed to do but I wasn't shocked to regard it with the seriousness that any of the other winners all of the other winners health regarded you disagreed on Neverland sorry to meet was went on to TV shows where they said I was the rare queen and I gather the internet is and it was a light with the fact that the judge which not all contestants who told me because she was severely out of joint because she was shocked it wasn't my intention and I wasn't aware of it you're not aware of what's going on you know as I said yeah you know with one other exception the rest of them were busy acting up a storm you know but you even even you were in jungle but you are still wearing pearls yeah well well but still you know most women like to have a little make-up any makeup and I thought well you know it's grotty and one of the good-looking we were real they weren't good they were greedy ten pearls so you didn't carry yeah but still that's good and next question no experience okay okay so um at the end in your your opinion about this show isn't positive or neither it's a lot different use it it's a wonderful show it's beautifully done and you may have six hundred people behind the scenes on a daily basis it's very very professional it is beautifully done there is a reason why it's so popular oh it's I can't sing its praises highly enough and the praises of people who produce it had enough it was not now happiest experience oh I don't regret having done it because it certainly flipped my profile in a way that nothing else had ever done because I don't enjoy doing beginning to end very happy experience yes well I watch reality show it looks very funny but I don't know it doesn't is it at the end really real what's happened with these people after the show okay I'm still in touch with with the two guys who I invited to see they end party you know you have to choose okay so maybe me either screen I didn't choose what I choose [Laughter] so can you please tell me and to our viewer who has the question the worst scandal in which were in world was which one what there are so many scandals that you can't the most global well it was well what involved me personally so that was you know although it was global in terms of worldwide importance it was insignificant it was basically an insignificant in world wide turns the one that I was involved with that actually was global and true importance was the breakdown of the waiting areas okay and because my first diana biography started out as an authorized biography by diana yes she was called down in private the princess snowboards we actually have here i think like we see on the bookshelf yes this is a so then I private the princess nobody knows the book of Britain is talking about the London Sun yeah it was a New York and London Times bestseller that started out as an authorized biography my idea was to write a fundraiser for charities you have nine chances in history of her charities I approached her I granted she agreed and I went into the palace and then she decided this was her golden opportunity to get out to get out of her situation and I went along with it up to a point and the point I ceased was when I accept that she was where she changed her story significantly it became apparent to me that she was manipulating me and was going to be manipulating the situation because she was not coming clean and she was trying to blame Prince Charles for things that he was not to blame for and she had admitted he was not to be so I found out and then I continued writing my book and I knew that I had to finish the book because not only did I have a publishing contract on them but I knew that she was going to go to someone else who would be garbles to her Hitler and sure enough she found Angelo who was a perfect minister of propaganda and good luck to angel an angel or no like angel Orton he's a decent guy he's very professional and he absolutely straight down the line did everything she told him and wrote it exactly as she wanted it written the only problem was it was all pods where not all but a lot of it was complete lie so that so I felt myself involved in this really international scandal and - it was extremely unpleasant at times I have to tell you I mean I'm sure it was far worse for her and for the Prince of Wales oh I had sympathy for Diana and for her situation and former position I just could not agree with unscrupulous way she went about things my opinion was she could have gotten out there in a nicer way but her belief was but if she didn't do it as ruthless and vicious for me as she was doing it effectively making herself the Prince of Wales is 15-under Royal Family's victim but they would take her children away from her and I did not believe that they would take her children away from her and in fact they turned out we did not try to take her children away from her so I was right she was wrong - allowed to expect that anybody is going to listen to me when is their children at stake so I got her position and I understood it I just didn't happen to agree with it okay so and after it leads to some disagreement with your will of course down and I fell oh really but then in 1995 we have argued her between 1992 and 1995 if I was invited to something that she was going to be at come I decline it on to the 1995 the Russian ambassador was having the reception at the Russian ambassador's residence in Paris Gardens when I checked at all holy Russia in the nine part Russian and there was absolutely no way I was going to say no because of Diana and I knew she yeah and she knew I was going to be there because the system is all guests all submitted to the parents yeah so she knew that I was going to be there and she actually stopped me and spent 15 minutes speaking to you first time why is she talking to me for so long you know and then I realized there was a Rosa photographer awesome and she was waiting for him to come to snap us together and my eyes to the door and as soon as I saw him coming through the door absolutely smelling so good to catch up I promise I'll send you to the door because she'd ask me to send her something and I said I would say and I did send and yes use me to get herself on the front pages the following day which is exactly what she was trying to do because Dan was a media hound she was addicted to publicity she was addicted to attention if she didn't get her daily dose of being in the press she went completely eight and you know it was I just wasn't having AIDS so anyway I saw her quite a few times after that and indeed when she was doing her clothes of Christie's and all the rest of it she asked me to be nice about her animal and I was and still energy to do that was only a few months before she died so I mean we ended up we got perfectly cordial terms yes but it was a very unpleasant experience passions ran very high lines proliferating and everybody had an opinion even though 98% of the people's opinions were completely misguided because they didn't know what was going on and I thought use for half the time the Queen would you command in Rome the Prince of Peace no idea what was going on you know we were at the Paris super busy ripping the hair oh because Dan was always coming up with some new antique she was very very mischievous and she enjoyed being mischievous she joined she enjoyed causing them discomfort Princess Anne top hats off to her I like Prince Edward actually my lacking segment and he's of all of them he's the one I would see I used to feel it most comfortable I don't like too much protocol I can afford to do without it and I do without it so simple as that they called for stability we need to have it's not comfortable and then afraid my comfort comes before them okay I think this is the ideal can't do a little bit of achievement for charity but a friend of mine Shakira Bellamy the designer is associated in rank on the president of Pakistan's appeal for the
