Good game, Simmons first game as pro, Casey came up huge for us, and this was the first game that made me believe in Tannehill

turn their season around but for the LA Chargers that's been the case and they know it dating back to the start of last season this team in braces going on the road it told us yesterday there's an excitement to be on the road the next two weeks and what really ends up being the next two months for this team Phillip Rivers said they had the best walkthrough of their season Saturday here in Nashville now it's about translating it on the field Gus Evan they have not had a lead since September 29th that was a 3210 win over Miami Tennessee has won the toss they've deferred to the second half so Cody parky will kick it off to LA has been king the return man along with Troy Maine cope Chargers coming off the 2417 loss to Pittsburgh they were down 24 to nothing in that game and we're underway from Nashville touch back out to the 25-yard line that's where la will open up Phillip Rivers last year limited the turnovers this year it has been an issue for rivers eight turnovers in six games at 13 all of last season now the quick start today is so important for the Chargers they've fallen behind last two losses but it rivers is excited to have a healthy tight end and Hunter Henry available for extensive playing time today eight catches two scores late against the Steelers in limited action from scrimmage for LA its rivers operating out of the gun with Gordon to his side rivers on first down step and throw to the outside knocked away there was some separation out there for Keenan Allen but Logan Ryan recovers for Tennessee now this is a fantastic play by Ryan because he has a short zone watch as he just reacts to this pass and barely gets his right hand on it if he could have tipped it back to Jackson the Titans would have been in business but still a tremendous play by Logan Ryan Calibre's comes in 97 yards away from passing Eli Manning for seven on the all-time passing yardage list not a gift for Melvin Gordon grinds out a yard yard and a half sets up third and long for Los Angeles starting lineup for the Chargers on offense this has been a big problem the offensive line Trent Scott is still in there they were hoping to have Russell Aucoin back we'll have more on that not ready to go today Hunter Henry as Dan mentioned his return a huge lift for this offense and he's coming off a career day eight catches a hundred yards two touchdowns he missed four games with a knee injury third and eight Tennessee with a Mickle look rivers steps delivers on a floater Henry extending for the catch and he's got it first out Los Angeles and Henry immediately goes to the Chargers sideline that's a 20-yard hookup hey might have knocked the wind out of himself with this spectacular dive fingertip catch landing on his left shoulder that could not feel too good but what an effort out of a tight end he's 65 250 pounds with that athletic ability missed the four games we asked him not to get back so soon said I'm a fast healer so they get the tight end involved again this time it's Virgil green on first down and a nine yard pickup Henry has the helmet off Wesley Woodyard in on that tackle you can see that big grass stain on his left shoulder he'll enter about the bruise under that pad second and 1 Los Angeles moving the football on Tennessee territory at the 44 yard line shotgun Rivers Jeremy Davis the motion man they give it to Gorton gets to the outside and Gordon ridden out of bounds he picks up five yards Malcolm Butler over there defensively helping and run support for Tennessee but the Titans defensively they are top ten eighth in the league and team defense up front an impressive group led by Jarell Casey Austin Johnson has settled in nicely to the starting role Woodyard is in there for the injured Jay on ground and of the secondary and got playmakers Kevin buyer so opportunistic had an interception last week and the loss to Denver you said a downs for LA Gordon one is directly into a wall nothing there Logan Ryan ready for him it's a loss of two on the play this is a second tackle for Logan Ryan he got help from Evans but watch it here is Ryan right there in the middle of things for the play on first down but deep in the secondary knocked the ball away from Keenan Allen now at the line of scrimmage making plays Anthony Lin now in his third year is the head coach of the Chargers good side for LA hunter Henry is backed in and he lines up off the line two rivers right second and 12 play fake Rivers delivers downfield but he could not secure it incomplete but this is two passes now that rivers has asked his receivers to make impossible catches Henry came up with the first one but this one again a little bit too high for Keenan Allen to club with just one hand Keenan Allen hatch has two catches last week for 33 yards on six targets Pro Bowler each of the last two years that you can tell Rivers has fired up playing in front of a lot of fans and friends family from nearby Decatur first half numbers have been out of whack for the Chargers play clock is down to two on a third and 12 rivers quick hitter to the outside caught by Eckler and Eckler is driven down just short of the 30-yard line so shy of the first down by Imani hooker but every yard at this part of the field is important for a potential field goal try that effort by heckler dragging tacklers well looks like Mike graybles defense is going to remain on the field here you're looking at either a 49 yard field goal attempt or you go for it on fourth and 2 if you're Los Angeles it going for it yeah I like this this has been a good drive for the Chargers he's telling everyone to get back in the back field here he sees that it's going to be man-to-man coverage and receivers rivers on 4th and - trying to keep the drive alive knocked away hunter Henry the intended target and Kevin Byers comes over to deflect it yeah rivers fading away in the pocket didn't you have anything on this pass then he had what he wanted to sign in man to man on fire just underthrown let's check out this failed 4th down for the Chargers here's hunter Henry here's Kevin Byard but Rivers is going to see some phantom pressure here from Rashad Evans he does not step up into the pocket delivers an under thrown ball and an impressive opening drive fails because rivers under throws his tight end so Tennessee takes over at its own 31 yard line and it's Ryan Tannehill in a quarterback he replaced Mariota last week the decision was made earlier this week that he would be the starter Derek Henry in the backfield for Tennessee only had 204 yards of offense last week in that 16 nothing lost Tannehill [Applause] first down at the 45 24 yard pass and catch against ratio on Jenkins the safety and getting the start for Delanie Walker at tight end as Smith shows his athletic ability as he adjust to this pass that's thrown behind it because of the coverage of Thomas Davis perfect start for Tannehill to get his confidence up and the entire confidence of that huddle as they move into charger territory in one play van Smith has a lot of ability yards after catch potential 7 o'clock of the season first down had to jump on top of it before any further damage was done and he covers up for a loss of one good snap by Ben Jones it looked like hit him right in these hands and the ball spun right out of ten Hills hands you wonder maybe at the end that Jones might have put a little twerk on that ball would that be at work well in some areas of the world that is not what sure are you hang out second and 11 show her you have and a bullet over the middle caught by jaanu Smith but a penalty marker on the play it was tossed at the 46 yard line entire office was not set for one second five-yard penalty repeat second down Hill vinovich his crew is called the third fewest penalties per game this season and an unusual position for Marcus Mariota not accustomed to this no and we're seeing why these two teams are two and four the chargers failing on a fourth down and now after a very positive first play a fumble on the second play and then an illegal shift on the third floor Titus Mariota has said this will be a learning experience as he's not the end of his career by any stretch in his mind Tannehill and him tall in the pocket and he fires it to Adam Humphries for a modest game picks up six yards on the play Denzel Perriman there defensively well for Tennessee on offense they just have not had any dynamic qualities this season big plays have been hard to come by Derek Henry got off to a good start for the last few weeks the numbers are down averaged just under two yards per carry last week the pass is connected with Corey Davis but only a two-yard pickup so now it's fourth down Jalen Watkins was there and they're in no man's land a typical charger defense they're playing a lot of three deep zone coverage allowing the underneath throw and they rallied to the ball quickly to prevent the third down conversion Brett Kern one of the best in the business will kick it away to Desmond King the second Kern comes in averaging forty seven point two yards per punt it's fourth and eight you were either looking at a 61-yard kiloton or a fake [Applause] tonight Kevin fire well we know he can catch it because he's a threat to intercept any pass that comes near him he's on the receiving end for 11 yards in a first down for the Titans man here he is he's one of the personal protectors he's going to leak out of the backfield here and how about this pass from Kern he's wide open and throws him a perfect pass it leads him to the sideline keeps his momentum and beats Brown for the first down [Applause] we're down a 734 to play in this opening quarter and this Tennessee Drive continues after the fake but a timeout taken first charge timeout Tennessee will come back in 30 seconds after this from State Farm hear that word desperation comes into play here both teams had high expectations this year charges were twelve and four last year won a playoff game Derrick Henry driving inside and picks up five and a half yards on the play defensively for the Chargers boy they banged up no Justin Jones no brandon me bein up front square and Tillery get the start no Melvin Ingram once again so it's KZ er white getting an opportunity and in the secondary we already know without Derwin James throughout the season they've had to mix and match a bit also lost Adrian Phillips this year second and four kitchen Henry couldn't get around his blocker and it was Jack Conklin no whoa sue over there defensively it's a loss of two on the play and now it's third down now you wonder where the Chargers are gonna get their pass Russia obviously looked for number 97 Joey Bosa has got three on the year they're gonna move him around try to find a weak spot on that offensive line but without Ingram on the other side and me bein taken of space and Justin Jones it's going to be tough for the charges to generate any pass right there they had no sacks last week they had no quarterback hits on rookie Devlin Hodges of Pittsburgh Tannehill top of the nearly intercepted AJ Brown the intended receiver and that ball was floating over there for rogering teamer he's lucky this one wasn't picked off that coverage is about as good as you can get Davis inside the almost the jersey of AJ Brown and almost intercepted and now it will be Cody parky who is back in the NFL the playoff miss against Philadelphia is a member of the bears the double doink and this is a 45 yard attempt Ryan suck up on injured reserve Cairo Santos was waived and parky Charles accruing Tennessee is on the board 3-nothing lead for the Titans with 602 to play in the opening quarter from nashville tennessee some fake punt leads to three to the south the NFL on CBS is sponsored by Acura precision crafted performance voya financial helping you to and through retirement and by loans official home improvement sponsor of the NFL Titans go knock plays 42 yards just under five minutes of elapsed time parking a 45-yard field goal the completion for Kern's first of his career and the first titan hunter to throw a pass since 2005 Craig Hendrick it's also the first catch for Kevin buyer now this has been a lopsided matchup since 1993 the Chargers are 11 and 1 against the Titans they only win a last-second victory for Tennessee in 2013 Jake Locker touchdown pass to win it that day for the Titans Titans won their season Oprah beat against Cleveland they have lost four of their next five Los Angeles Melvin Gordon takes it just across the 30-yard line brought down by Malcolm Butler after the six yard game tell you how frustrating it's been for Gordon this season his longest run is just seven yards Gordon's in the last year of his rookie deal she's trying to get back up to speed had a career-high 196 yards rushing across Tennessee three seasons ago there's a Health Authority [Applause] back to it first down for Gordon as he crossed the 35 so even on a positive play there was nearly a negative ending really nice block here by Schofield on big number 90 Daquan Jones good vision by Gordon carrying the ball just switched it at the very last minute Logan Ryan with the punch-out with the left hand and a fortunate bounce it's a case where you either want Quran to fall on that ball not trying to pick it up and go the other way with a that cost the Titans possession Gordon troll bowler last year remains in there for 42 to go in this first quarter first out four rivers and the Chargers and that pass offline couldn't locate Mike Williams incomplete now we talked to Phillip Rivers about the start of the season the first thing he mentioned were the uncharacteristic mistakes inside the redzone turnovers scoring chances that went awry he feels like teams have definitely changed their defensive look against the Chargers teams are very aware that Rivers likes to throw the bomb and that's what they've been taking away so I'll go for the short pass to often Eckler to midfield 13 yards on the catch and run by Eckler brought down by Wesley Woodyard that's his second catch of the day and it gives him 44 on the season that's the most coming into today's game we were running back in the NFL so you can see how Rivers is adjusting to those deep zone coverages by feeding the ball to Eckler out of the back foot and Dan Phillip Rivers has the most completions this season behind the on of scrimmage so that tells a big story that they can't seem to push it down the field they have to check down quite a bit Tennessee with a three nothing lead rivers to hit the Tennessee territory from 13 yards in a first down yeah this is the best pass of the day so far for rivers he gets set he's I Allen the entire way look at this bullet right to the chest of Keenan Allen but having hunter Henry back will loosen things up for him for not only Keenan Allen but Mike Williams as well Williams had five catches last week Allen just 2 against the Steelers and he's setting up as a receiver on the outside now in motion on first down rivers steps floated up multiple flags hunter Henry the intended receiver Henry is held that was the second flag that came in matched up with Kenny Vaccaro the Tennessee safety this is where the officials got to figure out was it holding before the ball was in the air or was it pass interference after the ball is in the air though I mentioned vinovich his crew is called the third fewest penalties per game but the second most pass interference calls part of the pass holding defense number 24 that penalties decline personal foul face mask defense number 21 15-yard penalty automatic first down till they get Malcom Butler on the facemask and that is a costly one for Tennessee yeah the defensive holding would have been just five yards but the obviously the facemask now puts the ball they're gonna finally stopped inside the 25 [Applause] so they line it up at the 22-yard line Jeffrey's images in there the Ricci taking his NFL debut from Mississippi State torn ACL in February as Melvin Gordon is stacked up and guess who made the tackle Simmons yes he did the 19th overall pick looked like he was going to be a surefire top-10 pick but injured the ACL while training and getting ready for the draft he just trucked Dan Feeny back into the backfield shed the block and made the tackle what a start Simmons in his first year was very productive for the Bulldogs this is now a second and 11 for LA huge 22 to go in the first building motion man Andre rivers throws it into a crowd and Gordon tonight breakaway he was cut down on the play by David long junior and a loss of four three two good play by the rookie the six round pick but long had Gordon and man-to-man coverage the quarterback at times has got to be able to see that coming in into his drop and go to an outlet receiver Gordon had no chance because long was right in his hip pocket eighth play of the drive third and 15 for LA two minutes to go in the first quarter dime package here for Tennessee from the gun rivers has the time the rivers hits his man cheatin Alan goes upstairs for the grab enough for a first down 15 yards the Keenan Allen doesn't have the greatest speed but when he does at the top of the Rowdies he gets separation he pulls away from Logan Ryan right there and his gets his head around fast for that bullet from Philip Rivers [Music] - scrimmage is now the 11th for LA and they're threatening heckler in there for the Chargers give it to Eckler they tried to zig zag move and he gets slammed down Butler along with Woodyard for no gain whistling lid yard so valuable to this Titan defense in his 12th year where's James J on brown out with an injury that groin Woodward is the communicator for graybles defense with the Green Dot that rivers is familiar with wood yard from his days in Denver and certainly it has a lot of respect that tenth play the tribe second long drive for LA but still looking for the first point to the game rivers in tow Mike Williams left his feet and the ball sailed over his head with Byard and Butler back there 12 seconds left here in the opening quarter now Williams still looking for his first touchdown reception of the season at six Laurie had to be about seventh floor to catch that fast good double coverage in the red zone on Williams by the Titans secondary padania ten touchdowns last season yeah they know that too about that big target at six-four two-twenty here's Gordon down the bottom third down Ripper's rifles and nearly intercepted by Butler Gordon the intended target this is a three-point drop by Malcolm Butler Gordon just the outlet receiver here NetFlow goes right through the hands of Malcolm Butler it might have been a foot race for about 95 yards if he had been able to hang on well the Chargers were hoping to have Michael Badgley back but the groin injuries still an issue so Chiefs McLaughlin is doing the honors rookie out of Illinois this is a short field goal attempt looking to tie it up 29 yards away what one knocks it through three all with two seconds left here in the first we'll be back in 30 seconds after this from Lowe's scoring has been a struggle for both of these teams this season Tennessee averaging just over 16 points per game Los Angeles 20 points per game when we talked to Anthony Lin about what gives him confidence he said look we need to be desperate we've seen that from our opponents each of the last two weeks and that's what we need to see from our guys he said he has confidence in his players and his staff and they've been here before slow starts two seasons that they've rallied he said I believe in these people in the facility Jenny's the returned man and he's toppled over as he hit the 20 yard line and that will do it for the first quarter the Chargers and the tight knees pull up 2nd quarter action coming up from Nashville the NFL on CBS we start the second quarter tight knees and the Chargers tied at three apiece Tennessee with possession first and 10 to the 21 the jump from Joey Bosa they didn't snap it give us the Derrick Henry the gut works through it for five yards brought down by no wolf Sioux of LA so for Derrick Henry 21 carries this season for a negative yards that is the most through six games since 2007 Larry Johnson of the Kansas City Chiefs Henry's averaging three point seven yards per carry over a thousand yards last year with 12 touchdowns Tannehill sells the fate awaits hits the receiver at the 36 Corey Davis 11 yards and a first down for the Titans Tanana Hills gonna hang in the pockets until Davis finds his way open here here comes square and he hit some pretty square that could have been called roughing the passer as he went down with his full body on the chest of Tannehill but what a catch by Davis under extreme pressure from the guy he beat Casey Heyward man Heyward is down on the play Heyward a star here in Nashville at Vanderbilt a three-year starter for the Commodores training staff is out checking him out two-time Pro Bowler Casey Heyward walked off on his own power per and invasive second-year corner from Virginia Tech is come into replacin first after Tennessee what a play for get down low and Henry couldn't turn the corner limited to a two-yard pickup the depth has been tested for Los Angeles we mentioned in Russell oh cool earlier oh cool eligible to return blood clot in his lung embolism this summer and Oh Kuhn has been practicing they think they need another week counts he has done for the year the neck injury Inman the wide receiver Derwin James fractured foot that was before the season started then they lost Adrian Phillips he was going to step in for James second down and eight for Tennessee looks throws Corey Davis on the receiving end right after Hayward's replacement Faison but what a beautiful throw on the run watch Davis come from the other side of the field right in front of him is the defensive back Davis this ball looks like Patrick mahomes doesn't it that was against the grain that and throw it across his body now he's got great athletic ability former wide we see here at am now at the 45 yard line not much there Henry punches it for three three and a half Cortez Broughton makes the tackle let's check in with Evan guys Casey hey we're jr. remains on the sideline he's now in the blue pop-up town appears to be dealing with some cramping no official word from the LA Chargers at this point was getting some fluids in as they set things up in the 10th he's in there now didn't seem to be in a ton of discomfort but obviously concerning that he's not on the field right now once we get something official collection and Evan they just don't have a whole lot of corners on this roster motion man is on a second at seven now for Tennessee give it up to Dion Lewis Lewis has not been seeing a whole lot of action and has not been very productive ibly to yard pickup for Dion Lewis no wushu will get credit for the stop I would anticipate though that Lewis as this game goes on we'll see more action in the passing game because of the way the Chargers play so much three deep zone gives Tannehill a very exciting outlet out of the backfield much like Boston Eckler for the Chargers this is now a third and five for Tennessee looking at a nickel package here for LA no pressure Tannehill now a flushed out of the pocket and forced to throw it away Jerry Tillery the rookie from Notre Dame seeing extended action today with the injuries to me Bain and Jones and again Tennessee is in no-man's land they were either looking at a 58 yard field goal fourth and five or they're gonna pun it which is the decision they made real good coverage right here is they Chargers are just blanketing the delay route there that time by Humphrey and Tannehill wisely threw it away there you don't see a lot of back to back face there's a reason Brett Kern looking for the corner he's got it well done working down the field LaShawn sims to make sure it didn't hit the ends of 34-yard fun well placed by Kearn Chargers are pinned deep in their own territory in a tie game pret Curran who is outstanding at his job seventh punt inside the 10-yard line that leads the NFL and Los Angeles has a chest short of the six to start this Drive heads-up play by sense he wasn't quite sure where he was in regard to the goal line instead of catching the ball and backing into the end zone he batted it back into play smart play these two teams played last year in London Chargers held on for a 2219 win migrate all elected to go 4-2 in the victory they didn't get it and the Chargers got the EE rivers from the gun heckler aunt Gordon in there at the same time there's a running Lane for Gordon that's a breathing room out across the 10-yard line she picks up five real snide nice double-team blocked by Michael Scofield and Dan Feeny we're saved very familiar with each other they went to the same high school Carl Sandburg high school you know their nickname was the Sandberg's the Eagles you know they should know that many Chris I have a list at home of all the high schools in the country with a nickname Eagles thousands of them old realistic Carl Sandburg high in Orland Park Illinois second and five court tries the hop-step not a whole lot there is ease hip down low and a lot of action here for simmons we were curious how much jeffrey simmons would play just astounding that he's back from a torn ACL eight months after the injury he's getting a lot of kudos on the sidelines too as he's replaced by the pass rusher cambric waiting it comes in with 100 and a half sacks in his career had weight has been struggling with a hamstring injury in each of the last two days he certainly changes the dynamic defensively for Tennessee this is a third in 44 la rivers has the time sideline throw Keenan Allen yes a catch and a first Ally a Dori Jackson in coverage that make times the receivers practice this type of play over and over since their Pop Warner days along the sidelines making the catch and room it's a close one with that left foot down too late does it matter now the necklace slippery trying to get to the outside it's no gain on the play Logan Ryan the stop well the right foot definitely touches right there there might've been a Curry's yeah this is a natural grass surface so they no black pellets to come up cut help you with that oh my kraebel was right there defensively and here eagle eye to second and nine for Los Angeles let your right eye my right eye stronger now minutes to play in this first half rivers [Applause] he drops into the buckets of Mike Williams I'm not so sure this is a cat so they're talking about it I doubt he got it in yeah incomplete check it out another Los Angeles entry home this is where the challenge for the charges he got a boat down toe tap left foot good watch the right foot yep what an effort by Mike Williams his first catch of the day is picture-perfect that Dan forest lamp is down so keep in mind they've had to change around their offensive line with the injury to Pouncy Feeny moved over to Center lamp starting at left guard but right now the concern is for Forest lamp far as lamp moments ago carted off the field Scott Quisenberry will step in its center and Dan Feeny will slide back out to left guard rules analyst jean stare at or he just saw all the replays that we saw what was your interpretation Jean on that sideline play I think it's a good challenge by coach Lin I night I believe the receiver gets the left foot or right foot left foot down and then dots the eye with the right foot prior to going out of bounds I think they will overturn this one too a completed catch but Jean did he cross the tee I'm wondering you know sometimes we dot the i's and cross the t's if we go back to plays before I think that one they should have challenged as well but yeah there's a dot I believe that was a dot of the please reset the game clock to eight minutes 56 seconds and we're gonna whine both los angeles is not charged the time out and won the first challenge hey you doc di crusted T but you gotta wait til the ink is dry yeah it's dry now Phil vinovich just confirmed it gene thanks very much so a 21-yard catch now spotted at the 48 of Tennessee but that injury to forest lamp has now jumbled his offensive line yet again wasn't buried second year out of UCLA fifth round draft pick last year now in its Center shotgun four rivers rivers as the time safety valve is Eckler beautiful move by heckler to pick up the first down forward progress we'll get him ashore to the 32 it's 15 yards on the pitch and catch now lamp has had a a bad right knee and he's got a brace on it and that's where he takes all this weight right on that knee but for the chargers Feeney is naturally a guard he just moved to Center because of pounces injury played a lot of Center in the preseason but Quisenberry was his replacement in preseason games at the center position lamp did Tara's ACL back in 2017 his rookie season out of Western Kentucky that chlorine leaping to the outside [Applause] they got stamped after the three-yard pickup by Kenny Vaccaro the hard-hitting safety formerly with New Orleans and a real good job of Rashad Evans just chasing down heckler from the inside and keeping him from getting a big game we asked Kevin Byard going up against Phillip Rivers he said look this is one of the smartest quarterbacks in the NFL he reads defenses so well and he talks a lot and he emphasized the words a lot it's claimed boys he's a claim tapenade trash hungry eighth play the drive this is a second and seven off the play action rivers a short one to Eckler another move up field for Eckler to pick up five you said it downstairs to Evan well guys it is officially an ankle injury for Forrest lamp he's obviously still in the locker room being evaluated they're listing him as questionable of the ankle put a good sign for the Chargers after a long period of time enough lieutenant Casey Haywood has made his way out has his helmet appears to be we're going to get back in this game when the defense takes the field guys all right Evan that ballots on this drive for the Chargers started at the six yard line eight plays so far four passes four runs and they finally have scored in the first half they didn't score the first half in their last two games this is a three all game with six and a half to play second quarter rivers stop first out he hits Hunter Henry inside the 20 and he's really getting a good pass protection now he can step into this throw no tighten anywhere near rivers as he throws away from the defense of Evans whose big tight end Henry Henry with that little pivot route Lucas a lot like Antonio Gates the great gates and he said he learned a lot from gates he said Antonio it says playing chess out there he was setting up routes against defenders English planting seeds early in games give us to coordinate but not squeeze through the two defenders and he's held for a gain of about a yard Reggie Gilbert in on that stop for Tennessee along with Kevin fire yeah let's check out fired there he is right there number 31 watch as he comes right in the gap here between the center and guard forcing Gordon outside where Byard has helped it is now the 11th play of the tribe they've had twice as many plays as Tennessee so far in this first half second and 10 rivers well-placed a Keenan Allen inside the five out of bounds Dori Jackson in coverage the chemistry between rivers and Keenan Allen he knew exactly where he was going to be yeah but was he in bounds right foot it looks like the left foot doesn't come down in bounds now the fans just saw the same exact replay that we saw and it's being challenged and it's gonna be disappointed because Alan did get both feet in we're seeing some real toe tag going on here three on this Drive Oh Keenan Allen just raised his hand saying tennis that's on me so the challenge for Mike Vrabel in a tie game another look at Keenan Allen I don't know again the NFL on CBS is sponsored by Allstate reminding you that football season is mayhem dominoes order online and track your order and by call of duty modern warfare rated em [Music] the Tennessee challenge has been denied Keenan Allen a clean catch as ruled by the officials but watch that left foot he does just barely drag it on the grass before stepping out of bounds right foot clearly in that a first and goal for LA Chargers have four gold to go the most in the NFL this season la looking for the lien gave his to Courtney could not get any push and picks up a yard with forward progress driven backwards by 8:00 Kwong's owns now Daquan Jones did his beat a double-team and then just swallow Melvin Gordon 12th play of this Drive members started on the six yard line charges have had three long drives today at nine play drive a 12-play drive and now this will be their 13th play of this Drive chant Whisenhunt the offensive coordinator for LA from her head coach with Tennessee second and goal heckler emotion Gordon bleeps and he shortened third and goal while the Titans claim they've got the football I think they pulled it out before Gordon appears to have the ball there and then it's pulled out no eye contact [Music] and Rashad Evans hurt on the play [Applause] already down a linebacker Jeon Brown Shareef Finch injured as well Rashad Evans the second-year linebacker from Alabama 22nd pick in the 2018 rap banged up Chargers are staring at a third and goal this is a problem when you go airborne it takes you a while to come back down because of all the bodies but Gordon has the ball kind of comes a little bit loose there it was Byard who came away with the football Evans took that hit as Gordon went up in the air [Applause] when does the ball come out as the question and it's hard to tell on each of these replays there's just a lot of activity in the area you know the red gloves in that pile belonged to the Titans obviously fires got red gloves on so they're going to go with an extra offensive lineman here tre Pipkins and Sam Tempe eligible with Los Angeles knocking on the door three forty nine and Counting left in this first half Derek waters in at fullback rivers he'll flip it to the wide open Gordon for the touchdown the Chargers cash in boy really well-designed and perfectly executed obviously as rivers had his choice of Sam Tempe number 69 in the back of the end zone but yeah you got to throw it to the guy that can catch seven for seven on the drive from rivers 96 yards and an Philip Rivers keeps moving up the all-time passing list is blown by Eli Manning and Ben Roethlisberger now in sixth place extra point from McLaughlin is good the Chargers quiet the crowd rivers took Gordon a little one-yard toss to put la in front that's been a whole lot of smiling for Phillip Rivers and the Chargers of late most passing yards at NFL history it's Brees Brady Peyton Manning Favre Moreno and then Phillip Rivers passing both Ben Roethlisberger and Eli Manning in the first half here today in Nashville McLaughlin kicks it off Darius Jennings the return man this is returnable from the goal line pushed a flag down as a camp just short of the 25-yard line Derek watt in coverage makes the special teams play no penalties so far against the Chargers two against Tennessee in return holding number 53 of the receiving team 10-yard penalty first down it's Darrin Bates this year marks the 100th season of the NFL today we look back to the first ever AFL championship game New Year's Day 1961 it featured these two franchises the Los Angeles chargers the Houston Oilers for the Chargers third quarter Paul Lowe touchdown run fourth quarter George Blanda of Houston to Billy cannon 88 yards score Oilers won at 24 to 16 charges of course started in LA played there for a season then moved to San Diego before moving back a couple of years ago the Oilers moved to Tennessee in 1997 first in Memphis and then here in Nashville 332 to go first half Tannehill play-action connects AJ Brown the rookie out of Mississippi with his 15th catch of the season I asked Steve Brent my craveable about 10 and what he expected but just like this getting the ball out quickly and decisively is now six out of eight he gets time to throw it can be very very accurate to injury updates Jack Conklin is dealing with a thigh injury for Tennessee the right tackle so Dennis Kelly is in there and Casey Heyward has returned for LA here Derek Henry physical runner just doesn't have a whole lot of room to work with it's a two yard pickup so there is Heyward one of the leaders of this Los Angeles defense when we asked Mike Vrabel about Derrick Henry his feeling was I think we'd missed more blocks than he's missed cuts he's doing his job well and it's the back side blocks where he gets bottled up at the line of scrimmage and the guys from behind or the side that are bringing him down second down and eight a deep drop goes to try to get there Tannehill pilot pass is handled by UK Parnell first down across the 45 and it covers 15 yards the crowd showing did the type of athletic ability with a big body and a wide receiver to make his second catch of the afternoon and a big one for Tannehill two-minute warning second quarter in Nashville coming up Verizon halftime report JB Phil Nate Boomer coach Cowher latest NFL scores and highlights all coming up on the horizon halftime report the Winnie Walker has had no role in this game whatsoever and one of the major weapons for Tennessee on offense we've seen Johnny Smith we've seen Anthony firk sir Michael Poole two minutes to play second quarter Tennessee down by seven Jennings the motion man and hail sets a historian for Henry Derek Henry tripped up as he moved in the LA territory Joey Bosa got a piece and it covers 18 yards on the dumped off but this is a screen pass really well-executed watches the Titans get three out in front of him it's got to feel so good to him to get some air between him and the defenders put snap up near the 24 13 yards Tennessee has one timeout remain twenty-two point in this second quarter you notice they're going low to tackle Henry that's a good idea shotgun working quickly here Henry again memory is down just inside the 20 2015 Heisman Trophy winner a national title in Alabama and a workhorse for this Titans offense will come off the field and Dion Lewis replaces him on second and 7 under a minute to go Tannehill catch and curl by AJ Brown first down for Tennessee first and goal spun down by Michael Davis this is what they expected when they drafted Brown good sharp route coming back to the ball catching the ball out in front with his hands picking up the first down time is an issue that down the 25 seconds left first and goal for Tennessee and someone's helmet is off there is some complaining going on from the veteran Thomas Davis senior and he's all length he's holding his hamstring Los Angeles so a timeout called by the Chargers Thomas Davis who spent his first 14 years in the NFL as a member of the Carolina Panthers and his role has been very pronounced for this LA defense and it's a little bit of a different role he's getting more comfortable in the defense new responsibilities they just play a different style than they played in Carolina he will he wanted an injury timeout and actually not getting it benefits the Chargers because it takes more time off the clock from the Titans he is very upset he was down on one knee asking for an injury timeout and what we had asked about the injuries to Thomas Davis in his 15 years in the NFL he said I've never seen anything like it nobody feels badly for you in this league there are just no excuses in the NFL when it comes to injuries and now Davis unfortunately is in that category he knows something about injuries having three ACL injuries in his 15-year career bounce back from all of them but he has been bothered earlier this season by a sore groin and listen that time look like he was pulling on his hamstring old school shabby vet playing without melvin ingram know Brandon me bein no Justin Jones of course Drouin James has been out all season the fear I had Jonathan Smith here right then the slot with Corey Davis they play the dry woopsy pass touchdown he had humbled it in there to Corey Davis and flags on the play but what's it offensive pass interference or was it a late hit Tannehill puts a mustard on it this'll count vinovich motioning over to la side and wintery spots by Tannehill after River pile 96 a roughness defense number 52 that sounds good Denzel chairman having an extended discussion with defensive coordinator cusps rattling yeah got him with a helmet and somehow Davis held on [Applause] Corey Davis fifth pick overall in 2017 and a legitimate red zone target at 6:30 209 second receiving touchdown of the season tamil five for five on the drive for 68 yards of that score and parky connects 10 all with 23 seconds left first half [Applause] eight plays 86 yards capped off by this fastball from Ryan Tannehill [Music] we asked Delanie Walker what's the adjustment working with Tannehill compared to Mariota and he said throws a little harder and he releases it a little quicker than Marcus well he has thrown some real bullets today that his receivers have made the catches that one in a crowd at the goal line by Davis but throughout that drive and throughout this first half Tim Hill has been on target very effective getting the ball out no pressure on him the offensive line without Conklin they're starting right tackle getting the job done coming up Verizon a halftime report Jamie in the gang back in New York latest scores and highlights all coming up for Rison halftime report kick off here and they will pooch it handled at the 11-yard line by desmond kingdom ii and a bunch of joystick moves by King and he's finally brought down I remember it was a bunch pattern here more than Titans and there is Davis he's going to work his way right to the goal line and the fastball has to get in between tranquil and Perryman and that's exactly what Tannehill delivered and a classy move by marcus mariota with a pat on the back we spoke to Tannehill about the role he said look when you're the backup you just try to stay in your lane or not his vocal this week he's been pushing the guys a bit more this is the more comfortable role for tauriel this is what he was accustomed to in Miami Melvin Gordon will get the carry for yard pickup and that will do it for this first half tackle made by a Quan Jones Tennessee will have the football to start the second half to two and four teams going head to head today in Nashville we are all tied up at 10 apiece halftime is next after these first half highlights from Verizon and a word from your local station one is the empty date hey Siri show me football scores getting ready for second-half action here in Nashville Tenn all the Chargers and the Titans I and Eagle Hall of Famer Dan Fouts back in the broadcast booth Evan Washburn down on the sidelines gene stair a tour in New York Ryan Tannehill they make the move at quarterback what have you thought of the results for Tennessee offensively well he's only missed on 2 out of 14 passes and the answer to the great rivers Drive of the Chargers drive was outstanding hit everything he drew but nothing new for 10 L he was hot in relief last week but going up against rivers it's always going to be a tough thing there's no question why it's going to be a Hall of Famer someday but Phillip Rivers he knows how desperate this situation is if this doesn't turn around soon for the Chargers this might be a lost season Tennessee is going through a transition trying to figure things out they obviously thought Tannehill would provide a lift the Chargers thought they could be a team that could represent the AFC in a Super Bowl this year and here we are in week 7 both teams are 2 and 4 the Chargers have a very tough skin coming up at Chicago home to Green Bay and then at Oakland Tennessee with a football to start this second half Jenny was going to take it out of the end zone slow down at the 15 and could not break away as he falls down at the 17 yard line and let's check in with Evan Washburn Hawaiian spoke to Anthony Lin and his priority is pass rush tanning Hill had 83 percent completion percentage we have to get after him zero sacks just one quarterback head but really we should sort through here at this point are all the injuries forest lamp is out the offensive lineman for the LA Chargers for the Titans the entire right side dealing with injury so you've got Jack Conklin and Nate Davis both questionable to return so that side effected good note though rashon evans is available the linebacker for the Titans and I once again know Delanie Walker he's got his helmet on but he has not been a part of it for Tennessee on offense Derrick Henry picks up two yards back to evident hey guys just a following Delanie Walker I asked Mike Vrabel about that coming out to start 30 said look you could see him here it is important remember he was questionable for this game he had some soreness in that right ankle that he severely injured last year so he's dealing with that but my grave will didn't want to rule him out when I spoke with him so we'll see if we see him second down and eight for Tennessee first possession of the second half the tiger Tannehill will shift a to the other side take it again has the time now he does it oh he gets touched and loses the football Tannehill got hit by Joey Bosa and the Titans retain possession from behind comes Bosa Tannehill obviously never saw him square hits him square in the face and a Titan heads up to fall on this ball and now it's third and 14 loss of six on the play that's the first sack in the day for either defense Tannehill started 88 games for the Miami Dolphins has thrown to over 20,000 yards in his career on third and 14 they find Smith makes a move up field it's got a first down legs churning for Johnny Smith now you talked about his ability after the cat's well let's just take a look at it phenomenal job he is well short of the first down when he catches this ball but he refuses to go down breaks the tackle tackle of tranquil there runs right through rashon Jenkins and then carries two more defenders all the way to midfield 35 yards on the game Wow second catch 59 yards for Smith he was first hit at the 17 yard line penalty markers down la pointing in Tennessee's direction Titans pointing the other way yeah but the zebra pointed at the Chargers neutral zone infraction he v number 91 five-yard penalty still first down it's the rookie from Cincinnati Cortez Broughton so now Tennessee will have it in LA territory at the 47 yard line Broughton in there because of the variety of injuries that Gus Bradley's defense has dealt with and they've had to go younger with Brockman and Tillery they signed T y McGill and just need earlier this week who's now in his third stint with the Chargers taniel offline Taj a sharp the intended target second and five Michael Davis and coverage for Los Angeles fifty-one of the 92 games played entering the week were decided by seven points or less that's the most through six weeks in NFL history so it had a bunch of close games this one looked very close on paper and here we are 10 apiece early stages third quarter second down wanna play - Henry penalty marker late as he's brought down at the 44 holding office there were 81 10-yard penalty feet suck it out and it's Johnny Smith they just made the big play to get the ball to midfield and now that looked about all you need to know about how Mike Vrabel feels about John and Smith after that holding penalty who asked coach variable about Smith he said he is continuing to learn figuring out the intricacies of the tight end position learning how to deal with man versus zone and recognizing it second and 15 as Smith goes to the sidelines for Tennessee Tannehill pocket holds up short pass to Humphries gets tossed down undercuts Taj a shark as Desmond King makes the play for Los Angeles Humphries is kind of the prototype slot receiver doing his best julian edelman imitation they're faking the crossing route and picking up a couple of yards that they lost in that penalty and the position case Adam Humphrey signed for four years 36 million dollars from Tampa Bay undrafted free agent out of Clemson third and six now for the tight [Applause] Tannehill is sacked by Joey Bosa back at the 41 yard line and a loss of seven on the play for the Titans after no sex in the first step look at the effort by bolsa fighting off Jamil Douglas there went to one knee but the coverage in the secondary is why you can see Humphrey is is all tied up by Desmond King and here's Corey Davis against the zone unable to get free Brett Kern will punt it Troy main probe is the deep man standing at the Los Angeles 10-yard line wampler fair catch called for at the nine that boat was looking for a penalty there was contact after he called for the fair catch will step aside 50-yard punt knotted up at 10 apiece the Titans have teamed up with the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter work project here in Nashville to build a house with Habitat for Humanity country music star Trisha Yearwood was there throughout the weekend on Tuesday October 8th Spike's lawyers went to serve lunch to all of the volunteers Titans in a tight one right now with the Chargers 10 apiece 1017 to go on the third one to get Brett Kern has pinned the opponent inside its own 10 yard line [Applause] Philip Rivers 14 of 2158 yards and a touchdown rivers in it is jeffrey simmons with his first NFL sack the rookie on a mississippi state back from a torn ACL and producing for tennessee he's showing real good mobility there is he he pushed Sam Teddy back about five yards and then cut right to the where he knew rivers would be stepping up into the pocket so after no sacs in the first half Tim Hill goes down twice and on the first play of this possession rivers goes down loss of three second and 13 drumming play Eckler and he spun down after a short game where Sean Evans the linebacker makes the stop you know Barrett in a tight game like this you always think about the turning-point probably some type of turnover but the Titans have only been able to take the ball away from their opponent eight times the charge is worse than that to seven times all year something's got to give here it could be Brett Kern flipping the field he's awesome at it shotgun rivers third and 12 rivers out of the end zone conflate he was looking for Alan now a butler sober three times looking for Alan how does this not get picked up there are three titans covering Keenan Allen and rivers through it anyway look at this great effort by Butler ball came up short there would have been an easy interception for one of these three and then the first punt of the day for the Chargers it's ty long he's not a hundred percent himself high sailing kick Humphries has room from the 36 works the sideline gets hit down low and mid field excellent field position for Tennessee up to the 58 yard punt and a 15 yard return Jeremy Davis the tackle Titans take over on offense when we come back since you can't be there feel they're presented by portal from Facebook some of the images today here in Nashville both the Chargers and the Titans are two and four their seasons may just hang in the balance here this afternoon he talked about flipping the field Curt may be the MVP today with that mass completion on fourth down that was good for 11 yards and then both his pugs pinning the Chargers inside the 20-yard line Tennessee in the AFC South trailing Indianapolis Houston Jacksonville in the AFC West the charges are two and four Kansas City of course dealing with the injury to Patrick mahomes and it's just been a frustrating season for this charger team scoring has been a challenge and here they are in week seven a loss would give them more losses than they had all of last season from the 49 by far the best field position either side to start today Henry taking it to the 45-yard line for a gain of six and Thomas Davis is in there for Los Angeles so his bounce back from whatever physical issue we had makes the play on Henry now you got a finger that offense coordinated Arthur Smith isn't gonna be featuring Henry Chargers depleted because of injuries the big back looked like he's ready to roll on a second and four [Applause] for five at a first out so pushing and shoving at the end of the play away from the play between the two teams how about Thomas Davis lets him go hi I'm Henry here he told us that you want to get him before he gets going because his long stride he is faster than he appears and he also have to look out for Henry's stiff arm he said you have to have a tackling plan when it comes to Henry he's long and strong first down to the 40 T mer the rookie from Tulane has got the int Tennessee turns it over and Bert hello so on the blitz came and knocked it out of Tanana Hills hand for the interception great effort but John who Smith giving up that sack for that hit on the quarterback second force football of the season for nuo sous la takes over yeah we always hear about stepping up the next man up well Melvin Ingram's out with an injury his replacement is uchendah no so and he beats the block of Smith gets to Tannehill and the Chargers get their first turnover of the afternoon a huge one to give great field position the team er has his first career pick and Los Angeles takes over at its owns 41 yard line 7 tend to go on third Williams the motion man thankfully for Gordon what you are getting a Dory Jackson on the outside makes the stop for Tennessee so we talked about the running game for Los Angeles right at the top of the show is not a whole lot to speak up 34 rushing yards for the Chargers that's about their average for the last two games on the season they're averaging 80 yards rushing per game rivers off his back foot throws it out of bounds in the direction of Gordon but the pressure from Harold Landry the third for Tennessee now Lander is there one of their best pass rushers he's got four sacks on the season and he forced rivers to get rid of that ball long before he wanted to that's the pressure here from number 58 as he goes right around Trent Scott the left tackle fake launch owns the little heat on rivers as well this is now a third and nine for Los Angeles rivers deep drop fires to the sideline incomplete with a flag down hunter Henry looking at the official for the penalty Kenny Vaccaro had to match up the safety was that a catchable pass nod laughs if they might call holding before so a group discussion here 623 to play in the third we just saw a holding motion Phil vinovich there are two files on the play both on a defense prior to the past illegal use the hands hands in the face defense number 25 that penalty is declined holding defense number 25 five-yard penalty automatic first down Dori Jackson I think it's Vacarro though there's the supposin hands to the face not there yeah so just the wrong number what I'm not even sure that's pass interference I'm gonna say microwaveable agrees with you on which call both yeah I'm not sure what pass interference is anymore anyway first down at the 48 seem to have lost the emphasis on the word interference Agia for Gordon where progress is going to get him to the 54 two yards Daquan Jones and on that stump for Tennessee it just feel that at some point Gordon is going to break through his career average is just under four yards of carry but this year again just two and a half yards in carry it's so far today 32 yards on 40 14 carries last year we saw all of it come together for Gordon his versatility his explosiveness his vision and his best season Maurice Sheahan play-action right through the hands of Keenan Allen incomplete it's a play-action pass the Rivers has time to throw and defined Allen on a deep crossing route you won't see this very often though as he finds his way through the secondary and right through his hands before fired can come up though he's seen it makes so many great catches so uncharacteristic for Allen nickel package here for Tennessee third and eight for Los Angeles Eckler [Applause] sets up helping the block rivers steps up unloads down the sidelines it's incomplete Keenan Allen that's Harold Landry again eye on that forced this ball of the overthrown but this might have been a touchdown again abusing Trent Scott turning the corner getting to the quarterback as Rivers is releasing the ball this has not been crisp at all for Los Angeles Rivers is now Oh a 4 in the second half and remember his first attempt in the second half he was sacked on a lot of pressure on rivers in the second half ty long to punted again low snap so pressure and fortunate that he got it off cleanly and it does take a Los Angeles roll to the 15-yard line it's a 35-yard kick for long when pressure on the way long who's getting ready to absorb it he got hit down low how does it chili dip next Sunday it's an NFL on CBS doubleheader starting with the Colts battling the Broncos we'll be there for that one for Kyler Murray's Cardinals taking on the Saints followed by the brown to the Patriots going toe-to-toe in Foxborough it all starts with the NFL today at noon Eastern right here on CBS [Music] chargers ten Titans ten with 520 to go here in the third [Applause] the newest is in there as Tennessee takes over first intend on its own 15-yard line fake it Tannehill gets rid of it and that ball pops three didn't look like Lewis ever caught it so it's ruled incomplete second and ten but again the pressure is certainly ratcheting up here for Los Angeles remember Jack Conklin is out and his replacement Dennis Kelly is getting his quarterback murdered by Joey Bosa here they have got to give Kelly some help but remember what John and Smith who's supposed to help him on that side just gave up an interception on a big hit Tannehill Kelly's on the right side of that Tennessee offensive line 10l has the time and he hits Taj a sharp for a first down at the 29 working against Michael Davis after not getting sacked in the first half it's been a different story in the second half his Tannehill his sandwich there that was the interception and most of it one of his two sacks [Applause] Derek Henry back in there first down through [Applause] the sidestep and picks up a yard that's it no whoa sue over there defensively for LA and gotta give a lot of credit to a damien square as well and he was the first in there in the backfield kept Henry from having a choice of where to go square filling in for Brandon me babies kind of their utility guy that moved him all around that defensive line now in his seventh year my head Tannehill acquired in a trade with the Miami Dolphins second and 9/10 a hope comes it to Humphreys first down just across the 40-yard line that covers 11 yards under four minutes to play now on the third quarter that's the quickness of Tannehill and the decisiveness because Bosa was coming around a corner again he could not hang on to this ball for an instant longer and got it out to Humphries we asked Tannehill how do you envision this day going he said I think we can be efficient we can be explosive on offense he said we have legitimate playmakers the key for me I have to spread it around and he has to seven different receivers give pixies way that's pushed from behind it gets extra yards on that push for six Braaten with the tackle for Los Angeles Marcus Mariota had not turned the ball over until last week when he was picked off twice final year of his rookie contract which pays him 29 million dollars this season go ducks a new wing in Oregon gave us the motion man stop and go stop it going the play was almost a stop it go look like the snap from Ben Jones was early luckily Ford Tannehill that he was able to hang on to this it's the second time today that he's bobble e snapped from Center there's Tannehill ready for this I don't think so I think yeah you're absolutely right I look at only one guy knew what the snap count was it's Ben Jones everybody else still in their stance but with that said it sets up a third and two seventh play of the drive Berkshire in motion keep it and move the chains in the Chargers territory at the 49 and that's just their second third down conversion out of six tries today that's something has plagued this offense throughout the year just 29 percent conversion rate Tannehill 217 pounds wonder after my home's gets hurt on a quarterback sneak if coaches are going to be a little more gun-shy calling that play I don't think so do you know I don't have never seen a quarterback such a tremendous injury like the home state first down inside the 25 Tannehill working at down field against a bull a 27 yards was on the pass this pass intercepted though by Burke sir [Applause] it looked like he overthrew Smith but FERC sir was right there Fortson pervert sir that Smith didn't deflect this ball that's eight different receivers now for Tennessee that's Hanna Hill has completed passes too we are under a minute to go on the third Derrick Henry in the backfield Henry squeezes through and extends inside the 20 picks up three and a half at boule first man there for Los Angeles time winding down in this third quarter Titans want to get one more playoff heading in this direction from the 18 for Tennessee [Applause] on 2nd and 6 they will not run a play and that's the end of the 3rd in Nashville we're all tied up at 10 apiece back with more after this from your local station they'll flip into the wide open Gordon for the touchdown the Chargers cash in ten al hooks the pass touchdown he hummed it in there to Corey Davis 10 apiece here in Nashville we start the fourth quarter the chargers of the Titans Tennessee is driving now at the 18 yard line up los angeles mine evil hall-of-famer Dan Fouts Evan wash crime gene starett or our rules analyst back in New York Tannehill has been sharp on this Drive a jump on that right side Dennis Kelly in for the injured Jack Conklin Knights on well start off if there was 71 five-yard penalty still second down Kelly is an 8-year veteran played with Philadelphia it's been a swing tackle for a number of years using on the left side if necessary right side the Chargers had two yards of offense in the third quarter second and 11 Tannehill low throw and may have been disrupted by Joey Bosa as we send it down to Evan Washburn well guys something to keep an eye on on rot in ten Hills left hand his ring and middle finger he received some attention from the athletic trainers as you can see here some tape job he's taking some hits here in this second half obviously it's not his throwing hand but something to keep an eye on when it comes to exchanges and snaps from Center guys that's really good point about this exchange from Center a lot of force coming up when he is under center and also catching the snap from the shotgun couldn't have some difficulty with that five defensive backs here for the Chargers third and 11 for Tennessee here comes the rush Tannehill gets rid of it hits the wide open Adam Humphreys first down inside the tank drue tranquill eventually made the stop 14 yards on the hook-up he isn't just wide open in the middle of the field you know he's wonder about the guy that goes in and makes the tackle if that was his man originally working out of the slot you got a love is after the catch turning straight up the field to get it all the way to the 10 yard line there could be a big problem for the Chargers if Nomo suit can't keep going they are just running out of players who chinna know whoa so the second round pick from USC last year major athlete edge rusher but has added to his game in year two where they've had to use him in different spots trying to fill in today for Melvin Ingram at that Leo position that Gus Bradley likes to refer to so Melvin Ingram missing his third straight game with a hamstring injury Pro Bowler each of the last two years and they're gonna have to get by right now without new wushu either Tennessee with a first and goal at the 9 yard line [Applause] he'll hand off Derek Henry is locked down immediately Denzel Perriman leading that charge for a loss of one and Isaac Rochelle there as well for La Rochelle from the left side but right square into the numbers of Derrick Henry is the big hitter from the middle linebackers but Denzel Perryman neither guy were blocked on that play 13th play of the drive nearly seven minutes off of the clock for Tennessee second and goal Tannehill handled at the five yard line by Smith we'll be third and goal for the Titans really good throw by Tannehill away from the defenses and an extension here by Smith Thomas Davis a little late getting over there it's a heck of a catch for a short game but a positive game and now Perriman having trouble getting off the field the whoa Sioux came trotting onto the field but this is like a revolving door right now for Los Angeles on defense revolving door to the ER Denzel Perriman the outstanding run stopper sideline to sideline linebacker for LA shaken up on that play it's had a bad ankle and a history of injuries and a big brace on that left knee - yep Turman trying to jog it off to the Los Angeles sideline and now Tennessee faces a third and goal at the five it's been all Tennessee in this second half no points to show for it this is the 14th play of the drive for the Titans they have totally flipped the time of possession charges with just two yards here in the second half offensively third and goal [Applause] Tennessee looking for the lead Tannehill darts it back to the end zone touchdown top Jay short [Applause] the Chinese go in front [Applause] another fastball from Tannehill back in the end zone all alone is sharp right foot down left foot down touchdown zone coverage in the secondary ball the charger defenders right at the goal line nobody more than three yards deep in the end zone 14 play drive 85 yards and finished by that beauty from Tannehill the sharp Tennessee in front 16 to 10 with the extra point here from parky [Applause] off the post it's a joint joint King Tennessee's lead is six will that come back to haunt the tightness Cody parking all too familiar with this [Music] long drive for Tennessee 14 plays 85 yards more than seven minutes but a missed extra point by parking Tennessee in front 16 to ten parky this is off the light up right and of course last season's wild card game Eagles and Bears 43 our field goal Chicago down by one partially deflected hit the upright and the crossbar Philadelphia held on 16 15 victory a lot of kickers do that chasing the block would have a joint last week against Pittsburgh and he hit it right up right 13:11 ago the fourth quarter Chargers trailing the Titans 16 to 10 rivers linton upstairs caught by Henry first down for Los Angeles at midfield covered there by Kenny Vaccaro 25 yards from Phillip Rivers now he saw the man-to-man coverage for Carl getting beat again by Henry and he just dropped it right into the arms of his big tight end under a lot of pressure longest play of the day offensive ly for the Chargers they marked them out at the 48 heckler in the backfield for LA [Applause] rivers will throw it another connection made with Henry they can't cover him inside the 34 23 yards made you wondering when they were going to go back to remember the great catch he made it the first drive of the game for that the Chargers very impressive after the catch he's been targeted five times he has four catches from 73 yards Keenan Allen has been targeted nine times four receptions for 61 yards the Chargers are in business at the Tennessee 20-yard line they faked the jet sweep they give it to Eckler and he picks up a couple JB Phil Simms NFL today up there Teddy Bridgewater for enno in place of the injured breed yeah he's trying to make it five and all with a throw like this to Ted Ginn 45 yards down the field what it does it sets up a Latino summary a three yard run for a touchdown blue aliens 19 cyka gotten back to I am Dan and Evan and it's been a struggle guys for Mitch for Biscay back in the lineup New Orleans has looked as good as anybody in the league this season second and eight river sets he throws to the end zone and too far for everybody Keenan Allen 10th target up the afternoon LaShawn sims had the coverage we check in with Evan Washburn then Sims guys is in because the dory Jackson is currently out he's dealing with a left foot injury officially questionable but since his stepped in Parador Jackson here does so it sends Butler Logan Ryan for this Tennessee defense we've seen a Monty hooker as well of course Byard and Picaro the Safety's big play here on a third and eight for Los Angeles rivers dials it up incomplete he lofted it over the head of Hunter Henry Cameron wake put some pressure on rivers and the field-goal unit comes on for a 45 yard try now the pressure again gets rivers to fire that ball before he was ready before Henry could break into the clear there rivers frustrated mcLaughlin trying to cut into this Tennessee lead made one from 29 yards away Tennessee clapping now they think that pimp kids may have moved along the line there's part office number 79 five-yard penalty report back this is now a 50 yard try for the Chargers now his career long is just 45 where they just were though wind at all today that's not a factor - liege it long is 54 from 50 yards away McLaughlin with room to spare 16:13 titans 1055 to go fourth-quarter in Nashville the NFL on CBS is sponsored by the all-new 2020 Lincoln aviator AARP real possibilities aim by Verizon the network more people rely on 47th all-time meeting between these two franchises the Chargers have won 11 of the last 12 but they trail Tennessee 16:13 10:55 left in the fourth quarter Daria's genic is the return man McLaughlin who just connected from 50 yards away kicks it off and it's coming out to the 25-yard line Saturday the SEC on CBS is home to another huge matchup second ranked LSU schedule gets even tougher that Tigers returned home to face number 9 and Auburn all begins with college football today and 3:00 Eastern right here on CBS [Music] Philip Rivers 16 of 28 204 yards and a touchdown turnovers have not been an issue today for Los Angeles it's played than the last few weeks Tennessee but Ryan Tannehill making his first start in the Titans uniform it gives it to Henry and games three yards brought down by Rodrick Timur Tana Hills 18 of 24 this is how he's done it eight different receivers on the afternoon the last time he had the ball they went that 85 yards he talked about ion but 76 came through the air as he hit six out of eight and was not sacked once going down twice in the third quarter time to home for for their next five games [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Tannehill the quint bigger hitter to the outside and he does connect with Corey Davis short of the first down so it'll be third and manageable here for Tennessee as we hit the ten-minute mark at the fourth quarter 10 he'll now 251 yards through the air the two touchdowns and the pick Delanie Walker no longer even has the helmet on just the Titans cap keep your eye on the slot guys Humphries spirit we've been big so far 32 John who's Smith shifts over off the line shotgun Tannehill protection is there tena he'll cut next with Davis yards after the catch for Corey Dimas Rayshawn Jenkins chases him down that's back-to-back patches for Davis this one is absolutely huge look at the protection it Tannehill has a clear throwing lane and another laser between defenders as Davis gets beyond Casey Heyward look at this fastball 38 yards that six catches for 80 yards and a touchdown for Corey Davis that's almost a caption self defense they are inside the LA 33 point lead with 8:45 to play deep drop Tannehill steps up he will run it the slide he's down at the 22 Titans wanted a flag on Denzel Perriman six yard scamper from Ryan Tannehill it was kind of a late slide I think that's done the officials that's a bang-bang remember that's it slow motion there that's a good nod call [Applause] second and four now for Tennessee we will hit the 8 minute mark of his fourth quarter ken has got initial for a strong run Jamil Douglas with a key block that's eight yards let's check out Jamil de Douglass's he's on the pull here he goes about 309 pounds good block there on the wall soup and then Henry does the rest breaking tackles just wearing down this depleted charger defense 18 carries 70 yards for Derrick Henry folks are in motion [Applause] traditional I here at the Tennessee bangs his way inside coming up after the game time permitting the State Farm postgame show JB Phil mate Boomer coach Cowher latest NFL scores and highlights all coming up on the State Farm postgame show now that tan ale has to realize now is where he is on the field time left in the game score do not take any chances let me just keep feeding the ball to Henry [Applause] Kitchen Henry with a head of steam Henry takes it all the way touchdown now it's missed tackles again Rayshawn jenkins is going to be just brushed aside by Henry right about here another arm tackle fails finally Henry gets to stretch out and get one in the end zone [Applause] seven plays 75 yards [Applause] and now Los Angeles down by two scores extra point parking Tennessee up by 10 they do it the old-fashioned way oh Henry Titans [Music] Derek Henry getting back to what he does best wearing out a defense 84 yards a touchdown for Henry and now Tennessee up 23:13 with 639 to play kickoff from parking rolls to the back the end zone a reminder that time permitting the State Farm postgame show is coming up after our coverage here from Nashville JV Phil Nate boomer coach Cowher latest NFL scores and highlights that is on a State Farm postgame show first I'll explore the Chargers at the LAN 25 yard line in jeopardy two two and five to start the season rivers throws it underneath to Mike Williams he's got a first down NFL today I'm David let's go to New York JP and Phil Lamar Jackson coming into the game eighth leading Russia in the lead aw man he's a quarterback throws that well - here it is on 4th - - he runs for an eight-yard touchdown that puts the Baltimore Ravens up over Seattle 22:13 back - I am Dan and Evan that Baltimore that division guys at four and two the pass to Hunter Henry for 11 yards so they'll move to change once again out across the 45 yard line remember the Chargers scored two late touchdowns last week against Pittsburgh couple touchdown passes from rivers to Hunter Henry six of the next seven games are not in Southern California games in Mexico City to Tennessee territory that covers 13 yards Los Angeles moving the ball downfield quickly here Rashad Evans the tackle for Tennessee votes five minutes deploying before rivers take a deep shot separation [Applause] quick-strike la about four straight completions for rivers he finally goes deep he gets what he wants Austin Eckler on a linebacker you can't ask for anything better than that Wesley Woodyard unable to keep up rivers right on target 41 yard touchdown for the Chargers a little hitch route and then down the sideline great move by heckler to get free from wood yard Dan four plays 75 yards in a minute 30 McLaughlin the point after and it curls it through got a three point game with 509 left things have shifted quickly it was a time that during that drive three straight passes where the Titans were taking away the deep pass but finally getting the mismatch on the outside Eckler against Woodyard a great move on the outside and then a perfect pass from Philip Rivers most of the scoring has come here in the fourth quarter where Tennessee has outscored the Chargers 13 to 10 and now the pressure will now spin over in Ryan Tannehill z' direction because the defense could not stop the chargers that prevent defense didn't prevent anything did it kick off by McLaughlin Darius Jennings is deep which woman say prevents them from winning that's usually what the the second line is you're waiting for it you're waiting for whatever you want tonight on CBS begins with 60 minutes in the mystery of the stolen Christopher Columbus letters followed by although episodes have got friended me NCIS Los Angeles and Madam Secretary tonight only CBS and the Titans will try to do exactly what they did last time they had the ball that just his feature Derrick Henry they get another old Henry out of you they'll open up this drive at the 25-yard line [Applause] [Music] make at the Henry boasted chasing Tannehill the short pass is handled at the 30-yard line by AJ Brown for five good mobility by Tannehill Arthur Smith their offense coordinator said because of Tana hills skills that are very similar to with Marcus Mariota has they didn't have to change the offense at all Danny Hill throws extremely well on the move there is first-year offensive coordinator Arthur Smith now and as night year with the Titans organization using clock chargers have three timeouts remaining 425 to go in the fourth second five Henry gains a yard that's it Denzel Perriman there defensively for Los Angeles both Perryman and Thomas Davis and then battling injuries throughout this game but both of them in on that play then there are only two teams in the NFL this season that don't have a 300-yard passing game Pittsburgh is one Tennessee is the other Ryan Tannehill has thrown for 295 today and this is a third and four you got a first down you basically get to lose two more minutes of clock Tannehill the hand of the rush on the slant AJ Brown first down Tennessee it covers eleven yards through the air he's gonna cut right off the back hip of Corey Davis right here and Davis does an outstanding job of avoiding contact with Casey Heyward or that would have been an illegal pick and now the Chargers use a timeout Tannehill now with 306 yards passing that was such a veteran move by Corey Davis to free Brown on that round as if he makes contact it's in the wide open area there where the officials automatically throw a flag on an illegal pick play Tannehill first game with 300 or more passing yards since September of 2016 against Cleveland Tannehill and his agent were very strategic and trying to figure out where an opportunity could be around the leak for him to get a starting job once again and Tennessee made sense because of mariota's injury issues and in this particular case it was the ineffectiveness of Mariota that open the door for Tanner here 332 to go in the fourth give to Henry big and strong and he's not going to go down on first contact 5-yard gain right up the gut and the Chargers have to use their second timeout to stop the clock with 327 to go you know Tennessee was one of five on third down earlier but in the second half they've murdered five of the last six and if you're looking at the overall numbers this year they were fourth worst in the NFL in that category no Tennessee trying to stay alive in the AFC South a victory would put them in a tie with Jacksonville at three and four the Chargers yeah you could say that with Kansas City's uncertainty the next few weeks at quarterback that may be the door is open but you got to get wins and it's got to start somewhere for LA second down and five for the Titans [Applause] get to brown and that fooled nobody Thomas Davis read it perfectly and now the final timeout has been called with third down coming up a loss of two on the play and all Thomas Davis has done in his career his tackle they asked him yesterday how many he thinks he has in his career he said he's lost track but he knows it's somewhere over 1,200 tackles in his 15-year career Davis on a two-year 10.5 million dollar deal during the offseason and with 322 left Tennessee faces a 3rd and 7 the Chargers are out of timeouts of course the two-minute warning is still out there for LA but this is a must stop for Los Angeles it's been Dion Lewis coming out of the backfield for 10l Tannehill on third down pulls the trigger cut plate AJ Brown where they're going to start it it is really close I think he's got it brown 6-1 226 pounds and Tannehill again so sharp with his passes in critical times away from the defender who he's short he is short of the first down where he landed Philip Rivers did not like the spot remember Los Angeles has no more timeouts they can't challenge the spot nope can't challenge it without a timeout now this is going to be a first down then much to the frustration of Philip Rivers that short but you got Derrick Henry you dip Derrick Henry the balls straight up the middle or remember the fourth down conversion by Tannehill on the quarterback snake it is fourth and inches and Mike Vrabel will keep his offense on the field 301 on the clock Chargers have no timeouts remaining I would have Tannehill take this just needs a couple of inches first down here that Tennessee would be able to take the clock down for about a minute ten if they didn't get another first down on this drive that's how important this is the other part of this if it's a quarterback sneak you have Henry behind you pushing you we've seen that so often as of late in the NFL fourth and inches [Applause] Tannehill taking his time telling his guys Easy's and got 20 seconds here yeah and clock is running on fourth down for Tennessee there's the push [Applause] punished I know that he went high trying to leap over the pile the chargers feel like they snuffed them out well this is the key right here that foot there how does that measure up right there with the down marker it all comes down to the policeman's this is so close so they went with the quarterback sneak and we're going to get another measurement I don't think he got it on Chargers are celebrating Mike Vrabel complaining about the spot but for some reason 10 Hill thought he could leap over the pile instead of going low and letting all that momentum that he has and with Henry coming from behind going high costume here's the measurement they lost yardage Chargers take over they stop the Titans on fourth and inches that second push and then he got forced the other way remember Tennessee can challenge but they have to challenge this so as you predicted Henry behind him was trying to push Tannehill and then to charger defenders came flying in to push him backwards Mike Grable was just watching it on the big screen here at Nissan Stadium was it enough there that initial result the yellow lines unofficial but he clearly was beyond it and I don't know why ramble is not challenging it so a 235 left the Chargers take over they trail by three Rimmer's comes it low Eckler the intended target the Rimmer's gone to the right man though again its Woodyard trying to stay up with austin Eckler heckler has five catches on the day his last completion with 441 and a touchdown Rallo Philip Rivers has been in this spot so many times over the course of his career here's Eckler now they're going to change up Greenwood yard inside and put the car on the road the rivers is going to see that he shifts Ripper's short-throw caught by Mike Williams in a crowd at the 45 yard line for six important to get a snap off before the two-minute warning here for the Chargers it's third down for LA 208 and County tighten Tony over the three-point lead too late ran out of time two minutes to play fourth quarter in Nashville Chargers trying to rally against the Titans couple of desperate teams on CBS the NFL on CBS is sponsored by State Farm talked to an agent today at 800 State Farm and by KFC come enjoy our new KFC wings it's finger lickin good Titans fans urging on this defense trying to get a stop Los Angeles trailing Tennessee 23 to 20 with two minutes to go and a third and four gesture to the 45 in Tennessee territory has been Rimmer's favorite choice out of the gun hymns Friday hits month Williams a spin move in a first down spilled out at the 35 yard line that's good for ten yards and now they're in field goal range a big body of Williams on the shallow cross bounce us off of two defenders River lets him get open and then delivers again finds the crowd for a moment rivers closing in on 300 yards we're down to the minute five to play in the fourth Rimmer's uncorks hits his man austin Eckler battling for extra yards inside the 20 the heckler came into the game with the most catches for a running back he's playing wide receiver most of this fourth quarter and he's delivering the pass rush for the Titans has disappeared under a minute to go rivers end zone broken up Keenan Allen the intended receiver in a matchup with Logan Ryan we've seen Allen with the great footwork throughout the first half this time Logan is right there with tremendous coverage and no interference whatsoever second and ten for LA 44 seconds to play a kilo remains in there rivers underneath Eckler the catch takes it in for the touchdown what an effort Austin Eckler and the Chargers take the lead with 37 seconds to go now Thomas Davis call him the smartest quarterback in the NFL and he proves it once again finding the mismatch and wide open through the middle is he down before the ball crosses though it appeared that his backside hits before the ball breaks the plane right there this may be short but it's going to be inches away if they so rule the previous play is under review all scoring play is reviewed so they'll take a look Eckler propelled himself after the catch and look at how many defenders are there Chargers raise their arms in celebration of the touchdown I think it's a good one so he takes a shot there that's where his backside hits and where is the ball at that point Jean starett or our rules analyst is watching all of these replays as we roll them here Jean what are you seeing I'm looking for the same angle that I believe everyone else is and that's to try to find where that football is when his backside hits the ground one thing to keep in mind if he is ruled short the clock is stopped right now because of a ruling of touchdown if they find out after review he is short it would be a running clock and a 10-second runoff would occur so we would be down to 27 seconds instead of 37 if they find him short by this angle that appears to me with his body bent that way that that football may not have broken the plane let's continue to wait and see if we find something more definitive though and the Chargers have no timeouts Jean so this call was a cleaver berate that is a crazy rule though that the 10-second run off on an official challenge on a touchdown all scoring plays are reviewed not a challenge just to review at the half yard line they gotta get in that honey has elected to think to avoid a 10-second run home how could they take a timeout they have none bill vinovich has announced that they've taken a timeout that would be a penalty then Oh Tennessee has used the timeout they might be more interested in having more time on the clock they've actually added two seconds so Tennessee has decided to use a timeout so that there's a little more time in case la goes in for the touchdown makes more sense [Applause] 39 seconds left [Applause] rivers and the Chargers down by curry Eckler came up just short of a touchdown heckler motion Hentoff Gordon flag down illegal procedure well sorry Mike see me monkey this is now made life a bit more difficult for LA that little jump there before the ball is snapped will cost the Chargers dearly maybe so they back it up just short of the 5-yard line now this is a good mismatch here he talked about the 10 touchdown catches Williams had last season that single coverage with Malcom Butler rivers up in the air through the hands of Williams incomplete and a flag down in the end zone Malcolm Butler who are they calling it on though [Applause] 34 seconds left here in the fourth [Applause] that's interference defense or 21 [Applause] yep that grabbed there that's a good call he kept Williams from elevating by grabbing the front of the Jersey that Williams can only get about a foot off the ground and he is six foot four decision time here for Ken Whisenhunt do you dare run the football because the clock will roll if you don't make it and he have no timeouts 34 seconds left the ball is placed at the 1 here's hunter henry another good choice he had two fourth-quarter scores last week in the late rally by the charges against the Steelers Chuck Gunn Pandolf Gordon tried to get low touchdown Melvin Gordon powers in the Chargers go in front he didn't get in by much though as we know it will be reviewed he's short he didn't have possession of the ball so the safe call there if you were an official is call a touchdown and it triggers a review that's an excellent point ion he appears to be down before the ball comes out right there he's short and now he's reaching for the goal line that's when he lost possession then regained it after the ball hit the ground gents territories with us in New York team I have him short again Gosselin remember we were gonna go to Tennessee again I would assume and ask if he wants to keep this clock status where it is if they if they rule him short so we've now seen multiple replays and it appears from my vantage point Dan and jeans that he is short of the goal line play is once again on we have one other you one other unusual situation here if I may if he has fumbled this football where it's come loose prior to his knee touching now inside of two minutes the only person that can recover his own his fumble is the runner or the person with the ball so if he fumbles this or loses possession prior to being down there it doesn't appear that he has but the ball does come loose quickly and now he regains his own fumble that ball would come back to the spot of the fumble and then we would replay that down if it wasn't breaking the plane we can't recover a fumble in advance of so there are a couple other elements here that they may be looking at right now and I'm going to play one was short of the goal line for 32 seconds so they reset it reversal calls for a ten-second run off please set the game clock of 22 seconds and we'll whine vote on my whistle so there's the ten-second run off the chain talked about earlier and it will affect Los Angeles here it is second down so they have a couple of shots at this now where are they gonna put the ball we're gonna place it inside the one that four inches or so yep how about a quarterback sneak from rivers the clock has yet to start 22 seconds left charges down by three rivers on again Gordon did he get in this official says no while the clock is rolling nine seconds eight seconds Titans have the football is that a fumble for Gordon my Crabill is trying to get his guys out of there [Applause] Melvin Gordon is short again and he didn't have the ball for a moment in case he ripped it away from him and that's where Casey came up with it the ball was bouncing around the play had stopped [Applause] there's a lot to unpin here his Gordon rule down then the official rules him down did not signal touchdown but the clock stopped allowing them to run one more play gene stertorous watching all of this unfold what we've got to look at right now guys is whether the the head linesman that comes in Phil McKinley has ruled him down and stopped you can obviously see from the angle we're looking at now this ball is definitely out so we do have a fumble and we would also have immediate and immediate action recovery so even if they did rule him down very quickly inadvertently they're going to review but as I was saying even if they did rule him down remember we have also the caveat in that situation where if we ruled him down in the immediate continuing action we've realized there was a fumble with a recovery then we can award that fumble if it's recovered by the opponent to the other team in that case now we have to see a clear recovery and replay as well so there are an awful lot of elements that New York is going to be looking at well gene a couple of questions here because jerel Casey came away with the football if indeed they decide that Casey has it it's all a moot point if they don't decide that it was a fumble recovered by Tennessee are they in a 10 second runoff situation now where this game would be over there's only seven seconds on the clock no they wouldn't beyond because they did not real touch down so we don't have a stop clock in this scenario what we have is a ruling and I'm still kind of perplexed as to why they stopped the clock if they ruled him down by contact because we haven't had any timeouts what I didn't hear bill vinovich announcement was what the ruling on the field was because if t the ruling on the field as our graphic says is down by contact then I'm not sure why that clock stopped when it did and didn't just continue to run until new york initiated a review for that so that those are the other couple elements that we're trying to figure out here as we watch along with everyone else yeah the Chargers never got up to get lined up everybody was looking around and trying to get an answer as to what the call was the Titans were celebrating because KC came away with the football in their eyes the game was over question if in fact they have ruled him down by contact Dan and I on then that also means that they've ruled him down by contact with possession of the football so now we go to the next part of our review in this and that is not only do we have to see a clear recovery or a fumble we have to see a clear recovery in replay not a player coming out of a pile with the football we have to see that actual recovery and replay so let's go through this once again as bill Ritter pitch is taking off the headset that was in real and here's been actually reviewing the play we wonder lost the ball [Applause] what's that what a bizarre ending this has been in Nashville first it looked like Eckland scored a touchdown these four or five inches short Gordon with two tries what I want to know on that last attempt by Gordon why he decided to go low and not use his leaping ability to get that couple of inches for the end zone but another turnover by the Chargers in the red zone that's three fumbles this year inside the 5-yard line great penetration that time by Woodyard as he gets his hand on the right arm of Gordon it causes the fumble what Titans take a knee Jeane clean this up you know from where I sit replay is growing we've know that technology's growing the game is slowing down this is a really good example and this is not because officials are missing something big these are really tight plays and in this instance replay comes in it does the right thing for the game and in my opinion right now the team that's supposed to win this game does and they do because we have some elements of replay to help make sure that that happens and I think that's a good thing for the game a stunning ending in Tennessee the Titans somehow hold on to beat the Chargers 23 to 20 the chain of events that took place at the end of regulation you could not have possibly predicted Tennessee gets the wind to improve to 3 and for the Chargers the loss to drop to 2 and 5 our final score in Nashville 23 220 Ryan Tannehill gets a win his first started as a Titan for Dan Fouts Evan watch for genes territory the rest of our crew hi and eagles saying so long from Nashville you've been watching the NFL on CBS never seen one what like this
