German here. I demand our recognition of bread country.
He should have covered goulash under Eastern European as it's such a ubiquitous dish that's altered based on where you eat it. The American/Canadian version is by far the oddest as it in no way reflects the original dish. I'm still confused where the dish North Americans call "goulash" came from as it in no way looks like what you see in Eastern Europe.
